This study analyzed research trends on smart logistics in Korea by conducting social network analysis (SNA) using R. The purpose of this study is to enhance the understanding of the smart logistics field along with the smart logistics status and policy review, and to suggest implications and future research tasks. The analysis period and subjects were 128 academic journal papers on smart logistics-related topics over the past 10 years (2011-2020), and the results were divided into the first half (2011-2015) and the second half (2016-2020). The analysis of the study was carried out step-by-step through frequency analysis, network centrality analysis, and visualization. As a result of the study, the quantitative increase and diversification of the research field were confirmed. It was also confirmed that the concentration of research on core areas increased by increasing the proportion of duplicate keywords. In addition, keywords with high betweenness centrality and degree centrality score such as Logistics, Authentication, Smart, Service, RFID, Technology, and Revolution were presented. Lastly, this study reviewed the structure with a focus on betweenness centrality after visualizing the network with main keywords. As a result, early research was focused on the field of logistics, and after 2016, it was confirmed that the center of research was diversifying and expanding with the development of the 4 th industrial revolution and major technologies. Coronavirus disease 19 (COVID-19) is an infectious disease and is currently a global pandemic. The disease presents mainly with respiratory symptoms, but a broad spectrum of extrapulmonary complications have also been reported in the cardiovascular, gastrointestinal, and nervous systems. Peripheral nerve injury associated with COVID-19 infections can be caused by direct viral invasion or secondary immune response to neural tissue with the same receptors as alveoli, but its clinical course is poorly understood. Anterior interosseous nerve syndrome is a pure motor neuropathy that causes paralysis of the flexor pollicis longus, the flexor digitorum profundus of the index finger, and the pronator quadratus muscles. The cause of this syndrome is not clearly understood, but may be related to viral infection, autoimmune response, or vaccination. Cyber-attacks such as smishing and hacking mail exploiting COVID-19, political and social issues, have recently been continuous. Machine learning and deep learning technology research are conducted to prevent any damage due to cyber-attacks inducing malicious links to breach personal data. It has been concluded as a lack of basis to judge the attacks to be malicious in previous studies since the features of data set were excessively simple. In this paper, nine main features of three types, “URL Days”, “URL Word”, and “URL Abnormal”, were proposed in addition to lexical features of URL which have been reflected in previous research. F1-Score and accuracy index were measured through four different types of machine learning algorithms. An improvement of 0.9% in a result and the highest value, 98.5%, were examined in F1-Score and accuracy through comparatively analyzing an existing research. This paper propose a clustered algorithm that possible more efficient COVID-19 disease learning prediction within clustering using context-aware attribute information. In typically, clustering of COVID-19 diseases provides to classify interrelationships within disease cluster information in the clustering process. The clustering data will be as a degrade factor if new or newly processing information during treated as contaminated factors in comparative interrelationships information. In this paper, we have shown the solving the problems and developed a clustering algorithm that can extracting disease correlation information in using K-means algorithm. According to their attributes from disease clusters using accumulated information and interrelationships clustering, the proposed algorithm analyzes the disease correlation clustering possible and centering points. The proposed algorithm showed improved adaptability to prediction accuracy of the classification management system in terms of learning as a group of multiple disease attribute information of COVID-19 through the applied simulation results. This paper focuses on the usability of smart healthcare based on the development of Information and Communication Technology(ICT), briefly introduces concepts and the current status related to smart healthcare, and discusses strategies and future tasks in the field of mental health welfare in the COVID-19 era. This paper first introduces the smart healthcare programs of the National Mental Health Center and the Seoul Mental Health Welfare Center. Second, we introduce various smart healthcare programs used in Germany, China, the U.S., and Australia, review the actual examples, and examine both public and private responsiveness. Finally, we examine the possibility of using smart healthcare in the mental health social work system in South Korea and examine future tasks and implications. COVID-19 occurred in China in December 2019 and spread to the world. Untact culture becoming commonplace due to the spread of COVID-19, is accelerating digital transformation across society. The government is increasing government fund to overcome national crisis situations such as COVID-19. In order to efficiently execute these government funds, the government and policy financial institutions need to come up with two measures. One is to establish a transparent government fund execution process, and the other is to secure the objectivity of the review process. In this paper, to solve this problem, we designed the execution process of government funds from the government to end users with Consortium Blockchain, and designed a machine learning algorithm for internal review of policy financial institutions. Zero trust security increases security by monitoring all networks and allowing strict authentication and minimal access rights for access requesters with the core concept of doubting and not trusting everything. In addition, the use of NAC and EDR for identification subjects and data to strengthen access control of the zero trust-based security system, and strict identity authentication through MFA will be explained. The purpose of this study is to suggest library marketing strategies for Korean academic libraries to provide sustainable services at COVID-19 pandemic situation. For this purpose, development plans of academic libraries in Korea were collected and homepages of academic libraries in and out of Korea were analyzed. This study found that academic libraries in and out of Korea had taken various measures to meet disastrous situation and had kept up services for users to make use of collection, facilities, services and programs of libraries without being disconnected. As a conclusion, this study suggests reinforcement of basics and value marketing, space marketing, blue ocean marketing as library marketing strategies for providing sustainable services. This study can be used as a reference for academic libraries and librarians to sustain or extend library services. The marketing strategies suggested in this paper can be helpful for academic libraries to overcome pandemic crisis in Korea. Diabetes patients are vulnerable to coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) infection. Therefore, challenges arise concerning how to manage nutrition support to strengthen the immune system in diabetes patients. The purpose of this paper is to review the roles of macronutrients and specific micronutrients such as vitamin D, B12, folate, selenium, and zinc in supporting the immune system and examine the nutritional management method of diabetes patients during the COVID-19 pandemic. Evidence indicates that adequate amounts of protein, high omega-3 fatty acids, low refined sugars, high fiber content such as whole grains, and micronutrients including vitamin D, B12, folate, selenium, and zinc impact immune system function in diabetes patients. As the number of passengers using aircraft increases around the world, there may be more medical measures needed within the aircraft. These medical measures may also include measures against serious situations such as cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR). However, since the environment is different from the hospital in the aircraft, it may be difficult to cope with such a situation. Moreover, such in-flight CPR may become more difficult at a time when the proportion of out-ofhospital CPR is decreasing due to the recent COVID-19 pandemic. In this paper, I would like to summarize how in-flight CPR is performed and review the main discussions on CPR in the COVID-19 pandemic, and finally suggest how to perform a safe CPR in the COVID-19 situation. This paper is to identify the recent growing crisis from coronavirus infections-19, using domestic news big data. This paper analyzed media articles related to the crisis caused by COVID-19 using the Korea Press Foundation's news big data analysis system 'BIGKinds'. In this paper, a total of 54 media articles were extracted around the keywords 'Corona' and 'Crisis', after a period of about 10 months. We want to understand the correlation coefficient between the two keywords "Corona" and "Crisis" and to understand what kind of crisis the COVID-19 is facing for each representative category of economy, society, international and cultural. With the development of online education due to COVID-19, the EduTech market, which combines new technologies such as AI and AR/VR in education is rapidly growing. In addition, the children's industry is steadily growing despite the decreasing birth rate every year as more and more families with one child per household are investing in their children. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to help solve these problems by developing and supporting AR kids contents with convenience, practicality, and efficiency using AR technology. This paper criticized that online classes during the Covid-19 period were centered on knowledge and information education, and sought ways to improve empathy as a way to improve students' sociality. The teaching-learning process was designed around the movie <(500) Days of Summer> which has the theme and story of parting and growth. On this paper the stage of empathy was divided into three stages, recognize-into, feeling-into, emotional-transaction stage. In particular, considering the process of transitioning from emotional empathy to behavioral empathy as the key to communication education, the class was designed in five stages, with an expression stage between the feeling-into stage and the emotional-transaction stage. This course is possible when learners sympathize with the work itself and reflect on their own narrative, so literary therapeutic was used, and students's response statements were collected to prove that this process is meaningful for improving empathy. Purpose: This study aimed to examine the differences in COVID-19 work-related characteristics, workload, anxiety, stress, and burnout between nurses working in the COVID-19 designated units and those in the general units caring for both COVID-19 and non-COVID-19 patients and to identify factors related to burnout in these two nurse groups. Methods: The study was conducted using data from 192 nurses in the COVID-19 designated units and 340 nurses in the general units from two general hospitals. The data were collected using self-report, structured questionnaires. Independent t-test, chi-squared test, and logistic regression analysis were performed. Results: There were no significant differences observed in workload and burnout between the two groups. For nurses in the general units, workload, stress, adequacy of the number of patients assigned, and the experience of temporary, floating staff were significant factors associated with burnout, while only clinical experience in the current unit was a significant factor among those in the COVID-19 units. Conclusion: Findings indicate significant differences in factors related to burnout between the two nurse groups. Thus, substantial support and strategies tailored to the working environments of each nursing unit are required to prevent burnout among nurses caring for COVID-19 patients. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The convergence trend is the core of the 4th industrial revolution, and due to such expectations and possibilities, various countermeasures are being sought in diverse fields. This study conducted a quantitative analysis to identify the trend of convergence research over the past 10 years. Specifically, major research keywords were extracted, word cloud techniques were applied, and visualized to identify trends in academic research on convergence. To this end, research papers from 2012 to 2020 published in journal of digital convergence were investigated. The analysis period was divided into two periods: the former 4 years(2012-2015) and the latter 4 years(2016-2019) to confirm the difference in research trends. In addition, the research papers of 2020 were analyzed in order to more clearly understand the changes in the research trend of the last year due to the COVID-19. BLE beacon is a technology that supports low-power wireless communication within 70 meters without Bluetooth pairing and is specialized for indoor positioning. Therefore, it is suitable for building and providing O2O services beyond B2C and B2B services. However, beacons have a lower utilization rate because they have fewer platforms than wifi that support long-distance wireless communication. Therefore, this paper aims to provide more convenient non-face-to-face related services than before by designing and proposing an O2O service platform using BLE beacons. When scanning beacons, not only does it receive advertising data that beacons have, but it also ensures that the actual distance between the user's terminal and beacons is accurately calculated. Through accurate location, the O2O service platform will be able to provide users with store information, such as coupons and discounts, museum exhibits, and traffic information at the right time. Sudden implementation of online classes in higher education due to Covid19 pandemic implies a lot of worries about academic performance declining. Thus, this paper analyzed a class(CalculusI) taught 100% online which was the same as the offline class before. This class tried to maintain the same quality as the offline one by utilizing various teaching strategies. The result shows the academic achievement level was similar or higher than that of offline class, and so was the students’ perception and satisfaction degree. However, this was not just the outcome of online class, but it came from the professor’s well-designed teaching plan and smooth operation of the class. It implicates successful teaching methodology is more important factor than such medium difference as online or offline. Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, the world is facing the most serious crisis since the Great Depression, and is facing a new paradigm of the Untact era. Korea has also announced various policies and legal systems, including the ‘Korean version of the New Deal’, but it is conflicting between the use of information and the protection of information. In this paper, we derive thresholds by analyzing policies, statutes and technologies in the public cloud. Based on this, we propose to introduce the "Building a Nationwide Public Virtual Machine" as a key task to secure the next-generation national growth engine so that all citizens can use digital services in a secure and reliable environment with equal access to information. Through this, all citizens can use various digital new technology services only with low-priced and low-specification terminals, and by establishing a dedicated center for information protection, we want to respond to rapidly increasing security threats. Since COVID19 virus has been occured, variety steps of the quarantine guidelines were enacted. In step 2.5, eating in a cafe was prohibited and only takeout was permitted, but the government has changed several rules. So now people can have a dissert or coffee in the cafe. Though the government adviced available staying time as 1 hour, it is not obeyed often except superstore, and even the management depends on handwriting. In this paper, we implemented a blockchain system to use for this case. This system is implemented with using hyperledger fabric, the blockchain framework which is made by IBM. For a test, 1 organization is in the system and chaincode is installed to the organization to run the system. We expect the certain effect to the quarantine via this system. The pandemic age came to us after the COVID19 broke out in the early of 2020, which resulted in many changes in our everyday life. One of the changes is non-contact transactions in economic activities, especially contact-free financial transactions are ever-increasing activities in the pandemic age. In non-contact financial transactions, security and trust are important issues that users are concerned about the most. So the paper examines how security and trust have effects on the attitudes of bank customers who use mobile banking applications on their smartphones. The study conducted factor ananlysis to extract research constructs using survey data gathered during Nobember of 2020 through February of 2021 across the nation. After extracting the constructs, the study checked validity, sampling adequacy, and internal reliability with KMO, Bartlett’s test, and Crombach Alpha respectively. To make sure the purpose of the study, I do regression analysis. All factors of attitude had impacts on willingness on both of transactions and purchasing financial products. Purpose: This study aimed to confirm the mediating effect of social responsibility on the relationship between nurses' stress and burnout from Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) in tertiary general hospitals. Methods: For this descriptive cross-sectional study, online survey data from 193 nurses in three tertiary general hospitals were analyzed. Data were collected from March 30 to April 4, 2021. The following statistical analysis were conducted: t-test, ANOVA, Scheffé test, Pearson's correlation coefficient analysis, and Hayes Process Macro Model 4 (to test the mediating effect). Results: COVID-19 stress was positively associated with burnout (r=.28, p<.001) and social responsibility (r=.22, p=.002). Social responsibility was negatively associated with burnout (r=-.31, p<.001). Furthermore, the mediation analysis indicated that social responsibility mediated the relationship between COVID-19 stress and burnout. Conclusion: According to the results, the impact of COVID-19 stress on the burnout was mediated by social responsibility. Therefore, to prevent the burnout from COVID-19 of nurses, developing educational programs to enhance social responsibility are recommended. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The coronavirus disease-19 (COVID-19) vaccine is expected to play an important role in stopping the pandemic. Studies show that COVID-19 vaccines are effective at keeping you from getting COVID-19. Getting a COVID-19 vaccine will also help keep you from getting seriously ill even if you do get COVID-19. Efforts to find an effective vaccine against severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 have progressed unprecedentedly through active support from public research grants and private-public partnership programs. Clinical studies have been actively conducted, and some vaccines are being vaccinated with approval for urgent use. The WHO has approved and supplied the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine and the Oxford-AstraZeneca COVID-19 vaccine. In Korea, the Oxford-AstraZeneca vaccine was approved for urgent use, and vaccination began on February 26, 2021. This paper studies how households who received Covid-19 transfers in cash used their one-time transfers. The transfers were paid in cash for welfare recipient households, which accounted for 12.9% of all households. Using a survey data, it is found that the cash transfers are mostly used for consumption expenditure, and 21.7 percent of the cash transfer used are spent on additional consumption not originally planned. Recently, due to COVID-19, studies have been popularly worked to apply neural network to mask wearing automatic detection system. For applying neural networks, the 1-stage detection or 2-stage detection methods are used, and if data are not sufficiently collected, the pretrained neural network models are studied by applying fine-tuning techniques. In this paper, the system is consisted of 2-stage detection method that contain MTCNN model for face recognition and ResNet model for mask detection. The mask detector was experimented by applying five ResNet models to improve accuracy and fps in various environments. Training data used 17,217 images that collected using web crawler, and for inference, we used 1,913 images and two one-minute videos respectively. The experiment showed a high accuracy of 96.39% for images and 92.98% for video, and the speed of inference for video was 10.78fps. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The COVID-19 pandemic has led to distance learning in primary and secondary school. Little has been known whether home ICTs environment is appropriate for the distance learning. This paper aims to assess the current state of ICTs environment at home for the distance learning of children. Using 2012 and 2019 Korean Media Panel Survey, we investigated the number of smart devices owned by households and found differences in ownership by household characteristics. The results showed that the majority of household owned more than one smart devices per child. However, the difference in the proportion of households with less than one device per child varied depending on whether smartphone was included in smart devices. Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) has had a significant impact on our society as a whole. The COVID-19 pandemic is not only a health crisis, it is also an economic, social and humanitarian crisis. Considering the dramatic global economic and social impact that the crisis has engendered, the aviation system is standing on the doorstep of rapid transformation. In particular, the impact on the aviation and travel industries is enormous. Air travel to most countries has been suspended and blocked. Looking at Korea's current situation, COVID-19 has wholly changed the aviation industry. As COVID-19 spreads around the world, countries have come up with aviation safety measures. Infectious disease safety measures were established to protect passengers and crew members, and countries with collapsed medical systems extended the validity period for aviation medical examinations. In Korea, on August 11, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport provided guidance on medical measures related to COVID-19 through an official letter of "Notification of cautions for pilots and air traffic control officers (ATCO) when COVID-19 is confirmed". Overseas countries such as the United States and the United Kingdom have announced regulations for aviation medical examination regulations in relation to COVID-19, and have set standards for returning to aviation after COVID-19 is confirmed. The coronavirus infectious disease-19 (COVID-19) pandemic has had a profound impact on the aviation industry. In order to overcome this crisis, airlines have made their efforts in various fields. Therefore, we tried to summarize these efforts of airlines. It is also essential to keep aircraft that have been in landing for a long time in optimal condition. In this paper, we tried to find out about efforts to maintain landing aircraft and maintenance of personnel. Through such constant care, airlines will be able to quickly respond to increasing aviation demand when the infectious disease situation is stabilized in the future. Finally, airlines and passengers must make several efforts to ensure that passengers are free from COVID-19 while traveling by air. These include general precautions to prevent infection, separation of airline personnel and passengers, changes in seat assignments and in-flight services, periodic aircraft disinfection, and prevention of in-flight infections. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze the trends and characteristics of infection-related patient safety incident reporting before and during the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic in Korea, and to provide basic data for preventing infection-related patient safety incidents and improving their management. Methods: A cross-sectional analysis of secondary national data (Patient Safety Reporting Data) was conducted. In total, 517 infection-related patient safety incidents reported from 2018 to 2021 were analyzed. Changes in the number of reports before and during the COVID-19 pandemic and differences in variables related to infection-related patient safety incidents were analyzed using the chi-square test and independent t-test in SPSS 29.0. Results: This study found that infection-related patient safety incidents decreased during the COVID-19 pandemic compared to before the pandemic. Furthermore, incident-related characteristics, such as the type of healthcare organization, severity of harm, and post-incident actions, changed during the COVID-19 pandemic. Conclusion: The many changes in the infection control system and practices during the COVID-19 pandemic may have contributed to a decrease in the reporting of infection-related patient safety incidents. It is hoped that longitudinal studies on patient safety incidents related to the pandemic and analytical studies on factors influencing patient safety incidents will continue to be conducted to prevent and improve patient safety incidents. In Vol. 31, No. 3, our journal prepared three review articles, an original paper, and two case reports. First, as COVID-19 continues for a long time, aviation workers, including pilots, are also experiencing mental problems such as depression. Therefore, we have compiled the basic principles for improving the mental health of pilots. Next, it is difficult to properly perform cardio-pulmonary resuscitation (CPR) when a cardiac arrest situation occurs in an aircraft. Moreover, in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, CPR is more difficult because medical staff and other passengers may also be exposed to infections. Therefore, we have summarized the principles of CPR on board and ways to perform CPR while keeping the safety of medical staff and other passengers in the COVID-19 situation. The sudden change of gravity caused by space travel has various effects on the human body, and among them, the effect on the immune system is profound. Therefore, we reviewed the research methods to study the effect of gravity on the immune system and the results. This paper is to evaluate the usability of two representative video meeting services currently used by university for research to improve the quality of university remote lecture. questionnaires based on Kano Model were designed and in-depth interviews were conducted to provide qualitative approaches. Screen-sharing functions, the one-dimensional functions was the most important function. and attractive functions had relatively diverse directions. For essential functions, there was a wide gap in quality due to user-specific equipment. The function in which other platforms exist or business-related was not important. Webex reacted negatively to the aging UI, while Zoom responded negatively to the unilateral mute function. This paper aims to investigate students' perceptions on online learning which was provided to students due to the outbreak of COVID-19 pandemic. In order to examine the practices of online learning in a university, a total of 120 university students participated in the study. A questionnaire, comprised of 29 items seeking students' perceptions was used. Students were sent a link to the website that contains the questionnaire, and asked to complete it online. Results revealed that there were slightly more synchronous online classes offered than asynchronous online classes. In examining online classes satisfaction level, the level of satisfaction for synchronous classes was slightly higher than that of the asynchronous classes. Also, students reported that they have a high level of ICT literacy skills, indicating no problem with the use of devices necessary for online learning. With respect to the quality of online classes, more than the half of the students expressed a view that professors' preparedness for classes, professors' ICT skills and type of online classes attributed differences to the quality of classes. However, students were in favor of face-to-face classes, for they can interact with their professors and their peers in class. Kawasaki disease, also known as mucocutaneous lymph node syndrome, is a common form of vasculitis in childhood. Among the recent trends in Kawasaki disease, it is notable that the prevalence rate is increasing, and the proportion of "incomplete" Kawasaki disease is also increasing. A delayed diagnosis with prolonged fever can cause complications, such as coronary artery aneurysm and decreased myocardial contractility. These complications might lead to significant morbidity and mortality. Kawasaki disease is diagnosed when the patient meets the principal criteria for clinical symptoms. Following the diagnostic criteria can prevent overdiagnosis but lead to missing of the incomplete form of the disease. Therefore, it is important to accurately understand Kawasaki disease. Since its emergence in Wuhan, China, COVID-19 has spread and had a profound effect on the lives and health of people around the globe. Most people who develop COVID-19 fully recover, but current evidence suggests approximately 10% to 20% of people experience a variety of mid- and long-term effects after they recover from their initial illness. These mid- and long-term effects are collectively known as post covid-19 condition or "long COVID". Studies have shown that a significant number of patients complain of multiple symptoms over a period of several months or longer. The symptoms of long covid include fatigue or muscle weakness, dyspnea, cognitive impairment, and depression or anxiety. These chronic symptoms can also negatively affect aviation safety. This paper examines the effects of COVID-19 on the working hours and wages by employment types of wage workers. Using the Economically Active Population Survey-Supplementary Survey by Employment Types(2017-2020), I found that due to COVID-19, non-regular workers reduced their working hours more than regular workers, shrinking their opportunities to generate wage income. During the same period, the working hours and wage gap between new regular and non-regular workers widened, this was largely in part-time and short-term workers. As the working conditions change based on the initial level, these results show that efforts to improve their(new and short term workers) working conditions can contribute to mitigating labor market inequality. The news articles collected with keyword “non faceto-face” were analyzed through topic modeling applied with LDA algorithm. In this study, collected articles were divided into two periods, period 1(the beginning of COVID-19 spread) and period 2(the end of COVID-19 spread), according to issued date of the articles. The articles of period 1 showed support for non-faceto-face treatment, smart library, the beginning of the online financial era, non-face-to-face entrance exam and employment, stock investment for main topic words. And the articles of period 2 showed conversion to non face-to-face classes, increasing unmanned stores, online finance, education industry, home treatment for main topic words. Also, further issues were discussed through visualization of topic words. These results provide evidence that education and unmanned business in non-face-to-face industries are growing. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to understand the actual status of fundamentals of nursing practice (FNP) education at nursing colleges, and the difficulties of FNP operation in the early stages of the COVID-19. Methods: This study used a descriptive design. Data collection was conducted from December 9, 2020 to January 31, 2021 using the self-report questionnaire method for a total of 95 nursing colleges. The questionnaire consisted of characteristics related to FNP, changes in FNP education, difficulties in operating FNP, and countermeasures in the COVID-19 situation. Results: Changes in FNP due to COVID-19 were distribution of practice places, reduction of the number of students, short-term intensive classes, and reduction of face-to-face practice. Most colleges conducted FNP face-to-face, but some schools showed that FNP was conducted non-face-to-face. The difficulties of operating FNP that instructors experienced induced concerns about a decrease in student competency due to lack of face-to-face practice and an unofficial increase in the number of teaching hours and physical demands on instructors due to the expansion of the division. Conclusion: In order to develop the capabilities of nursing students in other pandemic situations in the future, it is necessary to find systematic coping strategy to reduce the burden of FNP instructors, and to develop non-face-to-face online practice contents and consumables for online practice. This study aims to understand the COVID-19 leftover vaccine reservation system from a Nudge viewpoint, examine its ethical justification, and propose a better policy to overcome the policy’s shortcomings. To defeat COVID-19, it is essential to build herd immunity through quick vaccine development and broad inoculation. The leftover vaccine reservation system has been considered to have contributed positively to raising the immunization rate among various governmental policies. In addition to its ethical rationale for preserving the autonomy of people who desire to get vaccinated, the leftover vaccine reservation system can be recognized for its efficacy in terms of regulations for effective vaccine distribution. However, this method has drawbacks that should be addressed, such as the requirement for real-time vaccine inventory checks and first-come, first-served scheduling. Therefore this study suggests ‘leftover vaccination automated reservation service’ as a particular policy that can supplement the constraints and function in more ethical and effective ways. Purpose: This study was to identify how a nursing management practicum was operated during the COVID-19 pandemic in Korea. Methods: This study surveyed instructors teaching the nursing management practicum with a questionnaire covering five domains and 42 items. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and content analysis. Results: The practicum was performed mainly by mixed methods (40.8% and 38.5%), in hospitals only (30.8% and 60.4%), online only (19.8% and 1.1%) in 2020 and 2021, respectively. The mixed methods were most frequently used for instructor teaching and conferences (43.9% and 58.3%). and the average teaching time per week was 9.40 and 8.69 hours per week, respectively. Taking charge in one to three core nursing skill items, 87.8% and 90.1% of the respondents each year performed face to face evaluation for the skills. Four to six out of 12 POs were covered by 58.2% and 54.9% of the participants, respectively, in 2020 and 2021. The greatest difficulty under the pandemic was securing students' hospital assignments. Conclusion: The nursing management practicum needs to adopt various digital technologies, and create new education models including hybrid ones combining both contact and untact methods to improve the educational effect for the post COVID-19 era. In Vol. 31, No. 1, our journal prepared four review articles and two original papers. First, in commemoration of the 30th anniversary of our journal, the first review article described the history, development, and recent efforts for the qualitative improvement of the journal. For aviation workers, dizziness is an important disease that can interfere with their work. So, in the second review, we introduced guidelines that aviation medical examiners should be aware of in evaluating aviation workers who complain of dizziness. In the era of coronavirus disease 19 (COVID-19) pandemic, it is very important for aviation workers to get the vaccination safely and return to their work. So, Kwon introduced the latest updated guidelines for vaccination for aviation workers. In addition, Kim described the relationship between COVID-19 infection and respiratory allergic disease, and appropriate treatment guidelines. Lim investigated the recent trend of human papillomavirus vaccination for foreigners during the COVID-19 period, and investigated its implications. In commemoration of Vol. 30, Issue 3, our journal prepared five review articles and one original paper. The global outbreak of COVID-19 in 2020 has impacted our society, and especially the aviation and travel industries have been severely damaged. Kwon presented the aviation medical examination regulations related to COVID-19 announced by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport of the Republic of Korea. Lim summarized various efforts of airlines to overcome the crisis in the aviation industry. He also discussed the management of these aircraft as the number of airplanes landing for long periods increased. Finally, he suggested various quarantine guidelines at airports and onboard aircraft. COVID-19 has had a profound impact on mental health as well as physical effects. Kim investigated the impact of COVID-19 on mental health and suggested ways to manage the stress caused by it. The Internet of Things (IoT) refers to a technology in which devices communicate with each other through wired or wireless communication. Hyun explained the current state of the technology of the IoT and how it could be used, especially in the aviation field. In the area of airline service, various situations arise between passengers and crew. Therefore, role-playing is useful in performing education to prepare and respond to passengers' different needs appropriately. Ra introduced the conceptual background and general concepts of role-playing and presented the actual role-play's preparation process, implementation, evaluation, and feedback process. For a fighter to fly for a long time and perform a rapid air attack, air refueling is essential, which serves refueling from the air rather than from the aircraft base. Koo developed a questionnaire based on the HFACS (Human Factors Analysis and Classification System) model and used it to conduct a fighter pilot survey and analyze the results. With the advent of the Corona 19 virus, Pharmaceutical industry around the world are going all out to develop treatments and medicines. The rapid development of medicines requires the cooperation of pharmaceutical companies and regulatory agency. From the early stage of development, a legal basis is needed for pharmaceutical companies and regulatory agency to establish and proceed with the plan together. In this paper, we will examine the laws basing on the domestic and foreign Fast-track system. According to this analysis, I would suggest the problems and the direction of improvement of this system. The domestic Fast-track system stipulates the basic details of conditional approval and accelerated approval in 「Regulation for Pharmaceutical Approvals, Notifications and Reviews」 and 「Regulations on Approval and Review of Biological Products」etc., which fall under the notification of the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety. 「The Safety and Support for Regenerative Medicine and Biopharmaceutical Medicine Advanced Therapy Act」 provides for Breakthrough Therapy, Priority Review, Accelerated Approval in the case of Biopharmaceutical Medicine Advanced Therapy. In the case of medicines aimed at treating and preventing infectious diseases, 「Infectious Diseases Control and Prevention Act」 does not provide a separate rapid examination system, there is a problem that the possibility of expedited reviews depends on the characteristics of molecular structure of the drug. There is also a risk of creating confusion because different laws and regulations use different terms, even if they are substantially the same procedure. Therefore, it will be necessary to overhaul the unified legal system for the quick review system in the future. In the past two years, all sectors of society have been underdeveloped and suffered a significant damage due to COVID-19. In particular, people who were working in many areas of research were unable to do anything due to restrictions on meetings with people and social distancing. The purpose of this study is to develop a social distancing device that allows users to maintain the distance in accordance with the government guidelines through an analysis of people's social distancing methods in the COVID-19 society through UX Design. In order to develop the social distancing device, the distance is expressed by changing the color of LED based on research related to UI design such as ultrasonic distance sensor, battery, charging method, distance display method, etc. The outer form of the social distancing device is designed using 3D, the device is developed by installing ultrasonic distance sensor, neo-pixel module and Arduino after printing a prototype using a 3D printer, and this device is tested to develop a final product that helps the social distancing practice amid COVID-19. This study investigates the effect of COVID-19 on the dynamics of women’s employment. The data reveal that the employment situation of married women worsened more than that of married men after COVID-19 except during the fourth wave of pandemic. We also find that many married women have transitioned from employment to non-participation, in particular during the first and second waves of COVID-19. This study extracts topics related to university education through newspaper articles and analyzes the characteristics of each topic and the reporting patterns of each newspaper. The 9 topics were discovered using LDA. Topic 1 and Topic 3 are related to university support projects for education, but Topic 3 is focused on local universities. Topic 2 is about university education after COVID-19, Topic 4 teaching-learning methods, Topic 5 government policies, Topic 6 the high school education contribution university support projects, Topic 7 the university education vision, Topic 8 internationalization, and Topic 9 the entrance exam. The Chosun Ilbo, Kyunghyang, and Hankyoreh reported a lot of articles associated to lectures after COVID-19, government policies, and comments on university education. Relevant articles since 2016 have been analyzed by newspaper type and before/after COVID-19 through which differences in the topics were studied and discussed. This study investigates the underlying mechanism of YOLO in millennial consumer, especially the influence of perceived economic recession on the present-biased preference. In addition, it was attempted to expand the implicit theory by proposing the individual’s entity belief as a mediator for the effect of perceived economic situation on consumers’ present-biased seeking behavior. In three experimental studies, undergraduate students who both highly primed and measured negative economic situation showed more favorable attitudes towards present-biased persuasive message and related products. The results of this research provides practical implication for marketers especially in the current situation experiencing economic slowdown due to low economic growth and COVID 19. Prolonged social distancing due to coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) has brought about changes in people’s lives, including changes in physical activity, eating habits, and an increase in people’s feelings of depression. These changes can be negative effects on diabetes management. Meal planning is one of the most effective things diabetic patients can do to control blood sugar. Active nutrition management is recommended using various diabetes management applications. This study identified learners' immersion, focusing on online video education platforms, Zoom and Webex, used in colleges after the 'Covid-19', and suggested design improvement measures to improve immersion. Through prior research and literature research, the components of immersion and screen components of the online distance education platform were identified, and measures to improve immersion were suggested through questionnaire surveys and in-depth interviews. The research method was conducted for 5 days from April 7 to 12, 2021 for 50 college students and graduate students in their 20s and 30s who are receiving online education through Zoom and Webex, and 6 people were interviewed in-depth. As a result of the experiment, the communication between learners and lecturers was deduced as the biggest factor, so a design plan to facilitate communication between learners and lecturers was proposed based on Gutenberg's diagram. As online video education is predicted to continue even after the Covid-19, continuous online video education immersion research is needed, and we hope that it can contribute to the direction of the research. This study was conducted to identify the factors affecting the SDLA of nursing students who experienced online-class due to COVID-19. The subjects of this study were 115 nursing students who had experienced online-class due to COVID-19 for more than one semester at a university. Data were collected through online surveys from November 18 to December 1, 2020. Factors that have a statistically significant influenced on SDLA in nursing students were ‘use of emotion’ in emotional intelligence (β=.42, p<.001), ‘control’ in resilience (β=.28, p=.001), and ‘objectivity’ in critical thinking disposition (β=.27, p<.001), which accounted for 62.0% of the total variance. Research and intervention to improve the emotional intelligence of nursing students were constantly needed, and it is suggested that this be considered when producing educational contents.
