The article presents a case study of a 32-year-old Japanese man with a 5-month history of painful nodules on the fingers. His physical examination and diagnostic imaging revealed no tumors in other sites. His histopathology revealed that the tumor was covered by a fibrous capsule and was composed of myxoid areas with ossification at the periphery.
