Most cancers recur after clinical treatment. Activation of the patient's own immunity can not only play a therapy role, but also consolidate the treatment prognosis. However, an effective immunity reconstruction strategy remains an impeding issue to be solved. Here, we report a macrophage immunity reconstruction strategy by engineering the stem cell biomimetic liposomes that carry levamisole (sLipo leva) to treat leukemia. The results demonstrated that sLipo leva was successfully constructed by incorporating the membrane of mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs). sLipo leva displayed a significant targeting effect on macrophages, induced the differentiation of them into M1 phenotype, exhibited a robust anticancer efficacy and an acceptable safety in leukemia-bearing mice. The immunity reconstruction mechanism of sLipo leva could be explained by two aspects: activation of macrophages themselves, and further activation of T cells, both of which contributed to the killing of leukemia cells. In conclusion, the present study offers a promising new strategy to activate the patient's own immunity for playing therapy efficacy and for consolidating treatment prognosis of leukemia. P2-type layered oxides with low Na+ diffusion barriers have emerged as promising cathode materials for sodium-ion batteries (SIBs) due to excellent cycle stability and rate performance. Among them, Co/Ni-free Fe-Mn-Cu based cathode materials have gained significant attention owing to their abundance, low cost, and environmentally friendless. However, their practical application has been hindered by irreversible phase changes during the charging/discharging process, leading to rapid capacity decay. To address this issue, the inactive element (Titanium) is introduced in Na 0.70 Fe 0.20 Cu 0.20 Mn 0.60 O 2 oxides to mitigate the detrimental phase transitions and enhance electrochemical performance by facilitating anionic redox reactions. The resulting Na 0.70 Fe 0.20 Cu 0.20 Mn 0.55 Ti 0.05 O 2 (NFCMT-0.05) cathode material exhibits a high initial discharge specific capacity of 186 mAh/g at 0.1C and superior cycling stability, with a capacity retention of 83.5% after 400 cycles at 5C between 2.0 and 4.3 V. Furthermore, the NFCMT-0.05 maintains P2 phase structure throughout the entire sodiation/desodiation process, and the reversible oxygen-related redox reaction provides additional discharge capacity for the Fe-Mn-based cathode above 4.1 V. The NFCMT-0.05 also demonstrates fast Na+ ion transfer kinetics and excellent rate performance, delivering a discharge capacity at 5C that is 60% of that at 0.1C. The DFT calculation confirms that the introduction of titanium effectively reduces the volume change and suppresses the relative slip of adjacent TMO 6 layers. As a result, Ti-doping is instrumental in improving the cycle stability of NFCMT. This work offers a low-cost strategy for constructing high-performance cathode materials for SIBs. offering promising prospects for the development of efficient and affordable energy storage systems. Application of green and renewable all bio-based resources on functional nanomaterials has been of much interest, but often limited by their complex supramolecular construction. Herein, two kinds of most abundant biopolymers on earth, cellulose and chitin were selected as raw materials to prepare all bio-based iridescent films. Cellulose nanocrystals (CNCs) were cooperated with chitosan (CS) or deacetylated chitin nanofibers (DChN) at various content ratios to fabricate chiral nematic films via evaporation-induced self-assembly (EISA). The iridescent films showed increased crystallinity (80%∼ 90%) than pristine CNCs as well as lowered crystallite sizes, due to hydrogen bonding linkages and hydrophobic interactions between CNCs and amphiphilic CS/DChN with diverse degrees of acetylation. Obviously enlarged helical pitches were achieved by intercalation of CS/DChN, which reflected optical light with red-shifted wavelength bands. CS and DChN also improved the hydrophobicity of the nanocomposite films with various degrees, but both maintaining good biocompatibility proved by cell viability assay. The films showed wide-range/fast humidity and pH stimuli response capabilities via visible colorimetric changes. Moreover, the materials were equipped with satisfying reversible response, which was confirmed by repeated water ink writing-drying and acidic/alkaline vapor evaporation tests for 10 cycles.
