In recent years, technological advancements have been replicated in various industries, including sports medicine. Recent developments, such as big data analytics and data mining, which have revolutionized medical services in sports, are apparent in this transformation. To address these challenges, this research paper presents an integrated framework that leverages Spark-based big data analytics and the XGBoost algorithm. The framework aims to provide a robust sports medical service encompassing real-time health monitoring and data-driven insights. Powered by the formidable distributed computing platform Spark, it adeptly manages extensive sports data generated during training and events, facilitating instant health evaluations. Incorporating the XGBoost algorithm for data mining amplifies health prediction and recommendation capabilities. Renowned for its predictive prowess, XGBoost excels in discerning intricate sports data patterns and trends. Its proficiency in tackling intricates feature selection and modeling tasks ensures precision and actionable insights. Empirical findings underscore substantial enhancements in sports medical services. When applied to chronic disease datasets, the XGBoost algorithm garnered an impressive 93% trust rate. In contrast to conventional methods like K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN), Random Forest (RF), Decision Trees (DT), Support Vector Machines (SVM), Naïve Bayes (NB), and Logistic Regression (LR), the proposed framework consistently outperforms these established techniques. In recent years, the escalating global concerns surrounding climate change have placed a growing emphasis on achieving dual objectives: reducing carbon emissions and achieving carbon neutrality. Businesses and organizations are under mounting pressure to align their operations with these crucial environmental goals. This paper introduces the concept of an enterprise carbon performance evaluation index system (ECPIS) to strike a balance between economic development and environmental protection and enhance overall enterprise management and development strategies. The ECPIS framework is constructed using machine learning and advanced data mining techniques, particularly support vector machines (SVM). Its core purpose is to provide enterprises with a systematic tool to gauge, analyze, and enhance their carbon performance, addressing dual carbon objectives. ECPIS development hinges on data mining techniques, extracting insights from diverse data sources to construct a comprehensive system that accommodates these dual carbon goals' intricacies. Its methodology includes data collection, preprocessing, feature selection, and data mining algorithms to unveil vital patterns and relationships within data. It conforms to international standards, establishing a tailored carbon performance index system aligned with China's national conditions. It validates carbon-related enterprise data and employs data mining's association rules to uncover pertinent carbon performance information. The results obtained from ECPIS are auspicious, boasting an experiential accuracy rate of 97.5%. This level of accuracy surpasses that achieved by other algorithms like K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN), Random Forest (RF), Decision Trees (DT), Naïve Bayes (NB), and Logistic Regression (LR). Changes in patterns of meteorological parameters, like precipitations, temperature, wind, etc., are causing significant increases in various extreme events. And these extreme events, i.e., floods, heatwaves, hurricanes, droughts, etc., lead to a shortage of water resources, crop failures, wildfires, and economic losses. However, Global Circulation Models (GCMs) are considered the most important tools for quantifying climate change. Therefore, we selected 20 different GCMs of precipitation in our research, as the frequency of extreme events, like drought and flood, is highly related to changes in precipitation patterns. However, this research introduced a new weighting scheme — MCFSAWS-Ensemble: Monte Carlo Feature Selection Adaptive Weighting Scheme to Ensemble multiple GCMs, whereas, Monte Carlo Feature Selection (MCFS) is one of the most popular algorithms for discovering important variables. However, the proposed weighting scheme (MCFSAWS-Ensemble) is mainly based on two sources. Initially, it evaluates the prior performance of each GCM model to define their relative importance using MCFS. Then, it computes value by value difference between the observed and simulated model. In addition, the application of this paper is based on the monthly time series data of precipitation in the Tibet Plateau region of China. In addition, we used twenty GCMs from the Coupled Model Intercomparison Project Phase 6 (CMIP6) to analyze the implications of the MCFSAWS-Ensemble. Further, we compared the performance of the MCFSAWS-Ensemble scheme with Simple Model Averaging (SMA) through Mean Average Error (MAE) and correlation statistics. The results of this research indicate that the proposed weighting scheme (MCFSAWS-Ensemble) is more accurate than the SMA approach. Massive energy consumption data of buildings was generated with the development of information technology, and the real-time energy consumption data was transmitted to energy consumption monitoring system by the distributed wireless sensor network (WSN). Accurately predicting the energy consumption is of importance for energy manager to make advisable decision and achieve the energy conservation. In recent years, considerable attention has been gained on predicting energy use of buildings in China. More and more predictive models appeared in recent years, but it is still a hard work to construct an accurate model to predict the energy consumption due to the complexity of the influencing factors. In this paper, 40 weather factors were considered into the research as input variables, and the electricity of supermarket which was acquired by the energy monitoring system was taken as the target variable. With the aim to seek the optimal subset, three feature selection (FS) algorithms were involved in the study, respectively: stepwise, least angle regression (Lars), and Boruta algorithms. In addition, three machine learning methods that include random forest (RF) regression, gradient boosting regression (GBR), and support vector regression (SVR) algorithms were utilized in this paper and combined with three feature selection (FS) algorithms, totally are nine hybrid models aimed to explore an improved model to get a higher prediction performance. The results indicate that the FS algorithm Boruta has relatively better performance because it could work well both on RF and SVR algorithms, the machine learning method SVR could get higher accuracy on small dataset compared with the RF and GBR algorithms, and the hybrid model called SVR-Boruta was chosen to be the proposed model in this paper. What is more, four evaluate indicators were selected to verify the model performance respectively are the mean absolute error (MAE), the mean squared error(MSE), the root mean squared error (RMSE), and the R-squared (R2), and the experiment results further verified the superiority of the recommended methodology. In this paper, we will put forward a hybrid model to predict the tendency of the fund, which is based on neural network combined with Genetic Algorithm (GA), Optimal Entropy (OE) and Variation Function. In China, financial market has great potential, but due to the intensity instability of the fund market. At present, the forecast about the trend of funds is still a not very accuracy. This model includes data pretreatment, input and output. Data preprocessing part is the time and characteristic alignment. Input part is that according to different characteristics, we use OE, GA and change function as of the input of neural network. Output part is using back propagation algorithm to get the final forecast. Because the input data has many different characteristics, in order to make full use of these characteristics, using the OE and GA of the global optimal feature selection can make the input model is more superior, which will help to improve the prediction accuracy of the proposed model. The experimental results show that using this hybrid model predicts china fund net value, the accuracy can reach 97.8%. With the raise of 'The Green Industrial Revolution' and the growing demand for low-carbon energy, determining the method for assessing energy usage has become an important problem. In this paper, an assessment method of energy is proposed based on the combination of several models. The study of energy efficiency in China is conducted. First, the data related to the energy efficiency in 24 provinces for the last 9 years is gathered. Meanwhile the key factors for ensuring effective energy utilization in two provinces is determined through feature recognition. Then, the comparative analysis on the categories-fusion model's goodness of fit is performed, which was also used to predict the energy efficiency. Subsequently, the provinces with high and low energy efficiency based on the clustering strategies with multiple models merged are differentiated. Finally, corresponding recommendations for the development problem in China are presented based on the summary of the experimental results. The experimental results show that in comparison with the single-model approach, the merged multiple models has better performance than other methods. In this paper, we develop a novel feature selection algorithm based on the genetic algorithm (GA) using a specifically devised trace-based separability criterion. According to the scores of class separability and variable separability, this criterion measures the significance of feature subset, independent of any specific classification. In addition, a mutual information matrix between variables is used as features for classification, and no prior knowledge about the cardinality of feature subset is required. Experiments are performed by using a standard lung cancer dataset. The obtained solutions are verified with three different classifiers, including the support vector machine (SVM), the back-propagation neural network (BPNN), and the K-nearest neighbor (KNN), and compared with those obtained by the whole feature set, the F-score and the correlation-based feature selection methods.
