- Abstract
In coder to explore the spectrum characteristics of tobacco leaf and its relationship with SPAD value in the field of different maturity, the differences of hyperspectral reflectance, location, area and vegetation variables of different maturity tobacco leaf were analyzed. Correlation analysis and stepwise regression method were used to determine the relationship between hyperspectral parameters and SPAD values. The results showed that with increasing maturity, the reflectance in the visible range (480-680 iim) gradually increased, especially in the 500 - 660 urn range for the reflectance of tobacco leaf maturity better distinguishing effect. In the near-infrared region, with increasing maturity, the reflectivity of tobacco generally showing a decreasing trend. Trend red edge area of tobacco is as follows: first and then decrease; blue border area with increasing maturity increasing; SDr / SDb value and (SDr - SDb) / (SDr + SDb) value decreases and the difference between the maturity reached significant or highly significant. The prediction effect of the regression equation of SPAD value of the Red Valley reflectance is better, and it is feasible to build a regression model based on the high spectral characteristic parameter to predict the SPAD value.
