In the globalization trend, China's cultural heritage is in danger of gradually disappearing. The protection and inheritance of these precious cultural resources has become a critical task. This paper focuses on the Miao batik culture in Guizhou Province, China, and explores the application of knowledge graphs, natural language processing, and deep learning techniques in the promotion and protection of batik culture. We propose a dual-channel mechanism that integrates semantic and visual information, aiming to connect batik pattern features with cultural connotations. First, we use natural language processing techniques to automatically extract batik-related entities and relationships from the literature, and construct and visualize a structured batik pattern knowledge graph. Based on this knowledge graph, users can textually search and understand the images, meanings, taboos, and other cultural information of specific patterns. Second, for the batik pattern classification, we propose an improved ResNet34 model. By embedding average pooling and convolutional operations into the residual blocks and introducing long-range residual connections, the classification performance is enhanced. By inputting pattern images into this model, their categories can be accurately identified, and then the underlying cultural connotations can be understood. Experimental results show that our model outperforms other mainstream models in evaluation metrics such as accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score, achieving 94.46%, 94.47%, 93.62%, and 93.8%, respectively. The coronavirus first appeared in China in 2019, and the World Health Organization (WHO) named it COVID-19. Then WHO announced this illness as a worldwide pandemic in March 2020. The number of cases, infections, and fatalities varied considerably worldwide. Because the main characteristic of COVID-19 is its rapid spread, doctors and specialists generally use PCR tests to detect the COVID-19 virus. As an alternative to PCR, X-ray images can help diagnose illness using artificial intelligence (AI). In medicine, AI is commonly employed. Convolutional neural networks (CNN) and deep learning models make it simple to extract information from images. Several options exist when creating a deep CNN. The possibilities include network depth, layer count, layer type, and parameters. In this paper, a novel Xception-based neural network is discovered using the genetic algorithm (GA). GA finds better alternative networks and parameters during iterations. The best network discovered with GA is tested on a COVID-19 X-ray image dataset. The results are compared with other networks and the results of papers in the literature. The novel network of this paper gives more successful results. The mining of open pit mines is widespread in China, and there are many cases of landslide accidents. Therefore, the problem of slope stability is highlighted. The stability of the slope is a factor that directly affects the mining efficiency and the safety of the entire mining process. According to the statistics, there is a 15 percent chance of finding landslide risk in China's large-scale mines. And due to the expansion of the mining scale of the enterprise, the problem of slope stability has become increasingly obvious, which has become a major subject in the study of open-pit mine engineering. In order to better predict the slope stability coefficient, this study takes a mine in China as a case to deeply discuss the accuracy of different algorithms in the stability calculation, and then uses a deep learning algorithm to study the stability under rainfall conditions. The change of the coefficient and the change of the stability coefficient before and after the slope treatment are experimentally studied with the displacement of the monitoring point. The result shows that the safety coefficient calculated by the algorithm in this paper is about 7% lower than that of the traditional algorithm. In the slope stability analysis before treatment, the safety factor calculated by the algorithm in this paper is 1.086, and the algorithm in this paper is closer to reality. In the stability analysis of the slope after treatment, the safety factor calculated by the algorithm in this paper is 1.227, and the stability factor meets the requirements of the specification. Bats are a crucial component within ecosystems, providing valuable ecosystem services such as pollination and pest control. In practical conservation efforts, the classification and identification of bats are essential in order to develop effective conservation management programs for bats and their habitats. Traditionally, the identification of bats has been a manual and time-consuming process. With the development of artificial intelligence technology, the accuracy and speed of identification work of such fine-grained images as bats identification can be greatly improved. Bats identification relies on the fine features of their beaks and faces, so mining the fine-grained information in images is crucial to improve the accuracy of bats identification. This paper presents a deep learning-based model designed for the rapid and precise identification of common horseshoe bats (Chiroptera: Rhinolophidae: Rhinolophus) from Southern China. The model was developed by utilizing a comprehensive dataset of 883 high-resolution images of seven distinct Rhinolophus species which were collected during surveys conducted between 2010 and 2022. An improved EfficientNet model with an attention mechanism module is architected to mine the fine-grained appearance of these Rhinolophus. The performance of the model beat other classical models, including SqueezeNet, AlexNet, VGG16_BN, ShuffleNetV2, GoogleNet, ResNet50 and EfficientNet_B0, according to the predicting precision, recall, accuracy, F1-score. Our model achieved the highest identification accuracy of 94.22% and an F1-score of 0.948 with low computational complexity. Heat maps obtained with Grad-CAM show that our model meets the identification criteria of the morphology of Rhinolophus. The Internet of Things (IoT) has gained significant popularity through wearable technologies. Several IoT devices are used in educational institutions, smart homes, and security management. Their widespread use in sports training applications using IoT (WS-IoT)-based wearable sensors is noteworthy. Meanwhile, artificial intelligence (AI) has evolved rapidly, and its applications have expanded across many diverse fields. Over the past few years, China has placed greater emphasis on physical education to enhance students' physical fitness and overall capabilities. A significant number of colleges and universities have adopted artificial intelligence to transform traditional single-mode sports training methods. This paper introduces a continuous monitoring system for sports individuals using the WS-IoT. The goal of coaches is to maximize the results of athlete training across various sports events using AI technology and their sports expertise. In this study, we examine the use of AI technology in sports and assess the practical implications of its implementation. To achieve the objective function, we used a Bayesian deep classifier and deep learning algorithms that utilize adaptive optimization. Utilizing artificial intelligence in Chinese educational institutions improves training efficiency and effectiveness. The system was then rigorously tested and analyzed in terms of the quality-of-service parameters, including communication collisions and packet loss rates. It is shown that packet loss rates increase with increasing packet numbers, but collision rates remain unchanged. Furthermore, a practical application of the system in colleges and universities showed that 14.4% of the students were extremely satisfied with the use of teaching materials, 24.5% were satisfied with the materials, 30.1% were satisfied with the training methods, and 17.9% were dissatisfied. Deep neural network is an important computer operating system in China. It has made great breakthroughs in target recognition, image classification and other fields. It plays a key role in multi-system integration and intelligent manufacturing industry, such as training and testing. The purpose of this paper is to study the multi-system fusion of deep neural network and its application in intelligent manufacturing industry. By setting up experiments, the multi-system fusion of neural network is carried out, combining with big data and artificial intelligence to verify the efficient operation of neural network in multi-system fusion. Using the methods of mathematical analysis and big data fitting, the collected data are classified, the experimental data are collected and then analyzed. In this paper, the reliability of this method is verified by research; the application of multi-system fusion based on deep neural network in intelligent manufacturing industry can effectively integrate all systems, improve the comprehensive working efficiency of each system by about 20% and improve the multi-system fusion of deep neural network and its application in intelligent manufacturing industry by about 15%. As the demand for health grows, the increase in medical waste generation is gradually outstripping the load. In this paper, we propose a deep learning approach for identification and classification of medical waste. Deep learning is currently the most popular technique in image classification, but its need for large amounts of data limits its usage. In this scenario, we propose a deep learning-based classification method, in which ResNeXt is a suitable deep neural network for practical implementation, followed by transfer learning methods to improve classification results. We pay special attention to the problem of medical waste classification, which needs to be solved urgently in the current environmental protection context. We applied the technique to 3480 images and succeeded in correctly identifying 8 kinds of medical waste with an accuracy of 97.2%; the average F1-score of five-fold cross-validation was 97.2%. This study provided a deep learning-based method for automatic detection and classification of 8 kinds of medical waste with high accuracy and average precision. We believe that the power of artificial intelligence could be harnessed in products that would facilitate medical waste classification and could become widely available throughout China. COVID-19, caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2), spread rapidly and affected most of the world since its outbreak in Wuhan, China, which presents a major challenge to the emergency response mechanism for sudden public health events and epidemic prevention and control in all countries. In the face of the severe situation of epidemic prevention and control and the arduous task of social management, the tremendous power of science and technology in prevention and control has emerged. The new generation of information technology, represented by big data and artificial intelligence (AI) technology, has been widely used in the prevention, diagnosis, treatment and management of COVID-19 as an important basic support. Although the technology has developed, there are still challenges with respect to epidemic surveillance, accurate prevention and control, effective diagnosis and treatment, and timely judgement. The prevention and control of sudden infectious diseases usually depend on the control of infection sources, interruption of transmission channels and vaccine development. Big data and AI are effective technologies to identify the source of infection and have an irreplaceable role in distinguishing close contacts and suspicious populations. Advanced computational analysis is beneficial to accelerate the speed of vaccine research and development and to improve the quality of vaccines. AI provides support in automatically processing relevant data from medical images and clinical features, tests and examination findings; predicting disease progression and prognosis; and even recommending treatment plans and strategies. This paper reviews the application of big data and AI in the COVID-19 prevention, diagnosis, treatment and management decisions in China to explain how to apply big data and AI technology to address the common problems in the COVID-19 pandemic. Although the findings regarding the application of big data and AI technologies in sudden public health events lack validation of repeatability and universality, current studies in China have shown that the application of big data and AI is feasible in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
