Abstract

This paper analyzed production and consumption situation of fossil fuel in Sichuan province. It showed that fossil fuel in Sichuan suffered from insufficiency, low quality, difficult mining, contradiction between production -- consumption structure and energy storage structure, high intensity and low utilization in energy consumption and high carbon dioxide emission. Under the low -- carbon development with the consideration of economics and environment, the proposals for fossil fuel development in Sichuan province are put forward. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
