This paper presents a teacher training setting produced within the context of an educational innovation project which introduces an initial literacy proposal in public schools in the province of Corrientes. Although this training main target is the appropriation of a language educational proposal, the psychosocial processes which a teacher goes through every time he/she faces a change processes in his/her pedagogical practices have been taken into account.
