In response to the present epidemic situation, this work proposes an anti-coronavirus composite polymer coating with nano-Ag2MoO4 as the core component to reduce the potential safety hazards caused by excessive use of disinfectants. Nano-β-Ag2MoO4 with mixed morphology was produced with industrialized preparation technology. Among them, oval nanoparticles are core components with antiviral properties, and long rod-shaped particles are used to identify whether the stirring process meets the standard. After x-ray diffraction and field emission scanning electron microscopy testing, nano-β-Ag2MoO4 stored for 4 years still meets the design requirements in terms of purity, crystal phase, shape, and scale, which solves the problem of the long-term effect of core components. In the existing water-based paint production process, the mixing process and formula of nano-β-Ag2MoO4 were explored, and the large-scale production process of anti-virus water-based paint was solved. Resistance tests against the HCoV-229E coronavirus showed that the anti-coronavirus activity rate of the nano-β-Ag2MoO4 coating at a weight concentration of 200 ppm was 99.5% within 2 h, which verified the effectiveness of the composite polymer coating. This study compared four biocolloids (sanxan, xanthan gum, curdlan, and guar gum) in different concentrations to replace NaCl in improving the recooking quality of salt free frozen cooked noodles (SF-FCNs). Sanxan outperformed NaCl and other biocolloids significantly improving the firmness (21.0%), chewiness (63.5%), and toughness (15.4%) of SF-FCNs after 10 freeze-thaw (FT) cycles. The results of the freezing-thawing curves showed SF-FCNs had prior FT stability when sanxan was added at 1.2%. Subsequently, the result of differential scanning calorimetry and nuclear magnetic resonance revealed sanxan reduced the content and mobility of freezable water while increasing the content of bound water. The scanning electron microscope, mercury intrusion, and optical microscopy analyses indicated that sanxan reduced the size and volume of ice crystals and the structural damage of SF-FCNs by controlling the water. Constant false alarm rate (CFAR) detection algorithms, which are widely used in frequency-modulated continuous wave (FMCW) radar systems, achieve target detection by employing a threshold determined on the basis of a predicted background level. However, in multitarget scenarios, the multitarget shadowing effect can lead to inaccurate prediction of the background level and improper setting of the threshold, which then results in severely degraded CFAR performance. To combat this multitarget shadowing effect, a novel CFAR algorithm based on sparsity adaptive correlation maximization (SACM-CFAR) is proposed in this work. The proposed SACM-CFAR algorithm realizes target detection by utilizing the correlation between linear measurements of the radar intermediate frequency (IF) signal and the sensing matrix. To achieve a desired false alarm rate, the proposed algorithm determines the threshold by estimating the distributed parameters of the reduced sample set obtained by removing the detected targets from the original sample set. The root phenotypic traits have been considered as important factors in shaping the rhizosphere microbiome and regulating plant growth. However, the relationships between root phenotypic traits and the rhizosphere bacterial community remain unclear. We investigated two fields with different developing tobacco roots by a long-term positioning test in Hengshi. The well-developed root system (WDR) showed much more superiority in root phenotypic traits, including total root length, total projection area, surface area, and root tip number, than the underdeveloped root system. The specific root traits in WDR provided more ecological niches for the rhizosphere microorganisms, contributing to a more diverse microbial community and a more complex microbial network. The total root length and root tip number were the key factors shaping bacterial communities in the rhizosphere. In turn, the phyla Acidobacteria and Bacteroidetes might play vital roles in modifying root development and promoting plant growth according to their positive correlation with root phenotypic traits. Abstract: The finite gain recovery time of the reflective semiconductor optical amplifier (RSOA) causes distortion and pattern dependence at high bit rates in colorless optical network units (ONUs) of WDM passive optical network (WDN-PON). We propose and demonstrate a scheme of upstream transmission of 10Gbps NRZ signals directly modulated via a RSOA in a 25km single fiber, where we use a fiber Bragg grating (FBG) as an offset filter to suppress the pattern dependence and improve the RSOA modulation bandwidth.
