Deep learning has recently received extensive attention in the field of rolling-bearing fault diagnosis owing to its powerful feature expression capability. With the help of deep learning, we can fully extract the deep features hidden in the data, significantly improving the accuracy and efficiency of fault diagnosis. Despite this progress, deep learning still faces two outstanding problems. (1) Each layer uses the same convolution kernel to extract features, making it difficult to adaptively select convolution kernels based on the features of the input image, which limits the network's adaptability to different input features and leads to weak feature extraction. (2) Large number of parameters and long training time. To solve the above problems, this paper proposes an integrated deep neural network that combines an improved selective kernel network (SKNet) with an enhanced Inception-ResNet-v2, named SIR-CNN. First, based on the SKNet, a new three-branch SKNet was designed. Second, the new SKNet is embedded into a depthwise separable convolution network such that the model can adaptively select convolution kernels of different sizes during training. Furthermore, the convolution structure in the Inception-ResNet-v2 network was replaced by the improved depthwise separable convolution network to achieve effective feature extraction. Finally, the time-frequency maps of the raw vibration signals are obtained through short-time Fourier transform (STFT) and then sent to the proposed SIR-CNN network for experiments. Background. Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) is an infectious illness that spreads widely over a short period of time and finally causes a pandemic. Unfortunately, the lack of radiologists, improper COVID-19 diagnosing procedures, and insufficient medical supplies have all played roles in these devastating losses of life. Deep learning (DL) could be used to detect and classify COVID-19 for potential image-based diagnosis. Materials and Methods. This paper proposes an improved deep convolutional neural network (IDConv-Net) to detect and classify COVID-19 using X-ray and computed tomography (CT) images. Before the training phase, preprocessing methods such as filtering, data normalization, classification variable encoding, and data augmentation were used in conjunction with the proposed IDConv-Net to increase the effectiveness of the detection and classification processes. To extract essential features, deep CNN is then employed. As a result, the suggested model can identify patterns and relationships crucial to the image classification task, resulting in more precise and useful diagnoses. Python and Keras (with TensorFlow as a backend) were used to carry out the experiment. Results. The proposed IDConv-Net was tested using chest X-rays and CT images collected from hospitals in Sao Paulo, Brazil, and online databases. After evaluating the model, the proposed IDConv-Net achieved an accuracy of 99.53% and 98.41% in training and testing for CT images and 97.49% and 96.99% in training and testing for X-ray images, respectively. Further, the area under the curve (AUC) value is 0.954 and 0.996 for X-ray and CT images, respectively, indicating the excellent performance of the proposed model. Conclusion. The findings of our proposed IDConv-Net model confirm that the model outperformed compared to existing COVID-19 detection and classification models. The IDConv-Net outperforms current state-of-the-art models by 2.25% for X-rays and 2.81% for CT images. The frequent traffic accidents lead to a large number of casualties and large related financial losses every year; this serious state is owed to several factors; among those, driving behavior is one of the most imperative subjects to discuss. Driving behaviors mainly include behavior characteristics such as car-following, lane change, and risky driving behavior such as distraction, fatigue, or aggressive driving, which are of great help to various tasks in traffic engineering. An accurate and reliable method of driving behavior recognition is of great significance and guidance for vehicle driving safety. In this paper, the vehicle multisensor information, vehicle CAN bus data acquisition system, and typical feature extraction methods are summarized at first. And then, several driving behavior recognition models based on machine learning and deep learning are reviewed. Through a detailed analysis of the features of random forests, support vector machines, convolutional neural networks, and recurrent neural networks used to build driving behavior recognition models, the following findings are obtained: the driving behavior model constructed by traditional machine learning model is relatively mature but it is greatly affected by feature extraction, data scale, and model structure, which affects the accuracy of the final driving behavior recognition. Deep learning model based on a neural network has achieved high accuracy in identifying driving behavior, and it may gradually become the mainstream of constructing the driving behavior model with the development of big data, artificial intelligence technology, and computer hardware. This paper analyzes the quantitative assessment model of the swimming training effect based on the deep neural network by constructing a deep neural network model and designing a quantitative assessment model of the swimming training effect. This paper addresses the problem of not considering the influence of the uncertainties existing in the virtual environment when evaluating swimming training and adds the power of the delays in the actual training operation environment, which is used to improve the objectivity and usability of swimming training evaluation results. To better measure the degree of influence of uncertainties, a training evaluation software module is developed to validate the usability of the simulated training evaluation method using simulated case data and compare it with the data after training evaluation using the unimproved evaluation method to verify the correctness and objectivity of the evaluation method in this paper. In the experiments, the feature extractor is a deep neural network, and the classifier is a gradient-boosting decision tree with integrated learning advantages. In the experimental comparison, we can achieve more than 60% accuracy and no more than a 1.00% decrease in recognition rate on DBPNN + GBDT, 78.5% parameter reduction, and 54.5% floating-point reduction on DPBNN. We can effectively reduce 32.1% of video memory occupation. It can be concluded from the experiments that deep neural network models are more effective and easier to obtain relatively accurate experimental results than shallow learning when facing high-dimensional sparse features. At the same time, deep neural networks can also improve the prediction results of external learning models. The uniqueness of aesthetic implication in Zhou Dynasty poetics lies in that it is the basic forming stage of the concept of formal beauty of the whole Chinese nation, and the aesthetic implication of the Zhou Dynasty poetics art has fundamental significance for the whole ancient Chinese aesthetic implication theory. In the discipline of natural language processing, text emotion analysis is a crucial topic. Artificial neural network research is where the idea of "deep learning" (DL) first emerged. In view of the problems that semantic information is easy to be lost and emotional information may be ignored in the traditional Chinese short text emotion analysis model, this paper introduces the AM (attention mechanism) and proposes a CNN-LSTM (convolutional neural network-long short-term memory) poetic aesthetic implication analysis method based on self-attention. For the IL (input layer), word vectors trained by Word2Vec are used and then input into the CNN-LSTM joint model. Then, the output of the joint model is weighted and summed by self-attention and finally input into the Softmax classifier, so as to realize the emotion classification of the text. By creating and putting into practise pertinent comparative experiments, the usefulness of the proposed model is confirmed. The outcomes demonstrate that this model outperforms the other three comparison models for the quantification of evaluation indices in terms of overall performance. Classification of isolated digits is the basic challenge for many speech classification systems. While a lot of work has been carried out on spoken languages, only limited research work on spoken English digit data has been reported in the literature. The paper proposes an intelligent-based system based on deep feedforward neural network (DFNN) with hyperparameter optimization techniques, an ensemble method; random forest (RF), and a regression method; gradient boosting (GB) for the classification of spoken digit data. The paper investigates different machine learning (ML) algorithms to determine the best method for the classification of spoken English digit data. The DFNN classifier outperformed the RF and GB classifiers on the public benchmark spoken English digit data and achieved 99.65% validation accuracy. With the development of deep learning theory and the decrease of the cost of acquiring massive data, the image semantic segmentation algorithm based on Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) is gradually replacing the conventional segmentation algorithm by its high accuracy segmentation performance. By increasing the amount of training data and stacking more convolutional layers to form Deep Convolutional Neural Networks (DCNNs), a neural network model with higher segmentation accuracy can be obtained, but it faces the problems of serious memory consumption and long latency. For some special application scenarios, such as augmented reality and mobile interaction, real-time processing cannot be performed. To improve the speed of semantic segmentation while obtaining the most accurate segmentation results as possible, this paper proposes a semantic segmentation algorithm based on lightweight convolutional neural networks. Taking the computational complexity and segmentation accuracy into account, the algorithm starts from the perspective of extracting high-level semantic features and introduces a position-attention mechanism with richer contextual information to model the relationship between different pixels, avoiding the convolutional local perceptual field to be too small. To recover clearer target boundaries, a channel attention mechanism is introduced in the decoding part of the model to mine more useful feature channel information and effectively improve the fusion of low-level features with high-level features. Unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), commonly known as drones, have been progressively prevalent due to their capability to operate quickly and their vast range of applications in a variety of real-world circumstances. The utilization of UAVs in precision farming has lately gained a lot of attention from the scientific community. This study addresses with the assistance of drones in the precision agricultural area. This paper makes significant contributions by analyzing communication protocols and applying them to the challenge of commanding a fleet of drones to protect crops from parasite infestations. In this research, the effectiveness of nine powerful deep neural network models is measured for the detection of plant diseases using diverse methodologies. These deep neural networks are adapted to the immediate situation using transfer learning and deep extraction of features approaches. The presented study takes into account the used pretrained deep learning model for extracting features and fine-tuning. The deep feature extraction characteristics are subsequently categorized using support vector machines (SVMs) and extreme learning machines (ELMs). For measuring performance, the precision, sensitivities, specific, and F1-score are all evaluated. Deep feature extraction and SVM/ELM classification generated better outcomes than transfer learning, according to the analysis result. As the fastest-growing crowdfunding model, equity crowdfunding (ECF) brings high returns and uncertainty. In this context, it is crucial to understand these crowdfunding projects' actual performance. Since ECF is currently in the early stage of integration, there are still a lot of risk issues, such as the uncertainty of equity structure, capital supervision, or project management. Therefore, this paper develops a new profitability indicator, "return on registered capital," to test its impact on the ECF project's actual return. This paper studies which factors affect the financial performance of ECF projects through the traditional statistical model and a deep neural network (DNN) model. There is evidence that return on registered capital affects the actual return of the project. At the same time, the company's operating time and the number of employees had an unexpected effect on project performance. In addition, the recognition accuracy of the DNN model in this study exceeds 97%, which affirms the applicability of the DNN model in the analysis of ECF success factors. In order to improve the audit quality, this paper establishes an intelligent financial audit model that can predict the audit opinion of the consolidated financial statements. This paper proposes an audit opinion prediction model based on the fusion of deep belief neural network (DBN) and long-short term memory (LSTM). First, an indicator system is established for audit opinions, and multiple financial parameters are used to describe possible audit opinions. On this basis, a DBN network is designed to complete deep feature extraction and used for LSTM training. According to the prediction model obtained by training, the subsequent audit opinion can be scientifically predicted. Human action recognition is a hotspot in the fields of computer vision and pattern recognition. Human action recognition technology has created huge social value and considerable economic value for the society. Meeting people's needs and understanding people's expressions are the current research focus. Aiming at the problem that the movement cannot be continuously identified and due to a lack of detailed features in the action decomposition pattern recognition in the traditional Wushu routine decomposition process, it is proposed to use Kinect technology to identify the Wushu routine movement decomposition process in the Wushu routine movement decomposition process. This paper analyzes the principle of skeleton tracking and skeleton extraction performed by the Kinect human sensor and uses the Kinect sensor with the Visual Studio 2015 development platform to collect and process the skeleton data of limb movements and defines eight static limb motion samples and four dynamic limbs. The study uses a deep learning neural network algorithm to train and identify the established database of static body movements and uses the same template matching algorithm and K-NN. The recognition effects of the algorithms were compared and analyzed, and it was concluded that the static body motion recognition rates of the three algorithms were all above 90%. In this paper, recognition experiments are carried out on the MSR action 3D database. The influence of different integrated decision-making methods on the recognition results is further discussed and analyzed, and the average method integrated decision-making, which is most suitable for the algorithm model in this paper, is proposed. Effective expression classification can assist psychology researchers to study psychology and other disciplines and analyze children's psychological activities and mental states by classifying expressions, thereby reducing the occurrence of psychological behavior problems. Most of the current mainstream methods focus on the exploration of text explicit features and the optimization of representation models, and few works pay attention to deeper language expressions. Metaphors, as language expressions often used in daily life, are closely related to an individual's emotion, cognition, and psychological state. This paper studies children's smiling face recognition based on deep neural network. In order to obtain a better identification effect of mental health problems of children, this paper attempts to use multisource data, including consumption data, access control data, network logs, and grade data, and proposes a multisource data-based mental health problem identification algorithm. The main research focus is feature extraction, trying to use one-dimensional convolutional neural network (1D-CNN) to mine students' online patterns from online behavior sequences, calculate abnormal scores based on students' consumption data in the cafeteria, and describe the dietary differences among students. At the same time, this paper uses the students' psychological state data provided by the psychological center as a label to improve the deficiencies caused by the questionnaire. This paper uses the training set to train five common classification algorithms, evaluates them through the validation set, and selects the best classifier as our algorithm and uses it to identify students with mental health problems in the test set. The business model of traditional market is declining day by day, and people's consumption cognition has risen to a new level with the leap in science and technology. Enterprises need to adjust and optimize their marketing strategies in time according to the new consumption characteristics, so as to smoothly adapt to the environmental changes in the Internet age. This paper briefly analyzes the relationship between sales development and psychology and constructs a fusion model that can predict preferences with the help of neural network structure of the deep learning method. Describe user portraits and characteristics, analyze users' purchasing behavior and credit literacy, and push related products combined with a hash algorithm to achieve accurate e-commerce marketing purposes. The results show that (1) the model constructed in this paper and five different models are used for multi-modal recognition analysis: the accuracy is 79.56%, the recall rate is 77.43%, F1 is 0.785, and the error value can be reduced to about 0.18 by epoch iteration; the model is superior and has great use value. (2) Using the model to extract user attribute features and predict certain preferences, 13 topics and weight ratios are obtained for users of a certain platform, and the portrait model of each user is constructed. (3) According to the portrait optimization, 8 different marketing strategies are obtained, and the marketing effect is remarkable, fluctuating between 69% and 82%, and the income situation is also satisfactory. With the rapid development of Internet loans and the demand for Internet loans, Internet-based loan default prediction is particularly important. P2P online lending is based on Internet technology. With the popularization of personal PCs and mobile terminals, the borrower's financing cost has been reduced to a large extent, and the efficiency of the borrower's capital utilization has also been improved to a considerable level. Making full use of the existing data of the online lending platform, integrating third-party data, and predicting the default behavior of users are the major directions of future development. This paper mainly studies the network loan default prediction model based on DPNN. This paper first analyzes the problems and risks of the P2P online lending platform, then introduces the principle and characteristics of BPNN in detail, and determines the credit risk rating process for online lending based on BPNN. With the help of data analysis and processing software, after cleaning and variable selection of credit customer data provided by lending clubs, a set of corresponding online lending default risk assessment models are established through BPNN. This paper simulates the network loan default assessment model of the BPNN model and compares it with the support vector machine and regression model. The experimental results show that the highest accuracy rate of the BPNN model is 98.01% and the highest recall rate is 99.82%, which is better than the other two models; the AUC value of BPNN is 0.79, which is significantly higher than that of support vector machine and regression model. The above results show that the online loan default prediction model based on DPNN has high application value in practice. Predicting the probability of customer default risk in advance will help reduce the risk of P2P companies and lenders, improve the competitiveness of P2P lending institutions, and promote the development of domestic P2P platforms to be more stable. The existing deep learning models have problems such as large weight parameters and slow inference speed of equipment. In practical applications such as fire detection, they often cannot be deployed on equipment with limited resources due to the huge amount of parameters and low efficiency. In response to this problem, this paper proposes a lightweight smoke detection model based on the convolutional attention mechanism module. The model is based on the YOLOv5 lightweight framework. The backbone network draws on the GhostNet design idea, replaces the CSP structure of the FPN and head layers with the GhostBottleNeck module, adds a convolutional attention mechanism module to the backbone network layer, and uses the CIoU loss function to improve the regression accuracy. Using YOLOv5s as the benchmark model, the parameter amount of the proposed lightweight neural network model is 2.75 M, and the floating-point calculation amount is 2.56 G, which is much lower than the parameter amount and calculation amount of the benchmark model. Tested on the public fire dataset, compared with the traditional deep learning algorithm, the model proposed in the paper has better detection performance and the detection speed is significantly better than the benchmark model. Tested under the unquantized simulator, the speed of the proposed model to detect a single picture is 60 ms, which can meet the requirements of real-time engineering applications. Face mask-wearing detection is of great significance for safety protection during the epidemic. Aiming at the problem of low detection accuracy due to the problems of occlusion, complex illumination, and density in mask-wearing detection, this paper proposes a neural network model based on the loss function and attention mechanism for mask-wearing detection in complex environments. Based on YOLOv5s, we first introduce an attention mechanism in the feature fusion process to improve feature utilization, study the effect of different attention mechanisms (CBAM, SE, and CA) on improving deep network models, and then explore the influence of different bounding box loss functions (GIoU, CIoU, and DIoU) on mask-wearing recognition. CIoU is used as the frame regression loss function to improve the positioning accuracy. By collecting 7,958 mask-wearing images and a large number of images of people without masks as a dataset and using YOLOv5s as the benchmark model, the mAP of the model proposed in the paper reached 90.96% on the validation set, which is significantly better than the traditional deep learning method. As China's economic level and industrial volume continue to develop and expand, the traditional methods of business management and resource scheduling demonstrate significant limitations and misalignments with China's daily economic activities. Traditional industrial and commercial management resource scheduling is highly reliant on manual labor. In this paper, the algorithm of the deep convolutional neural network is used to conduct in-depth research and analysis of sports health big data, and an intelligent analysis system is designed for the practical process. A convolutional neural network is one of the most popular methods of deep learning today. In this paper, we first apply a convolutional neural network for four classifications of brainwave data and analyze the accuracy and recall of the model. The model is then further optimized to improve its accuracy and is compared with other models to confirm its effectiveness. A demonstration platform of emotional fatigue detection with multimodal data feature fusion was established to realize data acquisition, emotional fatigue detection, and emotion feedback functions. The emotional fatigue detection platform was tested to verify that the proposed model can be used for time-series data feature learning. According to the platform requirement analysis and detailed functional design, the development of each functional module of the platform was completed and system testing was conducted. Trash classification is an effective measure to protect the ecological environment and improve resource utilization. With the development of deep learning, it is possible to use the deep convolutional neural network for trash classification. In order to classify the trash of the TrashNet dataset, which consists of six classes of garbage images, this paper proposes a hybrid deep learning model based on deep transfer learning, which includes upper and lower streams. Firstly, the upper stream divides the input garbage image into category MPP (metal, paper, and plastic class) or category CGT (cardboard, glass, and trash class). Then, the lower stream predicts the exact class of trash according to the results of the upper stream. The proposed hybrid deep learning model achieves the best result with 98.5 % than that of the state-of-the-art approaches. Through the verification of CAM (class activation map), the proposed model can reasonably use the features of the image for classification, which explains the reason for the superior performance of this model. The human resource allocation relationship of enterprises is predicted, and the influencing factors and trends of personnel post-matching are analyzed. The demand forecasting results show that the neural network depth has a good fit with the enterprise staff, and the actual forecasting error is less than 3.0. Artificial intelligence (AI) models such as neural networks and security violation report (SVR) have been used effectively in tourist demand forecasting as a result of the fast advancement of AI. This paper constructs a tourism demand forecasting model based on machine learning on the basis of the existing forecasting model research. The completed work is as follows: (1) It introduces a large number of domestic and foreign literatures on tourism volume forecasting and proposes the research content of this paper. (2) It is proposed to stack the long short-term memory- (LSTM-) based autoencoders deeply, by adopting a hierarchical greedy pretraining method to replace the random weight initialization method used in the deep network and combining this pretraining stage and fine-tuning network together to form the SAE-LSTM prediction model for improving the performance of deep learning models. (3) This paper uses the monthly search engine strength data of city A's monthly tourist volume and its related influencing factors as the data set; processes the data set to make the model adapt to the data input; uses mean absolute error (MAE), root mean square error (RMSE), MAPE, and other model evaluation indicators; and uses LSTM and the constructed SAE-LSTM model to conduct comparative experiments to predict the number of tourist arrivals in four years. Firstly, the paper summarizes the fast intelligent analysis model based on the convolutional neural network system algorithm, classifies and summarizes the unique characteristics of college students' mental health, and uses the convolutional neural network processing model to analyze, evaluate, and observe college students' mental health combined with the big data theory. Secondly, through the expansion and utilization of multi-layer neuron self-coding neural network, the psychological health of college students is evaluated and analyzed in the psychological discipline, the discrete data structure is established by using the relevant psychological data, the psychological behavior of college students is analyzed, summarized, and classified, and the data model is filled to judge the mental health status of college students. Medical multiobjective image segmentation aims to group pixels to form multiple regions based on the different properties of the medical images. Segmenting the 3D cardiovascular magnetic resonance (CMR) images is still a challenging task owing to several reasons, including individual differences in heart shapes, varying signal intensities, and differences in data signal-to-noise ratios. This paper proposes a novel and efficient U-Net-based 3D sparse convolutional network named SparseVoxNet. In this network, there are direct connections between any two layers with the same feature-map size, and the number of connections is reduced. Therefore, the SparseVoxNet can effectively cope with the optimization problem of gradients vanishing when training a 3D deep neural network model on small sample data by significantly decreasing the network depth, and achieveing better feature representation using a spatial self-attention mechanism finally. With the rapid development of deep learning, researchers have gradually applied it to motor imagery brain computer interface (MI-BCI) and initially demonstrated its advantages over traditional machine learning. However, its application still faces many challenges, and the recognition rate of electroencephalogram (EEG) is still the bottleneck restricting the development of MI-BCI. In order to improve the accuracy of EEG classification, a DSC-ConvLSTM model based on the attention mechanism is proposed for the multi-classification of motor imagery EEG signals. To address the problem of the small sample size of well-labeled and accurate EEG data, the preprocessing uses sliding windows for data augmentation, and the average prediction loss of each sliding window is used as the final prediction loss for that trial. This not only increases the training sample size and is beneficial to train complex neural network models, but also the network no longer extracts the global features of the whole trial so as to avoid learning the difference features among trials, which can effectively eliminate the influence of individual specificity. In the aspect of feature extraction and classification, the overall network structure is designed according to the characteristics of the EEG signals in this paper. Firstly, depth separable convolution (DSC) is used to extract spatial features of EEG signals. On the one hand, this reduces the number of parameters and improves the response speed of the system. On the other hand, the network structure we designed is more conducive to extract directly the direct extraction of spatial features of EEG signals. Secondly, the internal structure of the Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) unit is improved by using convolution and attention mechanism, and a novel bidirectional convolution LSTM (ConvLSTM) structure is proposed by comparing the effects of embedding convolution and attention mechanism in the input and different gates, respectively. In the ConvLSTM module, the convolutional structure is only introduced into the input-to-state transition, while the gates still remain the original fully connected mechanism, and the attention mechanism is introduced into the input to further improve the overall decoding performance of the model. This bidirectional ConvLSTM extracts the time-domain features of EEG signals and integrates the feature extraction capability of the CNN and the sequence processing capability of LSTM. The experimental results show that the average classification accuracy of the model reaches 73.7% and 92.6% on two datasets, BCI Competition IV Dataset 2a and High Gamma Dataset, respectively, which proves the robustness and effectiveness of the model we proposed. Cervical cancer is a critical imperilment to a female's health due to its malignancy and fatality rate. The disease can be thoroughly cured by locating and treating the infected tissues in the preliminary phase. The traditional practice for screening cervical cancer is the examination of cervix tissues using the Papanicolaou (Pap) test. Manual inspection of pap smears involves false-negative outcomes due to human error even in the presence of the infected sample. Automated computer vision diagnosis revamps this obstacle and plays a substantial role in screening abnormal tissues affected due to cervical cancer. Here, in this paper, we propose a hybrid deep feature concatenated network (HDFCN) following two-step data augmentation to detect cervical cancer for binary and multiclass classification on the Pap smear images. This network carries out the classification of malignant samples for whole slide images (WSI) of the openly accessible SIPaKMeD database by utilizing the concatenation of features extracted from the fine-tuning of the deep learning (DL) models, namely, VGG-16, ResNet-152, and DenseNet-169, pretrained on the ImageNet dataset. With the development of artificial intelligence (AI) in the field of drug design and discovery, learning informative representations of molecules is becoming crucial for those AI-driven tasks. In recent years, the graph neural networks (GNNs) have emerged as a preferred choice of deep learning architecture and have been successfully applied to molecular representation learning (MRL). Up-to-date MRL methods directly apply the message passing mechanism on the atom-level attributes (i.e., atoms and bonds) of molecules. However, they neglect latent yet significant hyperstructured knowledge, such as the information of pharmacophore or functional class. Hence, in this paper, we propose Hyper-Mol, a new MRL framework that applies GNNs to encode hypergraph structures of molecules via fingerprint-based features. Hyper-Mol explores the hyperstructured knowledge and the latent relationships of the fingerprint substructures from a hypergraph perspective. The molecular hypergraph generation algorithm is designed to depict the hyperstructured information with the physical and chemical characteristics of molecules. Thus, the fingerprint-level message passing process can encode both the intra-structured and inter-structured information of fingerprint substructures according to the molecular hypergraphs. We evaluate Hyper-Mol on molecular property prediction tasks, and the experimental results on real-world benchmarks show that Hyper-Mol can learn comprehensive hyperstructured knowledge of molecules and is superior to the state-of-the-art baselines. Text summarization (TS) is considered one of the most difficult tasks in natural language processing (NLP). It is one of the most important challenges that stand against the modern computer system's capabilities with all its new improvement. Many papers and research studies address this task in literature but are being carried out in extractive summarization, and few of them are being carried out in abstractive summarization, especially in the Arabic language due to its complexity. In this paper, an abstractive Arabic text summarization system is proposed, based on a sequence-to-sequence model. This model works through two components, encoder and decoder. Our aim is to develop the sequence-to-sequence model using several deep artificial neural networks to investigate which of them achieves the best performance. Different layers of Gated Recurrent Units (GRU), Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM), and Bidirectional Long Short-Term Memory (BiLSTM) have been used to develop the encoder and the decoder. In addition, the global attention mechanism has been used because it provides better results than the local attention mechanism. Furthermore, AraBERT preprocess has been applied in the data preprocessing stage that helps the model to understand the Arabic words and achieves state-of-the-art results. Moreover, a comparison between the skip-gram and the continuous bag of words (CBOW) word2Vec word embedding models has been made. We have built these models using the Keras library and run-on Google Colab Jupiter notebook to run seamlessly. Finally, the proposed system is evaluated through ROUGE-1, ROUGE-2, ROUGE-L, and BLEU evaluation metrics. The experimental results show that three layers of BiLSTM hidden states at the encoder achieve the best performance. In addition, our proposed system outperforms the other latest research studies. As one of the core tasks in the field of natural language processing, syntactic analysis has always been a hot topic for researchers, including tasks such as Questions and Answer (Q&A), Search String Comprehension, Semantic Analysis, and Knowledge Base Construction. This paper aims to study the application of deep learning and neural network in natural language syntax analysis, which has significant research and application value. This paper first studies a transfer-based dependent syntax analyzer using a feed-forward neural network as a classifier. By analyzing the model, we have made meticulous parameters of the model to improve its performance. This paper proposes a dependent syntactic analysis model based on a long-term memory neural network. This model is based on the feed-forward neural network model described above and will be used as a feature extractor. After the feature extractor is pretrained, we use a long short-term memory neural network as a classifier of the transfer action, and the characteristics extracted by the syntactic analyzer as its input to train a recursive neural network classifier optimized by sentences. The classifier can not only classify the current pattern feature but also multirich information such as analysis of state history. Therefore, the model is modeled in the analysis process of the entire sentence in syntactic analysis, replacing the method of modeling independent analysis. In recent years, deep learning has already been applied to English lip-reading. However, Chinese lip-reading starts late and lacks relevant dataset, and the recognition accuracy is not ideal. Therefore, this paper proposes a new hybrid neural network model to establish a Chinese lip-reading system. In this paper, we integrate the attention mechanism into both CNN and RNN. Specifically, we add the convolutional block attention module (CBAM) to the ResNet50 neural network, which enhances its ability to capture the small differences among the mouth patterns of similarly pronounced words in Chinese, improving the performance of feature extraction in the convolution process. We also add the time attention mechanism to the GRU neural network, which helps to extract the features among consecutive lip motion images. Considering the effects of the moments before and after on the current moment in the lip-reading process, we assign more weights to the key frames, which makes the features more representative. We further validate our model through experiments on our self-built dataset. Our experiments show that using convolutional block attention module (CBAM) in the Chinese lip-reading model can accurately recognize Chinese numbers 0–9 and some frequently used Chinese words. Artificial intelligence (AI) is a relatively new technology that has widespread use in dentistry. The AI technologies have primarily been used in dentistry to diagnose dental diseases, plan treatment, make clinical decisions, and predict the prognosis. AI models like convolutional neural networks (CNN) and artificial neural networks (ANN) have been used in endodontics to study root canal system anatomy, determine working length measurements, detect periapical lesions and root fractures, predict the success of retreatment procedures, and predict the viability of dental pulp stem cells. Methodology. The literature was searched in electronic databases such as Google Scholar, Medline, PubMed, Embase, Web of Science, and Scopus, published over the last four decades (January 1980 to September 15, 2021) by using keywords such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, deep learning, application, endodontics, and dentistry. Results. The preliminary search yielded 2560 articles relevant enough to the paper's purpose. A total of 88 articles met the eligibility criteria. The majority of research on AI application in endodontics has concentrated on tracing apical foramen, verifying the working length, projection of periapical pathologies, root morphologies, and retreatment predictions and discovering the vertical root fractures. Conclusion. In endodontics, AI displayed accuracy in terms of diagnostic and prognostic evaluations. The use of AI can help enhance the treatment plan, which in turn can lead to an increase in the success rate of endodontic treatment outcomes. Based on the morphological features of English grammar, a grammar database was established according to the rules of English word segmentation. In this paper, by expanding the standard action data, the standard database of score comparison is established, and the system architecture and the key acquisition module design based on 3D data are given. In this paper, the background subtraction method is used to process the sports video image to obtain the sports action contour and realize the sports action segmentation and feature extraction, and the artificial intelligence neural network is used to train the feature vector to establish the sports action recognition classifier. This paper mainly uses a three-stream CNN artificial intelligence deep learning framework based on convolutional neural network and uses a soft Vlad representation algorithm based on data decoding to learn the action features. Through the data enhancement of the existing action database, it uses support vector machine to achieve high-precision action classification. The test results show that the model improves the recognition rate of sports action and reduces the error recognition rate, which can meet the online recognition requirements of sports action. Starting from December 2019, the global pandemic of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is continuously expanding and has caused several millions of deaths worldwide. Fast and accurate diagnostic methods for COVID-19 detection play a vital role in containing the plague. Chest computed tomography (CT) is one of the most commonly used diagnosis methods. However, a complete CT-scan has hundreds of slices, and it is time-consuming for radiologists to check each slice to diagnose COVID-19. This study introduces a novel method for fast and automated COVID-19 diagnosis using the chest CT scans. The proposed models are based on the state-of-the-art deep convolutional neural network (CNN) architecture, and a 2D global max pooling (globalMaxPool2D) layer is used to improve the performance. We compare the proposed models to the existing state-of-the-art deep learning models such as CNN based models and vision transformer (ViT) models. Based off of metric such as area under curve (AUC), sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, and false discovery rate (FDR), experimental results show that the proposed models outperform the previous methods, and the best model achieves an area under curve of 0.9744 and accuracy 94.12% on our test datasets. It is also shown that the accuracy is improved by around 1% by using the 2D global max pooling layer. Moreover, a heatmap method to highlight the lesion area on COVID-19 chest CT images is introduced in the paper. This heatmap method is helpful for a radiologist to identify the abnormal pattern of COVID-19 on chest CT images. In addition, we also developed a freely accessible online simulation software for automated COVID-19 detection using CT images. Text classification plays an important role in many practical applications. In the real world, there are extremely small datasets. Most existing methods adopt pretrained neural network models to handle this kind of dataset. However, these methods are either difficult to deploy on mobile devices because of their large output size or cannot fully extract the deep semantic information between phrases and clauses. This paper proposes a multimodel-based deep learning framework for short-text multiclass classification with an imbalanced and extremely small dataset. Our framework mainly includes five layers: the encoder layer, the word-level LSTM network layer, the sentence-level LSTM network layer, the max-pooling layer, and the SoftMax layer. The encoder layer uses DistilBERT to obtain context-sensitive dynamic word vectors that are difficult to represent in traditional feature engineering methods. Since the transformer part of this layer is distilled, our framework is compressed. Then, we use the next two layers to extract deep semantic information. The output of the encoder layer is sent to a bidirectional LSTM network, and the feature matrix is extracted hierarchically through the LSTM at the word and sentence level to obtain the fine-grained semantic representation. After that, the max-pooling layer converts the feature matrix into a lower-dimensional matrix, preserving only the obvious features. Finally, the feature matrix is taken as the input of a fully connected SoftMax layer, which contains a function that can convert the predicted linear vector into the output value as the probability of the text in each classification. Extensive experiments on two public benchmarks demonstrate the effectiveness of our proposed approach on an extremely small dataset. It retains the state-of-the-art baseline performance in terms of precision, recall, accuracy, and F1 score, and through the model size, training time, and convergence epoch, we can conclude that our method can be deployed faster and lighter on mobile devices. Anomaly detection in videos is a challenging computer vision problem. Existing state-of-the-art video anomaly detection methods mainly focus on the structural design of deep neural networks to obtain performance improvements. Different from the main research trend, this paper focuses on combining ensemble learning and deep neural networks and proposes an approach based on ensemble generative adversarial network (GAN). In the proposed method, a set of generators and a set of discriminators are trained together, so each generator gets feedback from multiple discriminators and vice versa. Compared with a single GAN, the proposed ensemble GAN can better model the distribution of normal data to better detect anomalies. In the experiments, the performance of the proposed method is tested on two public datasets. Summary: Nowadays, the feature extraction method of multichannel acoustic emission (AE) signal provides a solid research foundation for digital and intelligent fault diagnosis of the hoisting system. More specifically, AE signal collected from the hoisting system is generally characterized by nonlinear and non‐stationary, thus making the traditional intelligent fault diagnosis methods cannot accurately extract the inherent fault features. To alleviate this problem and improve the accuracy of multichannel fault diagnosis, a new fault diagnosis method for hoisting system based on differential search algorithm‐variational mode decomposition (DSA‐VMD) and improved deep convolutional neural network (IDCNN) is proposed in this paper. Specifically, the proposed DSA‐VMD and IDCNN method is divided into two main components: (i) the inside parameters (K, a) of VMD is optimized to effectively extract the multichannel AE fault feature via DSA‐VMD and (ii) the extracted multichannel fault components are fed into the designed IDCNN algorithm to accomplish fault identification automatically. Experimental results from the hoisting system demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach. Additionally, the superiority of the proposed approach has also been verified in extracting fault information and fault identification compared to the other multichannel fault diagnosis methods. Forecasting electricity load demand is critical for power system planning and energy management. In particular, accurate short-term load forecasting (STLF), which focuses on the lead time horizon of few minutes to one week ahead, can help in better load scheduling, unit commitment, and cost-effective operation of smart power grids. In the last decade, different artificial intelligence (AI)-based techniques and metaheuristic algorithms have been utilized for STLF by the researchers and scientists with varying degrees of accuracy and efficacy. Despite the benefits of implemented methods for STLF, many drawbacks and associated problems have also been observed and reported by the researchers. This paper provides a comprehensive review of hybrid deep learning models based on nature-inspired metaheuristic techniques for STLF with respect to the analysis of the results and accuracy. Moreover, it also provides the research findings and gaps that will assist the researchers to have an early awareness of all important benefits and drawbacks of these integrated STLF methods scientifically and systematically. Especially, the hybrid forecast models using artificial intelligence-based methods for smart grids are focused. Several performance indices are used to compare and report the accuracy of these techniques including mean absolute percentage error (MAPE).
