This study presents a comprehensive numerical computation of heat‐mass transfer characteristics of single‐walled carbon nanotube (SWCNT)/multi‐walled carbon nanotube (MWCNT)‐water suspension flow over a porous stretching sheet with an inclined magnetic field. The governing equations for fluid flow characteristics are formulated using the Sisko fluid model to capture the Newtonian and non‐Newtonian behavior of the nanotube‐water mixture. The nonlinear coupled partial differential equations are converted into nonlinear dimensionless coupled ordinary differential equations using suitable similarity transformations. These equations are solved using MATLAB by implementing the four‐stage Lobatto IIIa formula. The comprehensive set of computations is performed to explore the influence of pertinent parameters, including Sisko fluid parameters, concentration of nanotubes, stretching sheet velocity, and porous medium characteristics on the flow, heat, and mass transfer profiles. From the graphs and statistical analysis, it is clear that the volume fraction of SWCNT and MWCNTs are strongly correlated. The investigation reveals that increasing the inclination angle affects the fluid velocity. The variation in all flow features is negligible for volume fractions of CNTs between 0% and 10% but a significant effect is observed only beyond 10%. Higher volume fractions of CNTs result in enhanced local heat transfer coefficient. This can be attributed due to the outstanding heat transfer capabilities of CNTs owing to their high thermal conductivity. However, Shear thickening fluids exhibit high heat transfer phenomena when compared to shear‐thinning and Newtonian fluids. This research provides valuable insights into the optimization of CNT‐based nanofluids for efficient heat and mass transfer applications in electronics cooling, heat exchangers, and solar energy systems, offering opportunities to enhance energy efficiency and device performance. Summary In the present‐day scenario, multimedia technology serves as a vital medium for communication, facilitating the exchange of information among individuals across various sectors such as education, mass media, banking, and healthcare. In our proposal for a centralized system to store patient data, we aim to enhance healthcare services by enabling doctors to access the medical history of every patient seamlessly. To ensure hassle‐free services, we have devised a for authenticated key sharing protocol leveraging cryptographic hash functions for the Internet of Things healthcare system. A key advantage of our approach is that patients need not undergo medical tests repeatedly, unless it is deemed necessary due to diagnostic requirements. We have provided informal proof of the protocol's ability to safeguard against security threats. Furthermore, we have conducted simulations using the Scyther simulation tool to verify the strength of our protocol, affirming its safety and effectiveness. Our performance analysis section demonstrates significantly improved complexities compared to existing protocols, further emphasizing the reliability and efficiency of our proposed solution. Background: Accurate syndesmotic reduction is necessary for achieving joint congruity and better functional outcomes. Radiographs alone don’t suffice, and CT scans are required for the evaluation of postoperative syndesmotic reduction. Methods: All patients who underwent ankle syndesmotic reduction and fixation from December 2019 to July 2021 were taken into the study. Predefined measurements were taken in postoperative radiographs and axial CT images were taken postoperatively. Sensitivity and specificity of X-rays when compared to CT scan were evaluated. Results: Twenty eight patients were included in the study and 13 cases were found to have syndesmotic malreduction in radiographs as per TCS and TFO in AP view and TFO and MCS measurements in mortise view. Five out of 28 cases were found to have syndesmotic malreduction in CT axial cuts as per standard anterior and posterior measurements. Hence 17.85% cases were malreduced in our study as per the gold standard (CT scan). The incidence of syndesmotic malreduction after fixation was 17.85%. Radiographs had a sensitivity of 60% and specificity of 56.5% in detecting malreduction. Conclusion: CT scan is necessary to accurately diagnose syndesmotic malreduction after open reduction and internal fixation of ankle fractures with associated syndesmotic injuries. Traditionally, coffee is propagated by seed. However, in recent years, the propagation of plants derived from somatic embryos has become increasingly important. The genetic homogeneity of plants derived from somatic embryos must be assessed before large-scale propagation. In this study, the genetic uniformity of somatic embryo–derived and seed-derived plants obtained from the same mother plant in two arabica hybrid coffee cultivars was examined using sequence-related amplified polymorphism (SRAP) and start codon-targeted (SCoT) markers, as well as the sequencing of seven functional genes. In both cultivars, the analysis of molecular markers revealed a remarkable genetic similarity of 93 to 98% between the plants derived from somatic embryos and those derived from seeds compared to the mother plant. Sequence analysis confirmed that the large subunit of ribulose-1,5-biphosphate carboxylase and mitochondrial ribosomal protein had the highest sequence similarity of all the genes studied. Among the five nuclear genes analyzed, the pathogenesis-related protein 1A-like gene showed the lowest sequence variability while the zinc finger protein gene showed the highest sequence variability compared to the NAC25, UDP-glycosyltransferase, and light-inducing protein chloroplastic-like genes. The presence of variable frequency of single-nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) and insertions and deletions (indels) created the overall sequence polymorphism across different genes. There was no substantial difference in sequence variability between plants derived from somatic embryos and those grown from seeds. The main challenges of using fiberglass composites are poor impact resistance and understanding of damage mechanisms during loading. This work focuses on improving the indentation resistance of glass/epoxy composites by the incorporation of industrial waste iron fillers with maximum concentration of 50 µm in size. Moreover, the quasi-static indentation test with acoustic emission (AE) monitoring was employed to study the damage initiation and propagation of baseline and optimized 10 wt.% of filler-loaded composites. Post-indentation performance was evaluated by conducting compression after indentation test. The result reveals that the stiffness, absorbed energy and strain energy density were increased by 32%, 59.2% and 18.02% in filler-loaded composites, whereas the residual dent was reduced from 0.9 to 0.5 mm as compared with baseline. As compared with 3 mm indentation displacement, the % of AE hits related to delamination and fiber failure was significantly reduced to 3.6% and 1% during 6 mm, respectively. Further, the sentry function results that shown very small two PII functions indicate a better indentation resistance in filler-loaded composites, which were well correlated with rear side photographic images. Besides, the filler-loaded composites exhibited least reduction in the residual compressive strength of 3.71% and 4.33% for 3 mm and 6 mm indented displacements, respectively. However, the microstructural analysis was used to validate the effect of iron fillers on glass/epoxy composites. The transistor has the problem of inability to tolerate high voltage, which leads to power quality issues in high power applications. Therefore, to solve this problem, a thyristor controlled series compensator (TCSC) is adopted, which will reduce the power quality problem in high power applications integrated with renewable systems. However, to reduce the effect of thyristors in TCSC, the gate turn-off (GTO) thyristors are employed. Also, the cost of the system is reduced by using PV based DC supply to the compensator. However, the supply from the renewable system is not constant, which induces harmonics and oscillation in output voltage. This results in an unsynchronized supply between the grid voltage and the renewable system, which has been reduced by using a novel controller that generates switching pulses for the GTO to reduce distortion in the output voltage. Since the GTO works well with switching signals rather than gate voltage, an effective control signal generation scheme is required. Therefore, this paper introduces a novel Fractional Order Proportional Integral Retarded (FOPIR) controller optimized by the Rock Hyraxes algorithm. In this paper, we examine the time-dependent two-dimensional cable equation of fractional order in terms of the Caputo fractional derivative. This cable equation plays a vital role in diverse areas of electrophysiology and modeling neuronal dynamics. This paper conveys a precise semi-analytical method called the q-homotopy analysis transform method to solve the fractional cable equation. The proposed method is based on the conjunction of the q-homotopy analysis method and Laplace transform. We explained the uniqueness of the solution produced by the suggested method with the help of Banach's fixed-point theory. The results obtained through the considered method are in the form of a series solution, and they converge rapidly. The obtained outcomes were in good agreement with the exact solution and are discussed through the 3D plots and graphs that express the physical representation of the considered equation. It shows that the proposed technique used here is reliable, well-organized and effective in analyzing the considered non-homogeneous fractional differential equations arising in various branches of science and engineering. Here we consider two-parameter and three-parameter versions of the two-tailed quasi-Lindley distribution and investigate their important properties. An attempt has been made to estimate its parameters by the method of maximum likelihood, along with a brief discussion on the existence of the estimators. Further, the distribution is fitted to certain real-life data sets to illustrate the utility of the proposed models. A two-stage circuit configuration with 3-phase utility grid assisted solar power generation system is designed. In order to track the solar PV arrays maximum peak power (MPP), a DC boost converter with Composite Incremental Conductance (InC) MPP technique is employed in first stage. In Second stage, a grid-tied four-leg DC-AC converter, is employed to provide the solar power that was extracted into the utility grid and to enhancing power quality. An adaptive hybrid Multi-Second Order Generalized Integrator-Quadrature (MSOGI-Q) control algorithm, in conjunction with Neuro Fuzzy system (NFS) is proposed for controlling this DC-AC converter. MSOGI-Q reference current generation strategy is designed to mitigate current harmonics by retrieving the fundamental constituents from non-linear load. The Neuro Fuzzy system along with PID controller, by adjusting the voltage from dc link keeps consistent power in between AC and DC sides for varying isolation condition. To get the peak power out of a PV panel even in different environmental conditions, the composite incremental conductance algorithm is used. To upgrade the dynamic performance of voltage variation at Point of Common Coupling (PCC) a feedforward descriptor for Photovoltaic contributions has been implemented. In addition, a comparison between the proposed NFS-MSOGIQ control technique and the existing adaptive control technique is done to assess the effectiveness of the proposed adaptive control technique. The proposed adaptive control technique for the distributed generation system is designed and stimulated in MATLAB/SIMULINK and the simulation outcomes verify the effectiveness of the proposed control technique under various transition circumstances. A laboratory prototype model of the proposed system is developed for theoretical analysis and its results are found to be compliant with IEEE standards. In the field of textile technology, this study centers on towpreg—an integral component utilized in production techniques like tape laying and filament winding. Here, fibers are pre‐coated with resin, typically epoxy but not exclusively. Notably, towpreg retains a partially cured state, maintaining tackiness throughout the processing stages. The ultimate quality of the product manufactured with this towpreg is highly dependent on this initial material. This research highlights the importance of considering various factors that impact product quality. While not exhaustive, a systematic analysis of diverse towpreg parameters, including tack, resin content, and width, is provided. The work encompasses findings, challenges, and insights derived from towpreg manufacturing, incorporating the investigation of various experimental methodologies. The study also evaluates methodologies for laminated coupon production with towpreg, assessing their applicability in characterizing filament‐wound components. Here we propose a new class of probability distributions as an extended version of the exponential hyper-Poisson distribution and Weibull Poisson distribution. We investigate several important aspects of the distribution through deriving expressions for its probability density function (pdf), cumulative distribution function, survival function, failure rate function, pdf of the order statistics, r-th raw moments, etc. The method of maximum likelihood estimation procedures along with EM algorithm is discussed for estimating the parameters of the distribution and a test procedure is suggested for testing the significance of the additional parameters of the proposed model. The use of the proposed distribution is illustrated through real-life data sets. This paper offers a unique and novel approach for electric vehicle battery charging by incorporating a solar PV-integrated dc to dc boost converter. Traditional power electronic converters used in such applications often face limitations including low voltage gain, low conversion efficiency, high ripple content, and inadequate controller performance. To overcome these challenges, the study introduces the Improved A-Source Boost Converter (IASBC) along with an interval type-2 fuzzy logic controller (IT2FLC) and MPPT technique for continuous switching with optimal design. The IASBC, equipped with a coupled inductor, enhances load side performance by achieving high conversion efficiency and voltage gain while minimizing the impact of network parasitic. Additionally, the proposed controller technique effectively reduces output side dc ripple content through gain parameter optimization. The system is optimized for charging a 48 V rechargeable battery within a solar photovoltaic voltage range of 25–75 V DC. Extensive simulations using MATLAB validate the efficacy of the proposed approach. The software analysis reveals an efficiency of 90.82% in the open-loop system and 98.57% in the closed-loop system, while the hardware system achieves an efficiency of approximately 98.55%. Furthermore, a 100 W experimental design is developed and compared with the simulation results, providing validation for the technical significance of the suggested converter. This novel approach not only addresses the limitations of conventional converters but also offers improved performance in terms of efficiency, voltage gain, and ripple content. Film boiling occurs when an overheated sample is rapidly plunged into the liquid. The study of film boiling is paramount in many engineering applications, like, cooling of nuclear reactor fuel rods, regenerative cooling of rockets, and wet treatment of blast slag furnaces. The objective of the present study is to explore the influence of boric acid at various concentrations (0.5%, 1%, 3%, and 5% vol.) and subcooling temperature on film boiling heat transfer using stainless steel rod (304 L). We performed vertical immersion quenching experiments in subcooled (50 °C) and saturation temperature at atmospheric conditions. Under saturated conditions, the sample quenched in deionized water took 73 s to cool down to 100 °C, while in the subcooled condition, the sample only took 13 s. At both saturated and subcooled conditions, 1% vol. boric acid solution accelerated the quenching rate and facilitated lowest film boiling time than other solutions considered. Conversely, film boiling time is higher when the sample is quenched in deionized water with 5% vol. of boric acid. The coolant temperature and additive concentration influence the film boiling time and Leidenfrost temperature, with a local build-up of boric acid concentration at the liquid–vapor interface being the governing mechanism. A non-contact-based system for estimating the respiration rate of individuals using a mobile phone camera is presented in this paper. Respiration rate is an important vital sign that indicates the number of breaths a person takes per minute and is commonly used in medical assessments. The method involves recording videos of the pit of the neck region using the mobile phone camera and analyzing the changes in light intensity within the video frames. By processing the obtained signals from the video frames, the system accurately estimates the respiration rate. The effectiveness of the proposed method and the estimated respiration rates are compared with rates obtained using two other methods: a spirometer, which is a device used to measure lung function and manual counting. The evaluation is conducted on a group of 34 participants who are instructed to breathe rapidly to simulate varying respiration rates. The results indicate that the presented method achieves an accuracy of over 80% compared with existing state-of-the-art methods. The standard deviation of ±3% suggests a relatively consistent performance across participants. The calculated error between the estimated respiration rates and the reference rates obtained from the spirometer and manual counting validates the reliability of the proposed approach. Additionally, the paper highlights the advantages of this system, including its cost-effectiveness and suitability for remote monitoring and mass screening. The non-contact nature of the method reduces the need for physical contact with patients, which could be especially beneficial in situations where hygiene and infection control are crucial. Background: Melatonin, a powerful free radical scavenger and broad-spectrum antioxidant may directly affect ovarian function by regulating folliculogenesis, maintenance of follicular integrity, oocyte quality and maturation capacity. Therefore, we aimed to study effects of melatonin and its interaction with growth factors in sheep preantral follicles. Methods: The influence of different concentrations of Melatonin (5-500 pM) on in vitro culture of preantral follicles (PFs') isolated from sheep ovaries was studied. Experiments I and II were conducted to standardize the optimum concentration of Melatonin that supports better development of preantral follicles. Experiment III was conducted with the optimum level of Melatonin derived in the Experiments I and II to evaluate the effect of melatonin at 100 pM in combination with various growth factors. Result: Overall follicular development was found to be the best in the PFs' cultured in medium supplemented with 100 pM of Melatonin. Electric vehicles are the future of mobility. Electric vehicles have batteries to store energy and the most common type of batteries used in electric vehicle's battery packs are lithium-ion cells. These cells have very high energy density and dissipate heat during charging and discharging cycles. There is a need to have an efficient cooling system to dissipate this heat. Bigger-size batteries in four-wheelers use liquid cooling to ensure faster charging and longer battery life. Surface cooling and tab cooling are two popular types of liquid cooling systems for battery packs. Surface cooling is a preferred type of cooling system as it is less complex and cheaper, but it creates a temperature gradient inside the cell which is detrimental to cell life. This work proposes tab cooling as a solution to improve the life cycle of lithium-ion cells. Two sets of the battery pack, one with tab cooling and the other without a cooling system were tested under different conditions for multiple fast charging and discharging cycles until their initial capacity was reduced by 30%. Identifying diseases using chest X-rays is challenging because more medical professionals are needed. A chest X-ray contains many features, making it difficult to pinpoint the factors causing a disease. Moreover, healthy individuals are more common than those with illnesses, and various diseases occur at different rates. To diagnose the disease accurately using X-ray images, extracting significant features and addressing unbalanced data is essential. To resolve these challenges, a proposed ensemble self-attention-based deep neural network aims to tackle the problem of unbalanced information distribution by creating a new goal factor. Additionally, the InceptionV3 architecture is trained to identify significant features. The proposed objective function is a performance metric that adjusts the ratio of positive to negative instances, and the suggested loss function can dynamically mitigate the impact of many negative observations by reducing each cross-entropy term by a variable amount. The central nervous system can develop complex and deadly neoplastic growths called brain tumors. Despite being relatively uncommon in comparison to other cancers, brain tumors pose particular challenges because of their delicate anatomical placement and interactions with critical brain regions. The data are taken from TCIA (The Cancer Image Archive) and Kaggle Datasets. Images are first pre-processed using amplified median filter techniques. The pre-processed images are then segmented using the Grabcut method. Feature extraction is extracted using the Shape, ABCD rule, and GLCM are the features were retrieved. The MRI images are then classified into several classes using the Bi-directional Encoder Representations from Transformers-Bidirectional Long Short Term Memory (BERT-Bi-LSTM) model. Kaggle and TICA datasets are used to simulate the proposed approach, and the results are evaluated in terms of F1-score, recall, precision and accuracy. The proposed model shows improved brain tumour identification and classification. To evaluate the expected technique's efficacy, a thorough comparison of the current techniques with preceding methods is made. The trial results showed that an efficient hybrid bert model for brain tumor classification suggested strategy provided precision of 98.65%, F1-score of 98.25%, recall of 99.25%, and accuracy of 99.75%. We study the structure of single Λ -hypernuclei using the Hartree–Fock–Bogoliubov method. Finite range Gogny-type forces are used to describe the nucleon–nucleon and Λ -nucleon interactions. Three different Λ -nucleon Gogny forces are built. The unknown parameters of these forces are obtained by fitting the experimental binding energies of the 1s Λ single-particle state in various hypernuclei using the "Simulated Annealing Method". These forces are then used to calculate the binding energies of the other (1p, 1d, 1f, 1g) Λ single-particle states in the different hypernuclei. The predicted values are found to be in good agreement with the experimental data for the three forces constructed. In addition, we calculate also the root-mean-square radii of ground state Λ orbital, as well as several global properties of the hypernuclei considered such as their ground-state Hartree–Fock–Bogoliubov energy, their pairing energy and their quadrupole moment. Numerous attacks have targeted government agencies and industrial companies, making cybersecurity a global issue. When combined with a wide range of attack types, advanced-persistent threats (APTs) are becoming a significant threat to cyber security. A new and highly complicated attack is the APT Attack, which is an Advanced Persistent Threat that focuses on specific businesses and organizations and has taken the place of multi-stage attacks (MSAs). Digital duplicity has arisen as a guarded way to deal with securing our digital foundation from APTs. Our recommended approach combines reactive (graph analysis) and proactive (cyber deception technology) defence to thwart the attackers' lateral movement. In light of organization follows and Interruption Recognition Framework (IDS) alerts, the principal stage figures the most probable assault way. The assault interpreting is the second phase of the suggested structure. This stage determines the most likely succession of Able phases for a given grouping of related cautions using the secret Markov model (Well). The evaluation's findings demonstrate that our approach can recognize the most likely attack paths and thwart APT attempts. Background: The degree of expected rotational remodeling in femoral shaft fractures is poorly understood, partly because of the difficulty in accurately measuring rotational alignment radiographically before and after treatment. This study aimed to assess the degree of rotational remodeling in the short-term following post-traumatic fracture shaft of the femur with > 10° rotational malunion in children under 15 years. Methodology: We carried out an observational study with a prospective follow-up on 18 children aged < 15 years with isolated, unilateral, oblique, or spiral, closed femur shaft fracture treated with closed reduction and immobilization with hip spica or internal fixation with elastic stable intramedullary nails or minimal invasive plate osteosynthesis. Only those with an initial axial malalignment measured on postoperative reduction radiographs of more than 10° by Ozel et al. technique were included. We evaluated the residual rotational malunion outcome using the ultrasound technique of Terjesen et al. by assessing the difference in femoral torsion as a guide to rotational malunion. The difference between the initial malreduction and the torsional difference between the hips at follow-up was deemed the extent of rotational change or remodeling. Results and Conclusion: The mean axial malalignment was 21.6° (10°–32°). The mean rotational remodeling was 13.6° (range 7°–21°), with an SD of 3.9. This study shows that a significant amount of rotational remodeling occurs in children up to 14 years of age within 2 years of injury. It is higher in younger patients (r = 0.786; p < 0.001), and the extent of remodeling is proportional to the magnitude of the initial deformity (r = 0.81, p < 0.001). [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Polymer pyrolysis has emerged as a versatile method to synthesize graphenoid (graphene like) materials with varying thickness and properties. The morphology of the thin film, especially the thickness, greatly affects the graphitizability and the properties of the graphenoid material. Using in situ current annealing inside a transmission electron microscope (TEM), the thickness‐dependent structural evolution of the polymer film with a special focus on thickness effects is followed. At high temperatures, thin samples form large graphene layers oriented parallel to the substrate, whereas in thick samples multi‐walled cage‐like structures are formed. Moleclar Dynamics (MD) simulations reveal a film thickness of 40 Å below which, the carbonized layers align parallel to the surface. For thicker samples, the orientation of the layers becomes increasingly misoriented starting from the surface to the center. This structural change can be attributed to the formation of bonded multi‐layers from the initially unsaturated activated edges. The resulting cage‐like structures are stable even during simulated annealing at temperatures as high as 3500 K. An atomistic understanding of the formation of these structures is presented. The results clearly indicate the critical effect of thickness on the graphitizability of polymers and provide a new understanding of the structural evolution during pyrolysis. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Initially, researchers anticipated it with statistical processes; more recently, they started implementing deep learning (DL) and machine learning (ML) models. This research employed ensemble machine learning (EML) approaches to predict the compressive strength (CS) of concrete developed for ground-granulated blast furnace slag (GGBFS) along with Alccofine 1203 (AF). Ensemble regressions of Random Forest Regression (RFR) and AdaBoost Regression (ABR) were considered for model prediction using the Jupyter Notebook. The models were created based on the outcome of the compressive strength under the 90 experimental conditions. Moreover, a comparative study was performed between the RFR and ABR to benchmark the proposed model against a given combination of features and CS. The experimental conditions were optimized using a genetic algorithm (GA) after the model was created by ANN. With the two EML algorithms, the smallest errors, along with the largest coefficient of determination, were observed in the RFR algorithm. It was recognized that the optimized value of CS is 48.606 MPa, and their optimized process elements such as cement, alccofine, GGBS, water, and days were 261.506 kg/m³, 0.055 kg/m³, 52.468 kg/m³, 141.007 L, and 27.999 days, respectively. AbstractA new class of skew generalized normal distribution as a generalization of the skew-normal distribution of Arellano-Valle (Commun. Statist. Theor. Meth., 2004) and Kumar and Anusree (Commun. Summary: Multiple‐input multiple‐outputs (MIMOs) have eminent quality in maximizing the throughput of wireless communication models. In MIMO, the antenna arrays can be utilized for fulfilling the needs of 5G by utilizing various spatial signatures of users. Even though 5G communication is imminent, there exist issues, like network interference that arise due to reused frequency spectrum resources. This delving presents an optimized deep model for suppressing interference occurring in the Rayleigh channel in the multiple‐user MIMO (MU‐MIMO) model. Here, an MU‐MIMO model is employed with correlated interference wherein there exist various users around the base station (BS) with several antennas at the transmitter and receiver. Here, a deep neuro‐fuzzy network (DNFN) is used to upgrade the performance of detectors underneath correlated interference. Here, the model comprises zero forcing‐maximum likelihood detection (ZF‐MLD) that assists to generate an initial estimate of broadcasted signals in a particular time slot. The DNFN is used to capture latent correlation among several symbols. Here, the DNFN training is performed using developed autoregressive Henry gas spider monkey optimization (RHGSMO), which is the combination of conditional autoregressive value at risk (CAViaR), Henry gas solubility optimization (HGSO), and spider monkey optimization (SMO). The zero-inflated models have becomes fairly popular in the research literature. Medical and public health research involve the analysis of count data that exhibits a substantially large proportion of zeroes. The first zero-inflated model is the zero-inflated Poisson model, which concerns a random event containing excess zero-count in unit time. In this paper we consider a zero-inflated version of the modified hyper-Poisson distribution as a generalization of the zero-inflated Hyper-Poisson distribution of Kumar and Ramachandran (Commun.Statist.Simul.Comp., 2019) and study some of its important properties through deriving its probability generating function and expressions for factorial moments, mean, variance, recursion formulae for factorial moments, raw moments and probabilities. The estimation of the parameters of the proposed distribution is attempted and it has been fitted to certain real life data sets to test its goodness of fit. The study of flow, heat, and mass transfer of Newtonian and non-Newtonian nanofluid over porous media holds paramount significance in the context of fuel industries, contributing to enhanced efficiency, reduced emissions, and sustainable energy production. This investigation provides a concise overview of the critical role played by porous media in various aspects of the fuel sector. In the oil and gas industry, porous reservoir formations exhibit complex fluid dynamics characterized by non-Darcy flow, influencing recovery rates of hydrocarbons. Understanding the relationship between flow, heat, and mass transfer within these porous reservoirs is essential for reservoir engineers and fuels the quest for maximizing resource extraction. The Sisko nanofluid model is one of the most sought-after mathematical model which prophesies the interesting features of Newtonian and non-Newtonian (dilatant and Pseudoplastic nature) fluids. In contemporary years, a new class of non-Newtonian fluids with nanoparticle suspensions are gaining popularity as it is beneficial in enhancing thermal efficiency in several applications such as warming/cooling of home appliances and micro-electronics etc. However, the modeling on this class of non-Newtonian fluids is limited. In light of above, this work predicts the stream, heat and mass transmission behavior of nanofluids using Sisko fluid model. Stretching sheet with porous medium has been used for this study with addition with magnetic field, thermal radiation, Brownian motion and thermophoresis. The non-linearity issues in this fluid flow are addressed in the prevailing work using suitable similarity transformations. The non-linear dimensional coupled P.D.E are converted into nonlinear dimensionless coupled O.D.E. These equations are solved using MATLAB by implementing four-stage Lobatto IIIa formula. The impacts of copious physical parameters of flow, energy and mass transfer insights are discussed. From the outcomes of current work, it is perceived that increasing the perviousness of the porous medium reduces the fluid mobility. Further, for increased values of Prandtl number the heat transfer coefficient increases ensuing in more heat transfer. The perception of the employees on handling stress at workplace and effectiveness of stress management programs varies due to multiple internal and external factors. Thus, the present study aims to measure the perceived level of difference in psychosocial stress at workplace following a stress management program. This was an interventional study conducted among 30 public sector employees working in Land Resources Development Department. The study tools used were K10, World Health Organization Quality of Life Scale (WHOQOL-BREF), and a work-life balance questionnaire which were quantitatively analyzed using paired t-test, and also, thematic analysis was used to assess the effectiveness of the stress management program. Stress management abilities improved on the work-life balance questionnaire with a P value of 0.027 after the intervention and a significant difference in the environment domain with a P value of 0.041 was found on WHOQOL-BREF. Thematic analysis showed a perceived reduction in negative reactions to work stress and improvement in self-care strategies after the intervention. This study highlights the subjective experience of work stress and stress management abilities that need to be addressed through the effective collaborative model of a stress management program. The current generation aims for Low power electronic gadgets like cell phones, PDAs, etc. This urged demand is met through adopting low power reduction techniques. These gadgets also demand the presence of cache memories, which are fabricated via Static Random Access Memory (SRAM) Cells. Now the challenge is in designing low leakage SRAM cells by adopting power reduction techniques. The proposed work of 7T based Volatile and Non-Volatile SRAM cell is carried through adopting efficient low power reduction technique referred to as Improved Self Controllable Voltage Level (I-SVL). Proposed 7T SRAM cell is based on Improved Self Controllable Voltage Level (I-SVL) technique which controls the supply voltage in Idle and Non Idle mode of SRAM cell. Also Upper-ISVL and Lower-ISVL supplies the Vdd and Vss as per the requirement there by controlling the leakage power. The proposed I-SVL based 7T Volatile and Non-Volatile is designed and simulated using Cadence Virtuoso spectre tool by using CMOS technology with gpdk 45nm. Proposed work carried is efficient in terms of sub threshold and total leakage currents in comparison with the earlier work. The obtained sub threshold and total leakage current of the proposed volatile 7T SRAM cell based on the I-SVL shows improvements in lower values with existing work by 15% and 32%. Also proposed Non-volatile based I-SVL 7T SRAM cell resulted in lesser sub threshold and total leakage current by an amount of 97% and 93% in comparison with the earlier work. In this paper, we introduce a generalization of the two-parameter double Lindley distribution (TPDLD) of Kumar and Jose [C. S. Kumar and R. Jose, A new generalization to Laplace distribution, J. Math. Comput. 31 2020, 8–32], namely the generalized double Lindley distribution (GDLD) along with its location-scale extension (EGDLD). Then we discuss the estimation of parameters of the EGDLD by the maximum likelihood estimation procedure. This work examines the orientation profile of a rigid body suspended in a time-dependent uniform flow at low Reynolds numbers under the action of an external periodic field. We derive the unsteady equations governing the transport by considering the influence of both fluid and particle inertia. We observe the significance of the acceleration reaction term, which appeared in the governing equation, as the calculated value increases as the aspect ratio increases. In contrast, the lift force exerted by the flow on the spheroid is insignificant since it is negligibly small. We provide phase diagrams of the solutions with functional relations with the particle's geometry, amplitude and phase of the external field, and Reynolds numbers. The steady-state solutions are orbits controlled by the parameters. In this analysis, we observe a phase shift in position and velocity, a drift of orbits, and dependence of orientation movement on the aspect ratio and amplitude of the external field and the Reynolds number. Mycobacterium tuberculosis encodes two chaperonin proteins, MtbCpn60.1 and MtbCpn60.2, that share substantial sequence similarity with the Escherichia coli chaperonin, GroEL. However, unlike GroEL, MtbCpn60.1 and MtbCpn60.2 purify as lower‐order oligomers. Previous studies have shown that MtbCpn60.2 can functionally replace GroEL in E. coli, while the function of MtbCpn60.1 remained an enigma. Here, we demonstrate the molecular chaperone function of MtbCpn60.1 and MtbCpn60.2, by probing their ability to assist the folding of obligate chaperonin clients, DapA, FtsE and MetK, in an E. coli strain depleted of endogenous GroEL. We show that both MtbCpn60.1 and MtbCpn60.2 support cell survival and cell division by assisting the folding of DapA and FtsE, but only MtbCpn60.2 completely rescues GroEL‐depleted E. coli cells. We also show that, unlike MtbCpn60.2, MtbCpn60.1 has limited ability to support cell growth and proliferation and assist the folding of MetK. Our findings suggest that the client pools of GroEL and MtbCpn60.2 overlap substantially, while MtbCpn60.1 folds only a small subset of GroEL clients. We conclude that the differences between MtbCpn60.1 and MtbCpn60.2 may be a consequence of their intrinsic sequence features, which affect their thermostability, efficiency, clientomes and modes of action.
