Objective • This study aimed to evaluate the clinical effects of providing extended comfort care to lung cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy and its impact on cancer-related fatigue levels. Methods • Using a retrospective data analysis approach, a total of 88 lung cancer patients receiving chemotherapy at our hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected as research participants. They were divided into an observation group and a control group based on different nursing methods, with 44 patients in each group. The observation group received extended comfort nursing interventions, while the control group received routine nursing care. Patients’ comfort levels in both groups were compared, and changes in cancer-related fatigue, selfefficacy, psychological state, coping style, sleep quality, and overall life quality were assessed. Results • Following the nursing interventions, patients in the observation group exhibited better physical, psychological, spiritual, sociocultural, and environmental well-being compared to the control group (P < .05). The observation group also showed lower scores for emotional exhaustion, physical exhaustion, cognitive exhaustion, and overall exhaustion compared to the control group (P < .05). Moreover, patients in the observation group demonstrated higher levels of self-efficacy on the health promotion strategy questionnaire (Supph) (P < .05) and lower scores on the self-rating anxiety and depressive symptoms scales (P < .05) after receiving nursing care. In terms of coping style, patients in the observation group exhibited lower avoidance and yield scores but higher face scores than the control group (P < .05). The observation group also reported higher overall life quality scale item grades (P<.05) and lower Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) scores (P<.05) compared to the control group. Conclusions • Extended comfort care for lung cancer patients during chemotherapy improves emotional and physical comfort and effectively reduces cancer-related fatigue levels. The super integrable system and its super Hamiltonian structure are established based on a loop super Lie algebra and super-trace identity in this paper. Then the super integrable system with self-consistent sources and conservation laws of the super integrable system are constructed. Furthermore, an explicit Bargmann symmetry constraint and the binary nonlinearization of Lax pairs for the super integrable system are established. Under the symmetry constraint,the n-th flow of the super integrable system is decomposed into two super finitedimensional integrable Hamilton systems over the supersymmetric manifold. Doxorubicin (Adriamycin, ADM) is an antimitotic drug used in the treatment of a wide range of malignant tumors, including acute leukemia, lymphoma, osteosarcoma, breast cancer, and lung cancer. Multidrug resistance-associated proteins (MRPs) are members of a superfamily of ATP-binding cassette (ABC) transporters, which can transport various molecules across extra- and intra-cellular membranes. The aim of this study was to investigate whether there was a correlation between MRP4 and primary ADM resistance in osteosarcoma cells. In this paper, we chose the human osteosarcoma cell line MG63, ADM resistant cell line MG63/DOX, and the patient's primary cell GSF-0686. We checked the ADM sensitivity and cytotoxicity of all the three cells by cell proliferation assay. The intracellular drug concentrations were measured by using LC-MS/MS. We also examined MRP4 gene expression by RT-PCR and Western Blot. We found that the intracellular ADM concentration of the parent osteosarcoma cell line MG63 was higher than the ADM resistant osteosarcoma MG63/DOX cell line or the GSF-0686 cell after ADM treatment (P < 0.05). In addition, MRP4 mRNA and protein levels in ADM resistant osteosarcoma cells were higher than in MG63 cell (P < 0.05). Taking together, this work suggests that overexpression of MRP4 may confer ADM resistance in osteosarcoma cells. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
