The article presents a case study of a 25-year-old man who manifested a diffuse swelling of arms and legs, increased thickening and folding of his facial skin, and frequent pain and swelling of his knee and ankle joints for a duration of six years. An endoscopic biopsy has showed foveolar and polypoid hyperplasia of the surface epithelium with tortuosity and cystic changes. The patient was diagnosed with primary pachydermoperiostosis (PDD) with hypertrophic gastropathy and a hiatal hernia.

The article presents a case study of 38-year-old man with skin lesion over the cheeks and forehead associated with a burning sensation. It states that the patient developed redness and itching of both eyes prior to onset of skin lesions. It indicates that the patient was diagnosed with rosacea with severe ophthalmic involvement and blindness.
