One of the most widely used measures of scientific impact is the number of citations. However, due to its heavy-tailed distribution, citations are fundamentally difficult to predict but can be improved. This study was aimed at investigating the factors and parts influencing the citation number of a scientific paper in the otology field. Therefore, this work proposes a new solution that utilizes machine learning and natural language processing to process English text and provides a paper citation as the predicted results. Different algorithms are implemented in this solution, such as linear regression, boosted decision tree, decision forest, and neural networks. The application of neural network regression revealed that papers' abstracts have more influence on the citation numbers of otological articles. This new solution has been developed in visual programming using Microsoft Azure machine learning at the back end and Programming Without Coding Technology at the front end. The incidence of oral cancer is still increasing. It has become very common in patients with malignant tumors, which has forced medical personnel to continuously explore its treatment methods. What kind of method can effectively and correctly diagnose the disease in the early stage and improve the survival rate has become one of the research topics that have attracted much attention. Aiming at this problem, it has great research significance for the field of oral precancerous lesions diagnosis. With the in-depth research on oral precancerous diagnosis, the research on artificial neural network (ANN) in medical diagnosis is gradually carried out. Its performance advantage is of great significance to solve the problem of early and correct disease diagnosis. This paper aimed to investigate the application of ANN-assisted cancer risk prediction method in risk prediction of oral precancerous lesions. Through the analysis and research of ANN and oral cancer, the construction of oral cancer risk prediction model was applied to solve the problem of improving the survival rate of oral cancer patients. In this paper, ANN and oral precancerous lesions were analyzed, the performance of the algorithm was experimentally analyzed, and the relevant theoretical formulas were used to explain. The results showed that the method had higher accuracy than traditional forecasting methods. When N = 2 , the output accuracy was above 90%. It can be seen that the algorithm can meet the needs of the diagnosis of high-risk groups of oral cancer lesions, and the diagnosis efficiency and patient survival rate has been greatly improved. Based on the BP neural network and the ARIMA model, this paper predicts the nonlinear residual of GDP and adds the predicted values of the two models to obtain the final predicted value of the model. First, the focus is on the ARMA model in the univariate time series. However, in real life, forecasts are often affected by many factors, so the following introduces the ARIMAX model in the multivariate time series. In the prediction process, the network structure and various parameters of the neural network are not given in a systematic way, so the operation of the neural network is affected by many factors. Each forecasting method has its scope of application and also has its own weaknesses caused by the characteristics of its own model. Secondly, this paper proposes an effective combination method according to the GDP characteristics and builds an improved algorithm BP neural network price prediction model, the research on the combination of GDP prediction model is currently mostly focused on the weighted form, and this article proposes another combination, namely, error correction. According to the price characteristics, we determine the appropriate number of hidden layer nodes and build a BP neural network price prediction model based on the improved algorithm. Validation of examples shows that the error-corrected GDP forecast model is also better than the weighted GDP forecast model, which shows that error correction is also a better combination of forecasting methods. The forecast results of BP neural network have lower errors and monthly prices. The relative error of prediction is about 2.5%. Through comparison with the prediction results of the ARIMA model, in the daily price prediction, the relative error of the BP neural network prediction is 1.5%, which is lower than the relative error of the ARIMA model of 2%. This paper incorporates the adaptive neurofuzzy inference system (ANFIS) technique to model the yield of bio-oil. The estimation of this parameter was performed according to pyrolysis conditions and biomass compositions of feedstock. For this purpose, this paper innovates two optimization methods including a genetic algorithm (GA) and particle swarm optimization (PSO). Primary data were gathered from previous studies and included 244 data of biodiesel oils. The findings showed a coefficient determination ( R 2 ) of 0.937 and RMSE of 2.1053 for the GA-ANFIS model, and a coefficient determination ( R 2 ) of 0.968 and RMSE of 1.4443 for PSO-ANFIS. This study indicates the capability of the PSO-ANFIS algorithm in the estimation of the bio-oil yield. According to the performed analysis, this model shows a higher ability than the previously presented models in predicting the target values and can be a suitable alternative to time-consuming and difficult experimental tests. The sudden arrival of the new crown epidemic has had a significant and long-lasting impact on the division's economic environment as well as the production and operation activities of businesses. As far as the financial management is concerned, opportunities and difficulties are faced by enterprises of all types. With reference to the available research data, enterprises have an important contribution to GDP and jobs, but they still face a series of difficulties and challenges in their development in the context of the normalization of the epidemic. By analyzing the impact of the new crown pneumonia epidemic on the financial management work of enterprises, this paper proposes an artificial neural network-based enterprise financial forecasting and early warning method to provide an effective method for enterprise financial management. For the time-series characteristics of enterprise finances, a prediction model based on long- and short-term memory networks is developed which acknowledges the necessity of combining the temporal dimension with the spatial dimension for forecasting. This model incorporates time qualities into the data to the existing forecasting model. It also considers both working and nonworking day data and thoroughly considers the factors influencing corporate finance. Then, using BP neural network for financial risk prediction, nonfinancial index factors should be added to the financial early warning model thus eliminating the limitations of the financial early warning model. At the same time, the accuracy of the prediction can be improved which is more suitable for enterprises to apply in practice. The experimental results demonstrate that the financial prediction model built by multilayer feed forward neural networks and recurrent neural networks based on error back propagation training is inferior to the prediction model built by long- and short-term memory network. Regardless of the degree of fitting or prediction accuracy, the BP neural network model outperforms the conventional model for enterprise financial warning. As the competition between enterprises intensifies, employees have witnessed a decline of psychological health year by year and severe anxiety and depression. To ensure the normal work of employees, it is important to implement psychological occupational therapy intervention (POTI). The previous studies on corporate occupational values focus on the behavioral variables and attitude variables related to occupations. The research paradigm does not suit a specific group of employees. Therefore, this paper explores the individual differences in POTI guided by the realization of occupational values. For a specific group of employees, the correlations of the psychological problems with job attitude, job involvement, and psychological health level were reasoned logically, a theoretical model was established, and the full-model map was plotted to illustrate the influence of the realization of occupational values over POTI. Then, the evaluation data on the psychological intervention effect of 2,800 employees were explored based on multikernel learning, and an individual difference prediction model was constructed through multikernel learning. Colon and rectal cancers are the most common kinds of cancer globally. Colon cancer is more prevalent in men than in women. Early detection increases the likelihood of survival, and treatment significantly increases the likelihood of eradicating the disease. The Surveillance, Epidemiology, and End Results (SEER) programme is an excellent source of domestic cancer statistics. SEER includes nearly 30% of the United States population, covering various races and geographic locations. The data are made public via the SEER website when a SEER limited-use data agreement form is submitted and approved. We investigate data from the SEER programme, specifically colon cancer statistics, in this study. Our objective is to create reliable colon cancer survival and conditional survival prediction algorithms. In this study, we have presented an overview of cancer diagnosis methods and the treatments used to cure cancer. This paper presents an analysis of prediction performance of multiple deep learning approaches. The performance of multiple deep learning models is thoroughly examined to discover which algorithm surpasses the others, followed by an investigation of the network's prediction accuracy. The simulation outcomes indicate that automated prediction models can predict colon cancer patient survival. There are many thyroid diseases affecting people all over the world. Many diseases affect the thyroid gland, like hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism, and thyroid cancer. Thyroid inefficiency can cause severe symptoms in patients. Effective classification and machine learning play a significant role in the timely detection of thyroid diseases. This timely classification will indeed affect the timely treatment of the patients. Automatic and precise thyroid nodule detection in ultrasound pictures is critical for reducing effort and radiologists' mistake rate. Medical images have evolved into one of the most valuable and consistent data sources for machine learning generation. In this paper, various machine learning algorithms like decision tree, random forest algorithm, KNN, and artificial neural networks on the dataset create a comparative analysis to better predict the disease based on parameters established from the dataset. Also, the dataset has been manipulated for accurate prediction for the classification. The classification was performed on both the sampled and unsampled datasets for better comparison of the dataset. The existing studies have shown that miRNAs are related to human diseases by regulating gene expression. Identifying miRNA association with diseases will contribute to diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis of diseases. The experimental identification of miRNA-disease associations is time-consuming, tremendously expensive, and of high-failure rate. In recent years, many researchers predicted potential associations between miRNAs and diseases by computational approaches. In this paper, we proposed a novel method using deep collaborative filtering called DCFMDA to predict miRNA-disease potential associations. To improve prediction performance, we integrated neural network matrix factorization (NNMF) and multilayer perceptron (MLP) in a deep collaborative filtering framework. We utilized known miRNA-disease associations to capture miRNA-disease interaction features by NNMF and utilized miRNA similarity and disease similarity to extract miRNA feature vector and disease feature vector, respectively, by MLP. At last, we merged outputs of the NNMF and MLP to obtain the prediction matrix. The experimental results indicate that compared with other existing computational methods, our method can achieve the AUC of 0.9466 based on 10-fold cross-validation. In addition, case studies show that the DCFMDA can effectively predict candidate miRNAs for breast neoplasms, colon neoplasms, kidney neoplasms, leukemia, and lymphoma. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Modern information technologies such as big data and cloud computing are increasingly important and widely applied in engineering and management. In terms of cold chain logistics, data mining also exerts positive effects on it. Specifically, accurate prediction of cold chain logistics demand is conducive to optimizing management processes as well as improving management efficiency, which is the main purpose of this research. In this paper, we analyze the existing problems related to cold chain logistics in the context of Chinese market, especially the aspect of demand prediction. Then, we conduct the mathematical calculation based on the neural network algorithm and grey prediction. Two forecasting models are constructed with the data from 2013 to 2019 by R program 4.0.2, aiming to explore the cold chain logistics demand. According to the results estimated by the two models, we find that both of models show high accuracy. In particular, the prediction of neural network algorithm model is closer to the actual value with smaller errors. Therefore, it is better to consider the neural network algorithm as the first choice when constructing the mathematical forecasting model to predict the demand of cold chain logistic, which provides a more accurate reference for the strategic deployment of logistics management such as optimizing automation and innovation in cold chain processes to adapt to the trend. In order to realize the predicting and positioning of short-term load inflection point, this paper made reference to related research in the field of computer image recognition. It got a load sharp degree sequence by the transformation of the original load sequence based on the algorithm of sharp degree. Then this paper designed a forecasting model based on the chaos theory and RBF neural network. It predicted the load sharp degree sequence based on the forecasting model to realize the positioning of short-term load inflection point. Finally, in the empirical example analysis, this paper predicted the daily load point of a region using the actual load data of the certain region to verify the effectiveness and applicability of this method.
