First Psychotic Episode With Murder -- Category Perspective This paper is a case presentation whose topic is more rarely encountered in psychiatric practice because the onset of the first psychotic episode was through a murder, to which had been retraced a particular prodrome, an acute psychotic schizophrenia -- like disorder and then observing a particular evolution in the context of an imposed treatment and a course of medical services consumption according to the law.
