This paper discusses the subjective identity processes produced in the transnational migration experience through the concept of interstitial identities. To illustrate the uses of this concept, a case built from life stories, in-depth interviews, and photo stories is analyzed. Thus, Maria is identified, a skilled Brazilian immigrant in Santiago de Chile, who chooses to descend from the upper to low socioeconomic class in the destination country to construct herself as the subject of her history. In addition, it reflects on the processuality of their identities and on the identity negotiations that she establishes in the interstice between different cultural configurations she relates transnationally, in which gender and class are relevant categories. Finally, it is concluded that thinking about the migratory experience from interstitial identities does not allow to build identity typologies but to explore the articulations between subject and culture in migration. This article analyzes public sector projects and programs in Brazil that received external financing from multilateral and bilateral agencies at the federal, state, and municipal levels between 2000 and 2020. The analyzed data were collected in the COFIEX Panel of the Brazilian Ministry of Economy, categorized, and presented in this article in a contextual way, aiming to represent the first overview of this object for studies on Public Administration in the country. An important instrument of the International Development Cooperation System, International Financing for Development follows international organizations" agendas and guidelines that have changed throughout history. Thus, in addition to exploring the main creditor sources, sectors, and federal units of destination of International Development Financing to Brazil, the article verified how the characteristics of international financing received between 2000-2015 and post-2015 reflect the agendas and guidelines of International Development Cooperation of the respective periods, namely, the Millennium Development Goals (2000-2015) and the Sustainable Development Goals (2015-2030). As a result, in addition to presenting a pioneering exploratory analysis of the data, it was possible to verify an inflection of external financing received by Brazil after 2015 in the direction of the current agenda and guidelines of International Development Cooperation. The purpose of this paper is to discuss the limits and possibilities of research about the Conservatório de Música in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. My Master's research evidenced the lack of studies in history and in musicology on the subject. I try to show the main issues and questions, as well as the limits faced by my research back then as it aimed at understanding the conceptual framework that generated the Conservatório, and which the social strata took part in that institution throughout the nineteenth century. The paper analyzes the history of João Carlos Garcia Bona in Popular Revolutionary Vanguard (VPR) and the persecution suffered in Brazil and Chile, countries that have experienced coups in 1964 and 1973, respectively. Thus, he was imprisoned and tortured at the Department of Political and Social Order (DOPS) in Porto Alegre and released in 1971, when went to Chile along with 69 other political prisoners exchanged by the Swiss ambassador kidnapped by VPR. In Chile, took part in the government of the socialist President Salvador Allende until he was deposed in 1973. The coups in those countries, even keeping particularities among themselves, marked the beginning of a phase where security agencies have used violent methods to stop and immobilize individuals considered "internal enemies" that characterized the application of the terrorism of state (TDE).
