The chord log-Minkowski problem asks for necessary and sufficient conditions for a finite Borel measure on the unit sphere so that it is the cone-chord measure of a convex body. The chord log-Minkowski problem has been extensively studied by Guo, Xi, and Zhao [Math. Ann. (2023), DOI 10.1007/s00208-023-02721-8]; Lutwak, Xi, Yang, and Zhang [Commun. Pure Appl. Math. Frieze patterns have been introduced by Coxeter [Acta Arith. 18 (1971), pp. 297–310] in the 1970's and have recently attracted renewed interest due to their close connection with Fomin-Zelevinsky's cluster algebras. Frieze patterns can be interpreted as assignments of values to the diagonals of a triangulated polygon satisfying certain conditions for crossing diagonals (Ptolemy relations). Weak friezes, as introduced by Çanakçı and Jørgensen [Adv. in Appl. Math. 131 (2021), Paper No. 102253], are generalizing this concept by allowing to glue dissected polygons so that the Ptolemy relations only have to be satisfied for crossings involving one of the gluing diagonals. To any frieze pattern one can associate a symmetric matrix using a triangular fundamental domain of the frieze pattern in the upper and lower half of the matrix and putting zeroes on the diagonal. Broline, Crowe and Isaacs [Geometriae Dedicata 3 (1974), pp. 171–176] have found a formula for the determinants of these matrices and their work has later been generalized in various directions by other authors. These frieze pattern determinants are the main focus of our paper. As our main result we show that this determinant behaves well with respect to gluing weak friezes: the determinant is the product of the determinants for the pieces glued, up to a scalar factor coming from the gluing diagonal. Then we give several applications of this result, showing that formulas from the literature, obtained by Broline-Crowe-Isaacs, Baur-Marsh [J. Combin. Theory Ser. A 119 (2012), pp. 1110–1122], Bessenrodt-Holm-Jørgensen [J. Combin. Theory Ser. A 123 (2014), pp. 30–42] and Maldonado [ Frieze matrices and infinite frieze patterns with coefficients , Preprint, arXiv: 2207.04120 , 2022] can all be obtained as consequences of our result. In this paper, we study long time behavior of solution to the quantum Zakharov system in two dimensions. We construct a small global solution to the quantum Zakharov system which scatters to a given free solution by using space-time resonance method developed by Gustafson-Nakanishi-Tsai [Commun. We continue the program first initiated by Laptev, Schimmer, and Takhtajan [Geom. Funct. Anal. 26 (2016), pp. 288–305] and develop a modification of the technique introduced in that paper to study the spectral asymptotics, namely the Riesz means and eigenvalue counting functions, of functional difference operators H_0 = \mathcal {F}^{-1} M_{\cosh (\xi)} \mathcal {F} with potentials of the form W(x) = \left \lvert {x} \right \rvert ^pe^{\left \lvert {x} \right \rvert ^\beta } for either \beta = 0 and p > 0 or \beta \in (0, 2] and p \geq 0. We provide a new method for studying general potentials which includes the potentials studied by Laptev, Schimmer, and Takhtajan [Geom. Funct. Anal. 26 (2016), pp. 288–305] and [J. Math. It is well-known that the famous Selberg integral is equivalent to the Morris constant term identity. In 1998, Baker and Forrester conjectured a generalization of the q-Morris constant term identity[J. Combin. Theory Ser. A 81 (1998), pp. 69–87]. This conjecture was proved and extended by Károlyi, Nagy, Petrov, and Volkov (KNPV) in 2015 [Adv. Math. 277 (2015), pp. 252–282]. In this paper, we obtain two symmetric function generalizations of the q-Baker–Forrester ex-conjecture. These include: (i) a q-Baker–Forrester type constant term identity for a product of a complete symmetric function and a Macdonald polynomial; (ii) a complete symmetric function generalization of KNPV's result. In this paper, using the method of blow-up analysis, we establish a trace Trudinger-Moser inequality involving L^p-norm and obtain the corresponding extremal on a compact Riemann surface with a smooth boundary. A paper of Reeder–Yu [J. Amer. Math. Soc. 27 (2014), pp. 437–477] gives a construction of epipelagic supercuspidal representations of p-adic groups. The input for this construction is a pair (\lambda, \chi) where \lambda is a stable vector in a certain representation coming from a Moy–Prasad filtration, and \chi is a character of the additive group of the residue field. We say two such pairs are equivalent if the resulting supercuspidal representations are isomorphic. In this paper we describe the equivalence classes of such pairs. As an application, we give a classification of the simple supercuspidal representations for split adjoint groups. Finally, under an assumption about unramified base change, we describe properties of the Langlands parameters associated to these simple supercuspidals, showing that they have trivial L-functions and minimal Swan conductors, and showing that each of these simple supercuspidals lies in a singleton L-packet. In this paper, we study the Minkowski-type inequality for asymptotically flat static manifolds (M^{n},g) with boundary and with dimension n<8 that was established by McCormick [Proc. Amer. Math. Soc. 146 (2018), pp. 4039–4046]. First, we show that any asymptotically flat static (M^{n},g) which achieves the equality and has CMC or equipotential boundary is isometric to a rotationally symmetric region of the Schwarzschild manifold. Then, we apply conformal techniques to derive a new Minkowski-type inequality for the level sets of bounded static potentials. Taken together, these provide a robust approach to detecting rotational symmetry of asymptotically flat static systems. As an application, we prove global uniqueness of static metric extensions for the Bartnik data induced by both Schwarzschild coordinate spheres and Euclidean coordinate spheres in dimension n < 8 under the natural condition of Schwarzschild stability. This generalizes an earlier result of Miao [Classical Quantum Gravity 22 (2005), pp. L53–L59]. We also establish uniqueness for equipotential photon surfaces with small Einstein-Hilbert energy. In this paper we resolve a conjecture of Kresch and Tamvakis [Duke Math. J. 110 (2001), pp. 359–376]. Our result is the following. Theorem : For any positive integer D and any integers i,j (0\leq i,j \leq D), \; the absolute value of the following hypergeometric series is at most 1: \begin{equation*} {_4F_3} \left [ \begin {array}{c} -i, \; i+1, \; -j, \; j+1 \\ 1, \; D+2, \; -D \end{array} ; 1 \right ]. \end{equation*} To prove this theorem, we use the Biedenharn-Elliott identity, the theory of Leonard pairs, and the Perron-Frobenius theorem. In this paper, we study 4-dimensional complete hypersurfaces with w-constant mean curvature in the unit sphere. We give a lower bound of the scalar curvature for 4-dimensional complete hypersurfaces with w-constant mean curvature. As a by-product, we give a new proof of the result of Deng-Gu-Wei [Adv. A study of the class \Delta consisting of topological \Delta-spaces was originated by Jerzy Ka̧kol and Arkady Leiderman [Proc. Amer. Math. Soc. Ser. B 8 (2021), pp. 86–99; Proc. Amer. Math. Soc. Ser. B 8 (2021), pp. 267–280]. The main purpose of this paper is to introduce and investigate new classes \Delta _2 \subset \Delta _1 properly containing \Delta. We observe that for every first-countable X the following equivalences hold: X\in \Delta _1 iff X\in \Delta _2 iff each countable subset of X is G_{\delta }. Thus, new proposed concepts provide a natural extension of the family of all \lambda-sets beyond the separable metrizable spaces. We prove that (1) A pseudocompact space X belongs to the class \Delta _1 iff countable subsets of X are scattered. (2) Every regular scattered space belongs to the class \Delta _2. We investigate whether the classes \Delta _1 and \Delta _2 are invariant under the basic topological operations. Similarly to \Delta, both classes \Delta _1 and \Delta _2 are invariant under the operation of taking countable unions of closed subspaces. In contrast to \Delta, they are not preserved by closed continuous images. Let Y be l-dominated by X, i.e. C_p(X) admits a continuous linear map onto C_p(Y). We show that Y \in \Delta _1 whenever X \in \Delta _1. Let S be the polynomial ring on the space of non-square generic matrices or the space of odd-sized skew-symmetric matrices, and let I be the determinantal ideal of maximal minors or Pf the ideal of sub-maximal Pfaffians, respectively. Using desingularizations and representation theory of the general linear group we expand upon work of Raicu–Weyman–Witt [Adv. Math. 250 (2014), pp. 596–610] to determine the S-module structures of Ext^j_S(S/I^t, S) and Ext^j_S(S/Pf^t, S), from which we get the degrees of generators of these Ext modules. As a consequence, via graded local duality we answer a question of Wenliang Zhang [J. Pure Appl. This paper studies the higher differentials of the classical Adams spectral sequence at odd primes. In particular, we follow the "cofiber of \tau philosophy" of Gheorghe, Isaksen, Wang, and Xu [Acta Math. 226 (2021), pp. 319–407; Publ. Math. Inst. In this paper, the abstract multiplier theorems for 0-sectorial and 0-strip type operators by Kriegler and Weis [Math. Z. 289 (2018), pp. 405–444] are refined and generalized to arbitrary sectorial and strip-type operators. To this end, holomorphic Hörmander-type functions on sectors and strips are introduced, with even a finer scale of smoothness than the classical polynomial scale. Moreover, we establish alternative descriptions of these spaces involving Schwartz and "holomorphic Schwartz" functions. Finally, the abstract results are combined with a result by Carbonaro and Dragičević [Duke Math. J. 166 (2017), pp. 937–974] to obtain an improvement—with respect to the smoothness condition—of the known Hörmander-type multiplier theorem for general symmetric contraction semigroups. In this paper, we investigate the relationship between sampling measure \mu, Berezin transform \tilde {\mu } and r-averaging transform \widehat {\mu }_r on Bergman spaces. Compared with some results of Luecking [Amer. J. Math. 107 (1985), pp. 85–111], our results provide an equivalent description of sampling measures, which reveals the reason why 1/\hat {\mu }_r\in L^\infty or 1/\tilde {\mu }\in L^\infty does not make sure that \mu is a sampling measure on Bergman spaces. In 1934, G. H. Hardy and J. E. Littlewood calculated [Proc. London Math. Soc. (2) 36 (1934), pp. 516–531] the optimal Cesàro exponent for Hardy spaces. In this paper we calculate it for mixed norm spaces, hence including the Bergman spaces in particular. The main technical challenge lies in the analysis of the example needed for the critical case. Alfred Tarski [J. Symbolic Logic 13 (1948), pp. 107–111] defined \mathbf {D}_{pm} to be the set of all sets of type p, type-theoretically definable by parameterfree formulas of type {\le m}, and asked whether it is true that \mathbf {D}_{1m}\in \mathbf {D}_{2m} for m\ge 1. Tarski noted that the negative solution is consistent because the axiom of constructibility \mathbf {V}=\mathbf {L} implies \mathbf {D}_{1m}\notin \mathbf {D}_{2m} for all m\ge 1, and he left the consistency of the positive solution as a major open problem. This was solved in our recent paper [Mathematics 8 (2020), pp. 1–36], where it is established that for any m\ge 1 there is a generic extension of \mathbf {L}, the constructible universe, in which it is true that \mathbf {D}_{1m}\in \mathbf {D}_{2m}. In continuation of this research, we prove here that Tarski's sentences \mathbf {D}_{1m}\in \mathbf {D}_{2m} are not only consistent, but also independent of each other, in the sense that for any set Y\subseteq \omega \smallsetminus \{0\} in \mathbf {L} there is a generic extension of \mathbf {L} in which it is true that \mathbf {D}_{1m}\in \mathbf {D}_{2m} holds for all m\in Y but fails for all m\ge 1, m\notin Y. This gives a full and conclusive solution of the Tarski problem. The other main result of this paper is the consistency of \mathbf {D}_{1}\in \mathbf {D}_{2} via another generic extension of \mathbf {L}, where \mathbf {D}_{p}=\bigcup _m\mathbf {D}_{pm}, the set of all sets of type p, type-theoretically definable by formulas of any type. As one myth of polynomial interpolation and quadrature, Trefethen [Math. Today (Southend-on-Sea) 47 (2011), pp. 184–188] revealed that the Chebyshev interpolation of |x-a| (with |a|<1) at the Clenshaw-Curtis points exhibited a much smaller error than the best polynomial approximation (in the maximum norm) in about 95% range of [-1,1] except for a small neighbourhood near the singular point x=a. In this paper, we rigorously show that the Jacobi expansion for a more general class of \Phi-functions also enjoys such a local convergence behaviour. Our assertion draws on the pointwise error estimate using the reproducing kernel of Jacobi polynomials and the Hilb-type formula on the asymptotic of the Bessel transforms. We also study the local superconvergence and show the gain in order and the subregions it occurs. As a by-product of this new argument, the undesired \log n-factor in the pointwise error estimate for the Legendre expansion recently stated in Babus̆ka and Hakula [Comput. Methods Appl. Mech Engrg. 345 (2019), pp. 748–773] can be removed. Finally, all these estimates are extended to the functions with boundary singularities. In this paper, we are going to compute the average size of 2-Selmer groups of families of even hyperelliptic curves over function fields. The result will be obtained by a geometric method which is based on a Vinberg's representation of the group G=\text {PSO}(2n+2) and a Hitchin fibration. Consistent with the result over \mathbb {Q} of Arul Shankar and Xiaoheng Wang [Compos. Math. 154 (2018), pp. 188–222], we provide an upper bound and a lower bound of the average. Hovey and Palmieri [ The structure of the Bousfield lattice , Amer. Math. Soc., Providence, RI, 1999] proposed the retract conjecture on the Bousfield lattice of the stable homotopy category. The author, Shimomura and Tatehara [Publ. Res. Inst. Math. Sci. 50 (2014), pp. 497–513] defined the notion of monoidal posets as a generalization of the Bousfield lattice. This paper is devoted to the isochronicity of two kinds of planar piecewise polynomial potential systems separated by x-axis and y-axis, respectively. By means of the expansion of the period function near the infinity, we obtain in this paper that for these two cases, the piecewise potential system has an isochronous center at the origin if and only if the subsystems are linear. It is however not true in the analytic scenario; one can find in the paper by F. Mañosas and P. J. Torres [Proc. Amer. Math. In [Math. Ann. 367 (2017), pp. 1517–1586] Bar-Natan and the first author show that solutions to the Kashiwara–Vergne equations are in bijection with certain knot invariants: homomorphic expansions of welded foams. Welded foams are a class of knotted tubes in \mathbb {R}^4, which can be finitely presented algebraically as a circuit algebra , or equivalently, a wheeled prop. In this paper we describe the Kashiwara-Vergne groups \mathsf {KV} and \mathsf {KRV}—the symmetry groups of Kashiwara-Vergne solutions—as automorphisms of the completed circuit algebras of welded foams, and their associated graded circuit algebras of arrow diagrams, respectively. Kurokawa and Wakayama [Proc. Amer. Math. Soc. 132 (2004), pp. 935–943] defined a q-analogue of the Euler constant and proved the irrationality of certain numbers involving q-Euler constant. In this paper, we improve their results and prove the linear independence result involving q-analogue of the Euler constant. Further, we derive the closed-form of a q-analogue of the k-th Stieltjes constant \gamma _k(q). These constants are the coefficients in the Laurent series expansion of a q-analogue of the Riemann zeta function around s=1. Using a result of Nesterenko [C. R. Acad. Sci. Paris Sér. I Math. 322 (1996), pp. 909–914], we also settle down a question of Erdős regarding the arithmetic nature of the infinite series \sum _{n\geq 1}{\sigma _1(n)}/{t^n} for any integer t > 1. A quasiconformal tree is a doubling metric tree in which the diameter of each arc is bounded above by a fixed multiple of the distance between its endpoints. In this paper we show that every quasiconformal tree bi-Lipschitz embeds in some Euclidean space, with the ambient dimension and the bi-Lipschitz constant depending only on the doubling and bounded turning constants of the tree. We prove that a parabolic subgroup P contained in another parabolic subgroup P' of an Artin group A is a parabolic subgroup of P'. This answers a question of Godelle which is not obvious despite appearances. In order to achieve our result we construct a set-retraction A \to P of the inclusion map from a parabolic subgroup P into A. Levin, Przytycki and Shen [Invent. Math. 205 (2016), pp. 363–382] proved for a polynomial map f_c(z)=z^d+c, d\geq 2 and c \in \mathbb C, with Julia set J(f) of positive measure that for a.e. z \in J(f) the Lyapunov exponent \chi _s(z)=0. In this paper a multiplier theorem in the Hardy space H^1(\mathbb {T}) associated with Jacobi expansions of exponential type is proved, that is, a bilateral sequence \left \{\lambda _n\right \}_{n=-\infty }^{\infty } is a multiplier from H^1(\mathbb {T}) into the sequence space \ell ^1(\mathbb {Z}) associated with Jacobi expansions of exponential type, if \[ \sup _N\sum _{k=1}^{\infty }\left (\sum _{kN<|j|\le (k+1)N}|\lambda _j|\right)^2<\infty.\] This is a generalization of a multiplier theorem on usual Fourier expansions in the Hardy space H^1(\mathbb {T}), and for \lambda _n=(|n|+1)^{-1}, a Hardy type inequality for Jacobi expansions is immediate which has ever been proved by Kanjin and Sato [Math. This paper provides a refinement of the study of asymptotic behaviour for a class of nonlocal in time telegraph equations with positively singular kernels. Based on fundamental properties of relaxation functions and recent representation of the fundamental solution in [Nonlinear Anal. 193 (2020), 111411], we establish the asymptotic expansions of the variance of the stochastic process for both long-time and short-time, which sharply improves the main result in [Proc. Amer. Math. Soc. 149 (2021), 2067–2080] by removing their technical conditions on the regularly varying behaviours and reformulating the asymptotic expansion in a more natural form. By analysing a new noncommutative operation on a subclass of completely positive functions, we provide a new way to construct finitely many ultraslow subdiffusion processes that are rapidly slower than a given ultraslow kernel. In this paper, we first study a mapping problem between indefinite hyperbolic spaces by employing the work established earlier by the authors. In particular, we generalize certain theorems proved by Baouendi-Ebenfelt-Huang [Amer. J. Math. 133 (2011), pp. 1633–1661] and Ng [Michigan Math. J. 62 (2013), pp. 769–777; Int. Math. Res. Not. IMRN 2 (2015), pp. 291–324]. Then we use these results to prove a rigidity result for proper holomorphic mappings between type I classical domains, which confirms a conjecture formulated by Chan [Int. Math. Res. L^2 stable discontinuous Galerkin method with a family of numerical fluxes was studied for the one-dimensional wave equation by Cheng, Chou, Li, and Xing in [Math. Comp. 86 (2017), pp. 121–155]. Although optimal convergence rates were numerically observed with wide choices of parameters in the numerical fluxes, their error estimates were only proved for a sub-family with the construction of a local projection. In this paper, we first complete the one-dimensional analysis by providing optimal error estimates that match all numerical observations in that paper. The key ingredient is to construct an optimal global projection with the characteristic decomposition. We then extend the analysis on optimal error estimate to multidimensions by constructing a global projection on unstructured meshes, which can be considered as a perturbation away from the local projection studied by Cockburn, Gopalakrishnan, and Sayas in [Math. Comp. 79 (2010), pp. 1351–1367] for hybridizable discontinuous Galerkin methods. As a main contribution, we use a novel energy argument to prove the optimal approximation property of the global projection. This technique does not require explicit assembly of the matrix for the perturbed terms and hence can be easily used for unstructured meshes in multidimensions. Finally, numerical tests in two dimensions are provided to validate our analysis is sharp and at least one of the unknowns will degenerate to suboptimal rates if the assumptions are not satisfied. Based on the theory, framed motives are introduced and studied in Garkusha and Panin [J. Amer. Math. Soc. 34 (2021), pp. 261–313]. These are Nisnivich sheaves of S1-spectra and the major computational tool of Garkusha and Panin. The aim of this paper is to show the following result which is essential in proving the main theorem of Garkusha and Panin: given an infinite perfect base field k, any k-smooth scheme X and any n ≥ 1, the map of simplicial pointed Nisnevich sheaves (−,A1//Gm)∧n+ → Tn induces a Nisnevich local level weak equivalence of S1-spectra Mfr(X × (A1//Gm)∧n) → Mfr(X × Tn). Moreover, it is proven that the sequence of S1-spectra Mfr(X ×Tn × Gm) → Mfr(X × Tn × A1) → Mfr(X × Tn+1) is locally a homotopy cofiber sequence in the Nisnevich topology. Another important result of this paper shows that homology of framed motives is computed as linear framed motives in the sense of Garkusha and Panin. The theory of Moufang sets essentially deals with groups having a split BN-pair of rank one. Every quadratic Jordan division algebra gives rise to a Moufang set such that its root groups are abelian and a certain condition called special is satisfied. It is a major open question if also the converse is true, i.e. if every special Moufang set with abelian root groups comes from a quadratic Jordan division algebra. De Medts and Segev [Amer. Math. Soc. 360 (2008), pp. 5831–5852] proved in Theorem 5.11 that this is the case for special Moufang set satisfying two conditions. This paper presents an algorithm for calculation of the Lyubeznik numbers of a local ring which is a homomorphic image of a regular local ring R of prime characteristic. The methods used employ Lyubeznik's F-modules over R, particularly his F-finite F-modules, and also the modules of generalized fractions of Sharp and Zakeri [Mathematika 29 (1982), pp. 32–41]. It is shown that many modules of generalized fractions over R have natural structures as F-modules; these lead to F-module structures on certain local cohomology modules over R, which are exploited, in conjunction with F-module structures on injective R-modules that result from work of Huneke and Sharp [Trans. For any n\in \mathbb {N}=\{0,1,2,\ldots \} and b,c\in \mathbb {Z}, the generalized central trinomial coefficient T_n(b,c) denotes the coefficient of x^n in the expansion of (x^2+bx+c)^n. Let p be an odd prime. In this paper, we determine the summations \sum _{k=0}^{p-1}T_k(b,c)^2/m^k modulo p^2 for integers m with certain restrictions. In Theorem 0.1 of the paper "A Severi type theorem for surfaces in \mathbb {P}^6" [Proc. Amer. Math. For a compact set A \subset \mathbb {R}^d and an integer k\ge 1, let us denote by \begin{equation*} A[k] = \left \{a_1+\cdots +a_k: a_1, \ldots, a_k\in A\right \}=\sum _{i=1}^k A \end{equation*} the Minkowski sum of k copies of A. A theorem of Shapley, Folkmann and Starr (1969) states that \frac {1}{k}A[k] converges to the convex hull of A in Hausdorff distance as k tends to infinity. Bobkov, Madiman and Wang [ Concentration, functional inequalities and isoperimetry , Amer. Math. Soc., Providence, RI, 2011] conjectured that the volume of \frac {1}{k}A[k] is nondecreasing in k, or in other words, in terms of the volume deficit between the convex hull of A and \frac {1}{k}A[k], this convergence is monotone. It was proved by Fradelizi, Madiman, Marsiglietti and Zvavitch [C. R. Math. Acad. Sci. Paris 354 (2016), pp. 185–189] that this conjecture holds true if d=1 but fails for any d \geq 12. In this paper we show that the conjecture is true for any star-shaped set A \subset \mathbb {R}^d for d=2 and d=3 and also for arbitrary dimensions d \ge 4 under the condition k \ge (d-1)(d-2). In addition, we investigate the conjecture for connected sets and present a counterexample to a generalization of the conjecture to the Minkowski sum of possibly distinct sets in \mathbb {R}^d, for any d \geq 7. Quite recently, we have obtained two main theorems dealing with absolute weighted arithmetic mean summability factors of infinite series and trigonometric Fourier series [C. R. Math. Acad. Sci. In the paper, we construct conservative Markov processes corresponding to the martingale solutions to the stochastic heat equation on R+ or R with values in a general Riemannian manifold, which is only assumed to be complete and stochastic complete. This work is an extension of the previous paper of Röckner and the second, third, and fourth authors [SIAM J. Math. Anal. 52 (2020), pp. 2237-2274] on finite volume case. Moveover, we also obtain some functional inequalities associated to these Markov processes. This implies that on infinite volume case, the exponential ergodicity of the solution of the Ricci curvature is strictly positive and the non-ergodicity of the process if the sectional curvature is negative. We correct a mistake that appeared in the first section of the original article, which appeared in Tran. Amer. Math. Soc. 370 (2018), 99-130. Namely, Corollary 1.16 was false as stated and was subsequently used in later proofs in the paper. In this note it is argued that all the relevant statements after Corollary 1.16 can be saved with at most minor modifications. In particular, all the main results of the original paper remain valid as stated, but some intermediate claims are slightly modified or proved more directly without Corollary 1.16. Let A be a principally polarized abelian variety of dimension g over a number field K. Assume that the image of the adelic Galois representation of A is an open subgroup of GSp_{2g}(\hat {\mathbb {Z}}). Then there exists a positive integer m so that the Galois image of A is the full preimage of its reduction modulo m. The least m with this property, denoted m_A, is called the image conductor of A. Jones [Pacific J. Math. 308 (2020), pp. 307–331] recently established an upper bound for m_A, in terms of standard invariants of A, in the case that A is an elliptic curve without complex multiplication. In this paper we extend the calculation of the geometric Waldspurger periods from our paper [Compos. Math. 144 (2008), no. 2, 377-438] to the case of ramified coverings. We give some applications to the study of Whittaker coeffcients of the theta-lifting of automorphic sheaves from PGL2 to the metaplectic group SL2; they agree with our conjectures from [Geometric Whittaker models and Eisenstein series for Mp2, arXiv:1221.1596]. In the process of the proof, we construct some new automorphic sheaves for GL2 in the ramified setting. In this paper we introduce a certain class of families of Hessenberg varieties arising from Springer theory for symmetric spaces. We study the geometry of those Hessenberg varieties and investigate their monodromy representations in detail using the geometry of complete intersections of quadrics. We obtain decompositions of these monodromy representations into irreducibles and compute the Fourier transforms of the IC complexes associated to these irreducible representations. Let N be one of the 38 distinct square-free integers such that the arithmetic group \Gamma _0(N)^+ has genus one. We constructed canonical generators x_N and y_N for the associated function field (see Jorgenson, L. Smajlović, and H. Then [Exp. Math. 25 (2016), pp. 295–319]). In this article we study the Schwarzian derivative of x_N, which we express as a polynomial in y_N with coefficients that are rational functions in x_N. As a corollary, we prove that for any point e in the upper half-plane which is fixed by an element of \Gamma _0(N)^+, one can explicitly evaluate x_N(e) and y_N(e). As it turns out, each value x_N(e) and y_N(e) is an algebraic integer which we are able to understand in the context of explicit class field theory. When combined with our previous article (see Jorgenson, L. Smajlović, and H. Then [Exp. Math. 29 (2020), pp. 1–27]), we now have a complete investigation of x_N(\tau) and y_N(\tau) at any CM point \tau, including elliptic points, for any genus one group \Gamma _0(N)^+. Furthermore, the present article when combined with the two aforementioned papers leads to a procedure which we expect to yield generators of class fields, and certain subfields, using the Schwarzian derivative and which does not use either modular polynomials or Shimura reciprocity.
