This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 11th Chinese Conference on Trusted Computing and Information Security, CTCIS 2017, held in Changsha, China, in September 2017. The 28 revised full papers presented were carefully reviewed and selected from 96 submissions. The papers focus on topics such as theory of trusted computing, trustworthy software; infrastructure of trusted computing, application and evaluation of trusted computing; network security and communication security; theory and technology of cryptographic techniques; information content security; system security for mobile network and IoT systems, industrial control and embedded systems; security for Cloud computing, virtualization systems and big data.

We are currently witnessing a proliferation in parallel and distributed processing technologies and applications. However, more new technologies have ushered in unprecented challenges to the research community across the range of high-performance computing, multi-core microprocessor architecture, networks and pervasive computing, as well as new paradigm computing issues. APPT 2007 was sponsored by the China Computer Federation, in cooperation with TCPP of the Institute for Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE). The highly positive responses to the previous APPT workshops encouraged us to continue this international event. This year, APPT was upgraded to the International Symposium on Advanced Parallel Processing Technologies. However, it kept its traditional flavor by sharing of the underlying theories and applications, and the establishment of new and long-term collaborative channels. And it will continue to provide a forum for researchers, professionals, and industrial practitioners from around the world to report on new advances in high-performance architecture and software, as well as to identify issues and directions for research and development in the new era of evolving technologies. The success of APPT 2007 was a result of the hard work and planning of a large group of renowned researchers from around the world, who served on the Technical Program Committee and the Organizing Committee. Their invaluable efforts in developing this technical program are most gratefully acknowledged. In particular, we would like to thank the Program Co-chairs, Xin Chen, Xuejun Yang, and Albert Y. Zomaya.

Welcome to the proceedings of APPT 2005: the 6th International Workshop on Advanced Parallel Processing Technologies. APPT is a biennial workshop on parallel and distributed processing. Its scope covers all aspects of parallel and distributed computing technologies, including architectures, software systems and tools, algorithms, and applications. APPT originated from collaborations by researchers from China and Germany and has evolved to be an international workshop. APPT 2005 was the sixth in the series. The past?ve workshops were held in Beijing, Koblenz, Changsha, Ilmenau, and Xiamen, respectively. The Program Committee is pleased to present the proceedings for APPT 2005. This year, APPT 2005 received over 220 submissions from researchers all over the world. All the papers were peer reviewed by two to three Program Committee members on their relevance, originality, signi?cance, technical qu- ity, and presentation. Based on the review result, 55 high-quality papers were selected to be included in the proceedings. The papers in this volume represent the forefront of research on parallel processing and related?elds by researchers from China, Germany, USA, Korea, India, and other countries. The papers - cepted cover a wide range of exciting topics, including architectures, software, networking, and applications.

This volume contains the papers presented at the 5th International Workshop on Advanced Parallel Processing Technologies, APPT 2003. This series of workshops is designed to strengthen the cooperation between the German and Chinese institutions active in the area of these technologies. It has continued to grow, providing an excellent forum for reporting advances in parallel processing technologies. The 5th workshop itself addressed the entire gamut of related topics, ranging from the architectural aspects of parallel computer hardware and system software to the applied technologies for novel applications. For this workshop, we received over 191 full submissions from researchers all over the world. All the papers were peer-reviewed in depth and qualitatively graded on their relevance, originality, signi?cance, presentation, and the overall appropriateness for their acceptance. Any concerns raised were discussed in the program committee. The organizing committee did an excellent job in selecting 78 papers (Among them, 21 were short ones) for presentation. In short, the papers included here represent the forefront of research from China, Germany, and the other countries.
