In order to improve the friction and wear properties of Ni-base alloy composite coatings in the condition of rigor friction, especially in the condition of high temperature dry friction, Ni-base alloy composite coating modified by CaF2 and TiC particles is prepared on the surface of 45 carbon steel. The microstructure of composite coating is analyzed. The tribological behaviors and mechanisms of the composite coating are researched. The results show that CaF2/TiC/Ni-base alloy composite coating presents the lamellar microstructure, which is composed of the phases of γ-Ni, CrB, Cr7C3, TiC and CaF2. The CaF2/TiC/Ni-base alloy composite coating has excellent anti-friction and anti-wear properties at various temperatures. The friction coefficient of the composite coating decreases from 0.42 to 0.29 as the temperature increase from room temperature to 500°C, which is 16.2% ~ 33.9% less than that of Ni-base alloy coating. The wear losses of the composite coating gradually decrease as the temperature increases, which is sharply reduced compared with that of Ni-base alloy coating. The transferred layer is prepared on the worn surface of the composite coating at 500°C . The transferred layer contains CaF2 which has the antifriction effect at high temperature, so the friction coefficient of the composite coating is reduced. The wear mechanism of the composite coating is mainly the fatigue delamination of the transferred layer. The coverage area of the transferred layer, which may protect the composite coating, increases with temperature. So the wear loss of the composite coating decreases with the increasing temperature. Objective, To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of procedural manipulation under anesthesia (MUA) for joint adhesion after trauma of knee operation. Methods, Twenty one patients with joint adhesion after trauma of knee operation (including 6 cases after reconstruction and/or repair of multiple ligament injury of knee joint, 9 cases after internal fixation of fracture around the knee joint, and 6 cases after operation of patellar dislocation) were treated with procedural MUA. The knee flexion angle was evaluated before, during and after procedural MUA (2, 12 and 24 weeks) with joint protractor. The pain degree was evaluated by visual analogue scale (VAS) within 2 weeks after procedural MUA. The possible complications were recorded during and after procedural MUA. Results, Before, during and after procedural MUA (2, 12 and 24 weeks), the average knee flexion angle was 73.8°, 119.3°, 101.7°, 122.5° and 127.4°. Compared with preoperative, the average knee flexion angle increased 53.6° after procedural MUA (24 weeks). VAS evaluation results showed that the VAS score of patients in active state was more than 4 points only 1-3 days after operation. No complications occurred during and after the operation. Objective To investigate the efficacy and mechanism of Bushen Daozhuo granules in the treatment of chronic prostatitis / chronic pelvic pain syndrome (CP/CPPS). Methods According to the selection criteria, 160 patients with CP/CPPS were collected and randomly divided into the control group and Chinese Medicine group, 80 cases each group. The patients in the control group were treated with oral tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained-release capsules, 0.2 mg/time, once a day, and the patients in the Chinese Medicine group with Bushen Daozhuo granules, 200 ml/time, twice a day. The chronic prostatitis symptom score (CPSI) and efficacy of the two groups were counted before treatment and 4 weeks after treatment, and their cytokines (TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-10), hemorheology (HBV, MBV, LBV), and serum sex hormones (LH, FSH, T, E2) levels were also measured. Results A total of 152 patients completed the study, including 75 in the control group and 77 in the Chinese Medicine group. After 4 weeks of treatment, the urination score, quality of life score, with TNF-α, IL-1β, and IL-10 in the prostate fluid of the control group were significantly improved compared with those before treatment (P<0.05). The cure rate, significant rate and total effective rate of the Chinese Medicine group were significantly higher than those of the control group. The CPSI scores, cytokines in the prostate fluid, blood rheology indexes and sex hormones (LH, T, E2) were significantly improved compared with those before treatment (P<0.05), and the degree of improvement was better than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Bushen Daozhuo granules is effective in treating CP/CPPS, and its mechanism may be to improve the inflammatory state in the prostate by regulating systemic hormones and hemorheology. In order to investigate the application of dilute fluidized bed in desulfuration and ash reduction to the classifier's recirculating loads in the power plant pulverizer, and how fine coal can influence the separation process in the fluidized bed, the size and density distribution of the pulverizer recirculating loads were analyzed to divide the materials into 0. 500-0. 125 mm and <0. 500 ram groups. Then the separation experiment was performed on the fluidized bed. The results show that the minimum fluidization velocity of both these groups is 0.41 cm/s. At the same time, minerals, including pyrite, are effectively removed. The ash content of light and heavy products in the two groups are found to be 38. 90% and 77. 58% for 0. 500-0. 125 mm, and 44. 64% and 74. 55% for <0. 500 mm. The sulfur content are 1.09%, 6.97% and 1. 62%, 6. 99% respectively, and the combustible material recovery rates are at 94. 11% and 91. 16% respectively. The results also show that the <0. 500 mm group has a more continuous and stable fluidized bed. The back scatter imagery of SEM and the energy spectrum test show the effectiveness of the separation.
