BACKGROUND: Confirming the reliability and validity of the My jump 2 application for measuring lower limb vertical stiffness may offer the possibility of it as an alternative to the Kistler three-dimensional force platform for measuring lower limb stiffness. OBJECTIVE: To verify the reliability and validity of the My Jump 2 application in measuring lower limb vertical stiffness of college students. METHODS: The drop jump data of the participants were collected through the Kistler three-dimensional force platform and the My Jump 2 application, and the vertical stiffness of the participants’ lower limb vertical stiffness was calculated. The intraclass correlation coefficient was used to analyze the data measured by the My Jump 2 application and the Kistler three-dimensional force platform, attempting to verify the reliability of the My Jump 2 application. The bias and average between the two devices were drawn into a Bland-Altman diagram to verify the consistency between the two test methods. Finally, the test-retest reliability of the My Jump 2 applications at 30 cm and 40 cm was analyzed using the Cronbach’s alpha (α) and coefficient of variation. Pearson product-moment correlation was used to analyze the correlation of My Jump 2 applications. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: My Jump 2 application has high reliability and validity when measuring the vertical stiffness of the lower limb. At the same time, due to its advantages of low cost, convenient portability and field testing for large samples, it can be used as an alternative to the Kistler three-dimensional force platform to test the vertical stiffness of the lower limb in college students and similar populations. BACKGROUND: Mesenchymal stem cells have the functions of inhibiting inflammation and cell apoptosis, promoting tissue repair, angiogenesis, and immune regulation in ischemic heart disease. OBJECTIVE: To review the latest research progress of mesenchymal stem cells in myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury to provide ideas and basis for their further research and clinical application. METHODS: PubMed, Wanfang, and CNKI databases were searched for relevant literature. The key words were “mesenchymal stem cell, MSCs, myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury, MIRI, exosomes, inflammation, tissue repair, vascular regeneration” in Chinese and English, separately. Finally, 48 articles were included and further summarized. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: Myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury is a common pathophysiological process in clinical heart diseases. It is common in ischemic cardiomyopathy, cardiopulmonary bypass and heart transplantation. Its mechanisms include free radical damage, calcium ion overload, energy metabolism disorders, and inflammation and so on. In recent years, the treatment of mesenchymal stem cell transplantation has attracted attention. Its exosomal function, myocardial tissue repair, reduction of myocardial cell apoptosis and inhibition of inflammation provide a new idea for treatment of myocardial ischemiareperfusion injury. Adult mesenchymal stem cells are currently the first choice for the treatment of myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury. Therefore, a better understanding of the mechanism of mesenchymal stem cells in myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury and the latest research progress are extremely important for their in-depth research and clinical application. BACKGROUND: Heart transplantation is an important treatment for end-stage heart disease. The use of immunosuppressive drugs is indispensable for the maintenance of transplantation. Given the enormous side effects of immunosuppressive drugs, it may even have a significant impact on the quality of life of patients. People began to explore new ways to induce transplantation tolerance to avoid the use of immunosuppressive drugs. The immunomodulation characteristics of mesenchymal stem cells have attracted the attention of researchers and a large number of related researches have been carried out.OBJECTIVE: To summarize and investigate the characteristics of immune regulation of mesenchymal stem cells and immune tolerance induction in heart transplantation and their relationship. METHODS: We searched relevant literature in PubMed database. Key words were “stem cell; mesenchymal stem cells; MSC; MSCs; heart transplantation; cardiac allograft; heart allograft; immune tolerance; tolerance; immunological rejection”. The repetitive studies were excluded after screening, and the related literature was arranged and summarized. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: On one hand, mesenchymal stem cells have different effects on a variety of immune cells. On the other hand, mesenchymal stem cells regulate or directly produce a large number of biological active factors so as to constitute a complex network, creating a microenvironment conducive to immune regulation. The application of mesenchymal stem cells in heart transplantation is limited to animal experiments, and the results are relatively optimistic. Researchers’ exploration of induction of immune tolerance in heart transplantation will help people to understand the field further and provide more inspiration to relevant clinicians. Rice is closely related to people’s lives and the national economy. With the rapid development of social economy, improving rice quality with maintained high yield has become the main goal of breeders. Rice quality mainly includes milling quality ( MQ), appearance quality (AQ), eating and cooking quality ( ECQ) and nutritional quality ( NQ). In this paper, based on the recent research progress, the composition of rice quality traits was briefly summarized. Moreover, the mapping, cloning and application of related genes in rice quality improvement were also reviewed. Information summarized here may provide cues for further improvement of rice quality. Due to the complexity of the fabric composition of clothing, the demand of enterprises for fabrics of different specifications and models is inconsistent at different times, and the traditional manual prediction and one-dimensional intelligent prediction models are difficult to solve the problem. Aiming at the pain points of uncertain and difficult prediction of fabric demand in garment enterprises, a fabric demand prediction method based on association rules and combination model was proposed. Firstly, Apriori fabric type association model was constructed to mine the type association rules between multiple batches and categories of fabrics. Then, a combined prediction model of Prophet time series model and long short term memory neural network（LSTM） was constructed, which combined its advantages in solving the problem of fabric demand prediction. Finally, taking the historical demand data of highly correlated fabric models as input, the weight coefficients of the combined model were optimized by quantum particle swarm optimization（QPSO） to predict the demand of correlated fabrics. Using root mean squared error（RMSE） and mean absolute error（MAE） as evaluation indexes to design comparative experiments, the experimental results show that the QPSOProphet LSTM fabric demand prediction model using quantum particle swarm optimization RMSE is 5.464 lower than prophet and 1.184 lower than LSTM. MAE is 4.261 lower than prophet and 0.819 lower than LSTM, and the demand prediction accuracy is higher, which supports the flexible production of fabric in garment enterprises. Objective To study in vitro the effect of human intestinal bacteria on the transformation of to-tal tannins extracted from emblic leafflower (Yuganzi, Phyllanthus emblica L.), a usually used Tibetan herbal medicine. Methods Based on the earlier stage work of the extraction of total tannins from Phyl-lanthus emblica L., activated human gut microbiota was anaerobically incubated in the culture medium GAM containing the total tannins at 37℃ for 72 hours. After centrifugation and protein precipitation, the characteristics of the metabolites were determined by using HPLC/MSn and the contents of each compo-nent determined were measured by using HPLC-UV, on which the time-content curve was drawn. Results Total 13 components were determined, including four metabolites (pyrogallic acid, methyl-de-rivative of gallic, urolithin B, and urolithin A), four prototype components (gallic acid, corilagin, gal-loyl glucose, and digalloyl glucose) and five components to be determined. The accumulated contents of gallic acid and ellagic acid were the highest at Hour 12, 10-fold higher than that of the beginning; the accumulated content of corilagin was the highest at Hour 6 with twice higher of the beginning. Conclusion After the total tannins from Phyllanthus emblica L. were transformed by human gut microbi-ota in vitro, certain bioactive prototype components remained and antitumor components were found.
