With the research of machine learning technology and big data intelligent processing technology in engineering application becoming more and more mature, people gradually combine machine learning technology and big data intelligent processing technology. Aiming at the problem of innovative employment in colleges and universities, this paper proposes a dynamic decision tree algorithm based on these two technologies and constructs a dynamic model of graduates' behavior. Through the analysis of dynamic decision tree algorithm, a big data analysis system is formed. Finally, simulation experiments verify whether the dynamic model can correctly reflect the behavior of college graduates. The results show that the big data integration system based on big data and dynamic decision tree algorithm has high adaptability. Incremental adaptive optimization of the traditional decision tree model can significantly improve the prediction effect and prediction time of dynamic data and provide theoretical support for the industrialization and social significance of big data technology. In the mobile crowdsensing task assignment, under the premise that the data platform does not know the user's perceived quality or cost value, how to establish a suitable user recruitment mechanism is the critical issue that this article needs to solve. It is necessary to learn the user's perceived quality in the execution p. It also needs to try its best to ensure the efficiency and profit maximization of the mobile group intelligence perception platform. Therefore, this paper proposes a mobile crowdsensing user recruitment algorithm based on Combinatorial Multiarmed Bandit (CMAB) to solve the recruitment problem with known and unknown user costs. Firstly, the user recruitment process is modeled as a combined multiarm bandit model. Each rocker arm represents the selection of different users, and the income obtained represents the user's perceived quality. Secondly, it proposes the upper confidence bound (UCB) algorithm, which updates the user's perceptual quality according to the completion of the task. This algorithm sorts the users' perceived quality values from high to low, then selects the most significant ratio of perceived quality to recruitment costs under the budget condition, assigns tasks, and updates their perceived quality. Finally, this paper introduces the regret value to measure the efficiency of the user recruitment algorithm and conducts many experimental simulations based on real data sets to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the algorithm. The experimental results show that the recruitment algorithm with known user cost is close to the optimal algorithm, and the recruitment algorithm with unknown user cost is more than 75% of the optimal algorithm result, and the gap tends to decrease as the budget cost increases, compared with other comparisons. Synthetic aperture Radar (SAR) uses the relative movement of the Radar and the target to pick up echoes of the detected area and image it. In contrast to optical imaging, SAR imaging systems are not affected by weather and time and can detect targets in harsh conditions. Therefore, the SAR image has important application value in military and civilian purposes. This paper introduces the classification of Gaussian process. Gaussian process classification is a probabilistic classification algorithm based on Bass frame. This is a complete probability expression. Based on Gaussian process and SAR data, Gaussian process classification algorithm for SAR images is studied in this paper. In this paper, we introduce the basic principle of Gaussian process, briefly analyze the basic theory of classification and the characteristics of SAR images, provide the evaluation index system of image classification, and give the SAR classification model of Gaussian process. Taking Laplace approximation as an example, several classification algorithms are introduced directly. Based on the two classifications, we propose an indirect multipurpose classification method and a multifunction classification method for two-pair two-Gaussian processes. Obstacle avoidance path planning capability, as one of the key capabilities of UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) to achieve safe autonomous flight, has always been a hot research topic in UAV research filed. As a commonly used obstacle avoidance path planning algorithm, RRT (Rapid-exploration Random Tree) algorithm can carry out obstacle avoidance path planning in real time and online. In addition, it can obtain the asymptotically optimal obstacle avoidance path on the premise of ensuring the completeness of probability. However, it has some problems, such as high randomness, slow convergence speed, long transit time, and curved flight trajectory, so that it cannot meet the flight conditions of the actual UAV. To solve these problems, the paper proposes an improved RRT algorithm. In the process of extending the random tree, ACO (ant colony optimization) is introduced to make the planning path asymptotically optimal. The optimized algorithm can set pheromones on the path obtained by RRT and select the next extension point according to the pheromone concentration. And then through a certain number of iterations, it converges to an ideal path scheme. In addition, this paper also uses MATLAB to verify the effectiveness and superiority of the algorithm: Although RRT is easy to fall into local optimization, since the optimization method in this paper can almost certainly converge to the optimal solution, when it is necessary to preplan the path before UAV takeoff, it can be used. The K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) algorithm is a classical machine learning algorithm. Most KNN algorithms are based on a single metric and do not further distinguish between repeated values in the range of K values, which can lead to a reduced classification effect and thus affect the accuracy of fault diagnosis. In this paper, a hybrid metric-based KNN algorithm is proposed to calculate a composite metric containing distance and direction information between test samples, which improves the discriminability of the samples. In the experiments, the hybrid metric KNN (HM-KNN) algorithm proposed in this paper is compared and validated with a variety of KNN algorithms based on a single distance metric on six data sets, and an HM-KNN application method is given for the forward gait stability control of a bipedal robot, where the abnormal motion is considered as a fault, and the distribution of zero moment points when the abnormal motion is generated is compared. The experimental results show that the algorithm has good data differentiation and generalization ability for different data sets, and it is feasible to apply it to the walking stability control of bipedal robots based on deep neural network control. With the improvement of living standards, more and more people are pursuing personalized routes. This paper uses personalized mining of interest points of ethnic minority tourism demand groups, extracts customer data features in social networks, and constructs data features of interesting topic factors, geographic location factors, and user access frequency factors, using LDA topic models and matrix decomposition models to perform feature vectorization processing on user sign-in records and build deep learning recommendation model (DLM). Using this model to compare with the traditional recommendation model and the recommendation model of a single data feature module, the experimental results show the following: (1) The fitting error of DLM recommendation results is significantly reduced, and its recommendation accuracy rate is 50% higher than that of traditional recommendation algorithms. The experimental results show that the DLM constructed in this paper has good learning and training performance, and the recommendation effect is good. (2) In this method, the performance of the DLM is significantly higher than other POI recommendation methods in terms of the accuracy or recall rate of the recommendation algorithm. Among them, the accuracy rates of the top five, top ten, and top twenty recommended POIs are increased by 9.9%, 7.4%, and 7%, respectively, and the recall rate is increased by 4.2%, 7.5%, and 14.4%, respectively. Energy efficiency optimization of mobile edge computing e-commerce clients and reasonable management of server computing resources are worth further study. The participant of the algorithm game model proposed in this paper is mobile e-commerce customer management. The decision space is a two-dimensional space composed of unloading decision and power control, and the benefit function is the energy efficiency function and delay function. The existence and uniqueness of the multidimensional game model are proved theoretically. The simulation results show that the proposed multidimensional game based energy efficiency optimization algorithm of mobile edge computing can reduce the energy consumption and delay of mobile terminals and improve the energy efficiency of unloading calculation under the same task compared with the game scheme without considering power consumption control when the number of e-commerce customer management is larger. This paper deduces the optimal load migration decision of mobile e-commerce customer management and the optimal pricing strategy of mobile edge cloud service providers and proves that the optimal decision and optimal pricing constitute the Starkberg equilibrium. With the rapid development of artificial intelligence, handicraft design has developed from artificial design to artificial intelligence design. Traditional handicraft design has the problems of long time consumption and low output, so it is necessary to improve the process technology. Artificial intelligence technology can provide optimized design steps in handicraft design and improve design efficiency and process level. Handicrafts are regarded as important social products and exist in people's daily life. In the current society, many people do handicrafts and there are major exhibitions. Furthermore, the display of handicrafts is also very grand and shocking. In the design of handicrafts, the traditional design method cannot completely keep up with the production speed and efficiency of handicrafts. Therefore, this paper adopts the fusion multi-intelligent decision algorithm of multi-node branch design in the design method of handicraft. The algorithm model combination is used to analyze and design the layout of the handicraft, which speeds up the design efficiency and production of the handicraft. In this paper, two intelligent algorithms will be used for fusion; they are genetic algorithm and GA-PSO fusion algorithm obtained by particle swarm optimization and they are embedded in handicraft design method for application through mathematical model construction and function construction. After comparing the performance parameter index data of three intelligent algorithms and GA-PSO fusion algorithm, it is obtained that GA-PSO fusion algorithm is 97% correct and has 82% readability, 72% robustness, and 61% structure, making it have better important indicators. Four algorithms optimize each design problem in all aspects of handicraft design at present. Design efficiency, image distribution rate, image optimization degree, and image clarity are compared by simulation experiments. Compared with three intelligent algorithms, traditional design methods, and manual design methods, GA-PSO fusion algorithm can effectively improve the design method and design effect of handicrafts with 92.1% design efficiency, 82.7% image distribution rate, 94.3% image optimization degree, and 84% layout void rate. Finally, the space complexity experiment of four algorithms shows that GA-PSO algorithm can achieve 9.73 dispersion with 11.42 space complexities, which makes the dimension reduction relatively stable, and the algorithm can maintain stability in the design and application of handicrafts. At present, the traditional phase unwrapping algorithm is difficult to balance the accuracy and unwrapping efficiency. In this paper, the phase unwrapping technology will be studied under the framework of deep learning theory according to the development trend of InSAR intelligence. A phase unwrapping algorithm based on deep GAN is proposed. The model structure includes dense convolution layer blocks and series structure, so that the network can achieve a better balance between feature extraction and detail preservation of interferogram. This is helpful to improve the phase unwrapping accuracy and training efficiency of the network. The experimental results show that the algorithm has a good expansion effect on the interferogram with high signal-to-noise ratio. The synthesis algorithm makes full use of the advantages of the branch cutting method and the finite element method. The phase reliable region and unreliable region are determined, and the transmission of phase error from the unreliable region to reliable region is effectively avoided. Aiming at the problems of low detection rate and high false detection rate of intrusion detection algorithms in the traditional cloud computing environment, an intrusion detection-data security protection scheme based on particle swarm-BP network algorithm in a cloud computing environment is proposed. First, based on the four modules of data collection, data preprocessing, feature selection, and intrusion detection, the overall framework of the intrusion detection model is constructed by designing corresponding functions. Then, by introducing the decision tree algorithm, the overfitting is reduced and the data processing speed of the model is improved, and on this basis, the feature selection is carried out through the "gain rate" optimization method, which reduces the redundant information of the feature vector. Finally, by introducing the Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) algorithm into the optimization of the initial weights and thresholds of the BP neural network, the BP neural network is improved based on the momentum factor and adaptive learning rate, and the high detection rate and low false detection rate are realized. Through simulation experiments, the proposed intrusion detection method and the other three methods are compared and analyzed under the same conditions. The results show that the detection rate and false detection rate of the method proposed in this paper are the best under five different types of sample data, the highest detection rate reaches 95.72%, and the lowest false detection rate drops to 2.03%. A smart city's vehicular communication strategy is important. A significant problem with vehicular communication is scalability. Clustering can help with vehicular ad hoc network (VANET) problems; however, clustering in VANET faces stability problems because of the rapid mobility of the vehicles. To achieve high stability for the VANET, this paper presents a new efficient Eigen-trick-based hypergraph stable clustering algorithm (EtHgSC). This algorithm has a twofold scheme for stable CH selection. In the first part of the proposed scheme, the cluster generation is handled using an improved hypergraph-based spectral clustering algorithm using the Eigen-trick method. The "Eigen-trick" method is used to partition both vertices and hyperedges, which provides an approach for reducing the computational complexity of the clustering. The cluster head (CH) is chosen in the second part, taking into account the requirements for keeping a stable connection with most neighbors. In addition to relative speed, neighboring degree, and eccentricity that are used to select the CH, the vehicle time to leave metric is introduced to increase the CH stability. The grey relational analysis model is used to find each vehicle's score, and the CH is selected based on the maximum vehicle's score. The results show the supremacy of our proposed scheme in terms of CH lifetime, cluster member (CM) lifetime, and the change rate of CH. The multifaceted sources of physical education teaching factors and the uncertainty of evaluation have an impact on the qualitative and quantitative evaluation results of teaching effects. In order to improve the evaluation accuracy of the physical education teaching effect, the evaluation model of the physical education teaching effect was designed based on the AHP algorithm. The evaluation model is based on monitoring the whole process of teaching. Based on the multifaceted sources of physical education teaching factors and the uncertainty of evaluation, the overall objectives and selects three-level evaluation indicators were analyzed. The AHP algorithm was used to establish the hierarchical structure and obtained the total ranking and comprehensive score of the hierarchy. The test results show that the teaching evaluation model designed in this paper has an RMSE mean value of 1.923, which has higher evaluation accuracy and is conducive to the improvement of teaching quality. In this paper, two new versions of the Schur algorithm for computing the matrix exponential of an n × n complex matrix A are presented. Instead of the Schur form, these algorithms use the Jordan–Schur form of A. The Jordan–Schur form is found by less computation and it is determined more reliable than the reduction to Jordan form since it is obtained using only unitary similarity transformations. In contrast to the known methods, the diagonal blocks of the matrix exponential are obtained by using finite Taylor series. This improves the accuracy and avoids the decisions made about the termination of the series expansion. The off-diagonal blocks of the exponential are determined by modifications of the Schur–Parlett or Schur–Fréchet method, which takes advantage of the Jordan–Schur form of the matrix. The numerical features of the new algorithms are discussed, revealing their advantages and disadvantages in comparison with the other methods for computing the matrix exponential. Computational experiments show that using the new algorithms, the matrix exponential is determined in certain cases with higher accuracy than some widely used methods, however, at the price of an increase in the computational cost which is of order n 4 . It is shown that the Jordan–Schur algorithms for computing the matrix exponential are appropriate for matrices with multiple eigenvalues and are especially efficient in cases of large Weyr characteristics. Many important computational applications in science, engineering, industry, and technology are represented by PSE (parameter sweep experiment) applications. These applications involve a large number of resource-intensive and independent computational tasks. Because of this, cloud autoscaling approaches have been proposed to execute PSE applications on public cloud environments that offer instances of different VM (virtual machine) types, under a pay-per-use scheme, to execute diverse applications. One of the most recent approaches is the autoscaler MOEA (multiobjective evolutive algorithm), which is based on the multiobjective evolutionary algorithm NSGA-II (nondominated sorting genetic algorithm II). MOEA considers on-demand and spot VM instances and three optimization objectives relevant for users: minimizing the computing time, monetary cost, and spot instance interruptions of the application's execution. However, MOEA's performance regarding these optimization objectives depends significantly on the optimization algorithm used. It has been shown recently that MOEA's performance improves considerably when NSGA-II is replaced by a more recent algorithm named NSGA-III. In this paper, we analyze the incorporation of other multiobjective optimization algorithms into MOEA to enhance the performance of this autoscaler. First, we consider three multiobjective optimization algorithms named E-NSGA-III (extreme NSGA-III), SMS-EMOA (S-metric selection evolutionary multiobjective optimization algorithm), and SMPSO (speed-constrained multiobjective particle swarm optimization), which have behavioral differences with NSGA-III. Then, we evaluate the performance of MOEA with each of these algorithms, considering the three optimization objectives, on four real-world PSE applications from the meteorology and molecular dynamics areas, considering different application sizes. To do that, we use the well-known CloudSim simulator and consider different VM types available in Amazon EC2. Finally, we analyze the obtained performance results, which show that MOEA with E-NSGA-III arises as the best alternative, reaching better and significant savings in terms of computing time (10%–17%), monetary cost (10%–40%), and spot instance interruptions (33%–100%). Traditional bus operations in suburban areas are inefficient due to their fixed routes and timetables. Since suburban operations deal with low demand spread in a large area, the service stays underused for most off-peak hours. In order to render the operation profitable and increase the number of passengers on each bus, operators reduce the frequency of the service, which results in an increase of passenger waiting time for the service. As a solution to this problem, this paper introduces a demand-responsive public bus system that aims to adjust routes and timetables of a semiflexible system to the demand for transportation. The operation still offers a reliable service like the traditional system but aims to reduce the passenger travel time. A memetic algorithm is developed to optimize this demand-responsive system. For a network with 25 bus stops served hourly by three lines and with an average demand of 20 requests per hour, the memetic algorithm is demonstrated to reduce the passenger waiting time with almost 50% in comparison with a traditional system operating in the same network with fixed routes and timetable. Objective. The purpose is to understand the depression status of the elderly in the community, explore its influencing factors, formulate a comprehensive psychological intervention plan according to the influencing factors, implement demonstration psychological intervention, and evaluate and feedback the effect, so as to provide a reference for improving the mental health of the elderly. Method. In order to make the output of different emotional data in LSTM more discriminative, a method to dynamically filter the output of LSTM is proposed. Combining the methods of Attention-LSTM, time-dimensional AI attention, and feature-dimensional AI attention, the best model in this paper is obtained. The multistage stratified cluster sampling method was used to conduct a questionnaire survey on the elderly aged 60 and above in a certain area, including the general demographic characteristics questionnaire of the elderly, the self-rating scale of mental health symptoms, and the health self-management ability of adults. All data were entered into a database using Excel software, and SPSS 19.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis. Results/Discussion. The detection rate of depression (GDS ≥ 11 points) among the elderly in a community in a certain area was 39.38%. Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that family history of mental illness, more negative life events, decreased ability of daily living, living alone, and suffering from physical diseases in the past six months were the risk factors for depression in the elderly. Community health education can partially alleviate depression in the elderly. The detection rate and degree of depression of the elderly in the comprehensive psychological intervention group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) are now widely used in search and rescue (SAR) missions to locate casualties and survey terrain. To solve the problem of long calculation time and large memory usage of the UAV obstacle-avoidance path-planning algorithm in cooperative tasks, this paper proposes a method that combines the A ∗ algorithm and the task allocation algorithm to achieve a faster and more effective path-planning method. First, the environment is displayed in the form of a grid. Then, the enhanced algorithm divides the task area for UAVs. Finally, each UAV performs SAR path planning in the mission area. The tasks of mapping the environment and searching for target points by UAV swarms are discussed in this study. The power-voltage (P-V) characteristic curve of the centralized thermoelectric generation (TEG) system under nonuniform temperature distribution (NTD) exhibits multiple extreme point characteristics, and the traditional maximum power point tracking (MPPT) algorithm is prone to fall into the local maximum power point (LMPP) and takes a long time to track. This paper designs a BP-IPSO algorithm based on back propagation neural network (BPNN) and improved particle swarm optimization (IPSO) for MPPT. The algorithm firstly utilizes the good nonlinear function fitting ability of BPNN to obtain the fitting curve of the relationship between system control input and power output to establish the TEG array power prediction model. Then, the dynamic learning factor and weight coefficient are introduced into the traditional particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm to search the output power prediction model and realize MPPT control. MATLAB/Simulink experiment results show that BP-IPSO algorithm can effectively avoid falling into LMPP, quickly and accurately track the global maximum power point (GMPP), and effectively suppress the oscillation of voltage and power during the tracking process. Especially in the start-up test experiment, compared with perturb and observe (P&O), PSO, and grey wolf optimizer (GWO), the energy generated by BP-IPSO increased by 12.84%, 3.18%, and 4.75%, respectively, which improved the system power generation efficiency. Aiming at the problem that unmanned combat aerial vehicle (UCAV) is difficult to quickly and accurately perceive situation information and make maneuvering decision autonomously in modern air combat, which is easily affected by complex factors, a maneuvering decision algorithm of UCAV combined with deep reinforcement learning and game theory is proposed in this paper. Firstly, through the UCAV dynamics model and maneuver library, a reasonable air combat situation assessment model and advantage reward function are established, and the sample data of situation assessment indicators are constructed using the structure entropy weight method. Secondly, the convolutional neural network (CNN) is used to process the high-dimensional continuous situation features of UCAV in air combat, eliminate the correlation and redundancy between situation features, and train the neural network to approximate the action-value function. Then, the double deep Q network (DDQN) algorithm in reinforcement learning (RL) is introduced to train the agent by the interaction with the environment and combined with Minimax algorithm in stochastic game theory to solve the optimal value function in each specific state, and the optimal maneuver decision of UCAV is obtained. Air combat simulation results show that UCAV can choose maneuvers autonomously under different situations and occupy a dominant position quickly by this method, which greatly improves the combat effectiveness of UCAV. In this paper, the problem of direction-of-arrival (DOA) estimation for strictly noncircular sources under the condition of unknown mutual coupling is concerned, and then a robust real-valued weighted subspace fitting (WSF) algorithm is proposed via block sparse recovery. Inspired by noncircularity, the real-valued coupled extended array output with double array aperture is first structured via exploiting the real-valued conversion. Then, an efficient real-valued block extended sparse recovery model is constructed by performing the parameterized decoupling operation to avoid the unknown mutual coupling and noncircular phase effects. Thereafter, the WSF framework is investigated to recover the real-valued block sparse matrix, where the spectrum of real-valued NC MUSIC-like is utilized to design a weighted matrix for strengthening the solutions sparsity. Eventually, DOA estimation is achieved based on the support set of the reconstructed block sparse matrix. Owing to the combination of noncircularity, parametrized decoupling thought, and reweighted strategy, the proposed method not only effectively achieves high-precision estimation, but also efficiently reduces the computational complexity. In this paper, an intelligent algorithm for the aerodynamic parameter calibration of wind tunnel experiments of advanced layout aircraft at a high angle of attack is proposed. The proposed algorithm is based on a homologous comparison and tuning algorithm, and it can effectively improve the accuracy of the wind tunnel experiment model. First, based on the analysis of large oscillation wind tunnel experimental data of an advanced layout scaled aircraft, the high angle of attack wind tunnel experimental model composed of static derivative, dynamic derivative, and rotating balance derivative is established. Second, to improve the accuracy of the wind tunnel experimental model effectively, the idea of combing layered calibration and intelligent algorithm for high angle of attack homologous comparison correction is proposed. The proposed method solves the problems of complex structure, a large amount of data, and poor accuracy in homologous comparison of high angle of attack aerodynamic models of advanced layout aircraft. It was proposed to develop a better multiscale learning dictionary picture de-noising technique. The approach improves the adaptive threshold curvilinear transform, which can divide an image into different scale information and be used to build a curvilinear multiscale learning dictionary. The method finished the dictionary and sparse coefficient updates in the picture through circular iterations and then superimposed the matching curvilinear wave domain image blocks and performed the curvilinear inverse transform to generate the denoised image. The test was carried out by adding additive Gaussian noise to a standard grayscale image, and the results revealed that the peak signal-to-noise ratio of the grayscale image de-noising result of this paper's method was improved by 56.6% on average, and the structural similarity was improved by 0.44 on average, compared to the conventional de-noising algorithm. It was determined that the enhanced approach preserved the picture's edge and texture information well, that image quality was greatly improved, and that the algorithm's execution efficiency was superior to that of the conventional de-noising algorithm. In this paper, a cognitive electronic jamming decision-making method based on improved Q -learning is proposed to improve the efficiency of radar jamming decision-making. First, the method adopts the simulated annealing (SA) algorithm's Metropolis criterion to enhance the exploration strategy, balancing the contradictory relationship between exploration and utilization in the algorithm to avoid falling into local optima. At the same time, the idea of stochastic gradient descent with warm restarts (SGDR) is introduced to improve the learning rate of the algorithm, which reduces the oscillation and improves convergence speed at the later stage of the algorithm iteration. Then, a cognitive electronic jamming decision-making model is constructed, and the improved Q -learning algorithm's specific steps are given. The simulation experiment takes a multifunctional radar as an example to analyze the influence of exploration strategy and learning rate on decision-making performance. In this paper, the IoT-based adaptive mutation PSO-BPNN algorithm is used to conduct in-depth research and analysis of the entrepreneurship evaluation model for college students and practical applications. This paper details the principle, implementation, and characteristics of each BP algorithm and PSO algorithm. When classifying college students' entrepreneurship evaluation based on BP neural network, because BP algorithm is a local optimization-seeking algorithm, it is easy to fall into local minima in the training phase of the network and the convergence speed is slow, which leads to the reduction of classifier recognition rate. To address the above problems, this paper proposes the algorithm of PSO optimized BP neural network (PSO-BPNN) and establishes a classification and recognition model based on this algorithm for college students' entrepreneurship evaluation. The predicted values obtained from the particle swarm optimization neural network model are used to calculate the gray intervals, and the modeling samples are further screened using the gray intervals and the correlation principle, while the hyperspectral particle swarm optimization neural network model of soil organic matter based on the gray intervals is established afterward; and the estimation results are compared and analyzed with those of traditional modeling methods. The results showed that the coefficient of determination of the gray interval-based particle swarm optimization neural network model was 0.8826, and the average relative error was 3.572%, while the coefficient of determination of the particle swarm optimization neural network model was 0.853, and the average relative error was 4.34%; the average relative errors of the BP neural network model, support vector machine model, and multiple linear regression model were 8.79%, 6.717%, and 9.9%, respectively. Object detection is an important part of autonomous driving technology. To ensure the safe running of vehicles at high speed, real-time and accurate detection of all the objects on the road is required. How to balance the speed and accuracy of detection is a hot research topic in recent years. This paper puts forward a one-stage object detection algorithm based on YOLOv4, which improves the detection accuracy and supports real-time operation. The backbone of the algorithm doubles the stacking times of the last residual block of CSPDarkNet53. The neck of the algorithm replaces the SPP with the RFB structure, improves the PAN structure of the feature fusion module, adds the attention mechanism CBAM and CA structure to the backbone and neck structure, and finally reduces the overall width of the network to the original 3/4, so as to reduce the model parameters and improve the inference speed. Compared with YOLOv4, the algorithm in this paper improves the average accuracy on KITTI dataset by 2.06% and BDD dataset by 2.95%. Euler path is one of the most interesting and widely discussed topics in graph theory. An Euler path (or Euler trail) is a path that visits every edge of a graph exactly once. Similarly, an Euler circuit (or Euler cycle) is an Euler trail that starts and ends on the same node of a graph. A graph having Euler path is called Euler graph. While tracing Euler graph, one may halt at arbitrary nodes while some of its edges left unvisited. In this paper, we have proposed some precautionary steps that should be considered in exploring a deadlock-free Euler path, i.e., without being halted at any node. Simulation results show that our proposed approach improves the process of exploring the Euler path in an undirected connected graph without interruption. Furthermore, our proposed algorithm is complete for all types of undirected Eulerian graphs. In order to solve the problem that the subspace-like direction of arrival (DOA) estimation performs poor due to the error of sources number, this paper proposes a new super-resolution DOA estimation algorithm based on the diagonal-symmetric loading (DSL). The foot-mounted pedestrian navigation system (PNS) that uses microelectromechanical systems (MEMS) inertial measurement units (IMUs) to track the person's position. However errors accumulate over time during inertial navigation solutions, which affects the positioning precision. In this paper, a multicondition zero velocity detector is used to detect the stance phase of gait. Then the errors are corrected in the stance phase and the swing phase, respectively, through the Kalman filter. When pedestrians are going up and down the stairs, the divergence of height will reduce the accuracy of three-dimensional positioning. In this paper, an accelerometer and a barometer are used to obtain altitude variation, and after that the stair condition detection (SCD) algorithm is proposed to correct the height of Kalman filter output and detect the walking state of pedestrians. The photovoltaic(PV) system's efficiency can be improved with the aid of effective solar PV cell modeling. However, flawed solar cell parameters affect PV cell modeling incorrectly. The manufacturers are usually not providing all the necessary data for the exact modeling of PV cells. It is therefore necessary to efficiently predict the parameters of the PV cell. The literature discusses various optimization algorithms, but the suboptimal outcomes are obtained by most of the algorithms due to their convergence toward local minima. This paper introduces a new stochastic optimization algorithm for the estimation of solar PV cell parameters. Therefore, for the evaluation of the solar cell, a new novel chaotic algorithm is introduced in this paper called the chaotic tunicate swarm algorithm (CTSA). The proposed algorithm has a new function called an outstanding mathematical model of adaptive weights to stimulate negative and positive inputs from the spreading wave in order to find the best way to connect food with an excellent exploitation tendency and exploratory ability. For the double‐diode model, the computation time of the chaotic variants (CTSA1‐1.1885, CTSA2‐1.2502, CTSA3‐1.2962, CTSA4‐1.1204, and CTSA5‐1.2214) is better than the rest of the compared algorithms (particle swarm optimization [PSO]‐17.4532, tunicate swarm algorithm (TSA)‐2.5278, Harris hawks optimization [HHO]‐10.8942, ant lion optimizer [ALO]‐15.0214, and atom search optimization [ASO]‐9.5214). First, the same learning subclass method is used for text sorting subclass acquisition, and then, the class of the text is determined. Second, the hemispherical support SVM is used to find the smallest hypersphere in the feature space that contains the most text of that class and segment the text of that class from other texts. For the text to be classified, the distance from it to the center of each hypersphere is used to determine the class of the text. Experimental results on recruitment data demonstrate that the algorithm in this paper has a high check-all rate, check-accuracy rate, and F1. Musical choreography is usually completed by professional choreographers, which is very professional and time-consuming. In order to realize the intelligent choreography of musical, based on the mixed density network (MDN), this paper generates the dance matching with the target music through three steps: motion generation, motion screening, and feature matching. The choreography results in this paper have a high degree of matching with music, which makes it possible for the development of motion capture technology and artificial intelligence and computer automatic choreography based on music. In the process of motion generation, the average value of Gaussian model output by MDN is used as the bone position and the consistency of motion is measured according to the change rate of joint velocity in adjacent frames in the process of motion selection. Compared with the existing studies, the dance generated in this paper has improved in motion coherence and realism. In this paper, a multilevel music and action feature matching algorithm combining global feature matching and local feature matching is proposed. The algorithm improves the unity and coherence of music and action. The algorithm proposed in this paper improves the consistency and novelty of movement, the compatibility with music, and the controllability of dance characteristics. Therefore, the algorithm in this paper technically changes the way of artistic creation and provides the possibility for the development of motion capture technology and artificial intelligence. The use of neural machine algorithms for English translation is a hot topic in the current research. English translation using the traditional sequential neural framework, which is too poor at capturing long-distance information, has its own major limitations. However, the current improved frameworks, such as recurrent neural network translation, are not satisfactory either. In this paper, we establish an attention coding and decoding model to address the shortcomings of traditional machine translation algorithms, combine the attention mechanism with a neural network framework, and implement the whole English translation system based on TensorFlow, thus improving the translation accuracy. The experimental test results show that the BLUE values of the algorithm model built in this paper are improved to different degrees compared with the traditional machine learning algorithms, which proves that the performance of the proposed algorithm model is significantly improved compared with the traditional model.
