In this paper, an efficient location-based recommender system has been proposed. The proposed method, consists of three main steps. In the first phase of proposed scheme, suggestible items are ranked on the basis of user's visiting logs in his/her profile. In the second phase of the proposed method, we have used a user attribute-based item ranking scheme to solve the problems of unvisited locations and lack of information about new users. Thus, in the second phase, most similar users to target user are detected using cosine similarity first. Then, exploration history of similar user is described as a form of directed graph. In this graph, items are described as graph nodes and user movement between locations is shown as an edge which is used for ranking nodes (items) by PageRank method. Finally, in the third phase of proposed algorithm, a weighted average of rankings vectors is calculated and most suitable items are recommended to the target user. The proposed method was evaluated using Yelp dataset and obtained results were also compared with previous methods. The goal of node locating is to use known nodes to compute the locations of unknown nodes, which is a vital operation in wireless sensor network applications. Location accuracy has a big impact on WSN performance. Many meta-heuristic methods have been utilized for WSN location in the academic literature, with many successes in minimizing location error. To improve the identifying of unknown nodes in WSN, we utilize the improved salp swarm algorithm (ISSA) based on weight factor and adaptive mutation method in this study. In terms of location inaccuracy, calculation time, and number of nodes processed, the proposed approach was assessed in various scenarios and its efficiency was compared to the basic paper methodology. When compared to the original approach, the modified salp swarm algorithm produced the best outcomes in terms with a 3.34 percent improvement in the number of target nodes and anchor nodes both algorithms took longer to compute as the number of target nodes and anchor nodes grew, but the proposed technique took 2.41 percent less time. The research into Photovoltaic (PV) systems under varying conditions led to developing a new maximum power point tracking technique. Commonly used techniques result in lower efficiency when faced with changeable conditions. Therefore, based on the Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) algorithm, the proposed algorithm improves the output power of photovoltaic (PV) systems under such varying circumstances. The proposed method is tested in MATLAB/Simulink under different states involving non-uniform irradiance and variable temperatures. Therefore, this work focuses on scenes in which a certain car appears in the surveillance video, while other scenes are neglected. The performance of the system show good response when using the proposed method. Rom the simulation results the overshot approaches to the zero the raising time reduced to 0.11 for the first joint1, the best settling time is 0.24 in the first joint, in joint 3 the delay time was reduced to the 0.1. In this paper, a proposed Congestion Control Algorithm (CCA) is designed and implemented based on Multipath TCP (MPTCP). Such an algorithm enables the millimeter-wave (mmWave) network to receive more data and exploit network resources better than the other MPTCP Congestion Control Algorithms (MPTCP-CCAs) by dividing the congestion window (CWND) into half, which causes wasting in data transmission. Furthermore, the proposed CCA decreases the CWND by Decreasing Factor (DF), which has a value depending on the period through the packet losses. In this step, CWND can obtain the optimum point quickly and capture the available network resources properly. The proposed algorithm is implemented in Linux Kernel and evaluated in the Mininet emulator. This research paper puts forward a review of the optimisation pertaining packet scheduling performance through the LTE downlink system, and presenting a new downlink-scheduling algorithm for serving video application through LTE network that accounting for QoS and channel conditions needs. A comparison of the recommended algorithm's performance was made with algorithms are commonly used in scientific research such as Proportional Fair (PF), Modified Largest Weighted Delay First (MLWDF), Exponential PF (EXP/PF), and Exponential Rule (EXPRULE) algorithms, regards to delay, throughput, Packet Loss Ratio (PLR), and fairness for video flow. In this paper, variational iteration method (VIM) is applied for solving fractional partial differential equations and the fractional derivative has been used in Caputo and Riemann Liouville sense. Four test problems are discussed to show efficiency and reliability of the method. The approximate solutions obtained by VIM are comparmatheed with solution by other methods. In this investigation, the generalized ( G ′ G 2 ) –expansion method is proposed and applied to the generalized Zakharov-Kuznetsov (ZK) equation with variable coefficient, which exists in many scientific fields like, plasma material science, and optical fiber. In this paper, we consider the study of the extreme problem of the fictitious domain method based on the use of the Lagrange functional, with a multiplier defined on the actual boundary and associated with genuine boundary conditions. The theorem of the existence of a generalized solution of the auxiliary FDM problem is proved. The convergence of the solution of the auxiliary FDM problem is shown.
