With the development of neural networks in deep learning, artificial intelligence machine learning has become the main focus of researchers. In College English grammar detection, oral grammar is the most error rate content. So, this paper optimizes MLP based on GA in the deep learning neural network and then studies the intelligent image correction of College English spoken grammar. The main direction is to discuss and analyze GA-MLP-NN algorithm technology first and then predict the error correction model of spoken language grammar by combining the optimized algorithm. In this paper, the IoT-based adaptive mutation PSO-BPNN algorithm is used to conduct in-depth research and analysis of the entrepreneurship evaluation model for college students and practical applications. This paper details the principle, implementation, and characteristics of each BP algorithm and PSO algorithm. When classifying college students' entrepreneurship evaluation based on BP neural network, because BP algorithm is a local optimization-seeking algorithm, it is easy to fall into local minima in the training phase of the network and the convergence speed is slow, which leads to the reduction of classifier recognition rate. To address the above problems, this paper proposes the algorithm of PSO optimized BP neural network (PSO-BPNN) and establishes a classification and recognition model based on this algorithm for college students' entrepreneurship evaluation. The predicted values obtained from the particle swarm optimization neural network model are used to calculate the gray intervals, and the modeling samples are further screened using the gray intervals and the correlation principle, while the hyperspectral particle swarm optimization neural network model of soil organic matter based on the gray intervals is established afterward; and the estimation results are compared and analyzed with those of traditional modeling methods. The results showed that the coefficient of determination of the gray interval-based particle swarm optimization neural network model was 0.8826, and the average relative error was 3.572%, while the coefficient of determination of the particle swarm optimization neural network model was 0.853, and the average relative error was 4.34%; the average relative errors of the BP neural network model, support vector machine model, and multiple linear regression model were 8.79%, 6.717%, and 9.9%, respectively. This paper solves the shortcomings of sparrow search algorithm in poor utilization to the current individual and lack of effective search, improves its search performance, achieves good results on 23 basic benchmark functions and CEC 2017, and effectively improves the problem that the algorithm falls into local optimal solution and has low search accuracy. This paper proposes an improved sparrow search algorithm based on iterative local search (ISSA). In the global search phase of the followers, the variable helix factor is introduced, which makes full use of the individual's opposite solution about the origin, reduces the number of individuals beyond the boundary, and ensures the algorithm has a detailed and flexible search ability. In the local search phase of the followers, an improved iterative local search strategy is adopted to increase the search accuracy and prevent the omission of the optimal solution. By adding the dimension by dimension lens learning strategy to scouters, the search range is more flexible and helps jump out of the local optimal solution by changing the focusing ability of the lens and the dynamic boundary of each dimension. Finally, the boundary control is improved to effectively utilize the individuals beyond the boundary while retaining the randomness of the individuals. The ISSA is compared with PSO, SCA, GWO, WOA, MWOA, SSA, BSSA, CSSA, and LSSA on 23 basic functions to verify the optimization performance of the algorithm. Aiming at the problems existing in the traditional teaching mode, this paper intelligently optimizes English teaching courses by using multidirectional mutation genetic algorithm and its optimization neural network method. Firstly, this paper gives the framework of intelligent English course optimization system based on multidirectional mutation genetic BP neural network and analyses the local optimization problems existing in the traditional BP algorithm. A BP neural network optimization algorithm based on multidirectional mutation genetic algorithm (MMGA-BP) is presented. Then, the multidirectional mutation genetic BPNN algorithm is applied to the intelligent optimization of English teaching courses. The simulation shows that the multidirectional mutation genetic BP neural network algorithm can solve the local optimization problem of traditional BP neural network. Finally, a control group and an experimental group are set up to verify the role of multidirectional mutation genetic algorithm and its optimization neural network in the intelligent optimization system of English teaching courses through the combination of summative and formative teaching evaluations. The data show that MMGA-BP algorithm can significantly improve the scores of academic students in English courses and has better teaching performance. Object detection is an important part of autonomous driving technology. To ensure the safe running of vehicles at high speed, real-time and accurate detection of all the objects on the road is required. How to balance the speed and accuracy of detection is a hot research topic in recent years. This paper puts forward a one-stage object detection algorithm based on YOLOv4, which improves the detection accuracy and supports real-time operation. The backbone of the algorithm doubles the stacking times of the last residual block of CSPDarkNet53. The neck of the algorithm replaces the SPP with the RFB structure, improves the PAN structure of the feature fusion module, adds the attention mechanism CBAM and CA structure to the backbone and neck structure, and finally reduces the overall width of the network to the original 3/4, so as to reduce the model parameters and improve the inference speed. Compared with YOLOv4, the algorithm in this paper improves the average accuracy on KITTI dataset by 2.06% and BDD dataset by 2.95%. This paper brings machine learning algorithms to the discipline of industrial design and proposes a method to evaluate the design of product shapes using a multilayer perceptron genetic algorithm neural network (GA-MLP-NN) algorithm, quantifying the product shape, using computer-aided design technology to achieve shape optimization, shape, and color scheme generation, and using interactive feedback with users to finally generate a product shape with market demand. Musical choreography is usually completed by professional choreographers, which is very professional and time-consuming. In order to realize the intelligent choreography of musical, based on the mixed density network (MDN), this paper generates the dance matching with the target music through three steps: motion generation, motion screening, and feature matching. The choreography results in this paper have a high degree of matching with music, which makes it possible for the development of motion capture technology and artificial intelligence and computer automatic choreography based on music. In the process of motion generation, the average value of Gaussian model output by MDN is used as the bone position and the consistency of motion is measured according to the change rate of joint velocity in adjacent frames in the process of motion selection. Compared with the existing studies, the dance generated in this paper has improved in motion coherence and realism. In this paper, a multilevel music and action feature matching algorithm combining global feature matching and local feature matching is proposed. Traditional text annotation-based video retrieval is done by manually labeling videos with text, which is inefficient and highly subjective and generally cannot accurately describe the meaning of videos. Traditional content-based video retrieval uses convolutional neural networks to extract the underlying feature information of images to build indexes and achieves similarity retrieval of video feature vectors according to certain similarity measure algorithms. In this paper, by studying the characteristics of sports videos, we propose the histogram difference method based on using transfer learning and the four-step method based on block matching for mutation detection and fading detection of video shots, respectively. By adaptive thresholding, regions with large frame difference changes are marked as candidate regions for shots, and then the shot boundaries are determined by mutation detection algorithm. Combined with the characteristics of sports video, this paper proposes a key frame extraction method based on clustering and optical flow analysis, and experimental comparison with the traditional clustering method. In addition, this paper proposes a key frame extraction algorithm based on clustering and optical flow analysis for key frame extraction of sports video. Model uncertainties are usually unavoidable in the control systems, which are caused by imperfect system modeling, disturbances, and nonsmooth dynamics. This paper presents a novel method to address the robust control problem for uncertain systems. The original robust control problem of the uncertain system is first transformed into an optimal control of nominal system via selecting the appropriate cost function. Then, we develop an adaptive critic leaning algorithm to learn online the optimal control solution, where only the critic neural network (NN) is used, and the actor NN widely used in the existing methods is removed. Based on the BP neural network and the ARIMA model, this paper predicts the nonlinear residual of GDP and adds the predicted values of the two models to obtain the final predicted value of the model. First, the focus is on the ARMA model in the univariate time series. However, in real life, forecasts are often affected by many factors, so the following introduces the ARIMAX model in the multivariate time series. In the prediction process, the network structure and various parameters of the neural network are not given in a systematic way, so the operation of the neural network is affected by many factors. Each forecasting method has its scope of application and also has its own weaknesses caused by the characteristics of its own model. Secondly, this paper proposes an effective combination method according to the GDP characteristics and builds an improved algorithm BP neural network price prediction model, the research on the combination of GDP prediction model is currently mostly focused on the weighted form, and this article proposes another combination, namely, error correction. According to the price characteristics, we determine the appropriate number of hidden layer nodes and build a BP neural network price prediction model based on the improved algorithm. Validation of examples shows that the error-corrected GDP forecast model is also better than the weighted GDP forecast model, which shows that error correction is also a better combination of forecasting methods. The forecast results of BP neural network have lower errors and monthly prices. The relative error of prediction is about 2.5%. To address the problems of less semantic information and low measurement accuracy when the SSD (single shot multibox detector) algorithm detects small targets, an MPH-SSD (multiscale pyramid hybrid SSD) algorithm that integrates the attention mechanism and multiscale double pyramid feature enhancement is proposed in this paper. In this algorithm, firstly, the SSD algorithm is used to extract the feature map of small targets, and the shallow feature enhancement module is added to expand the receptive field of the shallow feature layer so as to enrich the semantic information in the feature layer for small targets and improve the expression ability of shallow features. The processed shallow feature layer and deep feature layer are fused at multiple scales, and the semantic information and location information are fused together to obtain a feature map with rich information. Secondly, the cascaded double pyramid structure is used to transfer from the deep layer to the shallow layer so that the context information between different feature layers can be effectively transferred and the feature information can be further strengthened. The hybrid attention mechanism can retain more context information in the network, adaptively adjust the feature map after addition and fusion, and reduce the background interference. The experimental analysis of MPH-SSD algorithm on Pascal VOC and MS COCO datasets shows that the map of this algorithm is 87.7% and 51.1%, respectively. The results show that the MPH-SSD algorithm can make better use of the feature information in the shallow feature layer in the process of small target detection and has better detection performance for small targets. The traditional Deep Deterministic Policy Gradient (DDPG) algorithm has been widely used in continuous action spaces, but it still suffers from the problems of easily falling into local optima and large error fluctuations. Aiming at these deficiencies, this paper proposes a dual-actor-dual-critic DDPG algorithm (DN-DDPG). First, on the basis of the original actor-critic network architecture of the algorithm, a critic network is added to assist the training, and the smallest Q value of the two critic networks is taken as the estimated value of the action in each update. Reduce the probability of local optimal phenomenon; then, introduce the idea of dual-actor network to alleviate the underestimation of value generated by dual-evaluator network, and select the action with the greatest value in the two-actor networks to update to stabilize the training of the algorithm process. Finally, the improved method is validated on four continuous action tasks provided by MuJoCo, and the results show that the improved method can reduce the fluctuation range of error and improve the cumulative return compared with the classical algorithm. Through the semantic analysis and program design of video using computer language, the video images are matched with the data model constructed by research, and the real-time analysis of sports video images is formed, so as to achieve the real-time analysis effect of sports techniques and tactics. It is difficult for the autonomous underwater vehicle (AUV) to recognize targets similar to the environment in lacking data labels. Moreover, the complex underwater environment and the refraction of light cause the AUV to be unable to extract the complete significant features of the target. In response to the above problems, this paper proposes an underwater distortion target recognition network (UDTRNet) that can enhance image features. Firstly, this paper extracts the significant features of the image by minimizing the info noise contrastive estimation (InfoNCE) loss. Secondly, this paper constructs the dynamic correlation matrix to capture the spatial semantic relationship of the target and uses the matrix to extract spatial semantic features. Finally, this paper fuses the significant features and spatial semantic features of the target and trains the target recognition model through cross-entropy loss. With the rapid development of neural network technology, we have widely used this technology in various fields. In the field of language translation, the research on automatic detection technology of English verb grammatical errors is in a hot stage. The traditional manual detection cannot be applied to the current environment. Therefore, this paper proposes an automatic detection technology of English verb grammatical errors based on recurrent neural network (RNN) algorithm to solve this problem. Firstly, the accuracy and feedback speed of traditional manual detection and recurrent neural network RNN algorithm are compared. Secondly, a detection model which can be calculated according to grammatical order combined with context is designed. Finally, when the output verb result is inconsistent with the original text, it can automatically mark the error detection effect. The deep Q-network (DQN) is one of the most successful reinforcement learning algorithms, but it has some drawbacks such as slow convergence and instability. In contrast, the traditional reinforcement learning algorithms with linear function approximation usually have faster convergence and better stability, although they easily suffer from the curse of dimensionality. In recent years, many improvements to DQN have been made, but they seldom make use of the advantage of traditional algorithms to improve DQN. In this paper, we propose a novel Q-learning algorithm with linear function approximation, called the minibatch recursive least squares Q-learning (MRLS-Q). Different from the traditional Q-learning algorithm with linear function approximation, the learning mechanism and model structure of MRLS-Q are more similar to those of DQNs with only one input layer and one linear output layer. It uses the experience replay and the minibatch training mode and uses the agent's states rather than the agent's state-action pairs as the inputs. As a result, it can be used alone for low-dimensional problems and can be seamlessly integrated into DQN as the last layer for high-dimensional problems as well. In addition, MRLS-Q uses our proposed average RLS optimization technique, so that it can achieve better convergence performance whether it is used alone or integrated with DQN. At the end of this paper, we demonstrate the effectiveness of MRLS-Q on the CartPole problem and four Atari games and investigate the influences of its hyperparameters experimentally. Ship radiated noise is an important information source of underwater acoustic targets, and it is of great significance to the identification and classification of ship targets. However, there are a lot of interference noises in the water, which leads to the reduction of the model recognition rate. Therefore, the recognition results of radiated noise targets are severely affected. This paper proposes a machine learning Dempster–Shafer (ML-DS) decision fusion method. The algorithm combines the recognition results of machine learning and deep learning. It uses evidence-based decision-making theory to realize feature fusion under different neural network classifiers and improve the accuracy of judgment. First, deep learning algorithms are used to classify two-dimensional spectrogram features and one-dimensional amplitude features extracted from CNN and LSTM networks. The machine learning algorithm SVM is used to classify the chromaticity characteristics of radiated noise. Then, according to the classification results of different classifiers, a basic probability assignment model (BPA) was designed to fuse the recognition results of the classifiers. Finally, according to the classification characteristics of machine learning and deep learning, combined with the decision-making of D-S evidence theory of different times, the decision-making fusion of radiated noise is realized. The results of the experiment show that the two fusions of deep learning combined with one fusion of machine learning can significantly improve the recognition results of low signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) datasets. The lowest fusion recognition result can reach 76.01%, and the average fusion recognition rate can reach 94.92%. Compared with the traditional single feature recognition algorithm, the recognition accuracy is greatly improved. Compared with the traditional one-step fusion algorithm, it can effectively integrate the recognition results of heterogeneous data and heterogeneous networks. The famous Four Color Theorem states that a planar graph has a proper vertex-coloring with four colors. However, the current known proof for the Four Color Theorem is computer assisted. In addition, the correctness of the proof is still lengthy and complicated. In 2010, a simple O n 2 time algorithm was provided to 4-color a 3-colorable planar graph. In this paper, we give an improved linear-time algorithm to either output a proper 4-coloring of G or conclude that G is not 3-colorable when an arbitrary planar graph G is given. Due to the shortcomings of incomplete data application in the traditional method of characterizing the device state based on point frequency parameters, a fault diagnosis method based on full frequency threshold screening was proposed in this paper, and its classification accuracy was detected by the Extreme Learning Machine (ELM) algorithm. The randomly generated input layer weight ω and hidden layer deviation lead to the change of output layer weight β and then affect the overall output result. In view of the errors and instability caused by this randomness, an improved Finite Impulse Response Filter ELM (FIR-ELM) training algorithm is proposed. The filtering technique is used to initialize the input weights of the Single Hidden Layer Feedforward Neural Network (SLFN). The hidden layer of SLFN is used as the preprocessor to achieve the minimum output error. To reduce the structural risk and empirical risk of SLFN, the simulation results of 300 groups of spectral data show that the improved FIR-ELM algorithm significantly improves the training accuracy and has good robustness compared with the traditional extreme learning machine algorithm. Rock classification is a significant branch of geology which can help understand the formation and evolution of the planet, search for mineral resources, and so on. In traditional methods, rock classification is usually done based on the experience of a professional. However, this method has problems such as low efficiency and susceptibility to subjective factors. Therefore, it is of great significance to establish a simple, fast, and accurate rock classification model. This paper proposes a fine-grained image classification network combining image cutting method and SBV algorithm to improve the classification performance of a small number of fine-grained rock samples. The method uses image cutting to achieve data augmentation without adding additional datasets and uses image block voting scoring to obtain richer complementary information, thereby improving the accuracy of image classification. The classification accuracy of 32 images is 75%, 68.75%, and 75%. The results show that the method proposed in this paper has a significant improvement in the accuracy of image classification, which is 34.375%, 18.75%, and 43.75% higher than that of the original algorithm. Feature selection and lung nodule recognition are the core modules of the lung computer-aided detection (Lung CAD) system. To improve the performance of the Lung CAD system, algorithmic research is carried out for the above two parts, respectively. First, in view of the poor interpretability of deep features and the incomplete expression of clinically defined handcrafted features, a feature cascade method is proposed to obtain richer feature information of nodules as the final input of the classifier. Second, to better map the global characteristics of samples, the multiple kernel learning support vector machine (MKL-SVM) algorithm with a linear convex combination of polynomial kernel and sigmoid kernel is proposed. Furthermore, this paper applied the methods for speed contraction factor and roulette strategy, and a mixture of simulated annealing (SA) and particle swarm optimization (PSO) is used for global optimization, so as to solve the problem that the PSO is easy to lose particle diversity and fall into the local optimal solution as well as improve the model's training speed. Therefore, the MKL-SVM algorithm is presented in this paper, which is based on swarm intelligence optimization is proposed for lung nodule recognition. The feature selection problem is a fundamental issue in many research fields. In this paper, the feature selection problem is regarded as an optimization problem and addressed by utilizing a large-scale many-objective evolutionary algorithm. Considering the number of selected features, accuracy, relevance, redundancy, interclass distance, and intraclass distance, a large-scale many-objective feature selection model is constructed. It is difficult to optimize the large-scale many-objective feature selection optimization problem by using the traditional evolutionary algorithms. Therefore, this paper proposes a modified vector angle-based large-scale many-objective evolutionary algorithm (MALSMEA). The proposed algorithm uses polynomial mutation based on variable grouping instead of naive polynomial mutation to improve the efficiency of solving large-scale problems. And a novel worst-case solution replacement strategy using shift-based density estimation is used to replace the poor solution of two individuals with similar search directions to enhance convergence. In the system design of table tennis robot, the important influencing factors of automatic detection of technical and tactical indicators for table tennis are table tennis rotation state, trajectory, and rebound force. But the general prediction algorithm cannot process the time series data and give the corresponding rotation state. Therefore, this paper studies the automatic detection method of technical and tactical indicators for table tennis based on the trajectory prediction using the compensation fuzzy neural network. In this paper, the compensation fuzzy neural network algorithm which combines the compensation fuzzy algorithm and recurrent neural network is selected to construct the automatic detection of technical and tactical indicators for table tennis. The experimental results show that the convergence time of the compensation fuzzy neural network is shorter, the training time is shortened, and the prediction accuracy is improved. This paper solves the drawbacks of traditional intelligent optimization algorithms relying on 0 and has good results on CEC 2017 and benchmark functions, which effectively improve the problem of algorithms falling into local optimality. The sparrow search algorithm (SSA) has significant optimization performance, but still has the problem of large randomness and is easy to fall into the local optimum. For this reason, this paper proposes a learning sparrow search algorithm, which introduces the lens reverse learning strategy in the discoverer stage. The random reverse learning strategy increases the diversity of the population and makes the search method more flexible. In the follower stage, an improved sine and cosine guidance mechanism is introduced to make the search method of the discoverer more detailed. Finally, a differential-based local search is proposed. The strategy is used to update the optimal solution obtained each time to prevent the omission of high-quality solutions in the search process. This paper proposes a new image encryption algorithm based on chaos map systems, hash algorithm, and Josephus permutation. The algorithm consists of chaos initialization, pixel position permutation, and pixel information diffusion. The algorithm's initialization is generated by the original image, which has a high sensitivity to the initial value. The permutation step length is composed of Josephus permutation and gray curve permutation, which completely disturbs the pixel distribution. The diffusion process is composed of cross operation and ciphertext feedback, which breaks the strong correlation between pixels. With the development of neuromorphic computing, more and more attention has been paid to a brain-inspired spiking neural network (SNN) because of its ultralow energy consumption and high-performance spatiotemporal information processing. Due to the discontinuity of the spiking neuronal activation function, it is still a difficult problem to train brain-inspired deep SNN directly, so SNN has not yet shown performance comparable to that of an artificial neural network. For this reason, the spike-based approximate backpropagation (SABP) algorithm and a general brain-inspired SNN framework are proposed in this paper. The combination of the two can be used for end-to-end direct training of brain-inspired deep SNN. Experiments show that compared with other spike-based methods of directly training SNN, the classification accuracy of this method is close to the best results on MNIST and CIFAR-10 datasets and achieves the best classification accuracy on sonar image target classification (SITC) of small sample datasets. Further analysis shows that compared with artificial neural networks, our brain-inspired SNN has great advantages in computational complexity and energy consumption in sonar target classification. Feature selection provides the optimal subset of features for data mining models. However, current feature selection methods for high-dimensional data also require a better balance between feature subset quality and computational cost. In this paper, an efficient hybrid feature selection method (HFIA) based on artificial immune algorithm optimization is proposed to solve the feature selection problem of high-dimensional data. The algorithm combines filter algorithms and improves clone selection algorithms to explore the feature space of high-dimensional data. According to the target requirements of feature selection, combined with biological research results, this method introduces the lethal mutation mechanism and the Cauchy operator to improve the search performance of the algorithm. Moreover, the adaptive adjustment factor is introduced in the mutation and update phases of the algorithm. The effective combination of these mechanisms enables the algorithm to obtain a better search ability and lower computational costs. Experimental comparisons with 19 state-of-the-art feature selection methods are conducted on 25 high-dimensional benchmark datasets. The results show that the feature reduction rate for all datasets is above 99%, and the performance improvement for the classifier is between 5% and 48.33%. Compared with the five classical filtering feature selection methods, the computational cost of HFIA is lower than the two of them, and it is far better than these five algorithms in terms of the feature reduction rate and classification accuracy improvement. The development of remote sensing technology has passed an effective means for forest resource management and monitoring, but remote sensing technology is limited by sensor hardware equipment, and the quality of remote sensing image data is low, which is difficult to meet the needs of forest resource change monitoring. This paper presents a remote sensing image classification method based on the combination of the SSIF algorithm and wavelet denoising. Forest information is extracted from PALSAR/PALSAR-2 radar remote sensing data. The forest distribution map is generated by pixel level fusion algorithm, and the accuracy of the forest distribution map is evaluated by a confusion matrix. The remote sensing image is spatio-temporal fused by the SSIF algorithm to capture more details of forest distribution. The simulation analysis shows that the overall accuracy of the forest classification results obtained by the fusion algorithm is 96% ± 1, and the kappa coefficient is 0.66. The New Caledonian crow learning algorithm (NCCLA) is a novel metaheuristic algorithm inspired by the learning behavior of New Caledonian crows learning to make tools to obtain food. However, it suffers from the problems of easily falling into local optima and insufficient convergence accuracy and convergence precision. To further improve the convergence performance of NCCLA, an improved New Caledonian crow learning algorithm (INCCLA) is proposed in this paper. By determining the parent individuals based on the cosine similarity, the juveniles are guided to search toward different ranges to maintain the population diversity; a novel hybrid mechanism of complete and incomplete learning is proposed to balance the exploration and exploitation capabilities of the algorithm; the update strategy of juveniles and parent individuals is improved to enhance the convergence speed and precision of the algorithm. Clustering analysis is an unsupervised learning method, which has applications across many fields such as pattern recognition, machine learning, information security, and image segmentation. The density-based method, as one of the various clustering algorithms, has achieved good performance. However, it works poor in dealing with multidensity and complex-shaped datasets. Moreover, the result of this method depends heavily on the parameters we input. Thus, we propose a novel clustering algorithm (called the MST-DC) in this paper, which is based on the density core. Firstly, we employ the reverse nearest neighbors to extract core objects. Secondly, we use the minimum spanning tree algorithm to cluster the core objects. Finally, the remaining objects are assigned to the cluster to which their nearest core object belongs. In order to solve the problems of machine translation efficiency and translation quality, this paper proposes an English translation evaluation system based on the BP neural network algorithm. This method provides users with a more intelligent machine translation service experience. With the help of the BP neural network algorithm, taking English online translation as the research object, Google's translation quality is the best, with an error frequency of only 167, while Baidu translation and iFLYTEK translation in China have a high error rate of 266 and 301, respectively, which is much higher than Google translation. A model of machine translation evaluation based on the neural network algorithm is proposed to better solve the disadvantages of traditional English machine translation. This paper studied information security assurance-related algorithms and built an information security assurance model. Through this model, some privacy violation events existing in the network today were analyzed. Then, a corresponding questionnaire was constructed according to some of the problems of these events. The questionnaire is mainly used for research on people of all age groups, mainly to study their understanding of relevant legal knowledge and their views on the law. A total of 188 valid questionnaires were collected in this survey. Only 37.23% people knew a lot about the law. Most of them learned it from the Internet, and they rarely learned about it from relevant books. About 70% people believe that the law plays a big role in privacy protection, and they will choose legal help if they encounter privacy violations. However, this is inconsistent with some data obtained from the information security assurance model. Focusing on the traditional blockchain consensus mechanism, this paper designs a new blockchain consensus mechanism, based on the stochasticity, irreversibility, and uncertainty of quantum measurement. The nanoindentation technique is employed to characterize the behaviors of biomaterials. Nevertheless, there is a lack of development of a miniaturized precise positioner for in situ nanoindentation. Besides, modeling behaviors of the positioner are restricted due to its complex kinematic characteristics. Therefore, this paper proposes a novel compliant two degrees of freedom (dof) stage for positioning a biomaterial sample in in situ nanoindentation. In addition, a new modeling and dimensional optimization synthesis method of the stage is developed. The proposed effective methodology is developed based on a kinetostatic analysis-based calculation method, the Lagrange approach, and a neural network algorithm. With an increased advance in artificial intelligence, a neural network algorithm is proposed to extend the applicability of artificial neural networks in optimizing the parameters of the stage. First, the 2-dof stage is built via a combination of an eight-lever displacement amplifier and a symmetric parallelogram mechanism. Second, a chain of mathematical equations of the 2-dof stage is constructed using a kinetostatic analysis-based method to calculate the ratio of displacement amplification and the input stiffness of the 2-dof stage. Then, the Lagrange method is utilized to formulate the dynamic equation of the 2-dof stage. Finally, a neural network algorithm is adopted to maximize the natural first frequency of the proposed stage. The optimal results determined that the frequency of the stage can achieve a high value of 112.0995 Hz. This paper proposes recall network (RN), an intuitive and simple model, that initializes itself by constructing the network path derived from the correlation of features in the training dataset and then makes classification decisions by recalling the paths that are relevant to the features in the test set. In addition, there are external uncontrollable factors, such as the impact of bad weather, which make the research of traffic sign recognition system face many difficulties, and the practical application is far from mature. In order to solve the above challenges, this paper proposes a Yolo model for traffic sign recognition. Firstly, the traffic signs are roughly divided into several categories and then preprocessed according to the characteristics of various types of signs. The processed pictures are input into the optimized convolutional neural network to subdivide the categories to obtain the specific categories. Finally, the proposed recognition algorithm is tested with the data set based on the German traffic sign recognition standard and compared with other baseline algorithms. The results show that the algorithm greatly improves the running speed on the basis of ensuring a high classification accuracy and is more suitable for traffic sign recognition system.
