Deep learning has recently received extensive attention in the field of rolling-bearing fault diagnosis owing to its powerful feature expression capability. With the help of deep learning, we can fully extract the deep features hidden in the data, significantly improving the accuracy and efficiency of fault diagnosis. Despite this progress, deep learning still faces two outstanding problems. (1) Each layer uses the same convolution kernel to extract features, making it difficult to adaptively select convolution kernels based on the features of the input image, which limits the network's adaptability to different input features and leads to weak feature extraction. (2) Large number of parameters and long training time. To solve the above problems, this paper proposes an integrated deep neural network that combines an improved selective kernel network (SKNet) with an enhanced Inception-ResNet-v2, named SIR-CNN. First, based on the SKNet, a new three-branch SKNet was designed. Second, the new SKNet is embedded into a depthwise separable convolution network such that the model can adaptively select convolution kernels of different sizes during training. Furthermore, the convolution structure in the Inception-ResNet-v2 network was replaced by the improved depthwise separable convolution network to achieve effective feature extraction. Finally, the time-frequency maps of the raw vibration signals are obtained through short-time Fourier transform (STFT) and then sent to the proposed SIR-CNN network for experiments. Accurate fault detection in high-voltage direct current (HVDC) transmission lines plays a pivotal role in enhancing operational efficiency, reducing costs, and ensuring grid reliability. This research aims to develop a cost-effective and high-performance fault detection solution for HVDC systems. The primary objective is to accurately identify and localize faults within the power system. In pursuit of this goal, the paper presents a comparative analysis of current and voltage characteristics between the rectifier and inverter sides of the HVDC transmission system and their associated alternating current (AC) counterparts under various fault conditions. Voltage and current features are extracted and optimized using a metaheuristic approach, specifically Harris Hawk's optimization method. Leveraging machine learning (ML) and artificial neural networks (ANN), this technique demonstrates its effectiveness in generating a fault locator with exceptional accuracy. With a substantial volume of data employed for learning and training, the Harris Hawks optimization method exhibits faster convergence compared to other metaheuristic methods examined in this study. The research findings are applied to simulate diverse fault types and unknown fault locations at multiple system points. Evaluating the fault detection system's effectiveness, quantified through metrics such as specificity, accuracy, F1 score, and sensitivity, yields remarkable results, with percentages of 99.01%, 98.69%, 98.64%, and 98.67%, respectively. Unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), commonly known as drones, have been progressively prevalent due to their capability to operate quickly and their vast range of applications in a variety of real-world circumstances. The utilization of UAVs in precision farming has lately gained a lot of attention from the scientific community. This study addresses with the assistance of drones in the precision agricultural area. This paper makes significant contributions by analyzing communication protocols and applying them to the challenge of commanding a fleet of drones to protect crops from parasite infestations. In this research, the effectiveness of nine powerful deep neural network models is measured for the detection of plant diseases using diverse methodologies. These deep neural networks are adapted to the immediate situation using transfer learning and deep extraction of features approaches. The presented study takes into account the used pretrained deep learning model for extracting features and fine-tuning. The deep feature extraction characteristics are subsequently categorized using support vector machines (SVMs) and extreme learning machines (ELMs). For measuring performance, the precision, sensitivities, specific, and F1-score are all evaluated. Deep feature extraction and SVM/ELM classification generated better outcomes than transfer learning, according to the analysis result. This paper designs a multimodal convolutional neural network model for the intelligent analysis of the influence of music genres on children's emotions by constructing a multimodal convolutional neural network model and profoundly analyzing the impact of music genres on children's feelings. Considering the diversity of music genre features in the audio power spectrogram, the Mel filtering method is used in the feature extraction stage to ensure the effective retention of the genre feature attributes of the audio signal by dimensional reduction of the Mel filtered signal, deepening the differences of the extracted features between different genres, and to reduce the input size and expand the model training scale in the model input stage, the audio power spectrogram obtained by feature extraction is cut the MSCN-LSTM consists of two modules: multiscale convolutional kernel convolutional neural network and long and short term memory network. The MSCNN network is used to extract the EEG signal features, the LSTM network is used to remove the temporal characteristics of the eye-movement signal, and the feature fusion is done by feature-level fusion. The multimodal signal has a higher emotion classification accuracy than the unimodal signal, and the average accuracy of emotion quadruple classification based on a 6-channel EEG signal, and children's multimodal signal reaches 97.94%. After pretraining with the MSD (Million Song Dataset) dataset in this paper, the model effect was further improved significantly. The entire auditing process is complicated and tedious and requires a lot of human resources. Therefore, the intelligent development of auditing is the general trend. In order to improve the audit quality, this paper establishes an intelligent financial audit model that can predict the audit opinion of the consolidated financial statements. This paper proposes an audit opinion prediction model based on the fusion of deep belief neural network (DBN) and long-short term memory (LSTM). First, an indicator system is established for audit opinions, and multiple financial parameters are used to describe possible audit opinions. On this basis, a DBN network is designed to complete deep feature extraction and used for LSTM training. According to the prediction model obtained by training, the subsequent audit opinion can be scientifically predicted. In the experiment, the method in this paper is tested based on financial audit related data sets and compared with the prediction results of traditional multilayer perceptron (MLP), convolutional neural network (CNN), and LSTM models. In this paper, we conduct an in-depth study and analysis of the automatic image processing algorithm based on a multimodal Recurrent Neural Network (m-RNN) for light environment optimization. By analyzing the structure of m-RNN and combining the current research frontiers of image processing and natural language processing, we find out the problem of the ineffectiveness of m-RNN for some image generation descriptions, starting from both the image feature extraction part and text sequence data processing. Unlike traditional image automatic processing algorithms, this algorithm does not need to add complex rules manually. Still, it evaluates and filters through the training image collection and finally generates image automatic processing models by m-RNN. An image semantic segmentation algorithm is proposed based on multimodal attention and adaptive feature fusion. The main idea of the algorithm is to combine adaptive and feature fusion and then introduce data enhancement for small-scale multimodal light environment datasets by extracting the importance between images through multimodal attention. The model proposed in this paper can span the semantic differences of different modalities and construct feature relationships between different modalities to achieve an inferable, interpretable, and scalable feature representation of multimodal data. The roof water hazard has severely weakened the safety of coal mine production. As the most direct data on the state of the roof, the monitoring big data of the hydraulic support is of great importance to coal mine safety. This paper proposes a neural network model based on multitimescale feature extraction for predicting the pressure-bearing data of hydraulic supports in coal mine working faces, drawing on the idea of multiscale time feature extraction in the empirical modal decomposition algorithm. The proposed model can excel in capturing temporal features at multiple scales in the time series, thus improving the prediction accuracy of the neural network model. We collected 80 days of monitoring data from 17 hydraulic supports in the working face and carried out comparative experiments with several existing models. The experiments show that the neural network model proposed in this paper is stable and reliable, with small prediction errors, and can provide important help for the prevention and control of the roof water hazard. In this paper, we use a variational fuzzy neural network algorithm to conduct an in-depth analysis and research on the optimization of music intelligent marketing strategy. The music recommendation system proposed in this paper includes a user modelling module, audio feature extraction module, and recommendation algorithm module. The basic idea of the recommendation algorithm is as follows: firstly, the historical behavioural information of music users is collected, and the user preference model is constructed by using the method of matrix decomposition of the hidden semantic model; then, the audio resources in the system are preprocessed and the spectrum map that can represent the music features is extracted; the similarity between the user's preferred features and the music potential features are calculated to generate recommendations for the target user. The user-music dataset for model training and testing is constructed in-house, and the network model structure used for system experiments is designed based on a typical convolutional neural network model, while the model training tuning parameters are compared and selected. Finally, the model is trained and tested in this paper, and the system is evaluated in terms of both prediction rating accuracy and recommendation list generation accuracy using root mean square error, accuracy, recall, and F1 value as recommendation quality evaluation metrics. The experimental results show that the recommendation algorithm in this paper has certain feasibility and effectiveness. Compared with other traditional music recommendation algorithms, this paper makes full use of the powerful advantage of deep neural networks to automatically extract features and obtain higher-level music feature representations from the audio content, while incorporating the historical behavioural information of user interactions with music, which can effectively alleviate the problems such as cold start in recommendation systems. In recent years, deep learning has already been applied to English lip-reading. However, Chinese lip-reading starts late and lacks relevant dataset, and the recognition accuracy is not ideal. Therefore, this paper proposes a new hybrid neural network model to establish a Chinese lip-reading system. In this paper, we integrate the attention mechanism into both CNN and RNN. Specifically, we add the convolutional block attention module (CBAM) to the ResNet50 neural network, which enhances its ability to capture the small differences among the mouth patterns of similarly pronounced words in Chinese, improving the performance of feature extraction in the convolution process. We also add the time attention mechanism to the GRU neural network, which helps to extract the features among consecutive lip motion images. Considering the effects of the moments before and after on the current moment in the lip-reading process, we assign more weights to the key frames, which makes the features more representative. We further validate our model through experiments on our self-built dataset. Our experiments show that using convolutional block attention module (CBAM) in the Chinese lip-reading model can accurately recognize Chinese numbers 0–9 and some frequently used Chinese words. In recent years, deep learning, as a very popular artificial intelligence method, can be said to be a small area in the field of image recognition. It is a type of machine learning, actually derived from artificial neural networks, and is a method used to learn the characteristics of sample data. It is a multilayer network, which can learn the information from the bottom to the top of the image through the multilayer network, so as to extract the characteristics of the sample, and then perform identification and classification. The purpose of deep learning is to make the machine have the same analytical and learning capabilities as the human brain. The ability of deep learning in data processing (including images) is unmatched by other methods, and its achievements in recent years have left other methods behind. This article comprehensively reviews the application research progress of deep convolutional neural networks in ancient Chinese pattern restoration and mainly focuses on the research based on deep convolutional neural networks. The main tasks are as follows: (1) a detailed and comprehensive introduction to the basic knowledge of deep convolutional neural and a summary of related algorithms along the three directions of text preprocessing, learning, and neural networks are provided. This article focuses on the related mechanism of traditional pattern repair based on deep convolutional neural network and analyzes the key structure and principle. (2) Research on image restoration models based on deep convolutional networks and adversarial neural networks is carried out. The model is mainly composed of four parts, namely, information masking, feature extraction, generating network, and discriminant network. The main functions of each part are independent and interdependent. (3) The method based on the deep convolutional neural network and the other two methods are tested on the same part of the Qinghai traditional embroidery image data set. From the final evaluation index of the experiment, the method in this paper has better evaluation index than the traditional image restoration method based on samples and the image restoration method based on deep learning. A convolutional neural network's weight sharing feature can significantly reduce the cumbersome degree of the network structure and reduce the number of weights that need to be trained. The model can directly input the original image, without the process of feature extraction and data reconstruction in common classification algorithms. This kind of network structure has got a good performance in image processing and recognition. Based on the color objective evaluation method of the convolutional neural network, this paper proposes a convolutional neural network model based on multicolor space and builds a convolutional neural network based on VGGNet (Visual Geometry Group Net) in three different color spaces, namely, RGB (Red Green Blue), LAB (Luminosity a b), and HSV (Hue Saturation Value) color spaces. We carry out research on data input processing and model output selection and perform feature extraction and prediction of color images. After a model output selection judger, the prediction results of different color spaces are merged and the final prediction category is output. This article starts with the multidimensional correlation for visual art image processing and color objective evaluation. Considering the relationship between the evolution of artistic painting style and the color of artistic images, this article explores the characteristics of artistic image dimensions. In view of different factors, corresponding knowledge extraction strategies are designed to generate color label distribution, provide supplementary information of art history for input images, and train the model on a multitask learning framework. Text classification plays an important role in many practical applications. In the real world, there are extremely small datasets. Most existing methods adopt pretrained neural network models to handle this kind of dataset. However, these methods are either difficult to deploy on mobile devices because of their large output size or cannot fully extract the deep semantic information between phrases and clauses. This paper proposes a multimodel-based deep learning framework for short-text multiclass classification with an imbalanced and extremely small dataset. Our framework mainly includes five layers: the encoder layer, the word-level LSTM network layer, the sentence-level LSTM network layer, the max-pooling layer, and the SoftMax layer. The encoder layer uses DistilBERT to obtain context-sensitive dynamic word vectors that are difficult to represent in traditional feature engineering methods. Since the transformer part of this layer is distilled, our framework is compressed. Then, we use the next two layers to extract deep semantic information. The output of the encoder layer is sent to a bidirectional LSTM network, and the feature matrix is extracted hierarchically through the LSTM at the word and sentence level to obtain the fine-grained semantic representation. After that, the max-pooling layer converts the feature matrix into a lower-dimensional matrix, preserving only the obvious features. Finally, the feature matrix is taken as the input of a fully connected SoftMax layer, which contains a function that can convert the predicted linear vector into the output value as the probability of the text in each classification. Extensive experiments on two public benchmarks demonstrate the effectiveness of our proposed approach on an extremely small dataset. It retains the state-of-the-art baseline performance in terms of precision, recall, accuracy, and F1 score, and through the model size, training time, and convergence epoch, we can conclude that our method can be deployed faster and lighter on mobile devices. Code-switching is the choice of a language, a variant of using multiple languages in the same conversation. Broadly speaking, code-switching refers to adjusting one's language style, appearance, behavior, and expression in order to improve the comfort of others in exchange for fair treatment, quality service, and employment opportunities. "Besieged City" is considered a masterpiece of 20th-century China. From the data point of view, this work has a total of 110 code shifts, but there are many studies on this language phenomenon, but none of them involve the perspective of register. However, language translation research based on register theory is of great significance. It is generally believed that the human brain's thinking is divided into three basic ways: abstract (logical) thinking, image (intuitive) thinking, and inspiration (awareness) thinking. Artificial neural networks are the second way to simulate human thinking. Therefore, this paper proposes research on cognitive feature extraction of pun code-switching based on a neural network optimization algorithm. It mainly introduces code-switching under cognitive language and also briefly analyzes code-switching and speech feature extraction and uses a neural network optimization algorithm to conduct an in-depth analysis of code-switching. Finally, in the experimental part, the experimental analysis of the famous novel "Besieged City" is carried out, the application of 89 language code-switching in the text is deeply analyzed, and the data analysis of its three variables is carried out from the perspective of register. The experimental results show that: in novels, there are two types of code-switching: preparation and improvisation. 24 code-switches are prepared, accounting for 26.9%, and 10 code-switches are improvisation, accounting for 8.9%. As for the verbal code-change, there are both preparatory and impromptu ones. 36 code-switching cases were improvised, accounting for 40.4%, and 19 code-switching cases were prepared, accounting for 21.3%. Summary: Nowadays, the feature extraction method of multichannel acoustic emission (AE) signal provides a solid research foundation for digital and intelligent fault diagnosis of the hoisting system. More specifically, AE signal collected from the hoisting system is generally characterized by nonlinear and non‐stationary, thus making the traditional intelligent fault diagnosis methods cannot accurately extract the inherent fault features. To alleviate this problem and improve the accuracy of multichannel fault diagnosis, a new fault diagnosis method for hoisting system based on differential search algorithm‐variational mode decomposition (DSA‐VMD) and improved deep convolutional neural network (IDCNN) is proposed in this paper. Specifically, the proposed DSA‐VMD and IDCNN method is divided into two main components: (i) the inside parameters (K, a) of VMD is optimized to effectively extract the multichannel AE fault feature via DSA‐VMD and (ii) the extracted multichannel fault components are fed into the designed IDCNN algorithm to accomplish fault identification automatically. In order to evaluate the therapeutic effect of music therapy on patients with depression, this paper proposes a CNN-based noise detection method with the combination of HHT and FastICA for noise removal, with good data support from the DBN model. DBN-based feature extraction and classification are completed. As the training process of DBN itself requires a large number of training samples, there are also disadvantages such as slow convergence speed and easy to fall into local minima, which lead to a large amount of effort and time, and the learning efficiency is relatively low. A DBN optimization algorithm based on artificial neural network was proposed to evaluate the efficacy of music therapy. First of all, through the comparison of music therapy experimental group and control group, to verify that music therapy is effective for the treatment of depressed patients. Secondly, we propose to optimize the selection of features based on the frequency band energy ratio and the sliding average sample entropy, respectively, and then to classify the EEG of depressed patients under different music perceptions by training the DBN model and continuously adjusting the parameters, combined with the surtax classifier, and the classification accuracy is high. Every country, including China, is deeply concerned and interested in the topic of agricultural machinery automation. The world's population is growing at an astronomical rate, and as a result, the need of food is also growing at an astronomical rate. Farmers are forced to apply more toxic pesticides since traditional methods are not up to the task of meeting the rising demand. This has a major impact on agricultural practices, and in the long run, the land becomes barren and unproductive. Intelligent technologies such as Internet of Things, wireless communication, and machine learning can help with crop disease and pesticide storage management, as well as water management and irrigation. In this paper, we design and analyze an intelligent system that automatically predicts the agricultural land features for irrigation purpose. Initially, the dataset is collected and preprocessed using normalization. The features are extracted using principal component analysis (PCA). For automatic prediction by the equipment, we propose heterogeneous fuzzy-based artificial neural network (HF-ANN) with genetic quantum spider monkey optimization (GQ-SMO) algorithm. Point cloud local feature extraction places an important part of point cloud deep learning neural networks. Accurate extraction of point cloud features is still a challenge for deep learning networks. Oversampling and feature loss of point cloud model are important problems in the accuracy of image point cloud deep learning network. In this paper, we propose an adaptive clustering method for point cloud feature extraction—adaptive optimal means clustering (AOMC)—and apply it to point cloud deep learning network tasks. This method solves the problem of determining the number of clustering centers in the process of point cloud feature extraction so that the feature points contain the whole point cloud model and avoid the problem of losing detail features. Specifically, according to the loss characteristics of point cloud clustering, AOMC selects a different number of clustering centers for various models. Moreover, in light of the density distribution of the point cloud, the radius of the clustering subset is determined. This method effectively improves the accuracy of the point cloud deep learning network on object classification and parts segmentation. The focus of this paper is on violin online education. In the course of the research, it was discovered that violin teachers have little control over their students' after-school practice results, and that parents of violin students have little time to supervise their children's practice at any given moment. To solve this problem, the mixed speech composed of speech and violin accompaniment is selected as the research object. Audio signal analysis and neural network algorithm are used for analysis and research. The time domain and frequency domain characteristics of various audio signals are analyzed, including sparsity of speech signals and repeatability of music signals. The logarithmic power spectrum of audio signal is selected as the characteristic parameter, the sample is preprocessed and the feature is extracted, and the sound source separation model based on deep neural network is realized. The PESQ index was used to evaluate the separation results after using the audio source separation model to separate the mixed speech consisted of speech and violin accompaniment. By comparing the PESQ evaluation results of 40, 50 and 60 iterations, the model converges when the number of iterations is 50. The comparison between the model and L-MMSE algorithm shows that the performance of the model is better in speech source separation. Brain–computer interfaces are systems capable of mapping brain activity to specific commands, which enables to remotely automate different types of processes in hardware devices or software applications. However, the development of brain–computer interfaces has been limited by several factors that affect their performance, such as the characterization of events in brain signals and the excessive processing load generated by the high volume of data. In this paper, we propose a method based on computational intelligence techniques to handle these problems, turning them into a single optimization problem. An artificial neural network is used as a classifier for event detection, along with an evolutionary algorithm to find the optimal subset of electrodes and data points that better represents the target event. The obtained results indicate our approach is a competitive and viable alternative for feature extraction in electroencephalograms, leading to high accuracy values and allowing the reduction of a significant amount of data. In order to solve the problems of low accuracy and low efficiency of traditional sensor data anomaly diagnosis methods, a new temperature sensor data anomaly diagnosis method based on deep neural network is proposed in this paper. Firstly, the temperature sensor data in a running cycle is collected, and the characteristics of the temperature sensor data are extracted by the sliding window technology. Secondly, based on the feature extraction results, a deep neural network model for anomaly diagnosis of temperature sensor data is constructed. The feature data are input into the model, and the result obtained is the diagnosis result. Finally, the simulation comparison experiment is carried out. The experimental results show that the error rate of feature extraction of temperature sensor data in this method changes between −2.1% and 5.9%, the diagnosis accuracy remains above 95%, the average diagnosis time is only 59 ms, and the diagnosis efficiency is high. At present, the existing music classification and recognition algorithms have the problem of low accuracy. Therefore, this paper proposes a music recognition and classification algorithm considering the characteristics of audio emotion. Firstly, the emotional features of music are extracted from the feedforward neural network and parameterized with the mean square deviation. Gradient descent learning algorithm is used to train audio emotion features. The neural network models of input layer, output layer, and hidden layer are established to realize the classification and recognition of music emotion. Experimental results show that the algorithm has good effect on music emotion classification. The data stream driven by the algorithm is higher than 55 MBbs, the anti-attack ability is 91%, the data integrity is 83%, the average accuracy is 85%, and it has good effectiveness and feasibility. In this paper, we have proposed a novel methodology based on statistical features and different machine learning algorithms. The proposed model can be divided into three main stages, namely, preprocessing, feature extraction, and classification. In the preprocessing stage, the median filter has been used in order to remove salt-and-pepper noise because MRI images are normally affected by this type of noise, the grayscale images are also converted to RGB images in this stage. In the preprocessing stage, the histogram equalization has also been used to enhance the quality of each RGB channel. In the feature extraction stage, the three channels, namely, red, green, and blue, are extracted from the RGB images and statistical measures, namely, mean, variance, skewness, kurtosis, entropy, energy, contrast, homogeneity, and correlation, are calculated for each channel; hence, a total of 27 features, 9 for each channel, are extracted from an RGB image. After the feature extraction stage, different machine learning algorithms, such as artificial neural network, k -nearest neighbors' algorithm, decision tree, and Naïve Bayes classifiers, have been applied in the classification stage on the features extracted in the feature extraction stage. We recorded the results with all these algorithms and found that the decision tree results are better as compared to the other classification algorithms which are applied on these features. Hence, we have considered decision tree for further processing. We have also compared the results of the proposed method with some well-known algorithms in terms of simplicity and accuracy; it was noted that the proposed method outshines the existing methods. The basic idea of face recognition technology is to compare the matching degree between the standard face image marked with identity information and the static or dynamic face collected from the actual scene, which includes two main research contents: face feature extraction and face feature recognition. Traditional identification generally proves who we are through certificates, passwords, or certificates plus passwords. With the development of science and technology, face recognition technology will occupy an increasingly important position. Inspired by the human brain, the artificial neural network (ANN) is an information extraction system based on imitating the basic function and structure of the human brain and abstracted by physical and mathematical research methods. Based on the traditional BP neural network model, this paper proposes an ant colony algorithm-enabled BP neural network (ACO-BPNN) model and applies it to face recognition. Experimental results show that, similar to other face recognition techniques, the facial feature location needs to adapt to various changes of faces to the maximum extent, so the recognition and classification effect of the whole face feature extracted from the whole face image on the changes of such partial areas is not good, while the local feature extraction method based on ACO-BPNN can achieve a good recognition and classification effect.
