One of the core concepts of park city is from form construction to ecological transformation and sustainable development, and it is also a new construction path proposed to address urban issues in the new era. As an important component of the ecosystem, urban wilderness is based on reconstructing the relationship between humans and nature, and has significant value in enhancing biodiversity, improving ecosystem services, and promoting human physical and mental health. This study proposes that urban wilderness can bring new ecological development models to the development of park city, play an important role in comprehensively improving the urban ecological environment, and further enrich the connotation of park city. Taking Yunshangbali · Exploration Park in Chengdu as an example, this study showcases the multiple values of wilderness through design practice and empowers the construction of park city. Protection and development of historical and cultural ancient town have always been the hot topic. With the continuous deepening of the study of ancient town and the rise of the landscape design subject, systematic, professional information and drawings about the landscape of ancient town are relatively scarce. To make up for the blank, Pingle Ancient Town in Chengdu was taken as the research object, and systemic research on the spatial pattern of urban landscape was conducted. In this paper, landscape features were studied in the scale of the space enclosed by urban boundaries. According to the spatial structure, the landscape features were divided into fi ve aspects: boundary, axis, skeleton, group domain and base, and detailed study was conducted in the changes of time axis. The preliminary research methods were mainly literature and site survey and mapping, and the history, environment and style of Pingle Ancient Town were discussed by referring to historical classics, journal papers and books. In the middle stage, surveying and mapping improvement work was carried out. In the later stage, papers were analyzed and written. The regional ecological positioning of one area is based on the region's ecological orientation by the country or a larger region. Combined with the region's natural geographical features, ecological background, main ecological problems, regional ecological structure, pattern, process, function and service, etc., the position of a certain area in ecological space, structure, process, function and sendee, etc. is determined through the analysis and research. Regional ecological positioning is an important prerequisite and core basis for regional ecological impact assessment. However, in the current regional ecological impact assessment, most of them have not analyzed and studied the regional ecological positioning. Due to the lack of research on regional ecological positioning, it is rare to apply the research results of regional ecological positioning to the establishment of regional ecological objectives and the construction of index system. Regional ecological positioning does not guide the direction of regional ecological protection and construction well, and there is a general tendency of regional ecological positioning being one-sided and slogan-based. This paper analyzes the necessity and importance of research of regional ecological positioning, puts forward the technology framework of study on regional ecological positioning. With regional ecological positioning research in planning ecological impact assessment of the Chengdu - Chongqing Economic Zone as an example, how to carry out the study on the regional ecological positioning and how to apply the results of the study on the regional ecological positioning in regional ecological impact assessment are explained and illustrated. The subway stations of urban community type are not only main nodes in the urban traffic network, but also important places for people's daily life. With the rapid development of urban metro and urban economy, the commercial space near the subway station has become the focus of urban planning and urban spatial development, and commercial self-organization plays an important role in the development of commercial operations, commercial structures, and commercial scales, so how to make effective use of the inherent laws of the commercial space evolution, and further guide the rational development of community businesses needs more attention and research. This paper takes Chengdu Wannianchang Subway Station as an example to study the evolution stage, influencing factors, evolution characteristics and laws of the nearby commercial space. Cities are currently confronted with many urban problems, such as water shortages, water quality pollution, floods, and the loss of habitats of aquatic organisms, and badly in need of a more comprehensive solution. In this context, the concept of "sponge city" is proposed. This paper, based on the theory of sponge city and low impact development, elaborated the origin, development, connotation, and construction method of "sponge city" concept. In this paper, the urban design scheme of Renbei District in Chengdu was taken for example to analyze the geographical environment and climate characteristics of Chengdu and explain the formation and verification of the scheme. It is considered that the "sponge city" is different from the traditional urban infrastructure. It is essentially an ecological approach. The aging and the urban development bring a great challenge to the residential facilities of the elderly community. By exploring the layout and current situation of the elderly residential facilities in Chengdu City, this paper stressed the key points in the layout of various facilities at the macro scale. Through the deep investigation of residential districts, the paper explored the community endowment mode that is between the organisation support and home-based for the aged, and proposed 3 modes on the basis of "visiting, day care and short-stay''. Considering the specific needs of the aged and the compound modes, compound community endowment mode was put forward as the future development direction of community endowment to contribute to the construction of the overall social endowment system. Specifically, the evolution of community space in Chengdu and Chongqing went through three stages. The starting time of community renewal in the two places was very dose, but the duration of each stage varied. The second stage of Chengdu continued for a longer time, so its renovation and renewal of the community space was more detailed and thorough, and the emphasis and extension direction of the evolution of the community space were different The evolution of community space in both Chengdu and Chongqing went through "mechanical renewal of demolition and construction--small-scale gradual renewal", but the path of renewal and development of the community space in Chengdu was faster. From 1999, with the rapid expansion of enrollment scale, colleges have experienced fast development and construction of new campuses. However, the urgency of the demand for campus space at that time led to hie shortcomings of paying more attention to speed than connotation during the construction of the new campus. Even now the evaluation of new campuses which have been used for nearly twenty years and whether the space of new campuses has played its due role will affect the display of the heritage and temperament of colleges. This paper uses the typical spatial cognitive concept--spatial image to analyse the elements of spatial images on campuses, summarizes the perceptions of teachers and students towards the space of four new campuses in Chengdu through questionnaire survey and analysis, puts forward the principles of campus space design and the strategies of classification design, and intends to take spatial images as the research cut-in point to provide new ideas and suggestions for the design and improvement of campus space from the perspective of users. TOptimization of regional landscape pattern is significant for improving function and value of ecosystem, and restraining the expansion of urban layout. Taking Chengdu City for example, this paper applied RS and GIS techniques, landscape indexes and ecological service function evaluation to further analyze the temporal and spatial characteristics of landscape pattern and spatial differences of regional ecologjcal functions, and on this basis, identified the spatial distribution of ecological source lands. Based on the long-term objective of building Chengdu into a modern garden city, this paper applied the accumulative cost distance model and introduced garden city theory to construct regional ecological corridors and ecological nodes, and explored the approaches of optimizing landscape pattern of modern garden city. The results showed that a great deal of arable land has been transferred to construction land in the urbanization; intensity of regional ecological functions showed obvious spatial differences; ecological source lands were mainly distributed in the Longmen Mountain, the Qionglai Mountain, the Changqiu Mountain and the Longquan Mountain; according to actual conditions of the study area, the road ecologjcal corridors, river corridors and agricultural corridors in the layout of "four rings and six radial corridors" were constructed; ecological nodes dominated by intersection, wetland and forest park were formed. The metro is the most efficient and convenient public transport system in modem cities. For urban core areas in China, in which the metro was built later, there was more consideration for meeting the traffic needs of cities. However. there are few studies of collaborative planning for metro stations and their surrounding space. Thus, there is an urgent need to conduct research on collaborative planning for metro stations and their surrounding commercial space in urban core areas. Unlike conventional methods of integrated design of stations and cities, this paper, based on the theory of place spirit, took Chunxi Road Metro Station in Chengdu and its surrounding commercial space for example. It explored the pattern and characteristics of the place in the commercial space around the metro station, analyzed the strategies of cultural and commercial integration, as well as architecture, street, landscape and other aspects of the design method in the space, and explored the strategies of place-making and infiltration, providing a reference point for the development and place-making of the commercial space around metro stations in urban core areas. This paper, based on the literature review and field investigation, studied the status quo of maker spaces in main urban district of Chengdu at a time when the development of the maker spaces has received strong support from national and local governments. In this study, three kinds of spaces with different marketplace atmospheres, namely, the tea-drinking space, the commercial space and the courtyard space, are created with the aid of the marketplace culture characteristics of the local blocks in Pengzhen Town and the catalyst theory, so as to achieve the purpose of activating the traditional blocks in Pengzhen Town. The design takes the marketplace culture as the entry point and the most vigorous points as the catalyst points to create a living space with strong marketplace flavor, thereby activating the economic and social activities of the traditional block and promotes the sustainable renewal of the cultural space.
