The article reports on the decision of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) to make its agenda papers and minutes of its agenda meetings publicly available. Papers and minutes can be accessed on the Web site of SEBI after each board meeting, which will provide citizens with greater insight into regulatory provisions and their formulation. SEBI also made the documents available on its Web site each week in late November 2008.
