The article describes the case of a male patient with dextro-transposition of great arteries previously treated with palliative Mustard procedure and underwent transvenous implantation of dual-chamber pacemaker (PM). A subcutaneous cardioverter defibrillator was implanted to prevent sudden death in accordance with the current guidelines. He was admitted to the hospital in August 2014 after five shocks delivered during a treadmill workout and a diagnosis of inappropriate therapies was made.
