In view of the problems of high production cost, scarcity and lack of diversity of 3D face datasets, this paper designs an end-to-end self-supervised learning 3D face reconstruction algorithm with a single 2D face image as input, which only uses 2D face datasets to complete model training. First, the improved ResNet module is introduced to preprocess the input face image. The deep residual neural network has strong feature extraction and characterization ability for the image, which can provide rich high-level semantic feature maps for the subsequent subnetwork. Then, add transformer module completely based on self-attention mechanism to the parameter prediction subnetwork, which can make different parameters of the subnetwork focus on self-related feature map information and avoid interference from invalid feature map information, so as to further improve the parameter prediction accuracy of the subnetwork. Next, training, ablation and comparison experiments were conducted on CelebA, BFM and Photoface datasets, and the combined function of pixel loss function and perceptual loss function was selected as the loss function. The experimental results show that: compared with the historical optimal results of the same network structure, the scale-invariant depth error (SIDE) and mean angle deviation (MAD) are improved by 5.9% and 10.8%, respectively, which strongly proves the effectiveness of the algorithm. Finally, in order to verify the actual effect of the 3D face reconstruction algorithm, examples are selected in this paper for reconstruction. Intelligent agriculture has become the development trend of agriculture in the future, and it has a wide range of research and application scenarios. Using machine learning to complete basic tasks for people has become a reality, and this ability is also used in machine vision. In order to save the time in the fruit picking process and reduce the cost of labor, the robot is used to achieve the automatic picking in the orchard environment. Cherry target detection algorithms based on deep learning are proposed to identify and pick cherries. However, most of the existing methods are aimed at relatively sparse fruits and cannot solve the detection problem of small and dense fruits. In this paper, we propose a cherry detection model based on YOLOv5s. First, the shallow feature information is enhanced by convolving the feature maps sampled by two times down in BackBone layer of the original network model to the input end of the second and third CSP modules. In addition, the depth of CSP module is adjusted and RFB module is added in feature extraction stage to enhance feature extraction capability. Finally, Soft- Non-Maximum Suppression (Soft-NMS) is used to minimize the target loss caused by occlusion. We test the performance of the model, and the results show that the improved YOLOv5s-cherry model has the best detection performance for small and dense cherry detection, which is conducive to intelligent picking. Face recognition is difficult due to the higher dimension of face image features and fewer training samples. Firstly, in order to improve the performance of feature extraction, we inventively construct a double hierarchical network structure convolution neural network (CNN) model. The front-end network adopts a relatively simple network model to achieve rough feature extraction from input images and obtain multiple suspect face candidate windows. The back-end network uses a relatively complex network model to filter the best detection window and return the face size and position by nonmaximum suppression. Then, in order to fully extract the face features in the optimal window, a face recognition algorithm based on intermediate layers connected by the deep CNN is proposed in this paper. Based on AlexNet, the front, intermediate and end convolution layers are combined by deep connection. Then, the feature vector describing the face image is obtained by the operation of the pooling layer and the full connection layer. Finally, the auxiliary classifier training method is used to train the model to ensure the effectiveness of the features of the intermediate layer. Experimental results based on open face database show that the recognition accuracy of the proposed algorithm is higher than that of other face recognition algorithms compared in this paper. Numerous research based on offline Tamil recognition deals only with few Tamil characters since it becomes extremely complicated in distinguishing small variations in large handwritten document. The writer's complexity affects the overall formation of the characters. Such types of complexities are due to discontinuation of structures, unnecessary over loops, variation in shapes as well as irregular curves. This complex issue results in enhanced error value rate. Therefore, to conquer such issues, this paper proposes a novel approach to enhance the offline Tamil handwritten character recognition by utilizing four principal steps: pre-processing, segmentation, feature extraction and classification. For optimal segmentation of Tamil characters, this paper utilizes the Tsallis entropy approach-based atom search (TEAS) optimization algorithm. Then a Newton algorithm based deep convolution extreme learning (DELM) approach is utilized for the extraction and classification of input images. Finally, experiments are carried out for numerous Tamil handwritten recognition-based approaches. Various UNet architecture-based image change detection algorithms promote the development of image change detection, but there are still some defects. First, under the encoder–decoder framework, the low-level features are extracted many times in multiple dimensions, which generates redundant information; second, the relationship between each feature layer is not modeled so sufficiently that it cannot produce the optimal feature differentiation representation. This paper proposes a remote image change detection algorithm based on the multi-feature self-attention fusion mechanism UNet network, abbreviated as MFSAF UNet (multi-feature self-attention fusion UNet). We attempt to add multi-feature self-attention mechanism between the encoder and decoder of UNet to obtain richer context dependence and overcome the two above-mentioned restrictions. Since the capacity of convolution-based UNet network is directly proportional to network depth, and a deeper convolutional network means more training parameters, so the convolution of each layer of UNet is replaced as a separated convolution, which makes the entire network to be lighter and the model's execution efficiency is slightly better than the traditional convolution operation. In addition to these, another innovation point of this paper is using preference to control loss function and meet the demands for different accuracies and recall rates. The image copy–move forgery can achieve the realistic effects without leaving any obvious manipulation traces because the copied source and pasted target belong to the homogenous sources. Image copy–move forgery detection (CMFD) is still a serious challenge issue for researchers, e.g. computational efficiency, occlusive (smoothing) object detection, and partial object detection, under various post-processing and geometrical transformations. This paper proposes a novel CMFD scheme using the characteristics of local descriptors. First, the proposed method deeply analyzes the structure and mines the inherent characteristics of the local descriptor (SURF) for feature extraction in the coarse and smooth regions. Subsequently, the proposed method takes the kernel features as coarse feature matching to decrease matching costs. Then, the found candidate keypoints with a relatively small quantity are used with complete features to perform fine keypoint matching for getting suspicious candidate keypoint pairs. Furthermore, based on the deep mining of the inherent local descriptor characteristics, the proposed method can indicate the forgery region localizations through keypoint pairs, even the forgeries suffering from various geometrical transformations. Then, the proposed method proposes adaptive dual-filtering algorithms of K -means relying on keypoint characteristics, and spatial distance for hierarchical progress of feature filtering. Finally, Delaunay Triangulation relies on the true-positive keypoint pairs to perform the forgery region matting effectively and efficiently. The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method can achieve the best F1 scores compared to the state-of-the-art methods in most cases, especially in anti-scaling transformations. The main intention of this paper is to develop a new intelligent framework for web page classification and re-ranking. The two main phases of the proposed model are (a) classification, and (b) re-ranking-based retrieval. In the classification phase, pre-processing is initially performed, which follows the steps like HTML (Hyper Text Markup Language) tag removal, punctuation marks removal, stop words removal, and stemming. After pre-processing, word to vector formation is done and then, feature extraction is performed by Principle Component Analysis (PCA). From this, optimal feature selection is accomplished, which is the important process for the accurate classification of web pages. Web pages contain several features, which reduces the classification accuracy. Here, the adoption of a new meta-heuristic algorithm termed Opposition based-Tunicate Swarm Algorithm (O-TSA) is employed to perform the optimal feature selection. Finally, the selected features are subjected to the Enhanced Convolutional-Recurrent Neural Network (E-CRNN) for accurate web page classification with enhancement based on O-TSA. The outcome of this phase is the categorization of different web page classes. In the second phase, the re-ranking is involved utilizing the O-TSA, which derives the objective function based on similarity function (correlation) for URL matching, which results in optimal re-ranking of web pages for retrieval. Thus, the proposed method yields better classification and re-ranking performance and reduce space requirements and search time in the web documents compared with the existing methods. Motor imagery (MI) based brain–computer interfaces help patients with movement disorders to regain the ability to control external devices. Common spatial pattern (CSP) is a popular algorithm for feature extraction in decoding MI tasks. However, due to noise and nonstationarity in electroencephalography (EEG), it is not optimal to combine the corresponding features obtained from the traditional CSP algorithm. In this paper, we designed a novel CSP feature selection framework that combines the filter method and the wrapper method. We first evaluated the importance of every CSP feature by the infinite latent feature selection method. Meanwhile, we calculated Wasserstein distance between feature distributions of the same feature under different tasks. Then, we redefined the importance of every CSP feature based on two indicators mentioned above, which eliminates half of CSP features to create a new CSP feature subspace according to the new importance indicator. At last, we designed the improved binary gravitational search algorithm (IBGSA) by rebuilding its transfer function and applied IBGSA on the new CSP feature subspace to find the optimal feature set. To validate the proposed method, we conducted experiments on three public BCI datasets and performed a numerical analysis of the proposed algorithm for MI classification. This paper describes a novel call recognizer system based on the machine learning approach. Current trends, intelligence, emotional recognition and other factors are important challenges in the real world. The proposed system provides robustness with high accuracy and adequate response time for the human–computer interaction. Intelligence and emotion recognition from the speech of human–computer interfaces are simulated via multiple classifier systems (MCSs). At a higher-level stage, the acoustic stream phase extracts certain acoustic features based on the pitch and energy of the signal. Here, the feature space is labeled with various emotional types in the training phase. Emotional categories are trained in the acoustic feature space. The semantic stream process converts speech into text in the input speech signal. Text classification algorithms are applied subsequently. The clustering and classification process is performed via a K -means algorithm. The detection of the Tone of Voice of call recognition system is achieved with the XGBoost model for feature extraction and detection of a particular phrase in the client call phase.
