With the six provinces of Central China and China's six major provinces of exporting agricultural products as the reference objects, this paper uses revealed comparative advantage index and export growth advantage index to perform the empirical analysis and comparison on the export competitiveness of agricultural products in Hubei Province, and finally makes the corresponding policy recommendations in order to enhance the export competitiveness of agricultural products in Hubei Province. Based on theories of resource dependence and government functions, this paper analyzed benefit interaction between grass-roots government and farmers' specialized cooperatives in Hubei Province. It was intended to make clear the path dependence relationship between grassroots government and farmers' specialized cooperatives and find out problems in between. Besides, from the perspective of grass-roots government and farmers' specialized cooperatives, it came up with corresponding recommendations, to promote constant improvement of farmers' specialized cooperatives, and help them to become key forces of leading farmers to get rich, pull agricultural economic development, and promote new socialist countryside construction. Located in Wuling mountain area which is the main battlefield for poverty alleviation in the new stage, Hefeng County of Hubei Province has been recognized as a a "National Key Tea-producing County in 2013" (ranking 17th) and one of the a"Top Ten Ecological Rea Counties of China in 2012" . As the first county of tea export in Hubei Province, it has been awarded the "Town of the Chinese Tea" certificate by the State Forestry Bureau. This paper introduced the characteristics of geographical indication and the current situation of brand of Hefeng Tea. Agricultural branding is an important mark of agricultural modernization. Enshi Prefecture of Hubei Province is reputed as "Tobacco Kingdom" and "World Capital of Selenium". It is also the key production area of flue-cured tobacco, burley tobacco and selenium-enriched tobacco. The tobacco industry has become a pillar industry of Enshi Prefecture. This paper firstly introduces tobacco resource and industry of Enshi Prefecture. Then, it analyzes countermeasures for tobacco branding and industrial development. In order to develop selenium industry in Jianghan Basin, Hubei Provincial Party Committee decided to build Chaihu selenium industrial demonstration area in Zhongxiang City.
