The rapid expansion of metro networks, e.g., in many cities of China, continuously introduces the operation of new stations every year. Due to the lack of historical data and complicate variations of short-term passenger flow in the early stage of operation, it is difficult to accurately predict inbound and outbound passenger flows of new metro stations in the short term, which would be the database for train scheduling for new stations before operation, dynamic capacity optimization for new stations under operation, short-term prediction of cycle sharing demands near new stations, and so on. Traditional methods usually failed to exactly reflect the complicate rules or were unusable without the new station's historical data. In order to solve the above problems, this paper proposes a short-term inbound and outbound passenger flow prediction model for new metro stations at the early stage of operation by combining the K-means clustering algorithm, an improved spatiotemporal long short-term memory model (Sp-LSTM), and a real-time feedback error model (mean absolute error, MAE), where passenger flows' spatial-temporal characteristics and land-use relevance are considered. The application in Guangzhou Metro, China, where Line 21 is regarded as a new line, shows that the proposed K-Sp-LSTM model has the best prediction accuracy compared with traditional methods. In this paper, we proposed an assessment system of forest environmental carrying capacity from many aspects and comprehensively evaluated and predicted the forest environmental carrying capacity of 40 cities in the Yangtze River Delta of China by using the proposed deep learning-based model. In addition, the proposed model is used to dynamically evaluate the comprehensive scores of forest environmental carrying capacity of 34 provinces and cities in China between 2015 and 2020. This paper also has the following contributions: (1) a deeply integrated unidirectional bidirectional LSTM considering the correlation of time series is proposed. The bidirectional LSTM network is used to deal with the backward dependence of input data to prevent the omission of some useful information, which is beneficial to the prediction results. With the rapid development of China's economy, the protection of buildings has attracted the attention of many researchers. Although there is no such massive demolition in the past, natural damage still exists. Identify the collected historical building protection data through multifeature deep learning, and provide protection plans through the information in the database. In order to solve the problem of restoration of natural damage more professionally and efficiently, this paper collects the architectural features and restoration methods of each building in different processes through multifeature deep learning based on the current state of building information in China. Based on the collected information, this paper establishes the building information model, and stores and manages the building information. According to the Newton deep learning optimization algorithm, this paper enhances the algorithm to accurately collect building information and uses the collaborative filtering algorithm to provide users with a repair plan. This paper uses the GRU-based recommendation model to pass the threshold cycle unit algorithm for the probability of each building being selected in the list of similar buildings at a time point. Under the two conditions of 10 and 20 recommended numbers, the user coverage rate of the recommended case of deatomized building photos can reach 100%. As the fastest-growing crowdfunding model, equity crowdfunding (ECF) brings high returns and uncertainty. In this context, it is crucial to understand these crowdfunding projects' actual performance. Since ECF is currently in the early stage of integration, there are still a lot of risk issues, such as the uncertainty of equity structure, capital supervision, or project management. Therefore, this paper develops a new profitability indicator, "return on registered capital," to test its impact on the ECF project's actual return. This paper studies which factors affect the financial performance of ECF projects through the traditional statistical model and a deep neural network (DNN) model. There is evidence that return on registered capital affects the actual return of the project. At the same time, the company's operating time and the number of employees had an unexpected effect on project performance. In addition, the recognition accuracy of the DNN model in this study exceeds 97%, which affirms the applicability of the DNN model in the analysis of ECF success factors. This paper also uses tenfold cross-validation to prove that deep learning has certain advantages in this topic's accuracy and generalization error. As China's economic level and industrial volume continue to develop and expand, the traditional methods of business management and resource scheduling demonstrate significant limitations and misalignments with China's daily economic activities. Traditional industrial and commercial management resource scheduling is highly reliant on manual labor. When confronted with the requirements of large-scale project management, the pure manual mode cannot track the real-time progress of the project flexibly, effectively, and in a timely manner, resulting in the inability to complete the corresponding resource-scheduling work efficiently, which will affect the overall operation progress of the project. Deep neural networks have a high-application potential for solving extremely complex and highly nonlinear optimization problems. Artificial intelligence and deep learning research have advanced at a rapid pace over the past few decades, thanks to the efforts of numerous researchers. Combined with GPU technology, the deep learning framework can provide an extremely complex optimization problem with a practical and feasible optimization scheme and corresponding solution path in a very short amount of time. Therefore, this paper explores the potential application of deep learning technology to industrial and commercial resource-scheduling management. By analyzing the benefits of deep learning technology and the bottleneck issues of existing industrial and commercial resource scheduling, a real-time optimized industrial and commercial resource-scheduling model based on deep learning technology is developed. Because MSE and MAE reflect the prediction error score, the lower the value, the better the recommendation accuracy. The MSE value of the machine learning algorithm is 2.456, the MSE value of the data mining algorithm is 2.324, and the MSE value of the convolution neural network algorithm is 2.102, when the number reaches 80. It can be concluded that the convolution neural network algorithm proposed in this paper has the lowest MSE and MAE values of the three methods, implying that the convolution neural network algorithm is the best of the three. Competitive basketball is one of the most popular sports in the world. With the development of China's sports power strategy, the national movement has strengthened the status of basketball in sports. However, China's competitive basketball ranking is not high in the world, and the analysis of the reasons should start with the management system. Therefore, this paper aims to explore the development status and influencing factors of China's competitive basketball management system under the background of deep learning. For the background of deep learning, this paper describes the application of deep learning algorithms in basketball strategy. It adopts the expert interview method for the competitive basketball management system and elaborates in detail on five aspects: target mechanism, competition mechanism, selection mechanism, market mechanism, and incentive mechanism. The experimental results of the article believe that, based on the suggestions of 10 experts, the current Chinese competitive basketball selection mechanism is the most influential factor, with a weight of 16.1%, and the smallest impact is the level of athletes, accounting for 11.4%. China's cultural classics have high artistic and ideological values in the world, which implies China's historical heritage and the inheritance of the cultural situation of the Chinese nation for thousands of years. At present, with the rapid development of China's economy, especially in the development environment of cultural globalization, China's traditional cultural classics have attracted worldwide attention along with historical and cultural treasures. In fact, other countries need to translate cultural classics out of their love for China's cultural classics or academic research. However, there are a large number of cultural classics in China. According to relevant data, there are approximately 35,000 kinds of cultural classics, out of which only 0.2% are translated into foreign languages. In order to make China's excellent cultural classics known to the world and let more people in other countries understand Chinese culture, this paper studies the translation of cultural classics through in-depth learning. Firstly, this paper introduces the basic concept of deep learning and proposes an algorithm that deeply studies the convolution layer and pool layer. Secondly, the algorithm establishes a deep learning model that calculates and counts the text information of ancient books through explicit intertextuality. Thirdly, the model carries out automatic text translation and lists the analysis process of cultural classics translation based on intertextuality, so as to study cultural classics translation. The obtained results can promote the development of cultural classics translation in China. For the translation of complex cultural classics, the effects of the three models are tested experimentally, of which the sequence model (seq) is the best. This paper constructs an English writing error correction model and applies it to the actual system to realize automatic checking and correction of writing errors in English composition. This paper uses the deep learning model of Seq2Seq_Attention model and transformer model to eliminate deep-level errors. With the popularization of higher education, China's higher education has moved from the stage of elite education to the stage of universal education, and the number of graduates is also increasing. At present, college students are facing tremendous pressure on employment. One is the huge number of jobs, the other is the difference in professional needs, and the third is the spread of job information, which makes it difficult for college students to find a job that suits them. In order to solve this dilemma, this paper analyzes the related technologies and in-depth basic theories of data mining. After introducing several traditional recommendation algorithms, the traditional convolutional network method is improved from three aspects: activation function, pooling strategy, and loss function. Finally, using the hybrid convolutional neural network, a career recommendation model for college students based on deep learning and machine learning is proposed, and simulation experiments are carried out on it. The main research work is as follows: (1) a hybrid convolutional neural network is proposed, which uses convolution operation to learn high-level features to achieve personalized employment recommendation; (2) the training optimization strategy of the hybrid convolutional neural network is studied, aiming at the activation function, pooling processing, and loss function, and the feasibility of the optimization method is verified through simulation experiments; (3) finally, according to the evaluation index of the recommendation algorithm (recall rate and F1-Score), the recall rate of the algorithm in this paper is nearly 15% higher than that of the DNN model. The experiment is compared with the traditional commonly used recommendation algorithm, and the comparative analysis of the experimental results proves the effectiveness of the algorithm for the employment recommendation of college students. Toll-gates are crucial points of management and key congestion bottleneck for the freeway. In order to avoid traffic deterioration and alleviate traffic congestion in advance, it is necessary to predict and evaluate the congestion in toll-gates scattering in large-scale region of freeway network. In this paper, traffic volume and operational delay time are selected from various traffic indicators to evaluate congestion considering the particular characteristics of the traffic flow within the toll-gate area. The congestion prediction method is designed including two modules: a deep learning (DL) prediction and a fuzzy evaluation. We propose a modified deep learning method based on graph convolutional network (GCN) structure in the fusion of dilated causal mechanism and optimize the method for spatial feature extraction by constructing a new adjacency matrix. This new AI network could process spatiotemporal information of traffic volume and operational delay time, that extracted from large-scaled toll-gates spontaneously, and predict key indicators in 15/30/60 min future time. The evaluation module is proposed based on these predicted results. Then, fuzzy C-means algorithm (FCM) is further modified by determining coupling weight for these two key indicators to detect congestion state. Original traffic data are obtained from the current 186 toll-gates served on the freeway network in Shaanxi Province, China. Experimental tests are carried out based on historical data of four months after preprogressing. The comparative tests show the proposed CPT-DF (congestion prediction on toll-gates using deep learning and fuzzy evaluation) outperforms the current-used other models by 6-15%. The successful prediction could extend to the real-time prediction and early warning of traffic congestion in the toll system to improve the intelligent level of traffic emergency management and guidance on the key road of disasters to some extent. The rise of FinTech has been meteoric in China. Investing in mutual funds through robo-advisor has become a new innovation in the wealth management industry. In recent years, machine learning, especially deep learning, has been widely used in the financial industry to solve financial problems. This paper aims to improve the accuracy and timeliness of fund classification through the use of machine learning algorithms, that is, Gaussian hybrid clustering algorithm. At the same time, a deep learning-based prediction model is implemented to predict the price movement of fund classes based on the classification results. Fund classification carried out using 3,625 Chinese mutual funds shows both accurate and efficient results. The cluster-based spatiotemporal ensemble deep learning module shows better prediction accuracy than baseline models with only access to limited data samples. The main contribution of this paper is to provide a new approach to fund classification and price movement prediction to support the decision-making of the next generation robo-advisor assisted by artificial intelligence. This umbrella review is motivated to understand the shift in research themes on brain-computer interfacing (BCI) and it determined that a shift away from themes that focus on medical advancement and system development to applications that included education, marketing, gaming, safety, and security has occurred. The background of this review examined aspects of BCI categorisation, neuroimaging methods, brain control signal classification, applications, and ethics. The specific area of BCI software and hardware development was not examined. A search using One Search was undertaken and 92 BCI reviews were selected for inclusion. Publication demographics indicate the average number of authors on review papers considered was 4.2 ± 1.8. The results also indicate a rapid increase in the number of BCI reviews from 2003, with only three reviews before that period, two in 1972, and one in 1996. While BCI authors were predominantly Euro-American in early reviews, this shifted to a more global authorship, which China dominated by 2020–2022. The review revealed six disciplines associated with BCI systems: life sciences and biomedicine (n = 42), neurosciences and neurology (n = 35), and rehabilitation (n = 20); (2) the second domain centred on the theme of functionality: computer science (n = 20), engineering (n = 28) and technology (n = 38). There was a thematic shift from understanding brain function and modes of interfacing BCI systems to more applied research novel areas of research-identified surround artificial intelligence, including machine learning, pre-processing, and deep learning. The implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization is a major ministerial work made by the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China and is the general grasp of contemporary agriculture, peasants, and rural work. In recent years, with the rapid development of remote sensing technology and deep learning technology, the demand for the technology for the classification of crops on satellite remote sensing images based on deep learning technology has increased in agricultural insurance and land survey. Therefore, this paper trains one, which is 85.9%–92.8%, the accuracy of corn classification is 77%–93%, and the accuracy of forest classification is 77%–87.6%. Subsequently, the overall accuracy of classifying all directories through the multi-temporal validation data set between May 2017 and October 2017 reached 92.6%. Such a multi-time combination method can be used for monthly, timely, and efficient iteration of agricultural insurance and crop yield estimation, which will be more accurate each time. These methods can also be further applied to the growth and change monitoring of large agricultural planting areas, adding bricks and tiles to China's agricultural remote sensing. Diabetes mellitus is the main cause of diabetic retinopathy, the most common cause of blindness worldwide. In order to slow down or prevent vision loss and degeneration, early detection and treatment are essential. For the purpose of detecting and classifying diabetic retinopathy on fundus retina images, numerous artificial intelligence-based algorithms have been put forth by the scientific community. Due to its real-time relevance to everyone's lives, smart healthcare is attracting a lot of interest. With the convergence of IoT, this attention has increased. The leading cause of blindness among persons in their working years is diabetic eye disease. Millions of people live in the most populous Asian nations, including China and India, and the number of diabetics among them is on the rise. To provide medical screening and diagnosis for this rising population of diabetes patients, skilled clinicians faced significant challenges. Our objective is to use deep learning techniques to automatically detect blind spots in eyes and determine how serious they may be. We suggest an enhanced convolutional neural network (ECNN) utilizing a genetic algorithm in this paper. In order to achieve China's energy conservation and emission reduction goal of peaking carbon dioxide emissions around 2030, it is of great significance. An important means of building energy conservation and emission reduction is the fine management of building energy consumption, which is based on the accurate prediction of building energy consumption, so as to support the optimal management of building operation and achieve the goal of energy conservation and emission reduction. This paper puts forward the evaluation indexes of the results of the building energy consumption prediction model, uses MAPE and RMSE indexes to evaluate the accuracy of the prediction results of the model, and uses the prediction time and input parameter dimensions to evaluate the time cost of the prediction model. Then, using the three building energy consumption prediction models based on machine learning algorithm established above, the prediction of energy consumption of four types of public buildings in different seasons is completed, and the prediction results are evaluated and analyzed. At present, China's civil aviation industry is in a period of rapid development. The passenger traffic is increasing year by year. The contradiction between the demand and supply of flight resources is becoming more and more prominent, and the competition between airports is becoming more and more fierce. Driven by local development and the country's overall planning, there are more and more multiairport areas, so how to analyze the airport market competition in multiairport areas needs to be further realized. This paper constructs a two-dimensional Hotelling model based on flight frequency and passenger travel cost to analyze the internal mechanism of market competition among multiple airports. It is assumed that, in a multiairport area, two airports are distributed at both ends of a linear straight line, and the other airport is in between, and each airport provides displacement services connecting the same destination airport. The research shows that, (1) with the increase of the flight frequency of the airports at both ends, its equilibrium profit shows a trend of decreasing first and then increasing; the difference of the flight frequencies of the airports at both ends affects the equilibrium profit of the middle airport. (2) With the gradual increase of flight frequency, the reduction of passenger travel cost will make the equilibrium market share and equilibrium profit show a trend of first decreasing and then increasing. (3) Taking the Yangtze River Delta regional airport as an example, it is found after verification that increasing flight frequency or reducing passenger travel costs can increase the balanced profit and market share of Hangzhou Xiaoshan Airport and Nanjing Lukou Airport; increasing flight frequency can improve the balanced profit and balanced market share of Sunan Shuofang Airport. With the continuous expansion of global investment institutions, the development of the investment industry is gradually accelerating, but the risks behind the investment are also constantly increasing. Using the data of A-share companies in China's capital market from 2010 to 2019, this paper studies the impact of venture capital on corporate fraud. Empirical results show that venture capital holdings reduce the probability and frequency of corporate fraud. These findings remain robust after mitigating endogeneity using PSM, Heckman's two-step, one-step approach, suggesting a causal relationship between venture capital holdings and fraud reduction. Further research shows that the way venture capital holdings reduce corporate fraud is to suppress corporate fraud by improving the company's internal and external information environment. Furthermore, venture capital holdings play an important role in the governance of corporate disclosure fraud and operational fraud, but not in the governance of TMT fraud. In addition, the venture capital has better inhibitory effects on the supervision and governance of the fraud frequency of nonstate-owned enterprises compared with state-owned enterprises. The results of this research imply that venture capital shareholding plays an important role in preventing corporate fraud. The explosive growth of massive financial data makes the information data related to the liquidity risk of commercial banks present the characteristics of complexity, diversity, and heterogeneity. The traditional risk early warning model cannot deal with the influence between a large number of influencing factors and the nonlinear factors of commercial bank liquidity risk. Based on this transformation, the circular neural network model is introduced into the field of liquidity risk early warning of commercial banks from the perspective of the mismatch risk of financing maturity of commercial banks, and the driving factors and risk warning signs of liquidity risk of commercial banks are further analyzed from the institutional level, policy level, industry level, and micro commercial bank level. This paper uses network crawler technology, text analysis, and grounded analysis technology to intelligently identify the liquidity risk of commercial banks and establishes an early warning index system based on the influencing factors of commercial banks and internal liquidity risk. Also, it constructs an intelligent early warning model of commercial bank liquidity risk based on deep learning and uses the data of commercial banks from 2000 to 2020 for early warning. With the rapid development of China's social economy, it is the most important task for the water conservancy industry to make use of the existing water conservancy engineering measures to carry out the research on river basin flood control dispatching. Large-scale joint operation of river basins usually needs to consider meteorological and hydrological conditions, historical flood data, multireservoir engineering conditions, and multiple flood control targets, which is a complex decision-making problem. Therefore, electing the optimal operation model of reservoir flood control optimization is very important. In this paper, Luanhe River Basin is taken as the research area, and three kinds of constraints, namely, water balance constraint, reservoir flood control capacity constraint, and water release decision constraint, are set to construct the flood control optimization model. Taking the minimum square of the sum of reservoir discharge and interval flood discharge as the objective function, genetic algorithm (GA), particle swarm optimization (PSO), Spider swarm optimization (SSO), and grey wolf optimization (GWO) are introduced into flood control optimal operation to seek the minimum value of objective function, and the results are compared and analyzed. Through the analysis of optimization results, the optimization ability and convergence effect of grey wolf optimization algorithm are better than those of genetic algorithm and particle algorithm, and the results are more stable than those of spider swarm algorithm. It has a good model structure and can make full use of the results of three wolf groups for optimization. Through the analysis of scheduling results, the results of genetic algorithm and particle swarm optimization algorithm are similar, while those of spider swarm optimization algorithm and grey wolf optimization algorithm are similar and slightly better than those of the first two. Moreover, the search range of grey wolf optimization algorithm for solving long sequence problems is wider and the calculation time is shorter. Chinese bees can survive in various ecological and geographical environments in China and have strong heat as well as cold resistance. They can survive in the hot environment in the south and withstand the dynamics of severe cold in the north. At the same time, they can make full use of a small number of honey sources and have strong resistance to a variety of diseases and pests. In fact, there will be a variety of insect invasion problems in the beehive culture of Chinese bees, and it is necessary to accurately detect various diseases and pests during the breeding of Chinese bees. Therefore, in this paper, we use a deep learning algorithm to detect the insect invasion of the Chinese beehive culture and analyze the bee colonies in six bee farms in the province of Sichuan. In addition, we measure the common insect and disease indexes of the Chinese bee and analyze the parasitism rate, microsporidia infection rate, virus infection rate, and virus infection titer of bee colonies in overwintering and spring breeding. In this paper, we propose a computable method to evaluate the aesthetic value of fusion images of folk martial arts and dance based on human visual and aesthetic habits, extract features and use them as evaluation indexes from three aspects: technical features, perceptual features, and social features, establish an aesthetic evaluation model by fusing each index, and determine the influence factors of each index by using online research. The aesthetic evaluation of fusion images of folk martial arts and dance is carried out automatically. The results of the experimental tests on the evaluation dataset of the aesthetic quality of fusion images of folk martial arts and dance at the Communication University of China show that the accuracy of the proposed deep learning algorithm-based method for analyzing the aesthetic index of fusion of folk martial arts and dance can reach 98.08% with certain validity, and the evaluation results of each index are clear and intuitive, which can play a guiding role in improving the aesthetic quality of fusion of folk martial arts and dance from various angles. It can be used as a guide to improving the aesthetics of the fusion of folk martial arts and dance from various perspectives. Different from traditional algorithms and model, machine learning is a systematic and comprehensive application of computer algorithms and statistical models, and it has been widely used in many fields. In the field of finance, machine learning is mainly used to study the future trend of capital market price. In this paper, to predict the time-series data of stock, we applied the traditional models and machine learning models for forecasting the linear and non-linear problem, respectively. First, stock samples that occurred from year 2010 to 2019 at the New York Stock Exchange are collected. Next, the ARIMA (autoregressive integrated moving average model) model and LSTM (long short-term memory) neural network model are applied to train and predict stock price and stock price subcorrelation. Finally, we evaluate the proposed model by several indicators, and the experiment results show that: (1) Stock price and stock price correlation are accurately predicted by the ARIMA model and LSTM model; (2) compared with ARIMA, the LSTM model performance better in prediction; and (3) the ensemble model of ARIMA-LSTM significantly outperforms other benchmark methods. As a result of the fast rise of globalization, people in China are learning English at a rapid pace. However, there is a severe shortage of English teachers in the region, which is a major hindrance. To address these concerns, a deep learning-based algorithm is proposed that can not only check English pronunciation but also help learners distinguish between phonemic and quality phonemic while listening and differentiating, as well as correct phonemic errors, thereby increasing their language learning capacity. In order to study the application of nonlinear network identification technology in English learning, this paper evaluates the English pronunciation quality through the deep learning algorithm of deep learning combined with the related contents of neural network data model, and the experimental results of speech recognition structure are analyzed and discussed in detail. The concordance between machine and manual intonation evaluation is 80%, the concordance rate of adjacent intonation evaluation is 98.33%, and the Pearson correlation coefficient is 0.627 that shows the technique is reliable. The method of English pronunciation and speech identification model is sensible and dependable, which can give beginners a punctual, exact and impartial judgment and response guidance, assist learners to get on the differences between their phonemic and standard phonemic, and correct phonemic mistakes, in order to enhance the ability of oral English learning. This method combines residual network (ResNet) and long short-term memory (LSTM) risk prediction model. The inflow forecasting is one of the most important technologies for modern hydropower station. Under the joint influence of soil, upstream inflow, and precipitation, the inflow is often characterized by time lag, nonlinearity, and uncertainty and then results in the difficulty of accurate multistep prediction of inflow. To address the coupling relationship between inflow and the related factors, this paper proposes a long short-term memory deep learning model based on the Bagging algorithm (Bagging-LSTM) to predict the inflows of future 3 h, 12 h, and 24 h, respectively. To validate the proposed model, the inflow and related weather data come from a hydropower station in southern China. Compared with the classical time series models, the results show that the proposed model outperforms them on different accuracy metrics, especially in the scenario of multistep prediction. Forward-looking forecasting of the inflation rate could help the central bank and other government departments to better use monetary policy to stabilize prices and prevent the impact of inflation on market entities, especially for low- and middle-income groups. It can also help financial institutions and investors better make investment decisions. In this sense, the forecast of inflation rate is of great significance. The existing literature mainly uses linear models such as autoregressive (AR) and vector autoregressive (VAR) models to predict the inflation rate. The nonlinear relationship between variables and the mining of historical data information are relatively lacking. Therefore, the prediction strategies and accuracy of the existing literature need to be improved. The predictive model designed in deep learning can fully mine the nonlinear relationship between variables and process complex long-term time series dynamic information, thereby making up for the deficiencies of existing research. Therefore, this paper employs the recurrent neural networks with gated recurrent unit (GRU-RNN) model to train and analyze the Consumer Price Index (CPI) indicators to obtain inflation-related prediction results. The experimental results on historical data show that the GRU-RNN model has good performance in predicting China's inflation rate.
