This paper proposes a new algorithm composition network from the perspective of machine learning, based on an in-depth study of related literature. At the same time, this paper examines the characteristics of music and develops a model for recognising musical emotions. Using the model's information entropy of pitch and intensity to extract the main melody track, note features are extracted from bar features. Finally, the cosine of the vector included angle is used to judge the similarity between feature vectors of several adjacent sections, allowing the music to be divided into several independent segments. The emotional model of music is used to analyze each segment's emotion. By quantifying music features, this paper classifies and quantifies music emotion based on the mapping relationship between music features and emotion. Music emotion can be accurately identified by the model. The model's emotion recognition accuracy is up to 93.78 percent, and the algorithm's recall rate is up to 96.3 percent, according to simulation results. The recognition method used in this paper has a higher recognition ability than other methods, and the emotion recognition result is more reliable. With the rapid development of computer technology and electronic information technology, the sports training system no longer depends on the traditional algorithm for operation support, and various advanced posture algorithms are emerging. At the same time, it also further optimizes the intelligence and accuracy of the sports training algorithm. As an advanced algorithm combined with virtual reality technology, human posture estimation algorithm plays an obvious role in optimizing the effect of sports training. This paper will design a motion training system based on the optimized and improved human posture trajectory algorithm, use the depth image correlation theory to solve the problem of non-Gaussian noise crosstalk in the depth image of the traditional human posture algorithm in principle, improve the accurate feature extraction of the depth image by the algorithm, and solve the problem of human feature redundancy, so as to further improve the accuracy of the establishment of a single human model; on the problem of multi-person posture estimation algorithm, this paper proposes a high-resolution multi-person posture high-precision network model and adds the focus mechanism. Based on this, this paper realizes the high-precision and high-speed modeling of multi-person posture, so as to provide an accurate model for the multi-person function of sports training system and improve the efficiency of the algorithm. In the experimental part, this paper takes tennis as a typical case to design the sports training system and experiments based on the system designed in this paper. There are few studies for the classification detection and dynamic multitarget detection of the targets in front of vehicles. In order to solve this problem, a dynamic multitarget detection algorithm is proposed. First, a dynamic multitarget detection with displacement at any time is suggested; secondly, a multitarget detection algorithm based on improved You Only Look Once version 3 (YOLOv3) is proposed for the detection of multitarget high probability risk events in front of the vehicle. The YOLOv3 algorithm model is a lightweight backbone network that uses embedded real-time detection technologies. In this paper, we use a lightweight Mobilenetv2 to replace Darknet-53 for feature extraction. Moreover, an optimizer is used for multiobjective feature extraction, group normalization, and multiobjective feature extraction. The results show that in comparison with the original YOLOv3 algorithm, the detection leakage rate of the improved YOLOv3 multitarget detection algorithm is less than 5%, and the amount of model parameters in this paper is reduced by 95% as compared to the traditional data and CPU intertime is reduced to 78%. At present, the traditional phase unwrapping algorithm is difficult to balance the accuracy and unwrapping efficiency. In this paper, the phase unwrapping technology will be studied under the framework of deep learning theory according to the development trend of InSAR intelligence. A phase unwrapping algorithm based on deep GAN is proposed. The model structure includes dense convolution layer blocks and series structure, so that the network can achieve a better balance between feature extraction and detail preservation of interferogram. This is helpful to improve the phase unwrapping accuracy and training efficiency of the network. The experimental results show that the algorithm has a good expansion effect on the interferogram with high signal-to-noise ratio. The synthesis algorithm makes full use of the advantages of the branch cutting method and the finite element method. The phase reliable region and unreliable region are determined, and the transmission of phase error from the unreliable region to reliable region is effectively avoided. Traditional text annotation-based video retrieval is done by manually labeling videos with text, which is inefficient and highly subjective and generally cannot accurately describe the meaning of videos. Traditional content-based video retrieval uses convolutional neural networks to extract the underlying feature information of images to build indexes and achieves similarity retrieval of video feature vectors according to certain similarity measure algorithms. In this paper, by studying the characteristics of sports videos, we propose the histogram difference method based on using transfer learning and the four-step method based on block matching for mutation detection and fading detection of video shots, respectively. By adaptive thresholding, regions with large frame difference changes are marked as candidate regions for shots, and then the shot boundaries are determined by mutation detection algorithm. Combined with the characteristics of sports video, this paper proposes a key frame extraction method based on clustering and optical flow analysis, and experimental comparison with the traditional clustering method. In addition, this paper proposes a key frame extraction algorithm based on clustering and optical flow analysis for key frame extraction of sports video. The algorithm effectively removes the redundant frames, and the extracted key frames are more representative. Through extensive experiments, the keyword fuzzy finding algorithm based on improved deep neural network and ontology semantic expansion proposed in this paper shows a more desirable retrieval performance, and it is feasible to use this method for video underlying feature extraction, annotation, and keyword finding, and one of the outstanding features of the algorithm is that it can quickly and effectively retrieve the desired video in a large number of Internet video resources, reducing the false detection rate and leakage rate while improving the fidelity, which basically meets people's daily needs. Absrtact: Background: Nowadays, numerical relays configured through power swing blocking function are vulnerable to faults with high impedance owing to nonlinearities present in the faulty path. Identification of symmetrical high impedance faults incepting during the power swing scenario is of prime importance for protection engineers to avoid cascade tripping. It is analyzed that the classical approaches for symmetrical fault detection during power swing can mal‐operate owing to high level of uncertainty arise during validation of high impedance fault, symmetrical faults and cross country faults during power swing with varied level of compensation which has been explored in this research. Aims: This paper presents an innovative scheme for series compensated line by utilizing the capability of Relevance Vector Machine (RVM) as a disturbance classifier taking into consideration of cross country faults, CT saturation; power swings prone to symmetrical faults along with high impedance faults in comparison with prevailing methods. Materials & Methods: In order to validate the proposed RVM based disturbance classifier algorithm, different kinds of faults and power swing situations have been applied in IEEE 9 bus test system using PSCAD/EMTDC software followed by validation in MATLAB. The features of sequence components of currents are estimated using Modified Full Cycle Discrete Fourier Transform (MFCDFT). The extracted features are used as control inputs to RVM for discernment among power swing and fault under the influence of wide range of system and fault dynamics. Results: The developed RVM based disturbance classifier scheme generates a tripping signal in the event of high impedance fault during power swing and remains stable during swing conditions. It can be used in conjunction with an adaptive numerical distance relaying scheme for realizing complete protection of the power grid for all zones of protection. A comparative analysis with an existing disturbance classifier algorithm indicates relative superiority with much improved fault classification accuracy. Discussion: In order to validate the proposed algorithm, different kinds of fault and power swing scenario are realized in IEEE 9 bus test system using PSCAD and current samples are acquired at sampling frequency of 4 kHz. The phasor estimation of sampled signals has been performed using MFCDFT which is used to derive feature vector extraction from symmetrical components. The extracted features are applied to RVM based fault classifier algorithm for classification of disturbance. The obtained results are also compared with existing schemes of protections. It has been proved that developed algorithm outperforms with much improved fault classification accuracy. Conclusion: This paper discovers relevance vector machine based adaptive learning approach for dynamic disturbance classification in complex power grid network. The developed algorithm has been validated on IEEE 9 bus test system modelled in PSCAD. The fault and system dynamics are varied over a wider range which includes variation in fault type, fault impedance, fault inception angle, power flow angle, fault location and degree of line compensation level. Moreover, the validation of scripted algorithm has been performed for very complex power grid scenarios like cross‐country faults, high impedance faults with varying degree of compensation, power swing and saturation of instrument transformers etc. The feature vectors are extracted using MFCDFT and applied to supervised RVM based disturbance classifier and outperforms with classification accuracy of 99.74% which indicates it's superiority over existing classifier approaches based on SVM & ANN. To address the problems of less semantic information and low measurement accuracy when the SSD (single shot multibox detector) algorithm detects small targets, an MPH-SSD (multiscale pyramid hybrid SSD) algorithm that integrates the attention mechanism and multiscale double pyramid feature enhancement is proposed in this paper. In this algorithm, firstly, the SSD algorithm is used to extract the feature map of small targets, and the shallow feature enhancement module is added to expand the receptive field of the shallow feature layer so as to enrich the semantic information in the feature layer for small targets and improve the expression ability of shallow features. The processed shallow feature layer and deep feature layer are fused at multiple scales, and the semantic information and location information are fused together to obtain a feature map with rich information. Secondly, the cascaded double pyramid structure is used to transfer from the deep layer to the shallow layer so that the context information between different feature layers can be effectively transferred and the feature information can be further strengthened. The hybrid attention mechanism can retain more context information in the network, adaptively adjust the feature map after addition and fusion, and reduce the background interference. The experimental analysis of MPH-SSD algorithm on Pascal VOC and MS COCO datasets shows that the map of this algorithm is 87.7% and 51.1%, respectively. The results show that the MPH-SSD algorithm can make better use of the feature information in the shallow feature layer in the process of small target detection and has better detection performance for small targets. The advancement in technology is taking place with an accelerating pace across the globe. With the increasing expansion and technological advancement, a vast volume of text data are generated everyday, in the form of social media platform, websites, company data, healthcare data, and news. Indeed, it is a difficult task to extract intriguing patterns from the text data, such as opinions, summaries, and facts, having varying length. Because of the problems of the length of text data and the difficulty of feature value extraction in news, this paper proposes a news text classification method based on the combination of deep learning (DL) algorithms. In order to classify the text data, the earlier approaches use a single word vector to express text information and only the information of the relationship between words were considered, but the relationship between words and categories was ignored which indeed is an important factor for the classification of news text. This paper follows the idea of a customized algorithm which is the combination of DL algorithms such as CNN, LSTM, and MLP and proposes a customized DCLSTM-MLP model for the classification of news text data. The proposed model is expressed in parallel with word vector and word dispersion. The relationship among words is represented by the word vector as an input of the CNN module, and the relationship between words and categories is represented by a discrete vector as an input of the MLP module in order to realize comprehensive learning of spatial feature information, time-series feature information, and relationship between words and categories of news text. To check the stability and performance of the proposed method, multiple experiments were performed. The experimental results showed that the proposed method solves the problems of text length, difficulty of feature extraction in the news text, and classification of news text in an effective way and attained better accuracy, recall rate, and comprehensive value as compared to the other models. Faces are widely used in information recognition and other fields. Due to the openness of the Internet, ensuring that face information is not stolen by criminals is a hot issue. The traditional encryption method only encrypts the whole area of the image and ignores some features of the face. This paper proposes a double-encrypted face image encryption algorithm. The contour features of the face are extracted, followed by two rounds of encryption. The first round of encryption algorithm encrypts the identified face image, and the second round of encryption algorithm encrypts the entire image. The encryption algorithm used is scrambling and diffusion at the same time, and the keystream of the cryptosystem is generated by 2D SF-SIMM. Multimodal tasks based on attention mechanism and language face numerous problems. Based on multimodal hierarchical attention mechanism and genetic neural network, this paper studies the application of image segmentation algorithm in data completion and 3D scene reconstruction. The algorithm refers to the process of concentrating attention that humans subjectively pay attention to and calculates the difference between each pixel in the genetic neural network test image in the color space and the average value of the target image, which solves the problem of static feature maps and dynamic feature maps of image sequences. In addition, in view of the problem that the number of attention enhancement feature extraction modules is too large and the parameters are too large, the recursive mechanism is used as the feature extraction branch, and new model parameters are not added when the network depth is increased. The simulation results show that the accuracy of the improved image saliency detection algorithm based on the attention mechanism reaches 89.7%, and the difference between the average value of the single-point pixel and the target image is reduced to 0.132, which further promotes the practicability and reliability of the image segmentation model. It is well known that we, as human beings, are prone to a variety of undesirable emotions such as excitement, boredom, and fear, all of which are induced by varying degrees of negative states. In this paper, we designed an emotion-evoking experiment to induce calm, excited, bored, and fearful emotions, as well as low, moderate, and high levels of tension. Based on the six physiological signals such as heart rate and respiration rate of the subjects in these emotion states, feature extraction was performed after removing the baseline preprocessing, combined with particle swarm optimisation algorithm for feature selection, and the k-nearest neighbour algorithm was used to classify the different emotion and tension levels in the undesirable states. By comparing the results of several sets of experiments, we found that with baseline removal and particle swarm feature selection optimisation, our experimental results using k-nearest neighbour classification showed a significant improvement in recognition accuracy compared to the traditional k-nearest neighbour algorithm, which indicates that the proposed method has better recognition results. Multimodal biometrics fusion plays an important role in the field of biometrics. Therefore, this paper presents a multimodal biometrics fusion algorithm using deep reinforcement learning. In order to reduce the influence of user behavior, user's personal characteristics, and environmental light on image data quality, data preprocessing is realized through data transformation and single-mode biometric image region segmentation. A two-dimensional Gobar filter was used to analyze the texture of local sub-blocks, qualitatively describe the similarity between the filter and the sub-blocks and extract the phase information and local amplitude information of multimodal biometrics features. Deep reinforcement learning was used to construct the classifier of different modal biometrics, and the weighted sum fusion of different modal biometrics was implemented by fractional information. The multimodal biometrics fusion algorithm was designed. The Casia-iris-interval-v4 and NFBS datasets were used to test the performance of the proposed algorithm. The results show that the fused image quality is better, the feature extraction accuracy is between 84% and 93%, the average accuracy of feature classification is 97%, the multimodal biometric classification time is only 110 ms, the multimodal biometric fusion time is only 550 ms, the effect is good, and the practicability is strong. In the process of wireless communication, the transmission of signals will be subject to various kinds of interference, which will affect the quality of communication. Interference detection is an important part of improving the reliability of communication. When the interfering signal has the same frequency as the original communication signal, with traditional methods, it is difficult to extract feature parameters. Aiming at this special cofrequency interference signal, this paper proposes a time series signal prediction model based on deep learning and uses the difference between the predicted signal and the received signal as the eigenvalue to detect interference. In order to improve the detection rate, the eigenvalues predicted by LSTM and Bi-LSTM networks are subjected to windowing experiments. The Support Vector Machine (SVM) is used to detect the interference of eigenvalues, and the comparison results are visualized by the confusion matrix. The experimental simulation results show that the Bi-LSTM model has better feature extraction ability for time series signals, and the prediction ability of the signal and the accuracy of interference detection are higher than those of the LSTM model. Aiming at the feature extraction of left- and right-hand movement imagination EEG signals, this paper proposes a multichannel correlation analysis method and employs the Directed Transfer Function (DTF) to identify the connectivity between different channels of EEG signals, construct a brain network, and extract the characteristics of the network information flow. Since the network information flow identified by DTF can also reflect indirect connectivity of the EEG signal networks, the newly extracted DTF features are incorporated into the traditional AR model parameter features and extend the scope of feature sets. Classifications are carried out through the Support Vector Machine (SVM). The classification results show the enlarged feature set can significantly improve the classification accuracy of the left- and right-hand motor imagery EEG signals compared to the traditional AR feature set. Finally, the EEG signals of 2 channels, 10 channels, and 32 channels were selected for comparing their different effects of classifications. The classification results showed that the multichannel analysis method was more effective. Compared with the parameter features of the traditional AR model, the network information flow features extracted by the DTF method also achieve a higher classification effect, which verifies the effectiveness of the multichannel correlation analysis method. We aim to address the issues of difficult acquisition of bearing fault data, few feature data sets, and low efficiency of intelligent diagnosis. In this paper, an orthogonal wavelet transform K-nearest neighbor (OWTKNN) diagnosis method has been proposed. The (OWT) method extracts the peaks of each detail signal as training samples and uses the K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) method for fault classification. The classification results of the multiple fault test data obtained through rolling bearing tests show that the method can reach a fault recognition rate of 100%, and compared with KNN without extracted eigenvalues, it significantly improves the classification effects from various unknown fault data of the bearing inner ring and ball, shortens classification time, and improves the intelligent diagnosis efficiency. In addition, it achieves an overall recognition rate exceeding 95%, Comparing OWT, EMD, and VMD feature extraction methods, both the OWTKNN and k-center point clustering algorithm do not exceed 80% (KCA), also bearing testimony of the effectiveness of this method. Fetal movement is an important clinical indicator to assess fetus growth and development status in the uterus. In recent years, a noninvasive intelligent sensing fetal movement detection system that can monitor high-risk pregnancies at home has received a lot of attention in the field of wearable health monitoring. However, recovering fetal movement signals from a continuous low-amplitude background that is heavily contaminated with noise and recognizing real fetal movements is a challenging task. In this paper, fetal movement can be efficiently recognized by combining the strength of Kalman filtering, time and frequency domain and wavelet domain feature extraction, and hyperparameter tuned Light Gradient Boosting Machine (LightGBM) model. Firstly, the Kalman filtering (KF) algorithm is used to recover the fetal movement signal in a continuous low-amplitude background contaminated by noise. Secondly, the time domain, frequency domain, and wavelet domain (TFWD) features of the preprocessed fetal movement signal are extracted. Finally, the Bayesian Optimization algorithm (BOA) is used to optimize the LightGBM model to obtain the optimal hyperparameters. Through this, the accurate prediction and recognition of fetal movement are successfully achieved. In the performance analysis of the Zenodo fetal movement dataset, the proposed KF + TFWD + BOA-LGBM approach's recognition accuracy and F1-Score reached 94.06% and 96.85%, respectively. Compared with 8 existing advanced methods for fetal movement signal recognition, the proposed method has better accuracy and robustness, indicating its potential medical application in wearable smart sensing systems for fetal prenatal health monitoring. In this paper, we have proposed a novel methodology based on statistical features and different machine learning algorithms. The proposed model can be divided into three main stages, namely, preprocessing, feature extraction, and classification. In the preprocessing stage, the median filter has been used in order to remove salt-and-pepper noise because MRI images are normally affected by this type of noise, the grayscale images are also converted to RGB images in this stage. In the preprocessing stage, the histogram equalization has also been used to enhance the quality of each RGB channel. In the feature extraction stage, the three channels, namely, red, green, and blue, are extracted from the RGB images and statistical measures, namely, mean, variance, skewness, kurtosis, entropy, energy, contrast, homogeneity, and correlation, are calculated for each channel; hence, a total of 27 features, 9 for each channel, are extracted from an RGB image. After the feature extraction stage, different machine learning algorithms, such as artificial neural network, k -nearest neighbors' algorithm, decision tree, and Naïve Bayes classifiers, have been applied in the classification stage on the features extracted in the feature extraction stage. We recorded the results with all these algorithms and found that the decision tree results are better as compared to the other classification algorithms which are applied on these features. Hence, we have considered decision tree for further processing. We have also compared the results of the proposed method with some well-known algorithms in terms of simplicity and accuracy; it was noted that the proposed method outshines the existing methods. Aiming at the problems of poor image tracking effect, low precision, and long time in the process of image tracking of volleyball player's arm hitting, a volleyball player's arm hitting image tracking method based on D-P algorithm is proposed. This paper analyzes the basic concept, basic principle, and basic equation of D-P algorithm and collects the arm stroke trajectory image of volleyball players under the three-dimensional visual model. Using wavelet multiscale decomposition method, the arm stroke trajectory of volleyball players is filtered, and the edge contour feature points of the arm stroke image of volleyball players are extracted. Using the gray histogram feature extraction method, the gray information of volleyball player's arm hitting trajectory image is enhanced. Combined with pixel adaptive enhancement technology, the key action feature points of volleyball player's arm hitting image trajectory are located. Based on D-P algorithm, the volleyball player's arm hitting image trajectory is adjusted and modified to realize the correct tracking of volleyball player's arm hitting image trajectory. The experimental results show that the trajectory tracking effect of volleyball player's arm hitting image is better, which can effectively improve the tracking accuracy and shorten the tracking time. The defects of solar cell component (SCC) will affect the service life and power generation efficiency. In this paper, the defect images of SCC were taken by the photoluminescence (PL) method and processed by an advanced lightweight convolutional neural network (CNN). Firstly, in order to solve the high pixel SCC image detection, each silicon wafer image was segmented based on local difference extremum of edge projection (LDEEP). Secondly, in order to detect the defects with small size or weak edges in the silicon wafer, an improved lightweight CNN model with deep backbone feature extraction network structure was proposed, as the enhancing feature fusion layer and the three-scale feature prediction layer; the model provided more feature detail. The final experimental results showed that the improved model achieves a good balance between the detection accuracy and detection speed, with the mean average precision (mAP) reaching 87.55%, which was 6.78% higher than the original algorithm. Moreover, the detection speed reached 40 frames per second (fps), which meets requirements of precision and real-time detection. Summary: Rapid health assessment of essential buildings such as hospitals, fire stations, and large residential complexes is crucial after damaging earthquakes. The use of advanced technologies such as wireless sensors, learning algorithms, and signal processing methods became more attractive in such fast applications due to their higher reliabilities and efficiencies compared to the conventional visual inspection methods. This paper presents a robust post‐earthquake damage detection framework for predicting the extent and location of damage occurrence in the braced‐frame structures after an earthquake. To do so, features derived from acceleration response of the structure were used along with a classification learner to determine the health condition of the structure. Decision tree classifiers are used for the purpose of damage classification where the Bayesian optimization algorithm is implemented to optimize the architecture of the mentioned classifier. A one‐story chevron steel‐braced frame, a three‐story X‐braced steel‐frame, and a five‐story three‐dimensional building are considered to validate the proposed method. The total number of 3774 and 1887 nonlinear response history analyses were respectively performed for 2D and 3D numerical models under scaled SAC motions, using the OpenSees simulation platform. Furthermore, in order to simulate the field condition, a maximum level of 10% white Gaussian noise is added to the output signals. Results obtained from the three case studies show that the proposed framework is robust and reliable in predicting the extent of damage level in the braced‐frame structures in a short time after an earthquake. With the development of society and the promotion of science and technology, English, as the largest universal language in the world, is used by more and more people. In the life around us, there is information in English all the time. However, because the process of manual recognition of English letters is very labor-intensive and inefficient, the demand for computer recognition of English letters is increasing. This paper studies the influence of the parameters of BP neural network and genetic algorithm on the whole network, including the input, output, and number of hidden layer nodes. Finally, it improves and determines the settings and values of the relevant parameters. On this basis, it shows the rationality of the selected parameters through experiments. The results show that only GA-BP neural network and feature data mining algorithm can complete feature extraction and become the main function of feature classification at the same time. After enough initial data sample analysis training, the GA-BP neural network was found to have good data fault tolerance and feature recognition. The experimental results show that the genetic algorithm can find the best weights and thresholds and the weights and thresholds are given to the BP neural network. After training, the recognition of handwritten letters can be realized. Finally, the convergence of the two algorithms is compared through experiments, which shows that the overall performance of the BP neural network algorithm is improved after genetic algorithm optimization. The new coronavirus, COVID-19, has affected people all over the world. Coronaviruses are a large group of viruses that can infect animals and humans and cause respiratory distress; these discomforts may be as mild as a cold or as severe as pneumonia. Correct detection of this disease can help to avoid its spreading increasingly. In this paper, a new CAD-based approach is suggested for the optimal diagnosis of this disease from chest X-ray images. The proposed method starts with a min-max normalization to scale all data into a normal scale, and then, histogram equalization is performed to improve the quality of the image before main processing. Afterward, 18 different features are extracted from the image. To decrease the method difficulty, the minimum features are selected based on a metaheuristic called Archimedes optimization algorithm (AOA). The model is then implemented on three datasets, and its results are compared with four other state-of-the-art methods. The final results indicated that the proposed method with 86% accuracy and 96% precision has the highest balance between accuracy and reliability with the compared methods as a diagnostic system for COVID-19.
