Enteroendocrine cells (EECs) constitute only a small proportion of Villin-1 (Vil1)-expressing intestinal epithelial cells (IECs) of the gastrointestinal tract; yet, in sum, they build the largest endocrine organ of the body, with each of them storing and releasing a distinct set of peptides for the control of feeding behavior, glucose metabolism, and gastrointestinal motility. Like all IEC types, EECs are continuously renewed from intestinal stem cells in the crypt base and terminally differentiate into mature subtypes while moving up the crypt–villus axis. Interestingly, EECs adjust their hormonal secretion according to their migration state as EECs receive altering differentiation signals along the crypt–villus axis and thus undergo functional readaptation. Cell-specific targeting of mature EEC subtypes by specific promoters is challenging because the expression of EEC-derived peptides and their precursors is not limited to EECs but are also found in other organs, such as the brain (e.g., Cck and Sst) as well as in the pancreas (e.g., Sst and Gcg). Here, we describe an intersectional genetic approach that enables cell type-specific targeting of functionally distinct EEC subtypes by combining a newly generated Dre-recombinase expressing mouse line (Vil1-2A-DD-Dre) with multiple existing Cre-recombinase mice and mouse strains with rox and loxP sites flanked stop cassettes for transgene expression. We found that transgene expression in triple-transgenic mice is highly specific in I but not D and L cells in the terminal villi of the small intestine. The targeting of EECs only in terminal villi is due to the integration of a defective 2A separating peptide that, combined with low EEC intrinsic Vil1 expression, restricts our Vil1-2A-DD-Dre mouse line and the intersectional genetic approach described here only applicable for the investigation of mature EEC subpopulations. Introduction Future combat environments will be complex, making effective care for multi-domain battlefield injuries more challenging. Technology and resources are essential to reduce provider burden enabling more accurate assessments, decision-making support, expanded treatment, and outcome improvements. Experimentation exercises to evaluate concepts and technologies to incorporate into the Army's future force ensure rapid and continuous integration across air, land, sea, space, and cyberspace domains to overmatch adversaries. A medical lane was first integrated on the communications networks for experimentation in 2022. We describe a project to develop a method for empirically comparing devices intended to support combat casualty care through high-fidelity simulation in preparation for an Army experimentation exercise. Methods Six medics participated in a series of high-fidelity simulation medical casualty injury scenarios with and without technology devices. The participants provided usability information about their care delivery experiences using the System Usability Scale and Adapted Telehealth Usability Questionnaire-Telemedicine and Advanced Technology Research Command and qualitative feedback. Results A comparative effectiveness design compared the devices regarding their usability, size, weight, and power with the addition of cost, connectivity, and cyber security, and the qualitative feedback this methodology holistically assessed the technologies as they were applied in the combat casualty care scenario. Conclusions Results were used by decision makers to determine technology inclusion in experimentation exercise, develop proof of concept methodology to scale for the exercise, and provide technology developers feedback for iterative updates of their devices before participation in experimentation exercise. This project supports the body of simulation studies conducted to understand combat casualty care. It is one of few empirical medical technology assessments with medical personnel end user input that has been reported. [Display omitted] Modification of polyallylamine hydrochloride (PAH) with heterobifunctional low molecular weight polyethylene glycol (PEG) (600 and 1395 Da), and subsequent attachment of mannose, glucose, or lactose sugars to PEG, can lead to formation of polyamine phosphate nanoparticles (PANs) with lectin binding affinity and narrow size distribution. Size, polydispersity, and internal structure of glycosylated PEGylated PANs were characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM), dynamic light scattering (DLS) and small angle X-ray scattering (SAXS). Fluorescence correlation spectroscopy (FCS) was used to study the association of labelled glycol-PEGylated PANs. The number of polymer chains forming the nanoparticles was determined from the changes in amplitude of the cross-correlation function of the polymers after formation of the nanoparticles. SAXS and fluorescence cross-correlation spectroscopy were used to investigate the interaction of PANs with lectins: concanavalin A with mannose modified PANs, and jacalin with lactose modified ones. Glyco-PEGylated PANs are highly monodispersed, with diameters of a few tens of nanometers and low charge, and a structure corresponding to spheres with Gaussian chains. FCS shows that the PANs are single chain nanoparticles or formed by two polymer chains. Herein, we unravel a straightforward photo‐induced synthesis of Glyco‐UAuNPs based on a reliable and robust microfluidic approach. The synthesis occurs at room temperature avoiding the use of any further chemical reductant, templating agents or co‐solvents. Exploiting 1H NMR spectroscopy, we showed that the amount of thiol‐ligand exposed on the UAuNPs is linearly correlated to the ligand concentration in the initial mixture. Cholinergic chemosensory cells (CCC) are infrequent epithelial cells with immunosensor function, positioned in mucosal epithelia preferentially near body entry sites in mammals including man. Given their adaptive capacity in response to infection and their role in combatting pathogens, we here addressed the time points of their initial emergence as well as their postnatal development from first exposure to environmental microbiota (i.e., birth) to adulthood in urethra and trachea, utilizing choline acetyltransferase (ChAT)-eGFP reporter mice, mice with genetic deletion of MyD88, toll-like receptor-2 (TLR2), TLR4, TLR2/TLR4, and germ-free mice. Appearance of CCC differs between the investigated organs. CCC of the trachea emerge during embryonic development at E18 and expand further after birth. Urethral CCC show gender diversity and appear first at P6-P10 in male and at P11-P20 in female mice. Urethrae and tracheae of MyD88- and TLR-deficient mice showed significantly fewer CCC in all four investigated deficient strains, with the effect being most prominent in the urethra. In germ-free mice, however, CCC numbers were not reduced, indicating that TLR2/4-MyD88 signaling, but not vita-PAMPs, governs CCC development. Collectively, our data show a marked postnatal expansion of CCC populations with distinct organ-specific features, including the relative impact of TLR2/4-MyD88 signaling. Strong dependency on this pathway (urethra) correlates with absence of CCC at birth and gender-specific initial development and expansion dynamics, whereas moderate dependency (trachea) coincides with presence of first CCC at E18 and sex-independent further development. Objectives: To systematically evaluate the influence of acquisition settings in conjunction with raw-data based iterative image reconstruction (IR) on lung densitometry based on multi-row detector computed tomography (CT) in an anthropomorphic chest phantom. Materials and methods: Ten porcine heart-lung explants were mounted in an ex vivo chest phantom shell, six with highly and four with low attenuating chest wall. CT (Somatom Definition Flash, Siemens Healthineers) was performed at 120kVp and 80kVp, each combined with current-time products of 120, 60, 30, and 12mAs, and was reconstructed with filtered back projection (FBP) and IR (Safire, Siemens Healthineers). Mean lung density (LD), air density (AD) and noise were measured by semi-automated region-of interest (ROI) analysis, with 120kVp/120 mAs serving as the standard of reference. Results: Using IR, noise in lung parenchyma was reduced by ~ 31% at high attenuating chest wall and by ~ 22% at low attenuating chest wall compared to FBP, respectively (p<0.05). IR induced changes in the order of ±1 HU to mean absolute LD and AD compared to corresponding FBP reconstructions which were statistically significant (p<0.05). Conclusions: Densitometry is influenced by acquisition parameters and reconstruction algorithms to a degree that may be clinically negligible. However, in longitudinal studies and clinical research identical protocols and potentially other measures for calibration may be required. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Objectives: To determine if morphological non-contrast enhanced magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) of the lung is sensitive to detect mosaic signal intensity in infants and preschool children with cystic fibrosis (CF).Materials and Methods: 50 infant and preschool CF patients (mean age 3.5 ± 1.4y, range 0-6y) routinely underwent morphological (T2-weighted turbo-spin echo sequence with half-Fourier acquisition, HASTE) and contrast-enhanced 4D perfusion MRI (gradient echo sequence with parallel imaging and echo sharing, TWIST). MRI studies were independently scored by two readers blinded for patient age and clinical data (experienced Reader 1 = R1, inexperienced Reader 2 = R2). The extent of lung parenchyma signal abnormalities on HASTE was rated for each lobe from 0 (normal), 1 (<50% of lobe affected) to 2 (≥50% of lobe affected). Perfusion MRI was rated according to the previously established MRI score, and served as the standard of reference.Results: Inter-method agreement between MRI mosaic score and perfusion score was moderate with κ = 0.58 (confidence interval 0.45-0.71) for R1, and with κ = 0.59 (0.46-0.72) for R2. Bland-Altman analysis revealed a slight tendency of the mosaic score to underestimate perfusion abnormalities with a score bias of 0.48 for R1 and 0.46 for R2. Inter-reader agreement for mosaic score was substantial with κ = 0.71 (0.62-0.79), and a low bias of 0.02.Conclusions: This study demonstrates that non-contrast enhanced MRI reliably detects mosaic signal intensity in infants and preschool children with CF, reflecting pulmonary blood volume distribution. Objectives: To evaluate the influence of exposure parameters and raw-data-based iterative reconstruction (IR) on computer-aided segmentation and quantitative analysis of the tracheobronchial tree on multidetector computed tomography (MDCT). Material and methods: 10 porcine heart-lung-explants were mounted inside a dedicated chest phantom. MDCT was performed at 120kV and 80kV with 120, 60, 30 and 12 mAs each. All scans were reconstructed with filtered back projection (FBP) or IR, resulting in a total of 160 datasets. The maximum number of detected airway segments, most peripheral airway generation detected, generation-specific airway wall thickness (WT), total diameter (TD) and normalized wall thickness (pi10) were compared. Results: The number of detected airway segments decreased slightly with dose (324.8±118 at 120kV/120mAs vs. 288.9±130 at 80kV/30mAs with FBP, p<0.05) and was not changed by IR. The 20th generation was constantly detected as most peripheral. WT did not change significantly with exposure parameters and reconstruction algorithm across all generations: range 1st generation 2.4–2.7mm, 5th 1.0–1.1mm, and 10th 0.7mm with FBP; 1st 2.3–2.4mm, 5th 1.0–1.1mm, and 10th 0.7–0.8mm with IR. pi10 was not affected as well (range 0.32–0.34mm). Conclusions: Exposure parameters and IR had no relevant influence on measured airway parameters even for WT <1mm. Although vision is considered the dominant (spatial) sense, attention is increasingly being paid to the importance of auditory cues in navigating behaviour in everyday life. The sounds associated with preparing and consuming foods and drinks have been shown to play an important role in hedonic perception. Yet, little is known about the extent to which auditory cues influence the behavior of blind or anosmic individuals. In the absence of vision, it is likely that more attention is paid to the sounds associated with a certain food or drink items, in order to assess their sensory qualities (e.g., freshness) and help guide their preparation. Product sounds may compensate for the lack of aroma perception in anosmia. We addressed these assumptions by studying a sample of 401 participants of whom 101 were anosmic and 101 were blind. We included two respective control groups with fully functional sensory modalities (sighted: n = 99 and normosmic: n = 100). All of the participants were asked to indicate the temperature and carbonation of drinks based solely on auditory cues. The results of the study indicate that auditory cues are particularly important for the assessment of drink temperature in blind people and carbonation in anosmic individuals. These supranormal abilities likely develop for adaptive purposes. The present study supplements the discussion concerning sensory compensation in blindness, but as one of a few demonstrates this ability in a practical, everyday context of a highly ecological task. Introduction The advancement of the Army's National Emergency Tele-Critical Care Network (NETCCN) and planned evolution to an Intelligent Medical System rest on a digital transformation characterized by the application of analytic rigor anchored and machine learning. The goal is an enduring capability for telecritical care in support of the Nation's warfighters and, more broadly, for emergency response, crisis management, and mass casualty situations as the number and intensity of disasters increase nationwide. That said, technology alone is unlikely to solve the most pressing issues in operational medicine and combat casualty care. Materials and Methods A total performance system (TPS) creates opportunities to address vulnerabilities and overcome barriers to success. As applied during the NETCCN project, the TPS captures the best performance-centric information and know-how, increasing the potential to save lives, improve readiness, and accomplish missions. Results The purpose of this project was to apply a performance-based readiness model to aid in the evaluation of Army telehealth technologies. Through various user-facing surveys, polls, and reporting techniques, the project aimed to measure the perceived value of telehealth technologies within a sample of the project team member population. By providing a detailed approach to the collection of lessons learned, researchers were able to determine the importance of information and methods versus a focus on technology alone. The use of an emoji-based feedback assessment indicated that most lessons learned were helpful to the project team. Conclusions Through the NETCCN TPS, we have been able to address product-related measures, knowledge of product efficacy, project metrics, and many implementation considerations that can be further investigated by setting and engagement type. Through the Technology in Disaster Environments learning accelerator, it was possible to rapidly acquire, process, organize, and disseminate best practices and learnings in near real time, providing a critical feedback and improvement loop. The construction of a model of the gravitational-wave (GW) signal from generic configurations of spinning-black-hole binaries, through inspiral, merger, and ringdown, is one of the most pressing theoretical problems in the buildup to the era of GW astronomy. We present the first such model in the frequency domain, PhenomP, which captures the basic phenomenology of the seven-dimensional parameter space of binary configurations with only three key physical parameters. Two of these (the binary's mass ratio and an effective total spin parallel to the orbital angular momentum, which determines the inspiral rate) define an underlying nonprecessing-binary model. The nonprecessing-binary waveforms are then twisted up with approximate expressions for the precessional motion, which require only one additional physical parameter, an effective precession spin, χp. All other parameters (total mass, sky location, orientation and polarization, and initial phase) can be specified trivially. The model is constructed in the frequency domain, which will be essential for efficient GW searches and source measurements. We have tested the model's fidelity for GW applications by comparison against hybrid post-Newtonian-numerical-relativity waveforms at a variety of configurations-although we did not use these numerical simulations in the construction of the model. Our model can be used to develop GW searches, to study the implications for astrophysical measurements, and as a simple conceptual framework to form the basis of generic-binary waveform modeling in the advanced-detector era. Circulating mannose-binding lectin (MBL) plays an important role in the progression of tissue damage caused by ischemic events, an account of its high-affinity, multivalent binding to carbohydrate arrays exposed on damaged endothelium (damage-associated molecular patterns, DAMPS). MBL inhibitors have therefore been proposed as a novel protective therapeutic strategy to prevent secondary injury. We developed a new, convenient, robust surface plasmon resonance (SPR) assay for in vitro screening of compounds interfering with the binding of native human MBL to an appropriate chip surface functionalized with a pattern of sugar moieties mimicking DAMPS. We also characterized the procedure to regenerate the chip surface after each experimental session, accomplished by sequential cleaning with piranha solution followed by UV exposure. The SPR assay detects the specific binding of human recombinant MBL and native MBL present in human serum, and can identify inhibitors of this binding. We observed inhibitory effects of mannose (IC50 ≅ 5 mM), of a nine mannose residues carrying glycan (IC50 ≅ 0.33 mg/mL, corresponding to ~ 175 μM), and mainly mannose-coated gold nanoparticles (IC50 ≅ 1.1 μg /mL). These in vitro results serve as a basis for testing the protective properties of these molecules/nanoparticles later inthe more expensive and time-consuming studies in cells and animal models of MBL mediated-injuries. Peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) are a versatile material for clinical routine as well as for research projects. However, their isolation via density gradient centrifugation is still time-consuming. When samples are taken beyond usual laboratory handling times, it may sometimes be necessary to pause the isolation process. Our aim was to evaluate the impact of delays up to 48 h after the density gradient centrifugation on PBMC yield, purity and viability. PBMCs were isolated from samples of 20 donors, either with BD Vacutainer CPT tubes (CPT) or with the standard Ficoll method. Isolation was paused after initial density gradient centrifugation for 0, 24, or 48 h. PBMC yield (% output/input), purity (% PBMCs/total cells) and viability (% Annexin V-/propidium iodide-) were compared. The yield did not change significantly over time when CPT were used (55%/52%/47%), but did after isolation with the standard method (62%/40%[p<0.0001]/53%[p<0.01]). Purity was marginally affected if CPT were used (95%/93%[p=n.s./92%[p<0.05] vs. 97% for all time points with standard method). Whereas viable PBMCs decreased steadily for CPT isolates (62%/51%[p<0.001]/36%[p<0.0001]), after standard Ficoll gradient isolation, cell apoptosis was more pronounced already after 24 h delay, and viability did not further decrease after 48 h (64%/44%[p<0.0001]/40%[p<0.0001]). In conclusion, our findings suggest that while post-centrifugation delays ≥24 h might have only a minor effect on cell yield and purity, their impact on cell viability is substantial, even when CPT are used. Scrotal circumference (SC) is widely used as a selection criterion for bulls in breeding programs, since it is easily assessed and correlated with several desirable reproductive traits. The objectives of this study were: to perform a genome-wide association study (GWAS) to identify genomic regions associated with SC adjusted for age (SCa) and for both age and weight (SCaw); to select Tag SNPs from GWAS to construct low-density panel for genomic prediction; and to compare the prediction accuracy of the SC through different methods for Braford and Hereford bulls from the same genetic breeding program. Data of SC from 18,172 bulls (30.4 ± 3.7 cm) and of genotypes from 131 sires and 3,545 animals were used. From GWAS, the top 1% of 1-Mb windows were observed on chromosome (BTA) 2, 20, 7, 8, 15, 3, 16, 27, 6 and 8 for SCa and on BTA 8, 15, 16, 21, 19, 2, 6, 5 and 10 for SCaw, representing 17.4% and 18.8% of the additive genetic variance of SCa and SCaw, respectively. The MeSH analysis was able to translate genomic information providing biological meanings of more specific gene functions related to the SCa and SCaw. The genomic enhancement methods, especially single step GBLUP, that combined phenotype and pedigree data with direct genomic values generated gains in accuracy in relation to pedigree BLUP, suggesting that genomic predictions should be applied to improve genetic gain and to narrow the generation interval compared to traditional methods. We present a rapid analytic framework for predicting kilonova light curves following neutron star (NS) mergers, where the main input parameters are binary-based properties measurable by gravitational wave detectors (chirp mass and mass ratio, orbital inclination) and properties dependent on the nuclear equation of state (tidal deformability, maximum NS mass). This enables synthesis of a kilonova sample for any NS source population, or determination of the observing depth needed to detect a live kilonova given gravitational wave source parameters in low latency. We validate this code, implemented in the public mosfit package, by fitting it to GW170817. A Bayes factor analysis overwhelmingly (B > 1010) favours the inclusion of an additional luminosity source in addition to lanthanide-poor dynamical ejecta during the first day. This is well fit by a shock-heated cocoon model, though differences in the ejecta structure, opacity or nuclear heating rate cannot be ruled out as alternatives. The emission thereafter is dominated by a lanthanide-rich viscous wind. We find the mass ratio of the binary is q = 0.92 ± 0.07 (90 per cent credible interval). We place tight constraints on the maximum stable NS mass, M TOV |$=2.17^{+0.08}_{-0.11}$|  M⊙. For a uniform prior in tidal deformability, the radius of a 1.4-M⊙ NS is R 1.4 ∼ 10.7 km. Re-weighting with a prior based on equations of state that support our credible range in M TOV, we derive a final measurement R 1.4 |$=11.06^{+1.01}_{-0.98}$|  km. Applying our code to the second gravitationally detected NS merger, GW190425, we estimate that an associated kilonova would have been fainter (by ∼0.7 mag at 1 d post-merger) and declined faster than GW170817, underlining the importance of tuning follow-up strategies individually for each GW-detected NS merger. Background: Healthy Lifetime, a theoretically driven, personalized health coaching program delivered electronically, including face-to-face videoconferencing, was developed to intervene in early aging to stave off functional decline and minimize the onset/exacerbation of chronic conditions. Objective: To determine the efficacy of a theoretically driven, personalized health coaching program in participants 50 years and older with one or more chronic conditions using a randomized, controlled, pragmatic clinical trial methodology. Methods: Participants were randomly assigned to the HL (n = 59) or a usual care (n = 63) group. The HL group received health coaching from a trained nurse over eight weeks. Outcomes were measured at baseline, eight weeks, and 20 weeks (after the 12-week no-treatment phase). Regression modeling with fixed-effect repeated measures was used to account for the longitudinal data collection. Results: For the HL group, health habits increased at 8 weeks (3.1 units; SE = 1.0; p =.0005; effect size =.15). This difference was sustained at 20 weeks (2.4 units, SE = 0.2; p =.0005). Independent self-care agency improved at 8 weeks in individuals with high blood pressure (13.5 units; SE = 4.37; p =.0023; effect size =.3). However, that difference was not sustained at 20 weeks (p =.47). No significant improvements were shown in the usual care group at 8 weeks or 20 weeks. Conclusions: HL participants significantly improved their health habits at 8 weeks and sustained this improvement at week 20 (after a 12-week no-treatment phase) vs. the usual care group. Changing health habits alone has been shown to reduce all-cause morbidity and mortality in chronic disease. The high-functioning, community-dwelling older adults with chronic diseases we studied is an important target population for primary care practices to intervene early in aging to stave off the complications of chronic disease and functional decline. Aim To describe and quantify nursing communication practices in the in-patient setting. Background Strategies aimed at improving communication among the healthcare team have resulted in marginal improvements, which may in part be due to the limited time the team communicates with one another. Method Nurses (n = 12) on three different types of units were observed to determine time spent in synchronous communication with the healthcare team. Results Total communication time, on average, was 2.85 hours (23.8%) of a 12-hour shift, with nurse-physician communication (11.3 minutes) and nurse-assistive personnel (8.5 minutes) accounting for a small part of time. Differences in time communicating with physicians were noted between the intensive care unit and the pediatric unit. Time spent in communication with unlicensed assistive personnel was 9.6 minutes in the intensive care unit, 14.1 minutes in the adult unit, and only 1.8 minutes in the pediatric unit. Conclusion Strategies must be identified that will either maximize time spent in communication or provide more opportunities for communication to occur. Administrators must reinforce the need for communication and initiate opportunities for engagement among the team. The objective of the present study was to evaluate the accuracy and bias of direct and blended genomic predictions using different methods and cross-validation techniques for growth traits (weight and weight gains) and visual scores (conformation, precocity, muscling, and size) obtained at weaning and at yearling in Hereford and Braford breeds. Phenotypic data contained 126,290 animals belonging to the Delta G Connection genetic improvement program, and a set of 3,545 animals genotyped with the 50K chip and 131 sires with the 777K. After quality control, 41,045 markers remained for all animals. An animal model was used to estimate (co)variance components and to predict breeding values, which were later used to calculate the deregressed estimated breeding values (DEBV). Animals with genotype and phenotype for the traits studied were divided into 4 or 5 groups by random and k-means clustering cross-validation strategies. The values of accuracy of the direct genomic values (DGV) were moderate to high magnitude for at weaning and at yearling traits, ranging from 0.19 to 0.45 for the k-means and 0.23 to 0.78 for random clustering among all traits. The greatest gain in relation to the pedigree BLUP (PBLUP) was 9.5% with the BayesB method with both the k-means and the random clustering. Blended genomic value accuracies ranged from 0.19 to 0.56 for k-means and from 0.21 to 0.82 for random clustering. The analyses using the historical pedigree and phenotypes contributed additional information to calculate the GEBV, and in general, the largest gains were for the single-step (ssGBLUP) method in bivariate analyses with a mean increase of 43.00% among all traits measured at weaning and of 46.27% for those evaluated at yearling. The accuracy values for the marker effects estimation methods were lower for k-means clustering, indicating that the training set relationship to the selection candidates is a major factor affecting accuracy of genomic predictions. The gains in accuracy obtained with genomic blending methods, mainly ssGBLUP in bivariate analyses, indicate that genomic predictions should be used as a tool to improve genetic gains in relation to the traditional PBLUP selection. The article emphasizes on the education of abusive parents in dealing their children. Recent Concern over child abuse and neglect has sparked new interest in the use of parent education groups as a way of changing the patterns, parents use when dealing with their children. The need for additional services for abusive or neglectful parents in a community in Kansas City, Kansas, led graduate students in a social work practicum at the State Social and Rehabilitation Service to develop parent education group sessions for the clients of their agency and others in the Community. The literature suggests that the Child-rearing concerns of low-income families may resemble the concerns of middle-income families but may differ in some ways and may be exaggerated in others. Low-income parents may experience isolation and may lack emotional support from family and friends. Their attitudes may show greater conformity to middle-class standards than their actual behavior. Parents from low-income families may behave more impulsively, may focus more on the present, and may experience successive crises and feelings of low self-worth.

Gravitational waves (GWs) are subject to gravitational lensing in the same way as electromagnetic radiation. However, to date, no unequivocal observation of a lensed GW transient has been reported. Independently, GW observatories continue to search for the stochastic GW signal that is produced by many transient events at high redshift. We exploit a surprising connection between the lensing of individual transients and limits to the background radiation produced by the unresolved population of binary back hole mergers: we show that it constrains the fraction of individually resolvable lensed binary black holes to less than ∼4×10-5 at present sensitivity. We clarify the interpretation of existing, low redshift GW observations (obtained assuming no lensing) in terms of their apparent lensed redshifts and masses and explore constraints from GW observatories at future sensitivity.
