Background: An electronic prescription system is a mechanism that has long been implemented in many countries around the world. In the present study, we reviewed the requirements, standards, and features of an electronic prescription system for its correct and accurate execution.Methods: This scoping review was conducted according to the PRISMA-SCR (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses Extension for Scoping Reviews). A comprehensive literature search was performed with the related keywords in Web of Science, PubMed, Scopus, and ProQuest with no time limit. The selection of papers was based on inclusion criteria. After removing duplicates, reviewing titles, abstracts, and full-text, 13 articles were included in the analysis.Results: Electronic prescription system requirements extracted from the studies: Patient data, Patient selection or identification and data access, Drug Selection, Security, Privacy and administration, Transparency and accountability, Interoperability and communication, Monitoring, report, reminder, and renewals, Feedback at the prescriber level, Infrastructure: Computer equipment, Awareness of physicians and System support, Patient education and information, Usability, Standards, History of Medications / Current Medications, Data transfer and storage, Alerts and other messages to prescribers, and filtering of user-selectable alerts for possible prescription problems and Decision support.Conclusions: The results of this study showed that the electronic prescription systems have several functional and technical capabilities that can provide significant benefits to all system's stakeholders, including service providers, drug distributors, patients, and insurance organizations if used correctly. Background: Health care failure mode and effect analysis is a prospective and systemic approach for identifying failure modes and preventing them before their occurrence, which is used extensively in healthcare. The present study was conducted aiming at the investigation of the application of the prospective approach of healthcare failure mode and effect analysis in the risk assessment of healthcare systems. Methods: In this narrative systematic review, a search was carried out in english data bases (web of knowledge, PubMed, Scopus, Ovid, Proquest, Science direct) and Persian data bases (SID, Magiran and Iranmedex) using keywords such as risk assessment, proactive risk, health failure mode and effect analysis, health care, patient safety, without no time limits. Results: A total of 620 studies were identified in our searching which of them 24 studies were included. According to the investigation, in applying the steps of HFMEA several methods and various tools such as "Voting method using rating", "Activity breakdown structure", "Triangular method", "Scorecard", "Set forms", "Intervention levels matrix", "Classification of failure modes", "Classification of root causes of errors", "Five why method", "Fault tree" and "Theory of inventive problem solving method" have been used in order to increase the reliability of HFMEA method and reduce the effects of its restrictions. Conclusion: HFMEA is considered an effect tool for risk assessment. However, there are methodological challenges in validity of the HFMEA model. Applying and combining other methods and tools other than the team's experience and knowledge in the stages and steps of HFMEA, it is possible to enhance the validity of the method. Purpose: This study was performed with the aim to evaluate the effect of postpartum home visitation and providing breastfeeding consultation services on exclusive breastfeeding. Materials and Methods: This clinical trial study was conducted on 276 women who delivered in hospitals affiliated the Shahid Beheshti University in 2013. Consecutively, 92 people in the intervention group and 184 people in control group were enrolled. The intervention group at home received cares and breastfeeding consultation and the control group did not receive these services. The outcomes were recorded and compared in both groups at 60 days postpartum. Results: In terms of type of newborns feeding, the group who received services after delivery in the home had 84.8% exclusive breastfeeding and the rate in the group who did not receive services after delivery in the home was 64.7%. There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups Conclusion: This study showed that providing home care for mother and newborns and counseling increase the exclusive breastfeeding rate. Lifestyle (LS)-related risk factors are the most important factors for increasing noncommunicable chronic diseases (NCDs). Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is known to have a significant impact on LS, exposing patients with NCDs to adverse outcomes. This study aimed to investigate the LS changes after the COVID-19 pandemic and the strategies that can be used to manage the LS changes in the four levels of disease prevention. The prevalence of LS-related problems such as obesity and overweight has an upward trend and physical activity has declined dramatically in COVID-19 pandemic time. COVID-19 pandemic can worsen the patients' mental disorders or, as a major stressor, trigger mental disorders in the people. Moreover, stress and anxiety of pandemic situation may induce the consumption of smoking and alcohol in societies under disease. In addition, poor sleep and excessive use of social networks have been associated with poor health outcomes. LS modification is a substantial strategy for the prevention and management of NCDs that due to the pandemic situation, has become more serious now. The comprehensive LS modification program can promote various dimensions of knowledge, attitude, and LS-related behaviors at four levels of prevention. Primordial prevention by preventing LS-related risk factors, primary prevention by reducing or eliminating LS-related risk factors, secondary prevention by using LS modification in the treatment approach, and tertiary prevention by integrating LS interventions into rehabilitation make up the basics of a comprehensive LS reform program. Background and Objectives: The present study aimed to determine the prevalence of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and its related factors in the survivors of Covid-19. Materials and Methods: In this descriptive study 413 patients who had a history of hospitalization due to covid-19 disease were selected using the convenience sampling method. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed by binary logistic regression. Results: Out of 402 participants, 148 participants (36.8%) had PTSD. In addition, suffering from coronary heart disease (OR=1.80, p<0.001) and adverse mental health status (OR=1.21, p<0.001) increased the odds ratio of PTSD by 80% and 21%, respectively. Conclusion: This study showed that more than one-third of the survivors of Covid-19 have PTSD. Therefore, it is recommended mental health status screening be integrated into the discharge plans of these patients. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Background: The spread of COVID‐19 as an infectious disease brings about many newly arrived challenges, which call for further research on the scope of its effect on life due to the special conditions of this disease. The present study is, therefore, an attempt to understand the lived experience of inpatients hospitalized with COVID‐19. Method: In this phenomenological study, among patients with COVID‐19 who were hospitalized in COVID‐19 referral hospitals, 17 people were selected by random sampling method. Data were gathered by interviews and analysed using MAXQDA10 software. Findings: Analysis revealed 4 main themes and 16 subthemes. Main themes included the (1) denial of the disease, (2) negative emotions upon arrival, (3) perception of social and psychological supports and (4) post‐discharge concerns and problems. Conclusion: Patients with COVID‐19 experience a different world of stresses, concerns and feelings in the course of their disease. Gaining a deeper insight into patients' experiences with this disease can help handle this disease more effectively and provide better post‐corona nursing and psychological care and services. Factors affecting the time of survival after breast cancer (BC) diagnosis remain unknown. However, some of the prognostic factors have been identified. The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of biologic and socioeconomic factors on long-term survival of BC patients. This was a descriptive chart review and survey of all women with a confirmed diagnosis of BC registered in Shohada-e-Tajrish Cancer Research Center database from March 2004 to March 2015. The checklist of study consisted of biologic, demographic, reproductive, genetic, medical, and therapeutic information of patients. The minimum time of follow-up was 3 years and the maximum was 10 years. We then evaluated possible associations of these variables with BC survival using Cox and parametric regression models of survival analysis. The study population was 1276 BC patients. Their mean survival was 23 (range 1–120) months. Between the parametric models, Weibull regression model demonstrated the lowest Akaike information criterion and thus the best fit, and tumor size, number of lymph nodes, BC stage, educational level, and high-fat diet were significant in this model. Based on our findings, educational level, consumption of fat, and characteristics of tumor at the time of diagnosis (disease stage, tumor size, number of involved lymph nodes) are the most important prognostic factors affecting long-term survival of BC patients. Background: Postpartum home care plays an important role in prevention of postpartum complications. Regular visits of mothers during this period are imperative. This study aimed to provide postpartum home care for mothers to assess its effects on mothers' health in Iran. Materials and Methods: This study was carried out in two phases. First, a comprehensive postpartum home care program was compiled by performing a comparative study, using the available guidelines in this regard in different countries and based on the opinions of the experts. Next, a clinical trial was carried out on 276 women who gave birth in the university hospitals affiliated to Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences. There were 92 mothers in the intervention and 184 in the control group. The intervention group mothers were provided with postpartum home care service while the control group did not receive such a service. Results: Outcome assessment at 60 days' postpartum revealed a significant difference between the two groups in terms of the use of supplements, birth control methods, postpartum depression, breastfeeding problems, constipation, and fatigue (P < 0.05). No significant differences were noted between the two groups with regard to hospitalization, hemorrhoids, backache and lumbar pain (P > 0.05). Conclusion: The postpartum home care program had a positive effect on some aspects of the mothers' health status and their satisfaction in our society. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
