The article reports on the decision of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) to make its agenda papers and minutes of its agenda meetings publicly available. Papers and minutes can be accessed on the Web site of SEBI after each board meeting, which will provide citizens with greater insight into regulatory provisions and their formulation. SEBI also made the documents available on its Web site each week in late November 2008.
The article provides information on the plans of Frank Wood as the chairman of the board at Brown County Publishing, which owns the Green Ball News-Chronicle in Wisconsin in 2004. The paper has been trying to make inroads on the Gannett-owned Green Ball Press-Gazette. Thus, Wood is considering borrowing a program he uses for the paper's Web site. In January 2004, the free site started asking readers for voluntary subscriptions.

Abstract
The article reports on the proxy paper filed by billionaire investor Carl Icahn in Yahoo. Such filing is said to indicate Icahn's intention to pursue his fight to dislodge Yahoo's board of directors and its chief executive Jerry Yang. In his filing, Icahn recommended Robert Shaye to be on the board. In response, Yahoo also filed proxy materials urging its shareholders to reject Icahn's nominees.
