The article argues that survey methodology for polling Hispanic Americans is inconsistent or inaccurate based on a novel analysis of Latino votes from voting precincts across the U.S. in 1996-2016, and that a bilingual, bicultural, Latino-centred approach matters when collecting accurate data.
