In this paper, the asymptotic consensus control of multi-agent systems with general linear agent dynamics is investigated. A neighbor-based adaptive event-triggering strategy with a dynamic triggering threshold is proposed, which leads to a fully distributed control of the multi-agent system, depending only on the states of the neighboring agents at triggering moments. By using the Lyapunov method, we prove that the states of the agents converge asymptotically. In addition, the proposed event-triggering strategy is proven to exclude Zeno behavior. The numerical simulation results illustrate that the agent states achieve consensus in sense of asymptotic convergence. Parameter estimation is an important component of statistical inference, and how to improve the accuracy of parameter estimation is a key issue in research. This paper proposes a linear Bayesian estimation for estimating parameters in a misrecorded Poisson distribution. The linear Bayesian estimation method not only adopts prior information but also avoids the cumbersome calculation of posterior expectations. On the premise of ensuring the accuracy and stability of computational results, we derived the explicit solution of the linear Bayesian estimation. With the widespread application of spatial data in fields like econometrics and geographic information science, the methods to enhance the robustness of spatial econometric model estimation and variable selection have become a central focus of research. In the context of the spatial error model (SEM), this paper introduces a variable selection method based on exponential square loss and the adaptive lasso penalty. Due to the non-convex and non-differentiable nature of this proposed method, convex programming is not applicable for its solution. We develop a block coordinate descent algorithm, decompose the exponential square component into the difference of two convex functions, and utilize the CCCP algorithm in combination with parabolic interpolation for optimizing problem-solving. Numerical simulations demonstrate that neglecting the spatial effects of error terms can lead to reduced accuracy in selecting zero coefficients in SEM. The proposed method demonstrates robustness even when noise is present in the observed values and when the spatial weights matrix is inaccurate. In this paper, an intelligent weather conditions fuzzy adjustment based on spatial features (IWeCASF) is developed. It is indispensable for our regional soil moisture estimation approach, complementing a point estimation model of soil moisture from the literature. The point estimation model requires the weather conditions at the point where an estimate is made. Therefore, IWeCASF's aim is to determine these weather conditions. The procedure begins measuring them at only one checkpoint, called the primary checkpoint. The model determines the weather conditions anywhere within a region through image processing algorithms and fuzzy inference systems. The results are compared with the measurement records and with a spatial interpolation method. The performance is similar to or better than interpolation, especially in the rain, where the model developed is more accurate due to the certainty of replication. Additionally, IWeCASF does not require more than one measurement point. Therefore, it is a more appropriate approach to complement the point estimation model for enabling a regional soil moisture estimation. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
