The paper discusses algorithmic priority inversion in mission-critical machine inference pipelines used in modern neural-network-based perception subsystems and describes a solution to mitigate its effect. In general, priority inversion occurs in computing systems when computations that are "less important" are performed together with or ahead of those that are "more important." Significant priority inversion occurs in existing machine inference pipelines when they do not differentiate between critical and less critical data. We describe a framework to resolve this problem and demonstrate that it improves a perception system's ability to react to critical inputs, while at the same time reducing platform cost. Purpose: This paper aims to propose a new assessment system module for handling the comprehensive answers written through the answer interface. Design/methodology/approach: The working principle is under three major phases: Preliminary semantic processing: In the pre-processing work, the keywords are extracted for each answer given by the course instructor. In fact, this answer is actually considered as the key to evaluating the answers written by the e-learners. Keyword and semantic processing of e-learners for hierarchical clustering-based ontology construction: For each answer given by each student, the keywords and the semantic information are extracted and clustered (hierarchical clustering) using a new improved rider optimization algorithm known as Rider with Randomized Overtaker Update (RR-OU). Ontology matching evaluation: Once the ontology structures are completed, a new alignment procedure is used to find out the similarity between two different documents. Moreover, the objects defined in this work focuses on "how exactly the matching process is done for evaluating the document." Finally, the e-learners are classified based on their grades. Findings: On observing the outcomes, the proposed model shows less relative mean squared error measure when weights were (0.5, 0, 0.5), and it was 71.78% and 16.92% better than the error values attained for (0, 0.5, 0.5) and (0.5, 0.5, 0). On examining the outcomes, the values of error attained for (1, 0, 0) were found to be lower than the values when weights were (0, 0, 1) and (0, 1, 0). Here, the mean absolute error (MAE) measure for weight (1, 0, 0) was 33.99% and 51.52% better than the MAE value for weights (0, 0, 1) and (0, 1, 0). On analyzing the overall error analysis, the mean absolute percentage error of the implemented RR-OU model was 3.74% and 56.53% better than k-means and collaborative filtering + Onto + sequential pattern mining models, respectively. Originality/value: This paper adopts the latest optimization algorithm called RR-OU for proposing a new assessment system module for handling the comprehensive answers written through the answer interface. Another challenge at the practical application level is that machine learning algorithms currently trained with large amounts of data are primarily black-box and uninterpretable. This indicates that these methods pose potential risks and are difficult to rely on, thus hindering their application in sensitive fields such as finance and healthcare. The first challenge can be overcome by using meta-learning to combine data and prior knowledge to efficiently and automatically select the machine learning models. The second challenge remains to be addressed due to the lack of interpretability of traditional meta-learning techniques and deficiencies in transparency and fairness. Achieving the interpretability of meta-learning in autonomous algorithm selection for classification is crucial to balance the need for high accuracy and transparency of machine learning models in practical application scenarios. This paper proposes EFFECT , an interpretable meta-learning framework that can explain the recommendation results of meta-learning algorithm selection and provide a more complete and accurate explanation of the recommendation algorithm's performance on specific datasets combined with business scenarios. • An AI algorithm for data enhanced encryption at the end and the intermediate nodes of autonomous IoT systems is proposed. • An AI access strategy is designed for reducing the calculation cost of data encryption. • A data shared matrix is proposed to share the encrypted data to achieve the (k, n) threshold strategy. Aiming at the security issues during the multi-types data storage and data transmission in autonomous Internet of Things (IoT) systems, this paper proposes an AI algorithm for data enhanced encryption used in the ends and the intermediate nodes of IoTs. The algorithm in this paper first constructs a three-dimensional Arnold transformation matrix for data unit value encryption in the end of IoTs, and designs a quantum logic intelligent mapping that effectively diffuses the encrypted data units to reduce the linear correlation of the image data and to improve the security performance of IoT edge data. Furthermore, the algorithm designs an AI access strategy for scrambling sequence nodes and builds a random-access route for the elements of the scrambling sequence which can reduce the calculation cost and improve the operating efficiency of IoT system in the ends and intermediate nodes. Finally, the data shared matrix is used to share the encrypted data to achieve the (k, n) threshold strategy. Experimental results prove that the algorithm has high plaintext and key sensitivity and can effectively resist brute force attacks, statistical analysis and differential attacks. In this work, with the help of a calculus system syllogistic logic with Carroll's diagrams (SLCD), we construct a useful algorithm for the possible deductions of polysyllogisms (soriteses). This algorithm makes a general deduction in categorical syllogisms with the help of diagrams to depict each proposition of polysyllogisms. The developed calculus system PolySLCD (PSLCD) is used to allow a formal deduction from premises set by comprising synchronically biliteral and triliteral diagrammatical appearance and simple algorithmic nature. This algorithm can be used to deduce new conclusions, step by step, through recursive conclusion sets that are obtained from premises of categorical polysyllogisms. The fundamental contributions of this paper are accurately deducing conclusions from sets corresponding to given premises as exact human reasoning using a single algorithm and designing this algorithm based on SLCD. Therefore, it is more suitable for computer-aided solution. Since the algorithm is set-based, it is a novel algorithm in the literature and it can easily contribute to the researchers using polysyllogisms in different scientific branches, such as computer science, decision-making systems and artificial intelligence. Differential privacy (DP), as a promising privacy-preserving model, has attracted great interest from researchers in recent years. At present, research on the combination of deep learning and DP is active. In contrast, another widely used artificial intelligence technique, swarm intelligence (SI), has received little attention in the context of DP even though it also triggers privacy concerns. For this reason, this paper attempts to combine DP and SI for the first time and proposes a general differentially private swarm intelligence algorithm framework (DPSIAF). By utilizing the exponential mechanism, this framework can easily develop existing SI algorithms into the private versions. As examples, we apply it to four popular SI algorithms, and the related analyses demonstrate the effectiveness of our DPSIAF. More importantly, our private algorithms also exhibit some interesting experimental phenomena. In some cases, their performance is not strictly affected by the privacy budget, and one of them even outperforms its non-private version. These findings are different from the conventional cognition, which indicates DP owns the potential to serve as an optimization tool for some SI algorithms.
