This article discusses the efforts of California governor Arnold Schwarzenegger to educate his constituents on environmentally-friendly alternatives and make California "greener." The article deals with Schwarzenegger's history as an activist and his "consumer-friendly" style of marketing his environmental policies to be more palatable to Californians, especially his carbon-trading scheme. The article comments on Schwarzenegger's many connections to people in the environmental movement.
