In this paper, the new dynamic geophysical and geochemical MUltiparametric DAtabase (MUDA) is presented. MUDA is a new infrastructure of the National Institute of Geophysics and Volcanology (INGV), published on-line in December 2023, with the aim of archiving and disseminating multiparametric data collected by multidisciplinary monitoring networks. MUDA is a MySQL relational database with a web interface developed in php, aimed at investigating in quasi real time possible correlations between seismic phenomena and variations in endogenous and environmental parameters. At present, MUDA collects data from different types of sensors such as hydrogeochemical probes for physical-chemical parameters in waters, meteorological stations, detectors of air Radon concentration, diffusive flux of carbon dioxide (CO2) and seismometers belonging both to the National Seismic Network of INGV and to temporary networks installed in the framework of multidisciplinary research projects. MUDA daily publishes data updated to the previous day and offers the chance to view and download multiparametric time series selected for different time periods. The resultant dataset provides broad perspectives in the framework of future high frequency and continuous multiparametric monitorings as a starting point to identify possible seismic precursors for short-term earthquake forecasting. In this paper, we investigated the applicability of ChatGPT AI in electronics research and development via a case study of applied sensors in embedded electronic systems, a topic that is rarely mentioned in the recent literature, thus providing new insight for professionals and academics. The initial electronics-development tasks of a smart home project were prompted to the ChatGPT system to find out its capabilities and limitations. We wanted to obtain detailed information on the central processing controller units and the actual sensors usable for the specific project, their specifications and recommendations on the hardware and software design flow additionally. Furthermore, an extensive literature survey was requested to see if the bot could offer scientific papers covering the given topic. It was found that the ChatGPT responded with proper recommendations on controllers. However, the suggested sensor units, the hardware and software design were only partially acceptable, with occasional errors in specifications and generated code. The results of the literature survey showed that non-acceptable, fabricated citations (fake authors list, title, journal details and DOI—Digital Object identifier) were presented by the bot. The paper provides a detailed qualitative analysis, a performance analysis and critical discussion of the aforementioned aspects while providing the query set, the generated answers and codes as supplied data with the goal to give added value to electronics researchers and developers if trying to reach out for the tools in their profession. Data curation has significant research implications irrespective of application areas. As most curated studies rely on databases for data extraction, the availability of data resources is extremely important. Taking a perspective from pharmacology, extracted data contribute to improved drug treatment outcomes and well-being but with some challenges. Considering available pharmacology literature, it is necessary to review articles and other scientific documents carefully. A typical method of accessing articles on journal websites is through long-established searches. In addition to being labor-intensive, this conventional approach often leads to incomplete-content downloads. This paper presents a new methodology with user-friendly models to accept search keywords according to the investigators' research fields for metadata and full-text articles. To accomplish this, scientifically published records on the pharmacokinetics of drugs were extracted from several sources using our navigating tool called the Web Crawler for Pharmacokinetics (WCPK). The results of metadata extraction provided 74,867 publications for four drug classes. Full-text extractions performed with WCPK revealed that the system is highly competent, extracting over 97% of records. This model helps establish keyword-based article repositories, contributing to comprehensive databases for article curation projects.
