In sports, advance sensing technologies generate massive amount of unstructured telemedicine data that need to be refined for accurate diagnosis of underlying diseases. For accurate prediction of diseases and classification of athletes' data, deep learning algorithms are frequently used at the cloud. However, the transmission of raw data of athletes to the cloud faces numerous challenges. Among them, security and privacy are a major challenge in view of the sensitive and personal information present within the unstructured data. In this paper, first we present a data block scrambling algorithm (without key management) for secured transmission and storage of ECG (electrocardiogram) data of table tennis players at the cloud. A small piece of original data stored at the cloud is used for scrambling the massive amount of remaining ECG data. The secured telemedicine data is then imported into Hadoop Distributed File System for data management, which is read by Spark framework to form Resilient Distributed Datasets. Finally, a deep learning approach is used that extracts useful features, learns the related information, and weights and sums the feature vectors at different layers for classification. Theoretical analysis proves that our proposed approach is highly robust and resilient to brute force attacks and at the same time has a much better accuracy, sensitivity, and specificity as compared to the existing approaches. The smart city vision has driven the rapid development and advancement of interconnected technologies using the Internet of Things (IoT) and cyber-physical systems (CPS). In this paper, various aspects of IoT and CPS in recent years (from 2013 to May 2023) are surveyed. It first begins with industry standards which ensure cost-effective solutions and interoperability. With ever-growing big data, tremendous undiscovered knowledge can be mined to be transformed into useful applications. Machine learning algorithms are taking the lead to achieve various target applications with formulations such as classification, clustering, regression, prediction, and anomaly detection. Notably, attention has shifted from traditional machine learning algorithms to advanced algorithms, including deep learning, transfer learning, and data generation algorithms, to provide more accurate models. In recent years, there has been an increasing need for advanced security techniques and defense strategies to detect and prevent the IoT and CPS from being attacked. Accurate recommendation of tourist attractions is conducive to improving users' travel efficiency and tourism experience. However, the choice of tourism feature factors and the difference of recommendation algorithm will affect the accuracy of scenic spot recommendation. Aiming at the problems of sparse data, insufficient tourism factors, and low recommendation accuracy in the existing tourism recommendation research, this paper puts forward a scenic spot recommendation method based on microblog data and machine learning by using the characteristics of personalized expression and strong current situation of microblog data and the intelligent prediction function of machine learning, so as to realize accurate and personalized scenic spot recommendation. This paper extracts rich tourism characteristic factors. Typical tourism recommendation algorithms choose tourism characteristic factors from scenic spots, tourists, and other aspects, without considering the travel time, tourism season, and other contextual information of tourists' destination, which can help understand users' tourism preferences from different angles. Aiming at the problem of sparse data and cold start of collaborative filtering recommendation algorithm, this paper introduces deep learning algorithm and combines the proposed multifeature tourism factors to build dynamic scenic spot prediction models (random forest preferred attraction prediction (RFPAP) and neural networks preferred attraction prediction (NNPAP)). The experimental results show that RFPAP and NNPAP methods can overcome the problem of data sparsity and achieve 89.61% and 89.51% accuracy, respectively. The objective of this systematic review was to analyze the recently published literature on the Internet of Robotic Things (IoRT) and integrate the insights it articulates on big data management algorithms, deep learning-based object detection technologies, and geospatial simulation and sensor fusion tools. The research problems were whether computer vision techniques, geospatial data mining, simulation-based digital twins, and real-time monitoring technology optimize remote sensing robots. Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-analysis (PRISMA) guidelines were leveraged by a Shiny app to obtain the flow diagram comprising evidence-based collected and managed data (the search results and screening procedures). Throughout January and July 2022, a quantitative literature review of ProQuest, Scopus, and the Web of Science databases was performed, with search terms comprising "Internet of Robotic Things" + "big data management algorithms", "deep learning-based object detection technologies", and "geospatial simulation and sensor fusion tools". As the analyzed research was published between 2017 and 2022, only 379 sources fulfilled the eligibility standards. A total of 105, chiefly empirical, sources have been selected after removing full-text papers that were out of scope, did not have sufficient details, or had limited rigor For screening and quality evaluation so as to attain sound outcomes and correlations, we deployed AMSTAR (Assessing the Methodological Quality of Systematic Reviews), AXIS (Appraisal tool for Cross-Sectional Studies), MMAT (Mixed Methods Appraisal Tool), and ROBIS (to assess bias risk in systematic reviews). In recent years, machine learning has become more and more popular and has achieved good results in some fields, which also makes machine learning widely used. Among them, visual neural network technology can more intelligently analyze the emotional expression of oil painting, which is one of the current research hotspots, involving machine vision, pattern recognition, image processing, artificial intelligence, and other fields. However, in the art field, oil painting is still very different from other images. At present, there is no deep learning algorithm to identify the application of emotional expression analysis in oil painting theme creation. This paper will start with the neural network algorithm and combine the big data recognition technology to analyze the emotional expression of the oil painting subject in the public environment and establish the emotional expression analysis model of oil painting creation based on big data and neural network. The experiment shows that the graphics synthesized by this model have high resolution and good definition, but the speed is slow in the process of experimental operation. With the continuous deepening of the application of educational OA, massive educational data has been produced. Hence, the application of teaching big data (TBD) has a certain theoretical basis, practical methods, and research methods in the field of education. How to fully play the leading role of education on TBD in professional education, guide and recommend students to carry out personalized learning, change the teaching mode, enrich the teaching evaluation, then further improve the quality of talent training is a current issue, which has yet to be solved. Based on the analysis and mining of big data, this paper uses the spectral clustering algorithm to construct the curriculum association classification model and realizes the clustering of core courses. Then, through the analysis of the academic achievements of previous professional core courses, we can master the current situation of students' learning, construct the model as the portrait of students' individual, curriculum, and professional characteristics through deep learning, so as to realize the precise referral of personalized learning courses, provide students with targeted academic guidance, and further dynamically adjust the teaching syllabus, including the teaching methods and teaching means. Vice versa, we can improve the core courses clustering to further feedback on the curriculum association classification model by analyzing the job position technical requirements. Experiments show that the proposed model using a spectrum clustering algorithm could be better provided strong technical support for the decision-making of precision education in colleges and universities. Large amounts of data, rising costs, and a focus on personalised care have all led to a rise in the use of "big data" in healthcare over the past few years. "Big data processing" is a term used in healthcare to describe the development, collection, analysis, and storage of clinical data that is too big or complicated to be figured out with typical data processing methods. Big data sources for healthcare include the Internet of Things (IoT), Electronic Medical Records/Electronic Health Records (EMR/EHR), which include a patient's medical history, diagnosis, treatment plans, allergies, and lab and test results, and genomic sequencing. In this article, a wide range of healthcare data was analysed using machine learning. As well as the fact that it is hard to gather, handle, and analyse a lot of data. In order to study the development trend of the Internet's role in supporting enterprise innovation, a new method based on deep learning algorithm and knowledge graph technology is proposed. Experiments show that the accuracy, F1 value, recall rate and precision of the algorithm are distinctly improved compared with the existing algorithms. A new algorithm is applied to analyze the innovation evolution of Chinese enterprises, using papers, patents and other documents between 1905 and 2020 as data sources. Based on the experimental results, the development stages can be divided into five stages. The research focus is on product R&D innovation, manufacturing innovation, marketing innovation, resource allocation innovation and organizational innovation. It can be seen that the development process of the Internet supporting enterprise innovation system is an evolutionary development process from point to line, to surface, to the body, and to the ecosystem. In this paper, considering year 2020 and Covid-19, we analyze medical imaging tools and their performance scores in accordance with the dataset size and their complexity. For this, we mainly consider AI-driven tools that employ two different types of image data, namely chest Computed Tomography (CT) and X-ray. We elaborate on their strengths and weaknesses by taking the following important factors into account: i) dataset size; ii) model fitting criteria (over-fitting and under-fitting); iii) transfer learning in the deep learning era; and iv) data augmentation. Medical imaging tools do not explicitly analyze model fitting. Also, using transfer learning, with fewer data, one could possibly build Covid-19 deep learning model but they are limited to education and training. We observe that, in both image modalities, neither the dataset size nor does data augmentation work well for Covid-19 screening purposes because a large dataset does not guarantee all possible Covid-19 manifestations and data augmentation does not create new Covid-19 cases. Recommender systems are crucial in the big data era, effectively mitigating information overload. Existing recommendation methods are limited on highly sparse data and have mediocre recall performance. Group influence aggregates knowledge from different users or organizations to generate decisions, improving information fusion efficiency and group decision-making quality. In this paper, a group influence-based deep adversarial autoencoder (GI-AAE), is proposed for top-N recommendation. It leverages group influence to strengthen autoencoder latent features and address sparse data and uses adversarial learning from GANs to enhance reconstruction. The group influence based deep autoencoder (GI-AE) is the generative model for the GI-AAE. Density-based clustering algorithms have been the most commonly used algorithms for discovering regions and points of interest in cities using global positioning system (GPS) information in geo-tagged photos. However, users sometimes find more specific areas of interest using real objects captured in pictures. Recent advances in deep learning technology make it possible to recognize these objects in photos. However, since deep learning detection is a very time-consuming task, simply combining deep learning detection with density-based clustering is very costly. In this paper, we propose a novel algorithm supporting deep content and density-based clustering, called deep density-based spatial clustering of applications with noise (DeepDBSCAN). DeepDBSCAN incorporates object detection by deep learning into the density clustering algorithm using the nearest neighbor graph technique. Additionally, this supports a graph-based reduction algorithm that reduces the number of deep detections.
