The Research Domain Criteria (RDoC) advocates the dimensional approach in characterizing mental disorders. We followed RDoC to characterize children with ADHD using profiling based on the cognitive and psychopathological domains. We aimed to identify and validate ADHD subtypes with different clinical characteristics and functional impairments. We recruited 362 drug‐naïve children with ADHD and 103 typically developing controls. The cluster analysis was used to identify subgroups based on the Child Behaviour Checklist (CBCL) and the Behaviour Rating Inventory of Executive Function (BRIEF). The subgroups' clinical characteristics and functional impairments were assessed using the WEISS Functional Impairment Rating Scale‐Parent Report (WFIRS‐P) and the Conners Parent Symptom Questionnaire (PSQ). The cluster analysis yielded four subgroups: (1) ADHD with severe impairment in psychopathology and executive functions (EF), (2) ADHD with mild executive dysfunctions and normal‐level psychopathology, (3) ADHD with severe externalizing problems and (4) ADHD with severe executive dysfunctions. These subgroups showed different clinical characteristics and degrees of functional impairment. The EF impairment group displayed more serious learning problems and worse life skills than the externalizing group. The two groups with externalizing problems (i.e. the severe impairment group and the externalizing group) both exhibited higher rates of the combined subtype of ADHD and higher rates of comorbid ODD. Different subtypes of ADHD displayed different profiles of internalizing and externalizing problems and levels of executive dysfunctions. In particular, the subtype with severe impairment in EF exhibited more learning problems and worse life skills, suggesting EF is a critical target for intervention in children with ADHD. Summary: Brassinosteroids (BRs) are plant hormones that are essential in plant growth and development. BRASSINOSTEROID‐INSENSITIVE 1 (BRI1) and BRI1 ASSOCIATED RECEPTOR KINASE 1 (BAK1), which are located on the plasma membrane, function as co‐receptors that accept and transmit BR signals.PROHIBITIN 3 (PHB3) was identified in both BRI1 and BAK1 complexes by affinity purification and LC‐MS/MS analysis. Biochemical data showed that BRI1/BAK1 interacted with PHB3 in vitro and in vivo.BRI1/BAK1 phosphorylated PHB3 in vitro. When the Thr‐80 amino acid in PHB3 was mutated to Ala, the mutant protein was not phosphorylated by BRI1 and the mutant protein interaction with BRI1 was abolished in the yeast two‐hybrid assay. BAK1 did not phosphorylate the mutant protein PHB3T54A. The loss‐of‐function phb3 mutant showed a weaker BR signal than the wild‐type. Genetic analyses revealed that PHB3 is a BRI1/BAK1 downstream substrate that participates in BR signalling. PHB3 has five homozygous in tomato, and we named the closest to AtPHB3 as SlPHB3.1. Biochemical data showed that SlBRI1/SlSERK3A/SlSERK3B interacted with SlPHB3.1 and SlPHB3.3. Interspecific interactions in biofilms have been shown to cause the emergence of community‐level properties. To understand the impact of interspecific competition on evolution, we deep‐sequenced the dispersal population of mono‐ and co‐culture biofilms of two antagonistic marine bacteria (Phaeobacter inhibens 2.10 and Pseudoalteromononas tunicata D2). Enhanced phenotypic and genomic diversification was observed in the P. tunicata D2 populations under both mono‐ and co‐culture biofilms in comparison to P. inhibens 2.10. The genetic variation was exclusively due to single nucleotide variants and small deletions, and showed high variability between replicates, indicating their random emergence. Interspecific competition exerted an apparent strong positive selection on a subset of P. inhibens 2.10 genes (e.g., luxR, cobC, argH, and sinR) that could facilitate competition, while the P. tunicata D2 population was genetically constrained under competition conditions. In the absence of interspecific competition, the P. tunicata D2 replicate populations displayed high levels of mutations affecting the same genes involved in cell motility and biofilm formation. Our results show that interspecific biofilm competition has a complex impact on genomic diversification, which likely depends on the nature of the competing strains and their ability to generate genetic variants due to their genomic constraints. Photodynamic therapy (PDT) as a non‐invasive strategy shows high promise in cancer treatment. However, owing to the hypoxic tumor microenvironment and light irradiation‐mediated rapid electron–hole pair recombination, the therapeutic efficacy of PDT is dramatically discounted by limited reactive oxygen species (ROS) generation. Herein, a multifunctional theranostic nanoheterojunction is rationally developed, in which 2D niobium carbide (Nb2C) MXene is in situ grown with barium titanate (BTO) to generate a robust photo‐pyroelectric catalyst, termed as BTO@Nb2C nanosheets, for enhanced ROS production, originating from the effective electron–hole pair separation induced by the pyroelectric effect. Under the second near‐infrared (NIR‐II) laser irradiation, Nb2C MXene core‐mediated photonic hyperthermia regulates temperature variation around BTO shells facilitating the electron–hole spatial separation, which reacts with the surrounding O2 and H2O molecules to yield toxic ROS, achieving a synergetic effect by means of combinaterial photothermal therapy with pyrocatalytic therapy. Correspondingly, the engineered BTO@Nb2C composite nanosheets feature benign biocompatibility and high antitumor efficiency with the tumor‐inhibition rate of 94.9% in vivo, which can be applied as an imaging‐guided real‐time non‐invasive synergetic dual‐mode therapeutic nanomedicine for efficient tumor nanotherapy. Oxidative stress and lipid metabolism disorder caused by estrogen deficiency are regarded as the main causes of postmenopausal atherosclerosis, but the underlying mechanisms remain still unclear. In this study, ovariectomized (OVX) female ApoE−/− mice fed with high‐fat diet were used to imitate postmenopausal atherosclerosis. The atherosclerosis progression was significantly accelerated in OVX mice, accompanied by the upregulation of ferroptosis indicators, including increased lipid peroxidation and iron deposition in the plaque and the plasma. While both estradiol (E2) and ferroptosis inhibitor ferrostatin‐1 alleviated atherosclerosis in OVX mice, with the inhibition of lipid peroxidation and iron deposition, as well as the upregulation of xCT and GPX4, especially in endothelial cells. We further investigated the effects of E2 on ferroptosis in endothelial cells induced by oxidized‐low‐density lipoprotein or ferroptosis inducer Erastin. It was found that E2 exhibited anti‐ferroptosis effect through antioxidative functions, including improving mitochondrial dysfunction and upregulating GPX4 expression. Mechanistically, NRF2 inhibition attenuated the effect of E2 against ferroptosis as well as the upregulation of GPX4. Our findings revealed that endothelial cell ferroptosis played a pivotal role in postmenopausal atherosclerosis progression, and the NRF2/GPX4 pathway activation contributed to the protection of E2 against endothelial cell ferroptosis. This paper is concerned with some special additive noises driven stochastic partial differential equations with multiscale parameters. Then, the constraint energy minimizing generalized multiscale finite element method with a novel multiscale spectral representation of the noise is constructed to solve the multiscale models. The corresponding convergence analysis and error estimates are derived, and the effects of noises on the accuracy of the multiscale computation are demonstrated. Some numerical examples are provided to validate our theoretic analysis, and numerical results show the highly efficient computational performance of our method, which is a beneficial attempt to deal with the noises in the complex multiscale stochastic physical system. In quantum optics, orbital angular momentum (OAM) is very promising to achieve high‐dimensional quantum states due to the nature of infinite and discrete eigenvalues, which is quantized by the topological charge of l. Here, a heralded single‐photon source with switchable OAM modes is proposed and demonstrated on silicon chip. At room temperature, the heralded single photons with 11 OAM modes (l = 2–6, −6 to −1) are successfully generated and switched through thermo‐optical effect. It is believed that such an integrated quantum source with multiple OAM modes and operating at room temperature can provide a practical platform for high‐dimensional quantum information processing. Aim: To understand the impact of historical and contemporary habitat distributions and connectivity on the spatial patterns of a species' genetic variation and divergence, we examined the phylogenetic relationship, population genetic structure and demographic history of a mangrove‐specialist, the crab‐eating frog (Fejervarya cancrivora) from 10 geographic populations in China and northern Vietnam. Location: Southeast Asian coasts, especially the southern China and northern Vietnam coasts. Methods: We used the sequences of three mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) regions to infer phylogenetic relationships and divergence times between our samples and those from other Southeast Asian countries. Thirteen nuclear microsatellite loci were used to analyse population genetic structure. Ancient and more recent demographic history was assessed using mtDNA and microsatellite data, respectively, and population divergence history scenarios were evaluated using approximate Bayesian computation. Results: The mtDNA haplotypes from China joined the F. cancrivora clades from the Philippines, Thailand and Bangladesh, which diverged from the clades from Malaysia and Indonesia. Microsatellite analyses revealed three genetically differentiated clusters and a strong pattern of isolation by distance at the individual level. Ancient population sizes were relatively stable, but genetic signatures of recent population declines were detected. Population divergence history analyses supported that Hainan populations were ancestral to those of the Guangdong, Guangxi and northern Vietnam populations. Main conclusions: Our results suggest that F. cancrivora's contemporary genetic patterns have been shaped by past and present habitat conformations. This species may have dispersed along the coast from Southeast Asia to China during Pleistocene glaciations when sea levels were low, colonizing the Hainan area first. It subsequently spread to mainland China coasts when sea levels rose and shorelines withdrew. Additionally, current declines and fragmentation of mangrove forests have likely exacerbated population reductions and genetic divergences among now disjunct populations. Objective: To determine the effectiveness of hip arthroscopy combined with endoscopic iliotibial band (ITB) release in patients with both femoroacetabular impingement (FAI) syndrome and external snapping hip (ESH). Methods: Retrospectively review the preoperative and minimum of 2‐year follow‐up data of patients with both FAI syndrome and ESH who underwent endoscopic ITB release during hip arthroscopy (FAI + ESH group) from January 2014 to December 2018. The same number of age‐ and gender‐matched FAI syndrome patients without ESH undergoing hip arthroscopy were enrolled in the control group (FAI group). Patient‐reported outcomes (PROs) including international Hip Outcome Tool (iHOT‐33), modified Harris Hip Score (mHHS), visual analog scale for pain (VAS‐pain), and abductive force of affected hip at 3 month and 2 years postoperatively were comparatively analyzed. The VAS‐satisfaction score of two groups at 2 years postoperatively were also analyzed. Results: The prevalence of ESH in FAI syndrome patients undergoing hip arthroscopy in our institution was 5.5% (39 of 715 hips), including nine males (10 hips) and 29 females (29 hips). The mean age at the time of surgery was 32.1 ± 6.9 years (range, 22–48 years). According to inclusion and exclusion criteria, 23 patients were enrolled in FAI + ITB group. Twenty‐three age‐ and sex‐matched FAI syndrome patients were enrolled in FAI group. At 24 months postoperatively, no patient still suffered ESH symptoms and painful palpation at lateral region in FAI + ITB group. The iHOT‐33, mHHS, and VAS‐pain score of patients in FAI + ESH group were significantly severer than patients in FAI group preoperatively (41.6 ± 7.5 vs 48.8 ± 7.2, 54.8 ± 7.2 vs 59.2 ± 6.9, 5.5 ± 0.9 vs 4.7 ± 1.0; P < 0.05), while there was no significant difference in these scores between the patients in FAI + ESH group and FAI group at 3‐month and 24‐month follow‐up (73.6 ± 8.5 vs 76.1 ± 6.9, 85.3 ± 7.8 vs 84.2 ± 6.6, 0.8 ± 0.9 vs 0.6 ± 0.9; P > 0.05). At 3 months after surgery, the abductive force of operated hip was significantly smaller than that in FAI group (82.4 ± 12.4 N vs 91.9 ± 16.1 N, P < 0.05), whereas there was no significant difference at 24 months after surgery (101.6 ± 14.9 N vs 106.5 ± 13.7 N, P > 0.05). The VAS‐satisfaction scores of patients in the two groups were at a similarly high level (90.5 ± 6.8 vs 88.8 ± 7.3, P > 0.05). There was no complication and no arthroscopic revision in either group until 2‐year follow‐up. Conclusion: Although abductive force recovery of the hip was delayed, hip arthroscopy combined with endoscopic ITB release addressed hip snapping in patients with both FAI syndrome and ESH, and could get similar functional improvement, pain relief, recovery speed, as well as patient satisfaction compared with the pure hip arthroscopy in FAI syndrome patients without ESH. Titanium dioxide (TiO2) is a promising anode material for sodium‐ion batteries (SIBs) due to its low cost, natural abundance, nontoxicity, and excellent electrochemical stability. Oxygen vacancies, the most common point defects in TiO2, can dramatically influence the physical and chemical properties of TiO2, including band structure, crystal structure and adsorption properties. Recent studies have demonstrated that oxygen‐deficient TiO2 can significantly enhance sodium storage performance. Considering the importance of oxygen vacancies in modifying the properties of TiO2, the structural properties, common synthesis strategies, characterization techniques, as well as the contribution of oxygen‐deficient TiO2 on initial Coulombic efficiency, cyclic stability, rate performance for sodium storage are comprehensively described in this review. Mechanical signals such as pressure and strain reflect important psychological and physiological states of the human body. Body‐integrated sensors, including skin‐mounted and surgically implanted ones, allow personalized health monitoring for the general population as well as patients. However, the development of such measuring devices has been hindered by the strict requirements for human‐biocompatible materials and the need for high performance sensors; most existing devices or sensors do not meet all the desired specifications. Here, a set of flexible, stretchable, wearable, implantable, and degradable mechanical sensors is reported with excellent mechanical robustness and compliance, outstanding biocompatibility, remotely‐triggered degradation, and excellent sensing performance, using a conductive silk fibroin hydrogel (CSFH). They can detect multiple mechanical signals such as pressure, strain, and bending angles. Moreover, combined with a drug‐loaded silk‐based microneedle array, sensor‐equipped devices are shown to be effective for real‐time monitoring and in situ treatment of epilepsy in a rodent model. Freshwater fish biodiversity is quickly decreasing and requires effective monitoring and conservation. Environmental DNA (eDNA)‐based methods have been shown to be highly sensitive and cost‐efficient for aquatic biodiversity surveys, but few studies have systematically investigated how spatial sampling design affects eDNA‐detected fish communities across lentic systems of different sizes. We compared the spatial patterns of fish diversity determined using eDNA in three lakes of small (SL; 3 ha), medium (ML; 122 ha) and large (LL; 4,343 ha) size using a spatially explicit grid sampling method. A total of 100 water samples (including nine, 17 and 18 shoreline samples and six, 14 and 36 interior samples from SL, ML and LL, respectively) were collected, and fish communities were analysed using eDNA metabarcoding of the mitochondrial 12S region. Together, 30, 35 and 41 fish taxa were detected in samples from SL, ML, and LL, respectively. We observed that eDNA from shoreline samples effectively captured the majority of the fish diversity of entire waterbodies, and pooled samples recovered fewer species than individually processed samples. Significant spatial autocorrelations between fish communities within 250 m and 2 km of each other were detected in ML and LL, respectively. Additionally, the relative sequence abundances of many fish species exhibited spatial distribution patterns that correlated with their typical habitat occupation. Overall, our results support the validity of a shoreline sampling strategy for eDNA‐based fish community surveys in lentic systems but also suggest that a spatially comprehensive sampling design can reveal finer distribution patterns of individual species. Herein, we report the synthesis of six‐membered P,O‐heterocycles from dialkynylphosphine oxides. By using gold(I) complexes, the chemoselectivity of the reaction was switched from literature‐reported double hydration to a hydration/intramolecular cyclization cascade. Control experiments indicated that the first alkyne hydration product is an intermediate of the reaction. Four crystalline one‐dimensional (1‐D) silver alkynyl assemblies, namely, [Ag11(tBuC≡C)7(CH3COO)4]n (1), [Ag21(tBuC≡C)11(PhCOO)10]n (2), [Ag16(m‐F‐PhC≡C)12(CF3COO)4(CH3CN)4]n (3) and [Cl@Ag14(PhC≡C)10(CF3SO3)3]n (4). have been obtained by reacting polymeric [AgC≡CR]n with silver salts under mild solvothermal conditions. Compound 1 and 3 are coordination polymer of irregular silver alkynyl clusters. Compound 2 consists of well‐defined parallel Ag3 triangles columns. Compound 4 is chains of chloride templated cage‐like silver clusters. Compound 2–4 show temperature‐sensitive luminescent behaviors. Amongst, compound 2 and 3 display dual‐emissive characteristic at low temperature. By correlating the structures and properties of four silver compounds, we found that the non‐emissive behavior of compound 1 could be tentatively assigned to the absence of any aryl groups on the ligands. Four crystalline one‐dimensional (1‐D) silver alkynyl assemblies with infinite argentophilic interactions have been present. Three of them show temperature‐sensitive emissions with two ones displaying dual‐emissive characteristic at low temperature. In contrast to carbon–heteroatom bonds, carbon–carbon bond cleavage for carboxylation with CO2 is far more challenging due to their inherent and less favorable orbital directionality for interacting with transition metals. Here we report a photocatalytic protocol for the deconstructive carboxylation of alkenes with CO2 to generate carboxylic acids in the absence of transition metals. It is emphasized that our protocol provides carboxylic acids with obviously unchanged carbon numbers when terminal alkenes were used. To show the power of this strategy, a variety of pharmaceutically relevant applications including the modular synthesis of propionate nonsteroidal anti‐inflammatory drugs and the late‐stage carboxylation of bioactive molecule derivatives are demonstrated. Abstract: The largest known polyoxometalate (POM)‐templated silver‐alkynyl cluster, [(EuW10O36)2@Ag72(tBuC≡C)48Cl2⋅4 BF4] (SD/Ag20), was isolated under solvothermal conditions and structurally characterized. It was confirmed by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction (SCXRD) as a {EuW10}2‐in‐{Ag72} clusters‐in‐cluster rod‐like compound. The high‐resolution electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (HR‐ESI‐MS) shows that such a double anion‐templated cluster is assembled from a crucial single anion‐templated Ag42 intermediate in the solution. The crystallization of Ag42 species (SD/Ag21), followed by SCXRD, gave an important clue about the assembly route of SD/Ag20 in solution: the Ag42 cluster eliminates six silver atoms laterally, then fuses together at the vacant face to form the final Ag72 cluster (elimination‐fusion mechanism). The characteristic emission of [EuW10O36]9− is well maintained in SD/Ag20. This work not only provides a new method for the synthesis of larger silver clusters as well as the functional integration of the silver cluster and POMs, but also gives deep insights about the high‐nuclear silver cluster assembly mechanism. Assembly of nanosized polynuclear metal clusters from simple building blocks usually involves complicated self-organization processes and thus is a long-standing challenge. Here, we demonstrate the controllable assembly, single-crystal structures and solution behaviors of four molecular assemblies based on nanosized silver alkynyl clusters, formulated as {[(CrO4)2Cl@Ag42(PhC≡C)34(CF3COO)2]⋅CF3COO} ( 1), {(NH4)[(CrO4)2Cl@Ag42(PhC≡C)34(CrO4)(H2O)2]⋅2BF4⋅CH3OH} n ( 2), [(CrO4)@Ag22(PhC≡C)16(CF3SO3)4] n ( 3), and {[(CrO4)2@Ag31(PhC≡C)22(CF3SO3)4]⋅CF3SO3⋅2CH3OH⋅H2O} n ( 4). In the presence of concomitant CrO42− and Cl− templates, we could isolate a discrete cluster 1 and a polymeric chain-like compound 2 by using different silver salts. Both 1 and 2 have a similar 42-metallic cage, which traps two CrO42− and one Cl− as anion templates. Using sole CrO42− template, 3 and 4 were simultaneously isolated in a one-pot reaction. Both of them are 1D chain structures based on single CrO42− templated Ag18 and double CrO42− templated Ag30 clusters, respectively. HR-ESI-MS was used to study the solution behaviors of 1- 4. This work has the following purposes: i) it presents the cluster engineering concept used in the assembly of polynuclear silver alkynyl clusters; ii) it exemplifies template effects from hetero and homo anions; and iii) it provides a controllable way to achieve assembly of silver alkynyl clusters. KMT2C and KMT2D are the most frequently mutated epigenetic genes in human cancers. While KMT2C is identified as a tumor suppressor in acute myeloid leukemia (AML), the role of KMT2D remains unclear in this disease, though its loss promotes B cell lymphoma and various solid cancers. Here, it is reported that KMT2D is downregulated or mutated in AML and its deficiency, through shRNA knockdown or CRISPR/Cas9 editing, accelerates leukemogenesis in mice. Hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells and AML cells with Kmt2d loss have significantly enhanced ribosome biogenesis and consistently, enlarged nucleolus, increased rRNA and protein synthesis rates. Mechanistically, it is found that KMT2D deficiency leads to the activation of the mTOR pathway in both mouse and human AML cells. Kmt2d directly regulates the expression of Ddit4, a negative regulator of the mTOR pathway. Consistent with the abnormal ribosome biogenesis, it is shown that CX‐5461, an inhibitor of RNA polymerase I, significantly restrains the growth of AML with Kmt2d loss in vivo and extends the survival of leukemic mice. These studies validate KMT2D as a de facto tumor suppressor in AML and reveal an unprecedented vulnerability to ribosome biogenesis inhibition. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

β-Trifluoromethyl (CF3) enones were proved to act as good dienophiles in asymmetric normal-electron-demand Diels-Alder cycloadditions with 2,4-dienals under trienamine catalysis with a chiral secondary amine. The sequential reductive amination transformations with benzylamine produced cis- and trans-fused chiral trifluoromethylated octahydroisoquinolines in a diastereodivergent manner by using NaBH(OAc)3 and NaBH3CN as the reductants, respectively. Fluorescence ratio imaging is currently being used to quantitatively detect biologically active molecules in biosystems; however, two excitations of most existing fluorescent ratiometric probes account for cumbersome operating conditions for imaging. Thus, a fluorescent ratiometric probe, 6-methoxyquinolinium-dansyl (MQ-DS), for Cl− with single excitation/dual maximum emission has been developed. MQ-DS can preferably localize into lysosomes and display excellent photostability. Upon excitation at a single wavelength, it responds precisely and instantaneously to changes in Cl− concentrations, and it can be conveniently utilized to implement real-time fluorescence ratio imaging to quantitatively track alterations in Cl− levels inside cells treated under various pH conditions, and also in zebrafish with acute wounds. Altered phosphorylation and trafficking of connexin 43 (Cx43) during acute ischemia contributes to arrhythmogenic gap junction remodeling, yet the critical sequence and accessory proteins necessary for Cx43 internalization remain unresolved. 14-3-3 proteins can regulate protein trafficking, and a 14-3-3 mode-1 binding motif is activated upon phosphorylation of Ser373 of the Cx43 C-terminus. We hypothesized that Cx43Ser373 phosphorylation is important to pathological gap junction remodeling. Immunofluorescence in human heart reveals the enrichment of 14-3-3 proteins at intercalated discs, suggesting interaction with gap junctions. Knockdown of 14-3-3τ in cell lines increases gap junction plaque size at cell-cell borders. Cx43S373A mutation prevents Cx43/14-3-3 complexing and stabilizes Cx43 at the cell surface, indicating avoidance of degradation. Using Langendorff-perfused mouse hearts, we detect phosphorylation of newly internalized Cx43 at Ser373 and Ser368 within 30 min of no-flow ischemia. Phosphorylation of Cx43 at Ser368 by protein kinase C and Ser255 by mitogen-activated protein kinase has previously been implicated in Cx43 internalization. The Cx43S373A mutant is resistant to phosphorylation at both these residues and does not undergo ubiquitination, revealing Ser373 phosphorylation as an upstream gatekeeper of a posttranslational modification cascade necessary for Cx43 internalization. The white adipose tissues (WAT) are located in distinct depots throughout the body. They serve as an energy reserve, providing fatty acids for other tissues via lipolysis when needed, and function as an endocrine organ to regulate systemic metabolism. Their activities are coordinated through intercellular communications among adipocytes and other cell types such as residential and infiltrating immune cells, which are collectively under neuronal control. The adipocytes and immune subtypes including macrophages/monocytes, eosinophils, neutrophils, group 2 innate lymphoid cells (ILC2s), T and B cells, dendritic cells (DCs), and natural killer (NK) cells display cellular and functional diversity in response to the energy states and contribute to metabolic homeostasis and pathological conditions. Accumulating evidence reveals that neuronal innervations control lipid deposition and mobilization via regulating lipolysis, adipocyte size, and cellularity. Vice versa, the neuronal innervations and activity are influenced by cellular factors in the WAT. Though the literature describing adipose tissue cells is too extensive to cover in detail, we strive to highlight a selected list of neuronal and immune components in this review. Microstructural evolving sequence of relaxor ferroelectric Ba6 Zr2 Nb8 O30 ( BZN) ceramics has been investigated and discussed. Porous BZN, which has an irregular grain network with pores, can be obtained within a narrow sintering window (sintering temperature of ~1250°C and dwelling time of ~5 h in our experiments). X-ray diffraction-based structure refinements determine the atomic positions and confirm that the porous ceramics has tetragonal tungsten bronze structure with P4 bm space group symmetry. It is found that the most porous ceramic has the lowest dielectric constant, highest electric field breakdown strength, and nearly zero macroscopic electric field-induced strain. These features can be related to the porous microstructures by comparing with the denser counterparts and can be well understood by using brick-wall model. Our results may provide useful information for the understanding of microstructure evolving sequence of BZN during sintering and the structural effects on electric properties of ceramics. The antisolvent‐assisted spin‐coating still lags behind the thermal evaporation method in fabricating perovskite films atop industrially textured silicon wafers in making monolithic perovskite/silicon solar cells (P/S‐TSCs). The inhomogeneity of hole‐selective self‐assembled monolayers (SAMs) often arises from the insufficient bonding between hygroscopic phosphonic acid anchors and metal oxide. To address this, a mixed‐SAM strategy (Mx‐SAM) is proposed to enhance the adsorption energy of SAMs on the ITO surface, facilitate the formation of dense and humidity‐resistant hole‐selective layer (HSL) on substrates, and improve hole transport capabilities. With the aid of the Mx‐SAM strategy, the optimized wide‐bandgap PSCs achieved an impressive power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 22.63% with an exceptionally high fill factor (FF) of 86.67% using the 1.68 eV perovskite. Moreover, they exhibited enhanced stability under damp‐heat conditions (ISOS‐D‐3, 85% RH, 85 °C) with a T90 of 900 h for encapsulated PSCs, representing one of the best performances for wide‐bandgap PSCs. When further extending the Mx‐SAM strategy to making P/S‐TSCs using silicon wafers from industry, a remarkable efficiency of 28.07% is reached while upholding outstanding reproducibility. Different from the direct delivery of chemodynamic agents into tumor tissue for chemodynamic therapy (CDT), this work reports the fabrication of heterojunction sonosensitizers (CD/TiSe2) for the in situ generation of chemodynamic agents by responding to tumor microenvironment (TME), realizing the in situ CDT‐enhanced sono‐immunotherapy. The in situ redox of TiSe2 in acidic TME leads to the formation of TiOxSe2−x containing Se (0), selenate, and Ti3+/Ti4+ redox couple, which can facilitate in situ CDT through a Ti3+‐mediated Fenton‐like reaction and consume overexpressed glutathione (GSH) via a Ti4+‐mediated GSH depletion. Moreover, Se ions generated through the in situ redox process promote the maturation of dendritic cells, consequently activating the adaptive immune responses. In another aspect, the construction of heterojunctions within carbon dots and TiSe2 improves the reactive oxygen species (ROS) generation efficiency of TiSe2 in a cascaded manner, which enhances the sonodynamic activity and amplifies the chemodynamic performance. More importantly, the ROS produced by in situ CDT and sonodynamic therapy efficiently triggers immunogenic cell death through a synergistic therapy based on the elicitation of antitumor immunity with the aid of an immune checkpoint blockade. Traditional polarization converters suffer from drawbacks such as significant thickness and high losses, which limit their practical applications. This study introduces a novel metamaterial structure that combines electromagnetically induced transparency (EIT) with linear polarization conversion to overcome these limitations. By harnessing the properties of EIT, this structure achieves low‐loss polarization conversion. The mechanism behind this is the generation of an EIT effect through the coupling of the light and dark modes. Additionally, this study focuses on introducing a slight vertical polarization symmetry disruption and inducing the excitation of small components within the dipole of the EIT structure to achieve close‐to‐complete cross‐polarization conversion. The effect of asymmetry on the polarization conversion rate is also explored. This study offers an innovative approach to designing low‐loss polarization converters utilizing EIT technology. Ceramic composites of (1‐x)Pb0.99{Nb0.02[(Zr0.57Sn0.43)0.937Ti0.063]0.98}O3 (PNZST)/xZnO were recently reported to exhibit exceptionally high pyroelectric coefficients near human body temperature due to the ferroelectric‐antiferroelectric transition of the matrix grains. In the present work, a comparative study is conducted on two composites of x = 0.1 and 0.4 with in situ heating transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The results verify the presence of strain field in the PNZST grain adjacent to a ZnO particle and the stabilized ferroelectric phase at room temperature in the composite of x = 0.1. During heating, the ferroelectric matrix grain transforms to the antiferroelectric phase, contributing to the pyroelectric effect. In the composite of x = 0.4, high‐angle annular dark‐field imaging combined with energy‐dispersive X‐ray spectroscopy reveal the existence of both ZnO and Zn2SnO4. The formation of Zn2SnO4 indicates that Sn in the PNZST matrix grain is selectively extracted, and decomposition of the perovskite phase has taken place. The decomposition products in the form of fine particles are observed to facilitate the nucleation of the antiferroelectric phase and restrict the motion of the phase boundary during heating. The larger amount of ZnO and Zn2SnO4 and the decomposition of the PNZST perovskite phase are suggested to be responsible for the much lower pyroelectric coefficient in the x = 0.4 composite. Surface‐enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) is a versatile spectroscopic technique, which plays a crucial role in enhancing analytical sensitivity, investigating interfacial reaction mechanisms, enabling biosensing, and fostering efficient catalysis. Currently, the common SERS substrates are primarily metal nanostructures, which entail high manufacturing costs, complex processes, and the metal surface undergo change over time and with environmental conditions. These issues limit the development of SERS technology. In this work, a nitrogen‐doped graphene (N‐graphene) hydrangea was synthesized on a silicon (Si) substrate using plasma‐assisted chemical vapor deposition (PACVD), forming an N‐graphene hydrangea/Si hybrid structure as a SERS substrate. This substrate offers the advantages of high stability, ultra‐sensitivity, and reusability. The three‐dimensional nano‐cavity structure of graphene can increase the interaction between light and graphene, resulting in an increased localized electric field. Combining theoretical simulation analysis, the introduction of nitrogen (N) elements adjusts the Fermi level of graphene, promoting efficient charge transfer. In practical scenarios, Di(2‐ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP), a commonly used plasticizer, has raised concerns due to its potential as an endocrine disruptor and carcinogen. The as‐prepared SERS substrate achieves a remarkable detection limit of as low as 10−8m for DEHP, providing significant support for environmental conservation and human health. In crystalline silicon (c‐Si) solar cells, the hole transport layer (HTL) made of high oxygen content MoOx (x > 2.85, H‐MoOx) evaporating from molybdenum trioxide is not ideal due to low optical bandgap and interface reaction effects. This limits the power conversion efficiency (PCE) and stability of c‐Si solar cells. To improve this, low oxygen content MoOx (x < 2.85, L‐MoOx) with a wide bandgap of 3.87 eV, deposited using molybdenum dioxide (MoO2), is explored and implemented. The c‐Si/SiOx (FGA, forming gas annealing)/L‐MoOx heterojunction has a low contact resistivity of ≈15.06 mΩ cm2, which is almost one order of magnitude lower than that of c‐Si/SiOx(FGA)/H‐MoOx heterojunction. Using L‐MoOx as the HTL, a c‐Si solar cell based on the SiOx passivation layer shows a fill factor of 84.38% and PCE of 21.75%, representing the highest efficiency for MoOx‐based p‐type c‐Si solar cells. Scanning transmission electron microscopy results show that the L‐MoOx HTL effectively enhances the stability of c‐Si solar cells when exposed to air by reducing Ag and Si element diffusion into MoOx. This successful preparation of efficient and stable MoOx HTL films, while preserving their field‐effect passivation ability, provides valuable insights into the development of high‐performance HTL. We investigated if poly‐lactic acid (PLA) nanopillar array can trigger the differentiation of human epicardial (ADSCs) (heADSCs) into cardiomyocyte‐like cells and explored the effects of these cardiomyocyte‐like cells on myocardial infarction (MI) in vivo. PLA nanopillar array (200 nm diameter) and plain PLA film (PLA planar) induced heADSCs were marked with carboxyfluorescein. After 7 days, the expressions of myocardiocyte‐specific genes were significantly enhanced in cells seeded on PLA nanopillar array compared with that on PLA planar, especially CACNA1C, KCNH2, and MYL2 genes (p < 0.05). However, the expressions of cardiac troponin T (cTNT), KCNQ1, and KCNA5 were lower than those in PLA planar‐induced heADSCs (p < 0.05), whereas GATA4 tended to increase with time. The cells with positively stained α‐actinin and cTNT were elevated in heADSCs induced by PLA nanopillar array compared with those induced by PLA planar only (p < 0.05). In vivo experiments showed that cardiac function was improved after injecting PLA‐nanopillar array‐induced heADSCs into the ischemic heart (p < 0.05, compared with PLA planar + MI group). Furthermore, tyrosine hydroxylase density was significantly lower (p < 0.05). PLA nanopillar array directly drives the differentiation of heADSCs into cardiomyocyte‐like cells, and the induced heADSCs exhibit a protective effect on ischemic myocardium by improving cardiac function in MI rats. In order to develop new type of chiral separation materials, in this study, 6‐amino‐6‐deoxyamylose was used as chiral starting material with which 10 derivatives were synthesized. The amino group in 6‐amino‐6‐deoxyamylose was selectively acylated and then the hydroxyl groups were carbamoylated yielding amylose 6‐amido‐6‐deoxy‐2,3‐bis(phenylcarbamate)s, which were employed as chiral selectors (CSs) for chiral stationary phases of high‐performance liquid chromatography. The resulted 6‐amido‐6‐deoxyamyloses and amylose 6‐amido‐6‐deoxy‐2,3‐bis(phenylcarbamate)s were characterized by IR, 1H NMR, and elemental analysis. Enantioseparation evaluations indicated that most of the CSs demonstrated a moderate chiral recognition capability. The 6‐nonphenyl (6‐nonPh) CS of amylose 6‐cyclohexylformamido‐6‐deoxy‐2,3‐bis(3,5‐dimethylphenylcarbamate) showed the highest enantioselectivity towards the tested chiral analytes; the phenyl‐heterogeneous (Ph‐hetero) CS of amylose 6‐(4‐methylbenzamido)‐6‐deoxy‐2,3‐bis(3,5‐dimethylphenylcarbamate) baseline separated the most chiral analytes; the phenyl‐homogeneous (Ph‐homo) CS of amylose 6‐(3,5‐dimethylbenzamido)‐6‐deoxy‐2,3‐bis(3,5‐dimethylphenylcarbamate) also exhibited a good enantioseparation capability among the developed CSs. Regarding Ph‐hetero CSs, the enantioselectivity depended on the combination of the substituent at 6‐position and that at 2‐ and 3‐positions; as for Ph‐homo CSs, the enantioselectivity was related to the substituent at 2‐, 3‐, and 6‐positions; with respect to 6‐nonPh CSs, the retention factor of most analytes on the corresponding CSPs was lower than that on Ph‐hetero and Ph‐homo CSPs in the same mobile phases, indicating π–π interactions did occur during enantioseparation. Although the substituent at 6‐position could not provide π–π interactions, the 6‐nonPh CSs demonstrated an equivalent or even higher enantioselectivity compared with the Ph‐homo and Ph‐hetero CSs. Background: The global COVID‐19 pandemic presented an immense obstacle to public health, with vaccination emerging as a crucial measure to curb transmission. This study aimed to evaluate the willingness, hesitancy, and coverage of SARS‐CoV‐2 vaccines among healthcare workers (HCWs) in Tanzania and reveal their concerns about SARS‐CoV‐2 vaccines and the reasons that might prevent them from getting vaccinated. Methods: We conducted a cross‐sectional study using an anonymous online survey from October to November 2022. The multivariate logistic regression model explored the factors associated with SARS‐CoV‐2 vaccine willingness, hesitancy, and coverage. Results: The study included 560 HCWs, with the largest group being doctors (47.9%), followed by nurses (26.9%) and other HCWs (25.2%). A total of 70.5% of HCWs reported being vaccinated against SARS‐CoV‐2. The primary driver for SARS‐CoV‐2 vaccination was collective responsibility. A total of 81.4% of HCWs reported being willing to accept SARS‐CoV‐2 vaccines, while 62.5% of HCWs reported vaccine hesitancy. HCWs with higher educational qualifications were likelier to take the vaccine, while the respondents aged 18–30 years had the highest SARS‐CoV‐2 vaccination refusal (71.9%). We also investigated the role of HCWs as a source of information to promote COVID‐19 vaccine uptake. 79.4% of HCWs provided information and advice on SARS‐CoV‐2 vaccines. Conclusion: To increase vaccine acceptance among HCWs and the general population, targeted messaging is needed to deliver transparent information on vaccine safety, efficacy, and development. LiNi0.8Co0.1Mn0.1O2 cathodes suffer from severe bulk structural and interfacial degradation during battery operation. To address these issues, a three in one strategy using ZrB2 as the dopant is proposed for constructing a stable Ni‐rich cathode. In this strategy, Zr and B are doped into the bulk of LiNi0.8Co0.1Mn0.1O2, respectively, which is beneficial to stabilize the crystal structure and mitigate the microcracks. Meanwhile, during the high‐temperature calcination, some of the remaining Zr at the surface combined with the surface lithium source to form lithium zirconium coatings, which physically protect the surface and suppress the interfacial phase transition upon cycling. Thus, the 0.2 mol% ZrB2‐LiNi0.8Co0.1Mn0.1O2 cathode delivers a discharge capacity of 183.1 mAh g−1 after 100 cycles at 50 °C (1C, 3.0–4.3 V), with an outstanding capacity retention of 88.1%. The cycling stability improvement is more obvious when the cut‐off voltage increased to 4.4 V. Density functional theory confirms that the superior structural stability and excellent thermal stability are attributed to the higher exchange energy of Li/Ni exchange and the higher formation energy of oxygen vacancies by ZrB2 doping. Nowadays, the research of proton conductive materials has been extended from traditional sulfonated polymers to novel crystalline solid materials. It is important but still challenging to develop high‐performance proton‐conducting materials suitable for proton exchange membrane fuel cells (PEMFCs). Considering the features of molybdenum oxide and triazole in the construction of proton‐conducting material, two triazole‐modified molybdenum oxides, [MoO3(trz)0.5] 1 and [H(atrz)4[(atrz)2(γ‐Mo8O26)] ⋅ 2H2O 2 (trz=1,2,4‐triazole, atrz=3‐amino‐1,2,4‐triazole), were re‐synthesized under optimized synthetic conditions, and their proton‐conducting performances were investigated. 1 and 2 show high proton conductivities of 1.94×10−2 S cm−1 (85 °C, 95 % RH) and 1.3×10−3 S cm−1 (65 °C, 95 % RH), respectively. A novel MoS2 quantum dots/CoSe2 nanosheet (MoS2 QDs/CoSe2) hybrid with 0D/2D heterostructure has been developed. The CoSe2 nanosheets (NSs) enable an excellent oxygen evolution reaction (OER) activity with increasing vacancy configuration on one hand, while the MoS2 QDs serve as an eminent hydrogen evolution reaction (HER) catalyst on the other. By integrating MoS2 QDs and CoSe2 NSs, the hybrid exhibits excellent electrocatalytic performances in HER and OER. The unique 0D/2D hetero‐interface increases the exposed active sites and facilitates electron transfer, thereby boosting the electrocatalytic activity. Relatively low overpotentials of 82 mV and 280 mV are required to drive the current density of 10 mA/cm2 for HER and OER, with corresponding Tafel slopes of 69 and 75 mV/dec, respectively. Relaxor ferroelectric 0.94Na0.5Bi0.5TiO3‐0.06BaTiO3‐modified antiferroelectric Pb0.99Nb0.02[(Zr0.57Sn0.43)0.94Ti0.06]0.98O3 ceramics, (1−x)PNZST‐x(BNT‐6BT), were prepared to acquire high energy storage and thermal stability properties. X‐ray diffraction and element mapping revealed that a solid solution between PNZST and BNT‐6BT occurs, and Ti cations enter the PNZST lattice, partly extruding Sn cations and leading to the formation of isolated SnO2 particles at the grain boundaries and a 0‐3 type composite structure. Such a composite structure helps to create deviatoric stress in the solid solution component. The BNT‐6BT content significantly influences the energy storage capacity, and the x = 0.2 composition renders optimal performance. The room‐temperature‐recoverable energy density and energy efficiency are 2.23 J/cm3 and 78%, respectively, at 260 kV/cm. Both parameters vary less than 6% within a temperature range of 25°C and 125°C. The improved energy storage and temperature stability indicate that the ceramics can potentially be applied in pulse power capacitors and that this relaxor‐modified antiferroelectric ceramic preparation method is a valuable reference for further optimizing the functional properties. The homeostatic link between oxidative stress and autophagy plays an important role in cellular responses to a wide variety of physiological and pathological conditions. However, the regulatory pathway and outcomes remain incompletely understood. Here, we show that reactive oxygen species (ROS) function as signaling molecules that regulate autophagy through ataxia‐telangiectasia mutated (ATM) and cell cycle checkpoint kinase 2 (CHK2), a DNA damage response (DDR) pathway activated during metabolic and hypoxic stress. We report that CHK2 binds to and phosphorylates Beclin 1 at Ser90/Ser93, thereby impairing Beclin 1‐Bcl‐2 autophagy‐regulatory complex formation in a ROS‐dependent fashion. We further demonstrate that CHK2‐mediated autophagy has an unexpected role in reducing ROS levels via the removal of damaged mitochondria, which is required for cell survival under stress conditions. Finally, CHK2−/− mice display aggravated infarct phenotypes and reduced Beclin 1 p‐Ser90/Ser93 in a cerebral stroke model, suggesting an in vivo role of CHK2‐induced autophagy in cell survival. Taken together, these results indicate that the ROS‐ATM‐CHK2‐Beclin 1‐autophagy axis serves as a physiological adaptation pathway that protects cells exposed to pathological conditions from stress‐induced tissue damage. To study the effect on amino acid and mineral content of the loach meat by adding Fe (II) chelating hairtail protein hydrolysates (Fe (II)‐HPH) to the feed. A total of 100 healthy loaches were selected. After 1 week's adaptive feeding, they were randomly divided into five groups and fed with feeds containing of Fe (II)‐HPH (0, 0.5, 1, 2, and 4 g/kg). On the 40th day, detection work of general nutrients (moisture, ash, crude protein, and crude fat), mineral elements (Fe, Mn, Cu, Zn, Na, K, and Ca), amino acid and amino acid score (AAS), Chemical Score (CS) and essential amino acid index (EAAI) indexes were done. The results show that crude protein has the highest content while crude fat has the lowest when amount of added Fe (II)‐HPH in feed is 2 g/kg. The Fe content is significantly improved while amount of added is 1, 2, 4 g/kg. The Ca content is significantly improved and the Zn content is significantly improved while amount of added was 2 g/kg. Mn contents are significantly lower than control while amount of added is 4 g/kg. Based on analysis of amino acids in each group, the nutritional value of loach meat with 2 g/kg Fe (II)‐HPH addition amount is relatively high, total amount of essential amino acids increases significantly, and EAA/TAA and EAA/NEAA improve significantly. Silica‐supported ionic liquid Si–[SbSipim][PF6] as a catalyst was used first in the synthesis of polyhydroquinolines. The catalyst exhibits high catalytic activity in the reaction, and can be easily recovered and reused without significant loss of its activity for six runs. Pathological changes in the medial prefrontal cortex (mPFC) and astrocytes are closely associated with Alzheimer's disease (AD). Voluntary running has been found to effectively delay AD. However, the effects of voluntary running on mPFC astrocytes in AD are unclear. A total of 40 10‐month‐old male amyloid precursor protein/presenilin 1 (APP/PS1) mice and 40 wild‐type (WT) mice were randomly divided into control and running groups, and the running groups underwent voluntary running for 3 months. Mouse cognition was assessed by the novel object recognition (NOR), Morris water maze (MWM), and Y maze tests. The effects of voluntary running on mPFC astrocytes were investigated using immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence, western blotting, and stereology. APP/PS1 mice performed significantly worse than WT mice in the NOR, MWM, and Y maze tests, and voluntary running improved the performance of APP/PS1 mice in these tests. The total number of mPFC astrocytes was increased, cell bodies were enlarged, and protrusion number and length were increased in AD mice compared with WT mice, but there was no difference in component 3 (C3) levels in the mPFC (total mPFC level); however, C3 and S100B levels in astrocytes were increased in AD mice. Voluntary running reduced the total number of astrocytes and S100B levels in astrocytes and increased the density of PSD95+ puncta in direct contact with astrocyte protrusions in the APP/PS1 mouse mPFC. Three months of voluntary running inhibited astrocyte hyperplasia and S100B expression in astrocytes, increased the density of synapses in contact with astrocytes, and improved cognitive function in APP/PS1 mice. Sepsis and septic shock are common critical illnesses in the intensive care unit with a high mortality rate. Geldanamycin (GA) has a broad spectrum of antibacterial and antiviral activity and has inhibitory effects on various viruses. However, whether GA affects sepsis due to infections remains unknown. In this study, alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase, blood urea nitrogen and creatinine in serum; neutrophil gelatinase‐associated lipocalin and kidney injury molecule‐1 in the urine, cytokines (tumour necrosis factor alpha, interleukin‐1β and interleukin‐6) in the bronchoalveolar lavage fluid and myeloperoxidase in the lung tissues were measured using enzyme‐linked immunosorbent assay kits. Pathological injury was measured by hematoxylin and eosin staining and neutrophils were measured by flow cytometry analysis; related expressions were analysed by qPCR, western blot and immunofluorescence assay. The results showed that GA significantly ameliorated cecum ligation and puncture (CLP)‐triggered liver, kidney and lung injury in septic mice. In addition, we found that GA dose‐dependently inhibited microthrombosis and alleviated coagulopathy in septic mice. Further molecular mechanism analysis suggests that GA may act through upregulation of heat shock factor 1 and tissue‐type plasminogen activator. Aims/Introduction: High plasma 3‐carboxy‐4‐methyl‐5‐propyl‐2‐furanpropanoic acid (CMPF) levels are significantly associated with type 2 diabetes mellitus, which is usually accompanied by metabolic syndrome and non‐alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) with increased triglyceride levels. Thus, we hypothesized that elevated CMPF levels might be related to lipid metabolism and NAFLD risk. Materials and Methods: Serum CMPF levels were determined using an enzyme‐linked immunosorbent assay in a total of 466 individuals, including 116 controls with no NAFLD or type 2 diabetes mellitus, 53 individuals with NAFLD but no type 2 diabetes mellitus, 151 individuals with type 2 diabetes mellitus but no NAFLD, and 146 individuals with both NAFLD and type 2 diabetes mellitus. The associations with age, blood pressure, lipid profiles, body mass index and liver injury marker levels were examined, and a meta‐analysis of non‐diabetic and diabetic groups was carried out to detect the combined effects. Results: The CMPF concentration in NAFLD patients was significantly lower than individuals without NAFLD in both the non‐diabetic group (P < 0.05) and diabetic group (P < 0.01), and correlated negatively with several parameters of liver function and the adiposity index. Meta‐analysis showed that serum CMPF levels was associated with decreased risk of NAFLD after combining the results (odds ratio 0.677, 95% confidence interval 0.552–0.831, P < 0.001). Additionally, the CMPF concentration was independently negatively associated with triglycerides and high‐density lipoprotein cholesterol in the meta‐analysis. Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that body mass index, high‐density lipoprotein cholesterol, triglyceride level, age, sex and fasting plasma glucose were independently associated with CMPF (all P < 0.05). Conclusions: The results suggest that serum CMPF levels are negatively related to lipid metabolism and could be used to predict NAFLD development. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Despite burgeoning evidence for cortical hyperarousal in insomnia disorder, the existing results on electroencephalography spectral features are highly heterogeneous. Phase‐amplitude coupling, which refers to the modulation of the low‐frequency phase to a high‐frequency amplitude, is probably a more sensitive quantitative measure for characterizing abnormal neural oscillations and explaining the therapeutic effect of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation in the treatment of patients with insomnia disorder. Sixty insomnia disorder patients were randomly divided into the active and sham treatment groups to receive 4 weeks of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation treatment. Behavioral assessments, resting‐state electroencephalography recordings, and sleep polysomnography recordings were performed before and after repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation treatment. Forty good sleeper controls underwent the same assessment. We demonstrated that phase‐amplitude coupling values in the frontal and temporal lobes were weaker in Insomnia disorder patients than in those with good sleeper controls at baseline and that phase‐amplitude coupling values near the intervention area were significantly enhanced after active repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation treatment. Furthermore, the enhancement of phase‐amplitude coupling values was significantly correlated with the improvement of sleep quality. This study revealed the potential of phase‐amplitude coupling in assessing the severity of insomnia disorder and the efficacy of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation treatment, providing new insights on the abnormal physiological mechanisms and future treatments for insomnia disorder. Leiomyosarcoma with osteoclast‐like giant cells (LMS‐OGC) has seldom been reported clinically. LMS‐OGC of the breast is extremely rare according to the literature. Here, we report a case of LMS‐OGC leiomyosarcoma with osteoclast‐like giant cells of the breast. A 51‐year‐old female patient presented with a breast mass which was treated surgically and the pathological examination of the tumor indicated LMS‐OGC. Microscopically, the tumor was composed of spindle cells arranged in bundles or spokes with giant tumor cells and mitosis. Eosinophilic cytoplasm and morphologically benign osteoclast‐like cells were mixed together. Immunohistochemistry examination revealed SMA and desmin were positive with a Ki‐67 proliferation index of 40%. However, CK (AE1/AE3), E‐cadherin, ER, PR, CD34, S‐100 and CD10 were negatively expressed in the tumor tissue. LMS‐OGC is a soft tissue malignant tumor which develops extremely rarely in the breast. The composition of protection monolayer exerts great influence on the molecular and electronic structures of atomically precise monolayer protected metal nanoclusters. Four isostructural Ag/cyanurate/phosphine metallamacrocyclic monolayer protected Ag22 nanoclusters are synthesized by kinetically controlled in‐situ ligand formation‐driven strategy. These eight‐electron superatomic silver nanoclusters feature an unprecedented interfacial bonding structure with diverse E‐Ag (E=O/N/P/Ag) interactions between the Ag13 core and metallamacrocyclic monolayer, and displays thermally activated delayed fluorescence (TADF), benefiting from their distinct donor‐acceptor type electronic structures. This work not only unmasks a new core‐shell interface involving cyanurate ligand but also underlines the significance of high‐electron‐affinity N‐heterocyclic ligand in synthesizing TADF metal nanoclusters.
