BackgroundThe treatment of patients with depressive disorders is short of targeted outcome assessment. As a secondary outcome that is guided by patient values， quality of life is thus of relatively high evaluative value. In China， there exists a lack of large sample prospective cohort studies evaluating the effect of different treatment protocols on quality of life in patients with acute depressive disorder.ObjectiveTo explore the effects of monotherapy and combination therapy on the quality of life of patients with depressive disorder in acute phase， so as to provide references for optimizing the outcome of treatment for such patients.MethodsA prospective follow-up cohort study from August 24， 2020 to November 29， 2021 was conducted， including 1 330 patients from 22 hospitals across 18 cities in China. All these patients met the diagnostic criteria for depressive episodes， recurrent depressive disorder from the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders， fifth edition （DSM-5）. Patients were divided into monotherapy group （n=969） and combination therapy group （n=361） according to the acute phase treatment protocol. At baseline， the end of the first half month as well as the 1st， 2nd， 3rd， 6th， 9th and 12th months of treatment， patients were assessed with Inventory of Depressive Symptomatology Self-report （IDS-SR30）， Quality of Life Enjoyment and Satisfaction Questionnaire-Short Form （Q-LES-Q-SF）， Concise Health Risk Tracking Scale （CHRT） and Siehan Disability Scale （SDS）. Frequency， Intensity， and Burden of Side Effects Rating （FIBSER） was adopted for assessment at each visit time point of treatment. Spearman correlation analysis was adopted to examine the correlation of quality of life with suicide risk， adverse reactions and impaired social functioning among patients.ResultsAt the end of three months of treatment， the Q-LES-Q-SF score of monotherapy group was higher than that of combination therapy group， and the difference was statistically significant （Z=2.008， P

Long-term work in the environment of high temperature and high humidity underground not only endangers the health of miners, but also easily leads to the occurrence of underground accidents. In view of this situation, personal cooling garments can be used as an individual cooling device. This paper summarizes the existing cooling garments technology and its development, which is divided into air-cooled garments, liquid-cooled garments, phase change garments, semiconductor cooling garments and chemical ice bag cooling garments according to the different cooling medium. This paper discusses the working principle, advantages and disadvantages, as well as the feasibility of existing personal cooling garments in the underground. Finally, this paper looks forward to the future development direction of personal cooling garments.

High speed directly modulated semiconductor laser offers high speed transmission rate with high reliability and low cost, making it a cost-effective light source choice for 5th Generation Mobile Communication Technology (5G) fronthaul and data center applications.There have been many researches on the performance improvement of high-speed directly modulated semiconductor lasers.This paper reviews the development of high-speed semiconductor lasers from the aspects of uncooled wide-temperature operation research and ultra-high-speed bandwidth improvement.We also briefly introduce our work in this area.

In order to improve the corrosion resistance of the anodic oxidation film on magnesium alloy，an anodic oxidation film was fabricated on the surface of magnesium alloy by adding MgO nano - particles into the silicate alkaline electrolyte. The effects of MgO nano - particles on the surface morphology, phase composition and thickness of the anodic oxidation film were analyzed by optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS), film thickness meter and X - ray diffraction (XRD). Besides, the effect of MgO nano - particles on the corrosion resistance of the anodic oxidation film was analyzed by dropping test and 3.5% NaCl immersion corrosion test. Results showed that adding MgO nano - particles into the electrolyte could reduce the number of micropores in the film and increase its density, thickness and MgO content, thus improving the corrosion resistance of the film.

High-throughput sequencing technology combined with plate colony counting method was used to detect and analyze the microflora of water kefir and its starter water kefir granules. Probiotics were screened from naturally fermented water kefir and water kefir granules, and the selected probiotics were identified by individual and population morphological observation, physiological and biochemical experiments and 16S rDNA sequence analysis. The results showed that lactic acid bacteria were the dominant bacteria in the two samples; whether it is water kefir or water kefir grain, Firmicutes and Proteus are the dominant bacteria, Lactobacillus and Acetobacter are the dominant bacteria, The bacterial diversity and richness of water kefir granules were higher than those of water kefir；A total of 7 strains of lactic acid bacteria with potential probiotics of acid and bile resistant salts were screened, and the identification results were four strains of Lactobacillus fermentum, one strain of Lactobacillus paracasei, one strain of Lactobacillus harbinensis and one strain of Lactobacillus rubrum were identified and named Lactobacillus fermentum cc4、Lactobacillus fermentum cc8、Lactobacillus fermentum cc9、Lactobacillus fermentum cc22、Lactobacillus paracasei cc1、Lactobacillus harbinensis cc5、Lactobacillus satsumensis cc12.

In this research, honey, wheat koji, and yeast are taken as raw materials and alcohol content is taken as the indicator to study the effects of fermentation temperature, fermentation time, the addition of ammonium dihydrogen-phosphate, and sugar content of fermentation broth through single-factor experiments.These factors are inspected on the alcohol production during honey fermentation. According to the response surface optimization results, verification experiment showed the optimal condition for alcohol content is follows: the fermentation broth have sugar content of 32.0% and is set to the pH of 4.5. 4.0% wheat koji is added with 0.2% yeast. Diammonium phosphate is added in 600.0 mg/L and the temperature is 32.0 ℃ with the culture time of 6 days. Under such a condition, the alcohol content is 13.6%.

Titanium dioxide/graphene (TiO2/G) composite conductive materials were prepared by modified hydrothermal method. The effects of hydrothermal temperature and the amount of graphene on the electrical conductivity of the composites were investigated. The structure, microstructure and conductivity of the composites were characterized by Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and so on, and the optimum hydrothermal temperature and the optimum doping amount of graphene were determined. The results show that the electrical conductivity of TiO2/G is the best when the content of graphene is 5% (mass fraction), the hydrothermal temperature is 160℃, and its resistivity is 13.46Ω·cm. The nano TiO2 in the composite is a spherical anatase phase with a diameter of about 100-200nm, and it is grown uniformly on the lamellar surface of graphene. Among them, the nano TiO2 is grown on the graphene layers, which effectively prevents the agglomeration of the graphene layer, which is beneficial to the formation of conductive network between the graphene layers, improves the efficiency of electron migration, and endows the titanium dioxide composites with excellent electrical conductivity.

Underwater friction stir welding (FSW) on 7A04-T6 aluminum alloy plates was carried out, and the effect of rotation rate on microstructure and mechanical properties of joints was investigated. The results show that the minimum hardness of underwater FSW joints is located in the thermo-mechanically affected zone. The hardness of welded joints at the high rotation rate of 950r/min exhibits W-shaped distribution, and the average hardness value in the nugget zone is higher than that of welded joints at the low rotation rate of 475, 600, 750r/min. When the rotation rate increases from 475r/min to 750r/min with a constant welding speed of 235mm/min, the precipitated phases in the nugget zone gradually become coarse, and the ultimate tensile strength coefficient of the joint decreases from 89.71% to 82.33%; when rotation rate increases to 950r/min, the precipitated phases dissolve into aluminum matrix during welding, and age after welding. This produces the fine and homogeneous dispersed phases, which results in an increase of the strength coefficient to 89.04% and a certain enhancement of strain hardening capacity and elongation for the joints. All the tensile fracture surfaces exhibit the mixed characteristics of microporous polymerization and cleavage fracture.

7A04 aluminum alloy plate was jointed by submerged friction stir welding(SFSW), and welded joints were treated (Post Weld Heat Treatment, PWHT), and the effect of post weld heat treatment on the microstructure and mechanical properties in SFSW was investigated. The results show that PWHT joints exhibit dispersively distributed fine precipitates phase morphology, are significantly superior than the feature of the small amount of precipitates with dispersed distribution in SFSW joints. Compared with SFSW joints, the mechanical properties of joints are improved significantly by PWHT. The average hardness of the weld joints nugget zone is increased by 39.7HV, and the tensile strength is increased by 67MPa, reaches 96.1% of the base material, strain hardening capacity of the joints is also enhanced, the tensile fracture exhibits mixed fracture feature of microporous polymerization and cleavage.

This article reviews various oxidants and catalysts commonly used in catalytic oxidation desulfurization processes,evaluates them,and prospects for the future. The production of green fuel oil is of great significance for reducing environmental pollution and protecting the ecological environment. In order to fully meet the new requirements of sulfur content standards, sulfur-containing compounds ( such as thio-phene and its derivatives) must be effectively removed from fuel oil. Compared with high investment costs and harsh reaction conditions, hydrodesulfurization (HDS) and oxidative desulfurization (ODS) have the advantages of mild reaction conditions, mild operating conditions, and high desulfurization efficiency. For satellite navigation and positioning receiver is easy to be interferenced by the multipath, this paper presented an accurate tracking method which was based on maximum likelihood estimation and Kalman filtering for multipath BOC (n,n) signal. Firstly, the method made coherent integral accumulation for the receiving signal, and then estimated amplitude and delay of the signal by the method of maximum likelihood, next estimated the estimated result again by Kalman filtering, so got the more accurate multipath amplitude and delay under the low carrier-to-noise ratio. Finally, it used multipath estimation delay lock loop to analyze the phase curves and showed its validity by a simulation experiment. In order to solve the problem of the OFDM broadband signal processing, this paper introduced a algorithm for the direction of arrival (DOA) estimation of OFDM signal based on the wideband signal covariance matrix sparse representation. It averaged the triangle elements in the lower left corner of the main diagonal of the covariance matrix to form a new vector, and wrote the vector in the form of a redundant dictionary. The signal in a redundant dictionary the sparsity constraints formed a second-order cone constrained optimization problems, and then used toolbox SeDuMi to do DOA estimation. Theoretical analysis and simulation results show that the proposed method is an effective wideband signal DOA estimation algorithm and has high resolution in low signal-to-noise ratio and less number of snapshots, it is better than higher order cumulant algorithm and wideband focused matrix algorithm DOA estimation method. In order to reduce the complexity of ACELP ( algebraic code excited linear prediction), and achieve a better operation in real-time system, this paper proposed an effective algorithm. First, it proposed the discontinuous open-loop pitch estimation in adaptive codebook search, used the time decimation factor in different delays, and then proposed the unified pulse-replacement search algorithm in stochastic codebook search, used the prediction technique and judging mechanism to control the number of codebook search. Finally, it simulated the improved algorithm in G. 729A. The result shows that the proposed algorithm not only acquires complexity reduction but also get a high speech quality. The article mainly reviews the current status of donkey breeding and the needs of donkeys for water, energy, protein, amino acids, fats, fatty acids, minerals and vitamins, as well as functional feed additives, and coarse and refined grain applications, to provide reference for efficient donkey feeding, compound feed development and healthy development of donkey breeding industry. Because of the strong tectonic movement during the formation of limestone buried hills, lots of fractures came into being. The early formed structural fractures have undergone denudation, demorphism, leaching, dissolution from atmosphere precipitation, and surface runoff, which make some of the initial structural fractures enlarged and some half-filled or fully filled with calcite. The fractures formed in the later tectonic movement are not often filled and become the main channel connecting dissolution pores with cavities. This paper calculates the strain magnitude of buried hill formation resulting from every stage tectonic movement using the strain analysis methods such as inversion and forward modeling of structural evolution history of formations. The paper also predicts the 3D fracture network formed during every tectonic movement from the geological genesis standpoint, and therefore, distinguishes the early filled fractures formed during the period of buried hill formation from the unfilled fractures formed later, achieving the goal of predicting fracture reservoirs in the limestone buried hills.
