Optimal project portfolio planning is a typical nonconvex, multiobjective, highly constrained, multitemporal coupling, and combinatorial optimization problem. This paper proposes a novel multistep iterative ranking learning method (MIRL) to solve this complex combinatorial optimization problem from massive infrastructure projects of smart grid. The optimal project portfolio planning problem of power grid is formulated as the optimization process of massive project priority sorting with an improved knapsack model. The proposed method dynamically optimizes the best infrastructure project combination for each round to maximize the economic, social, and security benefits without exceeding the annual investment limit. A pairwise-based ranking learning algorithm is used to mine the priority sorting law from massive historical combination data of power grid to initialize candidate project portfolio. In order to approach the optimal portfolio planning solution with the constraint satisfactions of project construction duration and electric load supplies, a heuristic greedy strategy is designed to search the solution dynamically for selecting the project having highest construction benefits iteratively. The effectiveness of the proposed method is proved by experiments with real-world project data of Hunan power grid in China, and experimental results show that the proposed MIRL can outperform other methods on investment efficiency, calculation time, and rationality of project construction period schedule. Accurate selection of embryos with the maximum implementation condition is a necessary step to increase the effectiveness of fertility treatment in in vitro fertilization (IVF). The deep learning algorithms presented high potential for monitoring and visualizing embryo features such as cell numbers and their morphological development in time series manner. Due to the ability of the computer vision and deep learning algorithms, this paper aimed to present a novel deep learning approach to distinguish simultaneous abnormality of embryos in time-lapse systems for detecting live and non-live births in IVF. The approach is composed of local binary convolutional neural network (LBCNN) and long short-term memory (LSTM). The LBCNN improved accuracy of classification by employing deep and local feature sets with lower number of learnable parameters in comparison with a standard convolutional layer. Moreover, LSTM network is employed to analyze temporal information of time-lapse embryos. The results indicate that the proposed approach achieves significant results in ROC analysis (0.98) in 5 days of monitoring compared to state-of-the-art models. In addition, the approach showed compatible results in early diagnosis of abnormality detection (72 hours) with 82.8% accuracy of classification compared to the pretrained well-known convolutional neural network (CNN) models and baseline CNN. The shortage of personnel and the high cost have become a major pain point in the current safety supervision work of the inspectors. Aiming at the problem that the aircraft maintenance inspector could not visit the scene in person during the epidemic, a remote safety supervision platform was built based on intelligent glasses and 5G network, and the real-time monitoring of the aircraft skin rivet status was realized. And a method of aviation rivet classification and anomaly detection based on deep learning algorithm was proposed. Firstly, according to the appearance of rivet head, the aviation rivet is classified, the data set of aviation rivet is made, and the aviation rivet classification and anomaly detection model are constructed. Evaluate the detection results from such indicators as confidence, precision, recall rate, and mAP and compare the algorithm with the detection results of Yolox-s, Yolox-m, Yolov5-s, Yolov5-m, and Yolov4. The results show that (1) the algorithm proposed in this paper can realize the classification of aviation rivets and the detection of abnormal conditions, the confidence of the detection results is more than 90%, and the average precision, recall, and AP value are above 95%, 85%, and 88%, respectively. (2) The order of rivet classification and abnormal detection effect from good to bad is Philips screws, round head rivets, flat head rivets, countersunk head rivets, blind rivets, and abnormal condition. Contemporary lithium-ion batteries (LIBs) are one of the main components of energy storage systems that need effective management to extend service life and increase reliability and safety. Their characteristics depend highly on internal and external conditions (ageing, temperature, and chemistry). Currently, the state of batteries is determined using two parameters: the state of charge (SOC) and the state of health (SOH). Applying these two parameters makes it possible to calculate the expected battery life and a battery's performance. There are many methods for estimating the SOH of batteries, including experimental, model-based, and machine learning methods. By comparing model-based estimations with experimental techniques, it can be concluded that the use of experimental methods is not applicable for commercial cases. The electrochemical model-based SOH estimation method clearly explains processes in the battery with the help of multidifferential equations. The machine learning method is based on creating a program trained to predict the battery's state of health with the help of past ageing data. In this review paper, we analyze the research available in the literature in this direction. Healthcare is predominantly regarded as a crucial consideration in promoting the general physical and mental health and well-being of people around the world. The amount of data generated by healthcare systems is enormous, making it challenging to manage. Many machine learning (ML) approaches were implemented to develop dependable and robust solutions to handle the data. ML cannot fully utilize data due to privacy concerns. This primarily happens in the case of medical data. Due to a lack of precise clinical data, the application of ML for the same is challenging and may not yield desired results. Federated learning (FL), which is a recent development in ML where the computation is offloaded to the source of data, appears to be a promising solution to this problem. In this study, we present a detailed survey of applications of FL for healthcare informatics. We initiate a discussion on the need for FL in the healthcare domain, followed by a review of recent review papers. We focus on the fundamentals of FL and the major motivations behind FL for healthcare applications. We then present the applications of FL along with recent state of the art in several verticals of healthcare. Then, lessons learned, open issues, and challenges that are yet to be solved are also highlighted. With the popularization of higher education, China's higher education has moved from the stage of elite education to the stage of universal education, and the number of graduates is also increasing. At present, college students are facing tremendous pressure on employment. One is the huge number of jobs, the other is the difference in professional needs, and the third is the spread of job information, which makes it difficult for college students to find a job that suits them. In order to solve this dilemma, this paper analyzes the related technologies and in-depth basic theories of data mining. After introducing several traditional recommendation algorithms, the traditional convolutional network method is improved from three aspects: activation function, pooling strategy, and loss function. Finally, using the hybrid convolutional neural network, a career recommendation model for college students based on deep learning and machine learning is proposed, and simulation experiments are carried out on it. The main research work is as follows: (1) a hybrid convolutional neural network is proposed, which uses convolution operation to learn high-level features to achieve personalized employment recommendation; (2) the training optimization strategy of the hybrid convolutional neural network is studied, aiming at the activation function, pooling processing, and loss function, and the feasibility of the optimization method is verified through simulation experiments; (3) finally, according to the evaluation index of the recommendation algorithm (recall rate and F1-Score), the recall rate of the algorithm in this paper is nearly 15% higher than that of the DNN model. The experiment is compared with the traditional commonly used recommendation algorithm, and the comparative analysis of the experimental results proves the effectiveness of the algorithm for the employment recommendation of college students. The diagnosis of thyroid nodules at an early stage is a challenging task. Manual diagnosis of thyroid nodules is labor-intensive and time-consuming. Meanwhile, due to the difference of instruments and technical personnel, the original thyroid nodule ultrasound images collected are very different. In order to make better use of ultrasound image information of thyroid nodules, some image processing methods are indispensable. In this paper, we developed a method for automatic thyroid nodule classification based on image enhancement and deep neural networks. The selected image enhancement method is histogram equalization, and the neural networks have four-layer network nodes in our experiments. The dataset in this paper consists of thyroid nodule images of 508 patients. The data are divided into 80% training and 20% validation sets. A comparison result demonstrates that our method can achieve a better performance than other normal machine learning methods. The experimental results show that our method has achieved 0.901961 accuracy, 0.894737 precision, 1 recall, and 0.944444 F1-score. At the same time, we also considered the influence of network structure, activation function of network nodes, number of training iterations, and other factors on the classification results. The experimental results show that the optimal network structure is 2500-40-2-1, the optimal activation function is logistic function, and the best number of training iterations is 500. Irony recognition is an important research direction in text sentiment analysis, which contributes to discover ironic tone to judge text emotion correctly. The object of this paper is the application of deep learning to irony recognition, and the research aims to solve the problem that existing machine learning algorithms have difficulty in discriminating ironic tones. Aiming at the irony recognition of Chinese social comments, DC-BiGRU-CNN is proposed from the perspective of structural optimization rather than a text vectorization mechanism point of view, which is a dual-channel CNN combined with BiGRU, and incorporates attention mechanism and multigranularity convolutional neural network as the main framework. This paper first briefly discusses the difficulties of irony recognition and provides an overview of existing text sentiment analysis algorithms. This is followed by a detailed discussion of DC-BiGRU-CNN. Furtherly, it is compared with the main irony recognition methods on a social comment dataset containing Chinese ironic comments, and the experimental results show that DC-BiGRU-CNN can improve the accuracy of irony recognition. One of the leading causes of deaths around the globe is heart disease. Heart is an organ that is responsible for the supply of blood to each part of the body. Coronary artery disease (CAD) and chronic heart failure (CHF) often lead to heart attack. Traditional medical procedures (angiography) for the diagnosis of heart disease have higher cost as well as serious health concerns. Therefore, researchers have developed various automated diagnostic systems based on machine learning (ML) and data mining techniques. ML-based automated diagnostic systems provide an affordable, efficient, and reliable solutions for heart disease detection. Various ML, data mining methods, and data modalities have been utilized in the past. Many previous review papers have presented systematic reviews based on one type of data modality. This study, therefore, targets systematic review of automated diagnosis for heart disease prediction based on different types of modalities, i.e., clinical feature-based data modality, images, and ECG. Moreover, this paper critically evaluates the previous methods and presents the limitations in these methods. Chinese Semantic Role Labeling (SRL) is the core technology of semantic understanding. In the field of Chinese information processing, where statistical machine learning is still the mainstream, the traditional labeling methods rely heavily on the parsing degree of syntax and semantics of sentences. Therefore, the labeling precision is limited and cannot meet the current needs. This paper adopts the model based on a bidirectional long short-term memory network combined with the Conditional Random Field (Bi-LSTM-CRF). In the feature processing stage, pooling technology is combined with sampling and selecting multifeature vector groups to improve the performance of the sequence labeling model. Lexical, syntactic, and other multilevel linguistic features are integrated into the training to realize in-depth improvement of the original labeling model. Through several groups of experiments, the precision of model annotation in this paper has been significantly improved combined with linguistic-assisted analysis, which proves that it can optimize the annotation performance of the model by integrating relevant linguistic features into the model based on Bi-LSTM-CRF and sampling and extracting multifeature groups; the evaluation of F increases to 82.18 percent. It also provides online doctor appointments from home and medication through the phone. A healthcare system is "Smart" when it can decide on its own and can prescribe patients life-saving drugs. Machine learning helps in capturing data that are large and contain sensitive information about the patients, so data security is one of the important aspects of this system. It is a health system that uses trending technologies and mobile internet to connect people and healthcare institutions to make them aware of their health condition by intelligently responding to their questions. It perceives information through machine learning and processes this information using cloud computing. With the new technologies, the system decreases the manual intervention in healthcare. Every single piece of information has been saved in the system and the user can access it any time. Furthermore, users can take appointments at any time without standing in a queue. Epileptic seizures occur due to brain abnormalities that can indirectly affect patient's health. It occurs abruptly without any symptoms and thus increases the mortality rate of humans. Almost 1% of world's population suffers from epileptic seizures. Prediction of seizures before the beginning of onset is beneficial for preventing seizures by medication. Nowadays, modern computational tools, machine learning, and deep learning methods have been used to predict seizures using EEG. However, EEG signals may get corrupted with background noise, and artifacts such as eye blinks and physical movements of muscles may lead to "pops" in the signal, resulting in electrical interference, which is cumbersome to detect through visual inspection for longer duration recordings. These limitations in automatic detection of interictal spikes and epileptic seizures are preferred, which is an essential tool for examining and scrutinizing the EEG recording more precisely. These restrictions bring our attention to present a review of automated schemes that will help neurologists categorize epileptic and nonepileptic signals. While preparing this review paper, it is observed that feature selection and classification are the main challenges in epilepsy prediction algorithms. The K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) algorithm is a classical machine learning algorithm. Most KNN algorithms are based on a single metric and do not further distinguish between repeated values in the range of K values, which can lead to a reduced classification effect and thus affect the accuracy of fault diagnosis. In this paper, a hybrid metric-based KNN algorithm is proposed to calculate a composite metric containing distance and direction information between test samples, which improves the discriminability of the samples. In the experiments, the hybrid metric KNN (HM-KNN) algorithm proposed in this paper is compared and validated with a variety of KNN algorithms based on a single distance metric on six data sets, and an HM-KNN application method is given for the forward gait stability control of a bipedal robot, where the abnormal motion is considered as a fault, and the distribution of zero moment points when the abnormal motion is generated is compared. The experimental results show that the algorithm has good data differentiation and generalization ability for different data sets, and it is feasible to apply it to the walking stability control of bipedal robots based on deep neural network control. The accurate prediction of stock prices is not an easy task. The long short-term memory (LSTM) neural network and the transformer are good machine learning models for times series forecasting. In this paper, we use LSTM and transformer to predict prices of banking stocks in China's A-share market. It is shown that organizing the input data can help get accurate outcomes of the models. In this paper, we first introduce some basic knowledge about LSTM and present prediction results using a standard LSTM model. Then, we show how to organize the input data during the training period and give the comparison results for not only LSTM but also the transformer model. Summary: In the past decades, Lamb waves (LW) have seen encouraging results when applied to non destructive testing (NDT) and structural health monitoring (SHM), with important research done continuously through the years in both fields. This paper is a comprehensive review on equipment, testing procedures and techniques adopted in NDT and SHM, with emphasis in applications involving SHM of adhesive joints. The fundamentals of LW and their application to damage detection are discussed, and different signal processing, statistical, machine learning and simulation methods are presented. The paper represents a basis to deepen the understanding about the problem at hand and is a thorough compilation of relevant information to future work. With the rapid development of DNA high-throughput testing technology, there is a high correlation between DNA sequence variation and human diseases, and detecting whether there is variation in DNA sequence has become a hot research topic at present. DNA sequence variation is relatively rare, and the establishment of DNA sequence sparse matrix, which can quickly detect and reason fusion variation point, has become an important work of tumor gene testing. Because there are differences between the current comparison software and mutation detection software in detecting the same sample, there are errors between the results of derivative sequence comparison and the detection of mutation. In this paper, SNP and InDel detection methods based on machine learning and sparse matrix detection are proposed, and VarScan 2, Genome Analysis Toolkit (GATK), BCFtools, and FreeBayes are compared. In the research of SNP and InDel detection with intelligent reasoning, the experimental results show that the detection accuracy and recall rate are better when the depth is increasing. In this paper, a cognitive electronic jamming decision-making method based on improved Q -learning is proposed to improve the efficiency of radar jamming decision-making. First, the method adopts the simulated annealing (SA) algorithm's Metropolis criterion to enhance the exploration strategy, balancing the contradictory relationship between exploration and utilization in the algorithm to avoid falling into local optima. At the same time, the idea of stochastic gradient descent with warm restarts (SGDR) is introduced to improve the learning rate of the algorithm, which reduces the oscillation and improves convergence speed at the later stage of the algorithm iteration. Then, a cognitive electronic jamming decision-making model is constructed, and the improved Q -learning algorithm's specific steps are given. The simulation experiment takes a multifunctional radar as an example to analyze the influence of exploration strategy and learning rate on decision-making performance. The results reveal that compared with the traditional Q -learning algorithm, the improved Q -learning algorithm proposed in this paper can fully explore and efficiently utilize and converge the results to a better solution at a faster speed. Background. Artificial intelligence (AI) technology has been incorporated into all walks of life, especially the integration of machine learning and health management has achieved very significant progress and results. It is very necessary to analyze personalized sports health management services and long-term assessment of health issues in the era of AI. Methods. The rise of FinTech has been meteoric in China. Investing in mutual funds through robo-advisor has become a new innovation in the wealth management industry. In recent years, machine learning, especially deep learning, has been widely used in the financial industry to solve financial problems. This paper aims to improve the accuracy and timeliness of fund classification through the use of machine learning algorithms, that is, Gaussian hybrid clustering algorithm. At the same time, a deep learning-based prediction model is implemented to predict the price movement of fund classes based on the classification results. Fund classification carried out using 3,625 Chinese mutual funds shows both accurate and efficient results. The cluster-based spatiotemporal ensemble deep learning module shows better prediction accuracy than baseline models with only access to limited data samples. The main contribution of this paper is to provide a new approach to fund classification and price movement prediction to support the decision-making of the next generation robo-advisor assisted by artificial intelligence. In the Web 2.0 era, the problem of uneven quality and overload of online reviews is very serious, and the cognitive cost of obtaining valuable content from them is getting higher and higher. This paper explores an effective solution to address comment overload by means of information recommendation in order to improve the utilization of online information and information service quality. This paper proposes a review ranking recommendation scheme that focuses on the information quality of reviews and places more emphasis on satisfying users' personal information need. The paper's approach is used to extract and rank low-frequency keywords that appear only once in the comment set. The more useful the extracted phrases are, the more useful this review will be and the higher the usefulness votes will be, which can reflect the actual situation of this product more objectively and accurately and facilitate better consumption decisions for consumers. This paper discusses the efficient implementation of a new hybrid approach to forecasting short-term PV power production for four different PV plants in Algeria. The developed model incorporates a time-varying filter-empirical mode decomposition (TVFEMD) and an extreme learning machine (ELM) as an essence regression. The TVF-EMD technique is used to deal with the fluctuation of PV power data by splitting it into a series of more stable and constant subseries. The specified set of features (intrinsic mode functions (IMFs)) is utilized for training and improving our forecasting extreme learning machine model. The adjusted ELM model is used to evaluate prediction e1ciency. The suggested TVF-EMD-ELM model is assessed and verified in various Algerian locations with varying climate conditions. Background. The prominence of technology in modern life cannot be understated. However, for some people, these innovations or their related plausible advancements can be associated with perceptual misinterpretation and/or incorporation into delusional concepts. Objective. This paper aims to explore the intersection of technological advancement and experiencing psychosis. We present a discussion about the explanation seeking that incorporates the concept, that for some people, of technological innovation becoming intertwined with delusional symptoms over the past 100 years. Methods. A longitudinal review of the literature was conducted to synthesize and draw these concepts together, mapping them to a timeline that aligns computing science and healthcare expertise and presents the significant technological changes of the modern era charted against mental health milestones and reports of technology-related delusions. Results. It is possible for technology to be incorporated into the content of delusions with evidence supporting a link between the rate of technological change, the content of delusions, and the use of technology as a way of seeking an explanation. Moreover, analysis suggests a need to better understand how innovations may impact the mental health of people at risk of psychosis and other mental health conditions. Conclusions. Clinical experts and lived experience experts need to be informed about and collaborate with future research and development of technology, specifically artificial intelligence and machine learning, early in the development cycle. This paper shows the health monitoring and assessment of a three-phase induction motor in abnormal conditions using a machine learning algorithm. The convolutional neural network (CNN) and recurrent neural network (RNN) algorithms are the prominent methods used in machine learning algorithms, and the combined method is known as the CRNN method. The abnormal conditions of a three phase-induction motor are represented by three-phase faults, line-to-ground faults, etc. The pattern of fault current is traced, and key features are extracted by the CRNN algorithm. The performance parameters like THD (%), accuracy, and reliability of abnormal conditions are measured with the CRNN algorithm. The assessment of abnormal conditions is being realized at the terminals of a three-phase induction motor. A fuzzy logic controller (FLC) is also used to assess such abnormalities. It is observed that performance parameters are found to be better with the CRNN method in comparison to CNN, RNN, ANN, and other methods. A nonlinear error correction model (ECM) is developed to fit nonlinear relationships between the nonstationary time series in a cointegration relationship. Different from the previous parametric methods, this paper constructs a hybrid neural network to learn the nonlinear error correction model by combining a linear recurrent neural network with a multilayer BP network. The network learning algorithm is given by using the gradient descent method and error back propagation. Based on the principle of data-driven, all network parameters can be obtained through the network learning and training. The daily data of gold price and the US dollar index in 2021 were used to verify this proposed nonlinear ECM neural learning method and the results were compared by the likelihood ratio Chi-square test. Aiming at the problem that unmanned combat aerial vehicle (UCAV) is difficult to quickly and accurately perceive situation information and make maneuvering decision autonomously in modern air combat, which is easily affected by complex factors, a maneuvering decision algorithm of UCAV combined with deep reinforcement learning and game theory is proposed in this paper. Firstly, through the UCAV dynamics model and maneuver library, a reasonable air combat situation assessment model and advantage reward function are established, and the sample data of situation assessment indicators are constructed using the structure entropy weight method. Secondly, the convolutional neural network (CNN) is used to process the high-dimensional continuous situation features of UCAV in air combat, eliminate the correlation and redundancy between situation features, and train the neural network to approximate the action-value function. Then, the double deep Q network (DDQN) algorithm in reinforcement learning (RL) is introduced to train the agent by the interaction with the environment and combined with Minimax algorithm in stochastic game theory to solve the optimal value function in each specific state, and the optimal maneuver decision of UCAV is obtained. The purpose of this paper is to develop the control system using the Elman neural network (ENN) and nonsingular terminal sliding mode control (NTSMC) to improve the automatic landing capability of carrier-based aircraft based on direct lift control (DLC) when subjected to carrier air-wake disturbance and actuator failure. First, the carrier-based aircraft landing model is derived. Then, the NTSMC is proposed to ensure the system's robustness and achieve accurate trajectory tracking performance in a finite time. Due to the inclusion of nonsingularity in NTSMC, the steady-state response of the control system can be effectively improved. In addition, the ENN is derived using an adaptive learning algorithm to approximate the actuator faults and system uncertainties. To further ensure the accurate tracking of the ideal glide path by the carrier-based aircraft, the NTSMC system using an ENN estimator is proposed. Finally, this method is tested by adding different types of actuator failures. The simulation results show that the designed longitudinal fault-tolerant carrier landing system has strong robustness and fault-tolerant ability and improves the accuracy of carrier-based aircraft landing trajectory tracking. Sepsis-related mortality rates are high among elderly patients, especially those in intensive care units (ICUs). Early prediction of the prognosis of sepsis is critical, as prompt and effective treatment can improve prognosis. Researchers have predicted mortality and the development of sepsis using machine learning algorithms; however, few studies specifically focus on elderly patients with sepsis. This paper proposes a viable model for early prediction of in-hospital mortality among elderly patients diagnosed with sepsis. We extracted patient information from the Medical Information Mart for Intensive Care IV database. We employed several machine learning algorithms to predict the in-hospital mortality of elderly ICU patients with sepsis. The performance of the model was evaluated by using the AUROC and F 1 score. Furthermore, the SHAP algorithm was used to explain the model, analyze how the individual features affect the model output, and visualize the Shapley value for a single individual. Our study included 18522 elderly patients, with a mortality of 15.4%. After screening, 59 clinical variables were extracted to develop models. Feature importance analysis showed that age, PO2, RDW, SPO2, WBC, and urine output were significantly related to the in-hospital mortality. According to the results of AUROC (0.871 (95% CI: 0.854–0.888)) and F 1 score (0.547 (95% CI: 0.539–0.661)) analyses, the extreme gradient boosting (XGBoost) model outperformed the other models (i.e., LGBM, LR, RF, DT, and KNN). Furthermore, SHAP force analysis illustrated how the constructed model visualized the individualized prediction of death. XGBoost machine learning framework gives good in-hospital mortality prediction of elderly patients with sepsis and can maximize prediction model accuracy. The XGBoost model could be an effective tool to assist doctors in identifying high-risk cases of in-hospital mortality among elderly patients with sepsis. Maximizing the return on electric vehicle charging station (EVCS) operation helps to expand the EVCS, thus expanding the EV (electric vehicle) stock and better addressing climate change. However, in the face of dynamic regulation scenarios with large data, multiple variables, and low time scales, the existing regulation strategies aiming at maximizing EVCS returns many times fail to meet the demand. To handle increasingly complex regulation scenarios, a deep reinforcement learning algorithm (DRL) based on the improved twin delayed deep deterministic policy gradient (TD3) is used to construct basic energy management strategies in this paper. To enable the strategy to be more suitable for the goal of real-time energy regulation strategy, we used Thompson sampling strategy to improve TD3's exploration noise sampling strategy, which greatly accelerated the initial convergence of TD3 during training. Also, we use marginalised importance sampling to calculate the Q-return function for TD3, which ensures that the constructed strategies are more likely to learn high-value experiences while having higher robustness. It is shown in numerical experiments that the charging station management strategy (CSMS) based on the modified TD3 obtains the fastest convergence speed and the highest robustness and achieves the largest operational returns compared to the CSMS constructed using deep deterministic policy gradient (DDPG), actor-critic using Kronecker-factored trust region (ACKTR), trust region policy optimization (TRPO), proximal policy optimization (PPO), soft actor-critic (SAC), and the original TD3. Agents face challenges to achieve adaptability and stability when interacting with dynamic counterparts in a complex multiagent system (MAS). To strike a balance between these two goals, this paper proposes a learning algorithm for heterogeneous agents with bounded rationality. It integrates reinforcement learning as well as fictitious play to evaluate the historical information and adopt mechanisms in evolutionary game to adapt to uncertainty, which is referred to as experience weighted learning (EWL) in this paper. We have conducted multiagent simulations to test the performance of EWL in various games. The results demonstrate that the average payoff of EWL exceeds that of the baseline in all 4 games. In addition, we find that most of the EWL agents converge to pure strategy and become stable finally. Furthermore, we test the impact of 2 import parameters, respectively. Traditional text annotation-based video retrieval is done by manually labeling videos with text, which is inefficient and highly subjective and generally cannot accurately describe the meaning of videos. Traditional content-based video retrieval uses convolutional neural networks to extract the underlying feature information of images to build indexes and achieves similarity retrieval of video feature vectors according to certain similarity measure algorithms. In this paper, by studying the characteristics of sports videos, we propose the histogram difference method based on using transfer learning and the four-step method based on block matching for mutation detection and fading detection of video shots, respectively. By adaptive thresholding, regions with large frame difference changes are marked as candidate regions for shots, and then the shot boundaries are determined by mutation detection algorithm. Combined with the characteristics of sports video, this paper proposes a key frame extraction method based on clustering and optical flow analysis, and experimental comparison with the traditional clustering method. In addition, this paper proposes a key frame extraction algorithm based on clustering and optical flow analysis for key frame extraction of sports video. This paper focuses on the problem of model transferability for machine learning models used to estimate hourly traffic volumes. The presented findings enable not only an increase in the accuracy of existing models but also, simultaneously, reduce the cost of data needed for training the models—making statewide traffic volume estimation more economically feasible. Previous research indicates that machine learning volume estimation models that leverage GPS probe data can provide transportation agencies with accurate estimates of hourly traffic volumes—which are fundamental for both operational and planning purposes—and do so with a higher level of accuracy than the prevailing profiling method. However, this approach requires a large dataset for model calibration (i.e., input and continuous count station data), which involves significant monetary investment and data-processing effort. This paper proposes solutions, which allow the model to be prepared using a much smaller dataset, given that a previously collected dataset, which may be gathered in a different place and time period, exists. Based on a broad selection of experiments, the results indicate that the proposed approach is capable of achieving similar model performance while collecting data for a 5 times shorter time period and utilizing 1/4 of the number of continuous count stations. Deep learning is a subfield of artificial intelligence that allows the computer to adopt and learn some new rules. Deep learning algorithms can identify images, objects, observations, texts, and other structures. In recent years, scene text recognition has inspired many researchers from the computer vision community, and still, it needs improvement because of the poor performance of existing scene recognition algorithms. This research paper proposed a novel approach for scene text recognition that integrates bidirectional LSTM and deep convolution neural networks. In the proposed method, first, the contour of the image is identified and then it is fed into the CNN. CNN is used to generate the ordered sequence of the features from the contoured image. The sequence of features is now coded using the Bi-LSTM. Bi-LSTM is a handy tool for extracting the features from the sequence of words. Hence, this paper combines the two powerful mechanisms for extracting the features from the image, and contour-based input image makes the recognition process faster, which makes this technique better compared to existing methods. The results of the proposed methodology are evaluated on MSRATD 50 dataset, SVHN dataset, vehicle number plate dataset, SVT dataset, and random datasets, and the accuracy is 95.22%, 92.25%, 96.69%, 94.58%, and 98.12%, respectively. The use of neural machine algorithms for English translation is a hot topic in the current research. English translation using the traditional sequential neural framework, which is too poor at capturing long-distance information, has its own major limitations. However, the current improved frameworks, such as recurrent neural network translation, are not satisfactory either. In this paper, we establish an attention coding and decoding model to address the shortcomings of traditional machine translation algorithms, combine the attention mechanism with a neural network framework, and implement the whole English translation system based on TensorFlow, thus improving the translation accuracy. The experimental test results show that the BLUE values of the algorithm model built in this paper are improved to different degrees compared with the traditional machine learning algorithms, which proves that the performance of the proposed algorithm model is significantly improved compared with the traditional model. Typhoon wind speed prediction is of great significance for it can help prevent wind farms from damages caused by frequent typhoon disasters in coastal areas. However, most researches on wind forecast are either for meteorological application or for normal weather. Therefore, this paper proposes a systematic method based on numerical wind field and extreme learning machine for typhoon wind speed prediction of wind farms. The proposed method mainly consists of three parts, IGA-YanMeng typhoon numerical simulation model, typhoon status prediction model, and wind speed simulation model based on an extreme learning machine. The IGA-YanMeng typhoon numerical simulation model can greatly enrich typhoon wind speed data according to historical typhoon parameters. The typhoon status prediction model can predict the status of typhoons studied in the next few hours. And wind speed simulation model simulates the average wind speed magnitude/direction at 10 m height of each turbine in the farm according to the predicted status. This paper provides an in-depth study and analysis of software defect prediction methods in a cloud environment and uses a deep learning approach to justify software prediction. A cost penalty term is added to the supervised part of the deep ladder network; that is, the misclassification cost of different classes is added to the model. A cost-sensitive deep ladder network-based software defect prediction model is proposed, which effectively mitigates the negative impact of the class imbalance problem on defect prediction. To address the problem of lack or insufficiency of historical data from the same project, a flow learning-based geodesic cross-project software defect prediction method is proposed. Drawing on data information from other projects, a migration learning approach was used to embed the source and target datasets into a Gaussian manifold. The kernel encapsulates the incremental changes between the differences and commonalities between the two domains. To this point, the subspace is the space of two distributional approximations formed by the source and target data transformations, with traditional in-project software defect classifiers used to predict labels. It is found that real-time defect prediction is more practical because it has a smaller amount of code to review; only individual changes need to be reviewed rather than entire files or packages while making it easier for developers to assign fixes to defects. More importantly, this paper combines deep belief network techniques with real-time defect prediction at a fine-grained level and TCA techniques to deal with data imbalance and proposes an improved deep belief network approach for real-time defect prediction, while trying to change the machine learning classifier underlying DBN for different experimental studies, and the results not only validate the effectiveness of using TCA techniques to solve the data imbalance problem but also show that the defect prediction model learned by the improved method in this paper has better prediction performance. Scientific risk assessment is an important guarantee for the healthy development of an enterprise. With the continuous development and maturity of machine learning technology, it has played an important role in the field of data prediction and risk assessment. This paper conducts research on the application of machine learning technology in enterprise risk assessment. According to the existing literature, this paper uses three machine learning algorithms, i.e., random forest (RF), support vector machine (SVM), and AdaBoost, to evaluate enterprise risk. In the specific implementation, the enterprise's risk assessment indexes are first established, which comprehensively describe the various risks faced by the enterprise through a number of parameters. Then, the three types of machine learning algorithms are trained based on historical data to build a risk assessment model. Finally, for a set of risk indicators obtained under current conditions, the risk index is output through the risk assessment model. Although socially responsible investment (SRI) has developed into an important investment style, only a small number of studies discuss SRI portfolio construction. In view of the overwhelming breakthrough of machine learning in prediction, this paper proposes SRI portfolio construction models by combining a double-screening mechanism considering machine learning prediction and an extended global minimum variance (GMV) model (or extended maximum Sharpe ratio (MSPR) model), which are, respectively, named double-screening socially responsible investment (DSSRI) portfolio models I and II. The proposed models consist of two stages, i.e., stock screening and asset allocation. First, this paper develops a novel double-screening mechanism incorporating environmental, social, and corporate governance (ESG) and return potential criteria to ensure that high-quality stocks with good ESG performance and high-return potential are input into the optimal portfolio. Specifically, to obtain accurate stock return predictions, an extreme learning machine model optimized by the genetic algorithm is employed to predict stock prices. Next, to trade off the financial and ESG objectives of SRI investors, an extended GMV model (or extended MSPR model) considering the ESG factor is introduced to determine the capital allocation proportion of the stocks. We take the A-share market of China as the sample to verify the effectiveness of the proposed models. The empirical results demonstrate that compared with alternative models, the proposed models can yield better annualized return and ESG score performance as well as competitive Sharpe ratio performance. First, we analyse the characteristics of the low-pressure station data. Then, a model that comprehensively considers the characteristics of the low-voltage station area data is proposed, which includes three parts: the construction of a low-voltage station area data tensor, the joint matrix decomposition, and the completion of the missing data, and it is named LPZ. After that, the CIM learning algorithm proposed in this paper is used to iteratively solve the model to obtain the completed data. The decisions and actions of operators in the operation of transport infrastructure play a crucial role in the sustainability of the project but are influenced by factors such as the strength of government regulation and the frequency of use by users. The influence of social recognition and acceptance by the authorities on the decisions of the various parties involved in a project is becoming increasingly significant. To address this issue, this paper attempts to apply prospect theory to characterize the impact of changes in recognition on the decisions of project managers and the government from the perspective of recognition and to construct a tripartite evolutionary game model for the government, the operator, and the users, taking into account the combined effect of multiple factors, to explore the evolutionary law of the operator's strategy choice. Evolutionary game theory, in which each person is considered irrational and behavior is changeable, is more realistic. The addition of prospect theory allows the model to more realistically reflect the decisions of each participant in the game process when faced with risk. The results of the study show that there is an optimal level of external regulation to maximize the benefits for all three parties in the game, strong government regulation does not necessarily improve service quality, operators tend to provide low-quality services in the game process and incentives should be increased, and that attempts should be made to provide users with a variety of transport infrastructure options to ensure that users' interests are maximized. The paper further analyzes the indicators established by sensitive factors using BP neural networks on the basis of the analysis of transportation infrastructure operation and impact sensitive factors using evolutionary games and finds that the conclusions obtained by deep learning algorithms are more consistent with those obtained using evolutionary games, achieving cross-validation of the results. Disease diagnosis faces challenges such as misdiagnosis, lack of diagnosis, and slow diagnosis. There are several machine learning techniques that have been applied to address these challenges, where a set of symptoms is applied to a classification model that predicts the presence or absence of a disease. To improve on the performance of these techniques, this paper presents a technique which involves feature selection using principal component analysis (PCA), a hybrid kernel-based support vector machine (HKSVM) classification model and hyperparameter optimization using genetic algorithm (GA). The HKSVM in this paper introduces a new way of combining three kernels: Radial basis function (RBF), linear, and polynomial. Combining local (RBF) and global (linear and polynomial) kernels has the effect of improved model performance. This is because the local kernels are better able to distinguish points closer to each other while the global kernels are more suited to distinguish points that are far away from each other. The PCA-GA-HKSVM is used on 7 different medical datasets, with two datasets being multiclass datasets and 5 datasets being binary. In this study, the hidden Markov model is constructed according to the chord types, in which the input features are the improved theme PCP features proposed in this paper, and the input labels are the label data set constructed by the automated method proposed in this paper. After the training is completed, the PCP features of the theme to be predicted and improved are input to generate the accompaniment chords of the final arrangement. Through PCP features and template-matching model, the system designed in this paper improves the matching accuracy of the generated chords compared with that generated by the traditional method.
