In China, the application of corpus in language teaching, especially in English and American literature teaching, is still in the preliminary research stage, and there are various shortcomings, which have not been paid due attention by front-line educators. Constructing English and American literature corpus according to certain principles can effectively promote English and American literature teaching. The research of this paper is devoted to how to automatically build a corpus of English and American literature. In the process of keyword extraction, key phrases and keywords are effectively combined. The similarity between atomic events is calculated by the TextRank algorithm, and then the first N sentences with high similarity are selected and sorted. Based on ML (machine learning) text classification method, a combined classifier based on SVM (support vector machine) and NB (Naive Bayes) is proposed. The experimental results show that, from the point of view of accuracy and recall, the classification effect of the combined algorithm proposed in this paper is the best among the three methods. The best classification results of accuracy, recall, and F value are 0.87, 0.9, and 0.89, respectively. Fatal diseases like cancer, dementia, and diabetes are very dangerous. This leads to fear of death if these are not diagnosed at early stages. Computer science uses biomedical studies to diagnose cancer, dementia, and diabetes. With the advancement of machine learning, there are various techniques which are accessible to predict and prognosis these diseases based on different datasets. These datasets varied (image datasets and CSV datasets) around the world. So, there is a need for some machine learning classifiers to predict cancer, dementia, and diabetes in a human. In this paper, we used a multifactorial genetic inheritance disorder dataset to predict cancer, dementia, and diabetes. Several studies used different machine learning classifiers to predict cancer, dementia, and diabetes separately with the help of different types of datasets. So, in this paper, multiclass classification proposed methodology used support vector machine (SVM) and K-nearest neighbor (KNN) machine learning techniques to predict three diseases and compared these techniques based on accuracy. Simulation results have shown that the proposed model of SVM and KNN for prediction of dementia, cancer, and diabetes from multifactorial genetic inheritance disorder achieved 92.8% and 92.5%, 92.8% and 91.2% accuracy during training and testing, respectively. So, it is observed that proposed SVM-based dementia, cancer, and diabetes from multifactorial genetic inheritance disorder prediction (MGIDP) give attractive results as compared with the proposed model of KNN. In urban public space planning, changes in land use, structure, and construction impact the urban environment to a certain degree. Land usage changes the urban surface water environment by impacting it through numerous ways. This paper studies about prediction of land use changes on surface water pollution in public space planning. This paper analyzes the characteristics of land use changes in public space planning from the quantitative characteristics of land use types, land use structure characteristics, and land usage degree in different years. The protection of natural resources is important, and water is one of the most important natural resources consumed by human beings. The environmental changes impacting these natural resources are to be studied to preserve the natural resources. The prediction of over-consumption of natural resources using soft computing techniques can certainly provide a solution for appropriate decision making. The prediction of relationship between land use changes and surface water pollution is required. In order to achieve this, the regression analysis on land use changes of different spatial scales with four surface water pollution indicators in the dry and wet seasons is performed to obtain the regression of each water pollution indicator. According to the determination coefficient, the determination coefficient of the model uses the comprehensive pollution index method to predict the impact of land use changes on surface water pollution. The experimental results show that the prediction accuracy of the proposed method is high and it is helpful in studying the impact of land use change on surface water pollution. Weight determination aims to determine the importance of different attributes; determining accurate weights can significantly improve the accuracy of classification and clustering. This paper proposes an accurate method for attribute weight determination. The method uses the distance from the sample point of each class to the class center point. It can minimize the weights and determines the attribute weights of the constraints through the objective function. In this paper, the attribute weights obtained by the exact solution are applied to the K-means clustering algorithm; three classic machine learning data sets, the iris data set, the wine data set, and the wheat seed data set, are clustered. Using the normalized mutual information as the evaluation index, a confusion matrix was established. Finally, the clustering results are visualized and compared with other methods to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method. The results show that this method improves the normalized mutual information by 0.11 and 0.08, respectively, compared with the unweighted and entropy weighted methods for iris clustering results. Traditional nondestructive testing technology for wood defects has a series of problems such as low identification accuracy, high cost, and cumbersome operation, and traditional testing methods cannot accurately show the specific location and size of wood internal defects; it is urgent to explore a new nondestructive testing scheme for wood defects. Aiming at this problem, this paper designs and develops an automatic detection method for wood surface defects based on deep learning algorithm and multicriteria framework. By comparing the performance of different deep learning detection methods on the data set, the advantages and disadvantages of the detection method in this paper are proved. Whitelisting is a widely used method in the security field. However, due to the rapid development of the Internet, the traditional whitelisting method cannot promote the security of increasing Internet access. In recent years, with the success of machine learning in different areas, many researchers focus on the security of Internet access through machine learning methods. The most common form of machine learning is supervised learning. Supervised learning requires a large number of labeled samples, but it is difficult to obtain labeled samples in practical applications. This paper introduced an unsupervised deep learning algorithm based on seq2seq, which combined with the recurrent neural network and the autoencoder structure to realize an intelligent boundary security control mechanism. The main methods proposed in this paper are divided into two parts: data processing and modeling. In the phase of data processing, the access text table was coded with dicts, and all sequences were padded to the maximum. In the modeling phase, the network was optimized according to the principle of minimizing the reconstruction error. From the comparative experiments, the proposed method's AUC on the public data set reached 0.99, and its performance is better than several classical supervised learning algorithms, proving that the proposed method has an efficient defense against abnormal network access. Geological disasters such as subsidence caused by mining have been continuously affecting people's production and life. Therefore, how to predict the occurrence of geological disasters such as mining subsidence is an urgent technical problem. The study of mining subsidence prediction can effectively guide the safe production of mining area, and it is of great practical significance. Probability theory is a discipline used to express uncertainty. It provides methods and axioms to quantify and deduce uncertainty, which allows us to reason when uncertainty exists. This paper mainly studies the prediction process of mining subsidence based on machine learning probability theory. In this paper, the mining subsidence problem is studied. The main research contents are as follows: through the research and analysis of the mining subsidence prediction method, the probability integral method is determined as the theoretical basis for the study. The mining parameters are obtained from the three-dimensional geological body model of the mining area, and the prediction parameters are calculated by the least square fitting. This paper makes a detailed plan for the overall design of mining subsidence prediction module, adopts the form of independent research and development and joint development with the existing software, designs five submodules according to the design objectives, principles, and functional needs of the module, and studies the application of mining subsidence prediction module. In this study, it is found that the predicted data of the maximum settlement value appear at the 23rd point, and the maximum value is 1567 mm, which is completely consistent with the change trend of the measured value. As one of the most effective ways to implement national fitness, square dance has gradually become the main lifestyle of urban communities, an important part of China's sports construction, and an important indicator to reflect the fitness of the masses and the construction of a well-off society in an all-round way. On the other hand, with the rapid development of internet of things technology, many people can use intelligent bracelets based on machine learning technology to realize motion detection. This technology is also applicable in square dance, which is of great significance to exercise and protect health. This paper first reviews the research status of the internet of things communication protocol and cloud platform, then introduces and analyzes the MQTT communication protocol and Netty high-performance network framework, and studies the integration technology of the internet of things and machine learning. Then, according to the characteristics of the internet of things, a scheme to realize data preprocessing is proposed. The value to be completed is calculated based on the correlation of other attributes corresponding to the k-nearest neighbor model (KNN) and the regression model. This paper uses feature subspace learning and cross-media retrieval analysis to construct an advertising design and communication model. To address the problems of the traditional feature subspace learning model and make the samples effectively maintain their local structure and discriminative properties after projection into the feature space, this paper proposes a discriminative feature subspace learning model based on Low-Rank Representation (LRR), which explores the local structure of samples through Low-Rank Representation and uses the representation coefficients as similarity constraints of samples in the projection space so that the projection subspace can better maintain the local nearest-neighbor relationship of samples. Based on the common subspace learning, this paper uses the extreme learning machine method to improve the cross-modal retrieval accuracy, mining deeper data features and maximizing the correlation between different modalities, so that the learned shared subspace is more discriminative; meanwhile, it proposes realizing cross-modal retrieval by the deep convolutional generative adversarial network, using unlabeled samples to further explore the correlation of different modal data and improve the cross-modal performance. The clustering quality of images and audios is corrected in the feature subspace obtained by dimensionality reduction through an optimization algorithm based on similarity transfer. Three active learning strategies are designed to calculate the conditional probability of unannotated samples around user-annotated samples in the correlation feedback process, thus improving the efficiency of cross-media retrieval in the case of limited feedback samples. The experimental results show that the method accurately measures the cross-media relevance and effectively achieves mutual retrieval between image and audio data. This paper proposed a Bayesian optimized extreme gradient boosting (XGBoost) model to recognize small-scale faults across coalbeds using reduced seismic attributes. Firstly, the seismic attributes of the mining area were preprocessed to remove abnormal samples and high-noise samples. Secondly, chi-square bins were performed for each feature of the processed attributes. The weight of evidence (WOE) was calculated in each container, and each element's information value (IV) was obtained to characterize the importance of each feature. Features with low information values are reduced to remove high-noise attributes. Thirdly, the reduced attributes are decomposed by variational modal decomposition (VMD) to obtain new features. Finally, the optimized XGBoost model and traditional methods were constructed to identify and locate faults across coalbeds. Here, the Bayesian-optimized XGBoost objective function was used to balance the training weights of asymmetric examples. As the Bayesian optimization algorithm quickly falls into local optimums, it does not easily balance the "exploit" and "explore" approaches. Therefore, this paper proposed an adaptive balance factor change algorithm to overcome this shortcoming. Comparing the identification outcomes, the optimized XGBoost model has a higher prediction accuracy than the BP neural network, support vector machines (SVMs), K-means clustering, extreme learning machines (ELMs), and random forests (RFs). Transformer bushing is one of the key equipment of transmission system, and its performance directly affects the stability and safety of transmission system. This paper is aimed at studying the safety detection of electrical properties of aramid shells with molecular dynamics and deep learning algorithms. The bushing needs to withstand AC voltage, DC voltage, and polarity reversal voltage during operation. The complexity of operating conditions leads to the improvement of bushing requirements for insulation performance, and bushing accident is a common type of transformer accident, accounting for 30% of the total number of transformer accidents. Therefore, it is necessary to detect the electrical performance and safety of the bushing to ensure the safe and stable operation of the power system. Aramid casing is a kind of casing with many advantages, such as high strength, high tensile breaking force, high stability, and high temperature resistance. Molecular dynamics is helpful to deeply analyze the micro mechanism of various complex phenomena, so as to explain the relationship between material microstructure and macroproperties, so it is very helpful to analyze the structure and properties of aramid casing. Deep learning is an important research direction in the field of machine learning. It can extract important features and simplify casing analysis steps. In this paper, an electrical performance test system of aramid casing is designed. It is proved that the reliability of casing is generally greater than 1 and the reliability is high. The current performance of the bushing is tested. 400 A is a dividing point, and no matter how large the current is, the maximum temperature is no more than 130°, which proves that the current performance of the bushing is stable and the temperature resistance is good. Finally, the radial field strength distribution of bushing capacitor core under different initial moisture content is tested, and it is concluded that the moisture can not be greater than 6%. In this paper, we proposed a new theory of solving the multitarget control problem by introducing a machine learning framework in automatic driving and implementing the acquisition of excellent drivers' knowledge. Nowadays, there still exist some core problems that have not been fully realized by the researchers in automatic driving, such as the optimal way to control the multitarget objective functions of energy saving, safe driving, headway distance control, and comfort driving. It is also challenging to resolve the networks that automatic driving is relied on and to improve the performance of GPU chips on complex driving environments. According to these problems, we developed a new theory to map multitarget objective functions in different spaces into the same one and thus introduced a machine learning framework of SDL (super deep learning) for optimal multitarget control based on knowledge acquisition. We will present in this paper the optimal multitarget control by combining the fuzzy relationship of each multitarget objective function and the implementation of excellent drivers' knowledge acquired by machine learning. This paper presents a fluid sloshing model using the artificial neural network method (ANN). Determining the fluid sloshing model in the tank is a challenging task due to its nonlinearity and complexity of behavior to its environmental and operational conditions. Due to the problems of laboratory modeling, the use of numerical modeling to analyze this phenomenon can be justified. In this paper, first, the fluid sloshing in the tank is simulated by the smooth particle hydrodynamics method (SPH). In order to improve the effect of intelligent teaching and give full play to the role of intelligent technology in modern physical education, in this paper, cloud computing and deep learning methods are used to comprehensively evaluate the teaching effect of colleges and universities, and calculate the evaluation effect and accuracy. Cloud computing and deep learning algorithm combine the teaching evaluation scale, teaching content, and characteristics to formulate teaching plans for different students and realize targeted teaching evaluation. Both short-distance association knowledge and long-distance interaction knowledge in the knowledge base contain rich semantics. When learning entity and relation representation in a knowledge base, if we can learn short-distance association knowledge and long-distance interaction knowledge at the same time, we can learn the representation method with rich semantic information and keep the original structure of the knowledge base. Among the knowledge contained in a large number of records, some knowledge reflects individual characteristics and can be called local knowledge; others reflect group characteristics and can be called global knowledge. Using different ways to learn local and global knowledge in the deep learning model will better reflect the difference between the two kinds of knowledge at the model level, and make the model have the ability to understand both individual characteristics and overall characteristics. Through layer-by-layer forward propagation and error back propagation algorithms, the entire network is gradually optimized in an "end-to-end" manner. This "end-to-end" approach leaves some means of introducing prior knowledge flexibly into the model. Although it can reduce the burden on researchers, this "data-driven" approach brings the shortcomings of poor interpretability of learning results and weak generalization ability. Combining the specific prior knowledge implicit in the data with the deep learning algorithm can optimize the algorithm in a targeted manner and avoid blind searching in the solution space, so as to obtain a model with better performance and wider use. To this end, this paper investigates combining prior knowledge with deep learning to design efficient algorithms to address the classification of English translation styles. This paper combines local knowledge with global knowledge and deep learning methods and proposes a memory neural network method combining local knowledge and global knowledge. By recording the local knowledge in the local memory module and simultaneously recording the global knowledge in the global memory module, the method effectively learns the latent information in a large number of records. This paper combines short-distance association knowledge with long-distance interaction knowledge and a distributed representation learning method based on deep learning and proposes a deep learning method combining short-distance association knowledge and long-distance interaction knowledge. On the IWSLT English translation task, experiments show that the method significantly improves translation quality, confirming that grammatical dependencies enhance attention by supplementing dependent grammatical information, resulting in more effective and richer context vectors that more accurately represent contextual situations. With the rapid development of machine learning technology, how to use machine learning technology to empower the manufacturing industry has become a research hotspot. In order to solve the problem of product quality classification in a small sample data and imbalanced data environment, this paper proposes a data generation model called MSMOTE-GAN, which is based on Mahalanobis Synthetic Minority Oversampling Technology (MSMOTE) and Generative Adversarial Network (GAN). Among them, MSMOTE is proposed to solve the problem of the sample biased to the majority class expanded by methods such as GAN in a sample imbalanced environment. Based on the traditional SMOTE method, the sample distance measurement method is modified from Euclidean distance to Mahalanobis distance, taking into account the correlation between attributes and the influence of dimensions on the sample distance. In the data generation model, MSMOTE is used to balance the positive and negative samples in the data. GAN generates fake data with the same distribution as the original data based on a balanced data set and expands the sample size to solve the problems of overfitting and insufficient model expression ability that occur when the sample size is too small. The quality classification framework of water heater liner based on the data generation model and Random Forest is constructed, and the process of the quality classification of water heater liner under the environment of small sample data and imbalanced data is fully described. In sports, the essence of a complete technical action is a complete information structure pattern and the athlete's judgment of the action is actually the identification of the movement information structure pattern. Action recognition refers to the ability of the human brain to distinguish a perceived action from other actions and obtain predictive response information when it identifies and confirms it according to the constantly changing motion information on the field. Action recognition mainly includes two aspects: one is to obtain the required action information based on visual observation and the other is to judge the action based on the obtained action information, but the neuropsychological mechanism of this process is still unknown. In this paper, a new key frame extraction method based on the clustering algorithm and multifeature fusion is proposed for sports videos with complex content, many scenes, and rich actions. First, a variety of features are fused, and then, similarity measurement can be used to describe videos with complex content more completely and comprehensively; second, a clustering algorithm is used to cluster sports video sequences according to scenes, eliminating the need for shots in the case of many scenes. It is difficult and complicated to detect segmentation; third, extracting key frames according to the minimum motion standard can more accurately represent the video content with rich actions. At the same time, the clustering algorithm used in this paper is improved to enhance the offline computing efficiency of the key frame extraction system. Based on the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the classical convolutional neural network and recurrent neural network algorithms in deep learning, this paper proposes an improved convolutional network and optimization based on the recognition and analysis of human actions under complex scenes, complex actions, and fast motion compared to post-neural network and hybrid neural network algorithm. Experiments show that the algorithm achieves similar human observation of athletes' training execution and completion. Object tracking is a hot issue in vision technology research; it is used in scenarios like intelligent monitoring, autonomous driving, and robot visual perception. With the rapid development of sports, tracking of targets in complex sports scenes represented by basketball and football has gradually attracted attention. The target tracking algorithm based on machine learning (ML) has been gradually proposed. With the powerful feature extraction for convolutional neural network (CNN), it greatly improves accuracy and has better robustness in the face of complex sports scenes. However, the tracking algorithm based on deep learning has many network layers and parameters, which makes training and update speed of model slower. In this regard, taking basketball as an example, this paper designs a low-parameter deep learning-based complex sports target tracking algorithm, which greatly reduces the size of the model while ensuring the tracking accuracy. Aiming at the problem of large number of parameters and large model of deep learning tracking algorithm, this work proposes a network structure model with asymmetric convolution module. The asymmetric convolution module includes two convolutional layers, the compression layer and the asymmetric layer. To improve accuracy, this work designs a new triplet loss. Compared with original logistic loss, triplet loss function can fully utilize the latent relationship between the inputs, so that the network model can obtain higher tracking accuracy. Finally, this paper proposes a low-parameter deep learning-based target tracking algorithm combining asymmetric convolution and triple loss function. In this paper, machine learning (ML) techniques are applied at an early stage of Image Processing (IP). The learning procedures are usually applied from at least the image segmentation level, whereas, in this paper, this is done from a lower processing level: the edge detection level (ED). The main objective is to solve the edge detection problem through ML techniques. The proposed methodology is based on a classification of edges made pixel by pixel, but the predictors employed for the ML task include information about the pixel neighborhood and structures of connected pixels called edge segments. The Sobel operator is employed as input. Making use of 50 images that belong to the Berkeley Computer Vision data set, the average performance of the validation sets when employing our Neural Networks method reached an F-measure significatively higher than with the Sobel operator. Deep learning technology has recently played an important role in image, language processing, and feature extraction. In the past disease diagnosis, most medical staff fixed the images together for observation and then combined with their own work experience to judge. The diagnosis results are subjective, time-consuming, and inefficient. In order to improve the efficiency of diagnosis, this paper applies the deep learning algorithm to the online diagnosis and classification of CT images. Based on this, in this paper, the deep learning algorithm is applied to CT image online diagnosis and classification. Based on a brief analysis of the current situation of CT image classification, this paper proposes to use the Internet of things technology to collect CT image information and establishes the Internet of things to collect the CT image model. In view of image classification and diagnosis, the convolution neural network algorithm in the deep learning algorithm is proposed to diagnose and classify CT images, and several factors affecting the accuracy of classification are proposed, including the convolution number and network layer number. Using the CT image of the hospital brain for simulation analysis, the simulation results confirm the effectiveness of the deep learning algorithm. With the increase of convolution and network layer and the decrease of compensation, the accuracy of image classification will decline. Using the maximum pool method, reducing the step size can improve the classification effect. Using relu function as the activation function can improve the classification accuracy. In the process of large data set processing, appropriately adding a network layer can improve classification accuracy. In the diagnosis and analysis of brain CT images, the overall classification accuracy is close to 70%, and in the diagnosis of tumor diseases, the accuracy is higher, up to 80%. To improve the quality of knowledge service selection in a cloud manufacturing environment, this paper proposes a cloud manufacturing knowledge service optimization decision method based on users' psychological behavior. Based on the characteristic analysis of cloud manufacturing knowledge service, establish the optimal evaluation index system of cloud manufacturing knowledge service, use the rough set theory to assign initial weights to each evaluation index, and adjust the initial weights according to the user's multiattribute preference to ensure that the consequences are allocated correctly. The system can help counselors acquire psychological knowledge in time and identify counselors with suicidal tendencies to prevent danger. This paper collected some psychological information data and built a knowledge graph by creating a dictionary and generating entities and relationships. The Han language processing word segmentation tool generates keywords, and CHI (Chi-square) feature selection is used to classify the problem. This feature selection is a statistical premise test that is acceptable when the chi-square test results are distributed with the null hypothesis. Starting from the basic concepts of human resource forecasting, this paper employs the backpropagation neural network (BPNN) and radial basis function neural network (RBFNN) to analyze human resource needs and determine the key elements of the company's human resource allocation through predictive models. With historical data as reference, the forecast value of current human resource demand is obtained through the two types of neural networks. Based on the prediction results, the company managers can carry out targeted human resource planning and allocation to improve the efficiency of enterprise operations. In the experiment, the actual human resource data of a certain company are used as the experimental basic samples to train and test the two types of machine learning tools. In view of the multimetal barrier environment of nuclear power plant, by considering the factors such as transmission power, transmission position, and multipath interference, based on the simulation of metal pipes and equipment, this paper carries out the barrier area channel modeling in logarithmic fading mode and makes quantitative analysis on the channel transmission, path loss, channel power characteristics, and so on under the metal barrier environment. Based on the channel modeling, this paper optimizes the coverage of the network in the obstacle area by using the improved teaching and learning group intelligent algorithm. The simulation results show that the improved teaching and learning algorithm can optimize the network coverage of the obstacle area well, and under the four obstacle modules, 14 nodes can cover the whole area by more than 99%. The diagnosis of thyroid nodules at an early stage is a challenging task. Manual diagnosis of thyroid nodules is labor-intensive and time-consuming. Meanwhile, due to the difference of instruments and technical personnel, the original thyroid nodule ultrasound images collected are very different. In order to make better use of ultrasound image information of thyroid nodules, some image processing methods are indispensable. In this paper, we developed a method for automatic thyroid nodule classification based on image enhancement and deep neural networks. The selected image enhancement method is histogram equalization, and the neural networks have four-layer network nodes in our experiments. The dataset in this paper consists of thyroid nodule images of 508 patients. The data are divided into 80% training and 20% validation sets. A comparison result demonstrates that our method can achieve a better performance than other normal machine learning methods. The experimental results show that our method has achieved 0.901961 accuracy, 0.894737 precision, 1 recall, and 0.944444 F1-score. At the same time, we also considered the influence of network structure, activation function of network nodes, number of training iterations, and other factors on the classification results. The experimental results show that the optimal network structure is 2500-40-2-1, the optimal activation function is logistic function, and the best number of training iterations is 500. Irony recognition is an important research direction in text sentiment analysis, which contributes to discover ironic tone to judge text emotion correctly. The object of this paper is the application of deep learning to irony recognition, and the research aims to solve the problem that existing machine learning algorithms have difficulty in discriminating ironic tones. Aiming at the irony recognition of Chinese social comments, DC-BiGRU-CNN is proposed from the perspective of structural optimization rather than a text vectorization mechanism point of view, which is a dual-channel CNN combined with BiGRU, and incorporates attention mechanism and multigranularity convolutional neural network as the main framework. This paper first briefly discusses the difficulties of irony recognition and provides an overview of existing text sentiment analysis algorithms. This is followed by a detailed discussion of DC-BiGRU-CNN. Furtherly, it is compared with the main irony recognition methods on a social comment dataset containing Chinese ironic comments, and the experimental results show that DC-BiGRU-CNN can improve the accuracy of irony recognition. One of the leading causes of deaths around the globe is heart disease. Heart is an organ that is responsible for the supply of blood to each part of the body. Coronary artery disease (CAD) and chronic heart failure (CHF) often lead to heart attack. Traditional medical procedures (angiography) for the diagnosis of heart disease have higher cost as well as serious health concerns. Therefore, researchers have developed various automated diagnostic systems based on machine learning (ML) and data mining techniques. ML-based automated diagnostic systems provide an affordable, efficient, and reliable solutions for heart disease detection. Various ML, data mining methods, and data modalities have been utilized in the past. Many previous review papers have presented systematic reviews based on one type of data modality. For the wind speed prediction, many researchers have established prediction models based on machine learning methods, statistical methods, and theoretical methods, that is, direct methods. However, the direct method cannot be widely used in the wind direction prediction because the wind direction has strong randomness and uncertainty. In order to solve this problem, this paper proposed a wind direction prediction method, that is, indirect method. Specifically, the wind speed is decomposed into crosswind speed and alongwind speed considering the correlation between wind speed and wind direction. The crosswind speed and alongwind speed are predicted based on long short-term memory (LSTM) model with empirical mode decomposition (EMD), and then, the wind direction prediction value can be calculated, that is, the wind direction prediction is realized. One-month wind monitoring data collected by the structural health monitoring (SHM) system installed on investigated bridge are employed to demonstrate the effectiveness of direct and indirect prediction for forecasting the wind speed and wind direction. In order to better evaluate the quality of English pronunciation, this paper proposes a regression model design method based on multiparameter evaluation of English pronunciation quality. This method takes college students' English pronunciation as the research object. Through the combination of various algorithms, a speech recognition model based on a machine learning neural network is constructed with characteristic parameters as input, and a speech quality evaluation model based on multiple regression is constructed with multiparameters such as intonation, speed, rhythm, and intonation as evaluation indicators. The experimental results show that log posterior probability and GOP are good measures of pronunciation standard. When used alone, a higher correlation with manual scores can be obtained, and the correlation of both exceeds 0.5. GOP has the best performance, with a correlation of 0.549. The combination of these two pronunciation standard evaluation features can further improve the evaluation performance, and the correlation degree reaches 0.574. Compared with the GOP algorithm with better performance, the evaluation performance is improved by 4.6%. Conclusion. Landslides occur in most countries. As one of the most serious geological hazards, landslides affect infrastructure construction. Thus, it is vital to prepare reliable landslide susceptibility evaluation maps to avoid landslide-prone areas for various construction projects. In recent years, supervised machine learning algorithms have been widely used in landslide susceptibility evaluation, but many flaws remain in the selection of nonlandslide point samples for comparative analysis. It is significant to improve the authenticity of sample data and reduce the impact of noise. China's Funing County was used as a case study in this paper, which first identified 122 landslide incidents based on historical data, fieldwork, and remote sensing images to create a landslide inventory in the research area. In addition, 12 causal factors of landslides were determined, including elevation, slope, aspect, plan curvature, profile curvature, distance to roads, distance to rivers, distance to faults, rainfall, normalized difference vegetation index (NDVI), lithology, and land cover. K-means clustering was used to purify the factor data factors before data-driven certainty factor (CF) and frequency ratio (FR) models, and machine learning models, random forest (RF) and artificial neural network (ANN), were used for a comparative study on landslide susceptibility evaluation in Funing County. The results show that the selection method of nonlandslide sample data will affect the accuracy of different evaluation models. The purified sample data improved the prediction accuracy of the four models, with significant prediction accuracy improvements observed in the ANN model. Optimal project portfolio planning is a typical nonconvex, multiobjective, highly constrained, multitemporal coupling, and combinatorial optimization problem. This paper proposes a novel multistep iterative ranking learning method (MIRL) to solve this complex combinatorial optimization problem from massive infrastructure projects of smart grid. The optimal project portfolio planning problem of power grid is formulated as the optimization process of massive project priority sorting with an improved knapsack model. The proposed method dynamically optimizes the best infrastructure project combination for each round to maximize the economic, social, and security benefits without exceeding the annual investment limit. A pairwise-based ranking learning algorithm is used to mine the priority sorting law from massive historical combination data of power grid to initialize candidate project portfolio. In order to approach the optimal portfolio planning solution with the constraint satisfactions of project construction duration and electric load supplies, a heuristic greedy strategy is designed to search the solution dynamically for selecting the project having highest construction benefits iteratively. The effectiveness of the proposed method is proved by experiments with real-world project data of Hunan power grid in China, and experimental results show that the proposed MIRL can outperform other methods on investment efficiency, calculation time, and rationality of project construction period schedule. The shortage of personnel and the high cost have become a major pain point in the current safety supervision work of the inspectors. Aiming at the problem that the aircraft maintenance inspector could not visit the scene in person during the epidemic, a remote safety supervision platform was built based on intelligent glasses and 5G network, and the real-time monitoring of the aircraft skin rivet status was realized. And a method of aviation rivet classification and anomaly detection based on deep learning algorithm was proposed. Firstly, according to the appearance of rivet head, the aviation rivet is classified, the data set of aviation rivet is made, and the aviation rivet classification and anomaly detection model are constructed. Evaluate the detection results from such indicators as confidence, precision, recall rate, and mAP and compare the algorithm with the detection results of Yolox-s, Yolox-m, Yolov5-s, Yolov5-m, and Yolov4. The results show that (1) the algorithm proposed in this paper can realize the classification of aviation rivets and the detection of abnormal conditions, the confidence of the detection results is more than 90%, and the average precision, recall, and AP value are above 95%, 85%, and 88%, respectively. (2) The order of rivet classification and abnormal detection effect from good to bad is Philips screws, round head rivets, flat head rivets, countersunk head rivets, blind rivets, and abnormal condition. Contemporary lithium-ion batteries (LIBs) are one of the main components of energy storage systems that need effective management to extend service life and increase reliability and safety. Their characteristics depend highly on internal and external conditions (ageing, temperature, and chemistry). Currently, the state of batteries is determined using two parameters: the state of charge (SOC) and the state of health (SOH). Applying these two parameters makes it possible to calculate the expected battery life and a battery's performance. There are many methods for estimating the SOH of batteries, including experimental, model-based, and machine learning methods. By comparing model-based estimations with experimental techniques, it can be concluded that the use of experimental methods is not applicable for commercial cases. The electrochemical model-based SOH estimation method clearly explains processes in the battery with the help of multidifferential equations. The machine learning method is based on creating a program trained to predict the battery's state of health with the help of past ageing data. In this review paper, we analyze the research available in the literature in this direction. Healthcare is predominantly regarded as a crucial consideration in promoting the general physical and mental health and well-being of people around the world. The amount of data generated by healthcare systems is enormous, making it challenging to manage. Many machine learning (ML) approaches were implemented to develop dependable and robust solutions to handle the data. ML cannot fully utilize data due to privacy concerns. This primarily happens in the case of medical data. Due to a lack of precise clinical data, the application of ML for the same is challenging and may not yield desired results. Federated learning (FL), which is a recent development in ML where the computation is offloaded to the source of data, appears to be a promising solution to this problem. In this study, we present a detailed survey of applications of FL for healthcare informatics. We initiate a discussion on the need for FL in the healthcare domain, followed by a review of recent review papers. We focus on the fundamentals of FL and the major motivations behind FL for healthcare applications. We then present the applications of FL along with recent state of the art in several verticals of healthcare. Then, lessons learned, open issues, and challenges that are yet to be solved are also highlighted. This paper discusses the efficient implementation of a new hybrid approach to forecasting short-term PV power production for four different PV plants in Algeria. The developed model incorporates a time-varying filter-empirical mode decomposition (TVFEMD) and an extreme learning machine (ELM) as an essence regression. The TVF-EMD technique is used to deal with the fluctuation of PV power data by splitting it into a series of more stable and constant subseries. The specified set of features (intrinsic mode functions (IMFs)) is utilized for training and improving our forecasting extreme learning machine model. The adjusted ELM model is used to evaluate prediction e1ciency. The suggested TVF-EMD-ELM model is assessed and verified in various Algerian locations with varying climate conditions. Chinese Semantic Role Labeling (SRL) is the core technology of semantic understanding. In the field of Chinese information processing, where statistical machine learning is still the mainstream, the traditional labeling methods rely heavily on the parsing degree of syntax and semantics of sentences. Therefore, the labeling precision is limited and cannot meet the current needs. This paper adopts the model based on a bidirectional long short-term memory network combined with the Conditional Random Field (Bi-LSTM-CRF). In the feature processing stage, pooling technology is combined with sampling and selecting multifeature vector groups to improve the performance of the sequence labeling model. Lexical, syntactic, and other multilevel linguistic features are integrated into the training to realize in-depth improvement of the original labeling model. Through several groups of experiments, the precision of model annotation in this paper has been significantly improved combined with linguistic-assisted analysis, which proves that it can optimize the annotation performance of the model by integrating relevant linguistic features into the model based on Bi-LSTM-CRF and sampling and extracting multifeature groups; the evaluation of F increases to 82.18 percent. It also provides online doctor appointments from home and medication through the phone. A healthcare system is "Smart" when it can decide on its own and can prescribe patients life-saving drugs. Machine learning helps in capturing data that are large and contain sensitive information about the patients, so data security is one of the important aspects of this system. It is a health system that uses trending technologies and mobile internet to connect people and healthcare institutions to make them aware of their health condition by intelligently responding to their questions. It perceives information through machine learning and processes this information using cloud computing. With the new technologies, the system decreases the manual intervention in healthcare. Every single piece of information has been saved in the system and the user can access it any time. Furthermore, users can take appointments at any time without standing in a queue. Epileptic seizures occur due to brain abnormalities that can indirectly affect patient's health. It occurs abruptly without any symptoms and thus increases the mortality rate of humans. Almost 1% of world's population suffers from epileptic seizures. Prediction of seizures before the beginning of onset is beneficial for preventing seizures by medication. Nowadays, modern computational tools, machine learning, and deep learning methods have been used to predict seizures using EEG. However, EEG signals may get corrupted with background noise, and artifacts such as eye blinks and physical movements of muscles may lead to "pops" in the signal, resulting in electrical interference, which is cumbersome to detect through visual inspection for longer duration recordings. These limitations in automatic detection of interictal spikes and epileptic seizures are preferred, which is an essential tool for examining and scrutinizing the EEG recording more precisely. These restrictions bring our attention to present a review of automated schemes that will help neurologists categorize epileptic and nonepileptic signals. The K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) algorithm is a classical machine learning algorithm. Most KNN algorithms are based on a single metric and do not further distinguish between repeated values in the range of K values, which can lead to a reduced classification effect and thus affect the accuracy of fault diagnosis. In this paper, a hybrid metric-based KNN algorithm is proposed to calculate a composite metric containing distance and direction information between test samples, which improves the discriminability of the samples. In the experiments, the hybrid metric KNN (HM-KNN) algorithm proposed in this paper is compared and validated with a variety of KNN algorithms based on a single distance metric on six data sets, and an HM-KNN application method is given for the forward gait stability control of a bipedal robot, where the abnormal motion is considered as a fault, and the distribution of zero moment points when the abnormal motion is generated is compared. The accurate prediction of stock prices is not an easy task. The long short-term memory (LSTM) neural network and the transformer are good machine learning models for times series forecasting. In this paper, we use LSTM and transformer to predict prices of banking stocks in China's A-share market. It is shown that organizing the input data can help get accurate outcomes of the models. In this paper, we first introduce some basic knowledge about LSTM and present prediction results using a standard LSTM model. Then, we show how to organize the input data during the training period and give the comparison results for not only LSTM but also the transformer model. With the rapid development of DNA high-throughput testing technology, there is a high correlation between DNA sequence variation and human diseases, and detecting whether there is variation in DNA sequence has become a hot research topic at present. DNA sequence variation is relatively rare, and the establishment of DNA sequence sparse matrix, which can quickly detect and reason fusion variation point, has become an important work of tumor gene testing. Because there are differences between the current comparison software and mutation detection software in detecting the same sample, there are errors between the results of derivative sequence comparison and the detection of mutation. In this paper, SNP and InDel detection methods based on machine learning and sparse matrix detection are proposed, and VarScan 2, Genome Analysis Toolkit (GATK), BCFtools, and FreeBayes are compared. In the research of SNP and InDel detection with intelligent reasoning, the experimental results show that the detection accuracy and recall rate are better when the depth is increasing. The reasoning fusion method proposed in this paper has certain advantages in comparison effect and discovery in SNP and InDel and has good effect on swelling and pain gene detection. In this paper, a cognitive electronic jamming decision-making method based on improved Q -learning is proposed to improve the efficiency of radar jamming decision-making. First, the method adopts the simulated annealing (SA) algorithm's Metropolis criterion to enhance the exploration strategy, balancing the contradictory relationship between exploration and utilization in the algorithm to avoid falling into local optima. At the same time, the idea of stochastic gradient descent with warm restarts (SGDR) is introduced to improve the learning rate of the algorithm, which reduces the oscillation and improves convergence speed at the later stage of the algorithm iteration. Then, a cognitive electronic jamming decision-making model is constructed, and the improved Q -learning algorithm's specific steps are given. The simulation experiment takes a multifunctional radar as an example to analyze the influence of exploration strategy and learning rate on decision-making performance. The results reveal that compared with the traditional Q -learning algorithm, the improved Q -learning algorithm proposed in this paper can fully explore and efficiently utilize and converge the results to a better solution at a faster speed.
