Introduction: Ciprofol, a new candidate drug, is effective and safe for the maintenance of anesthesia in non-cardiothoracic and non-neurological elective surgery. However, few studies have been conducted on general anesthesia using ciprofol in patients undergoing thoracoscopic lobectomy. Therefore, this study aims to observe the effects of ciprofol on hemodynamics and on postoperative recovery in patients undergoing thoracoscopic lobectomy. Methods and analysis: This randomized controlled trial will include 136 patients aged 18–65 years undergoing elective thoracoscopic lobectomy between April 2023 and December 2024. The participants will be randomly assigned to the propofol or ciprofol group. The primary outcome to be assessed is the hemodynamic fluctuation during the induction and maintenance of anesthesia. The secondary outcomes involve quality of anesthesia induction and quality of recovery from anesthesia. The former includes TLOC (time to loss of consciousness), the use of vasoactive agents, the incidence of injection pain, body movement, muscle twitching and coughing during induction of anesthesia. The latter includes TROC (time to recovery of consciousness), post anesthesia care unit (PACU) time, incidence of postoperative nausea and vomiting (PONV), postoperative agitation, intraoperative awareness and quality of recovery (QoR) score. Discussion: A number of clinical trials have confirmed that ciprofol, as a new sedative-hypnotic agent, has advantages of better tolerance, higher sedation satisfaction score, and lower incidence of adverse reactions, especially in reducing the incidence of injection pain. But considering that ciprofol was recently developed, limited data are available regarding its use for general anesthesia. This study aims to investigate the effects of ciprofol on hemodynamics and on postoperative recovery of patients undergoing thoracoscopic lobectomy. The results of this study may provide evidence for the safe application of ciprofol, a new choice of general anesthetic for thoracic surgery. Myocardial ischemia/reperfusion injury (MIRI) is the leading cause of irreversible myocardial damage. A pivotal pathogenic factor is ischemia/reperfusion (I/R)‐induced cardiomyocyte ferroptosis, marked by iron overload and lipid peroxidation. However, the impact of lipid droplet (LD) changes on I/R‐induced cardiomyocyte ferroptosis is unclear. In this study, an aggregation‐induced emission probe, TPABTBP is developed that is used for imaging dynamic changes in LD during myocardial I/R‐induced ferroptosis. TPABTBP exhibits excellent LD‐specificity, superior capability for monitoring lipophagy, and remarkable photostability. Molecular dynamics (MD) simulation and super‐resolution fluorescence imaging demonstrate that the TPABTBP is specifically localized to the phospholipid monolayer membrane of LDs. Imaging LDs in cardiomyocytes and myocardial tissue in model mice with MIRI reveals that the LD accumulation level increase in the early reperfusion stage (0–9 h) but decrease in the late reperfusion stage (>24 h) via lipophagy. The inhibition of LD breakdown significantly reduces the lipid peroxidation level in cardiomyocytes. Furthermore, it is demonstrated that chloroquine (CQ), an FDA‐approved autophagy modulator, can inhibit ferroptosis, thereby attenuating MIRI in mice. With the development of big data and cloud computing, more and more data owners store their data with encrypted form in the cloud server. To retrieve some data they are interested in, an important technology called searchable encryption can be adopted. Sometimes, the encrypted data are desired to be shared to some users by the data owners without destroying the user privacy. To address this problem, many works of delegated searchable encryption (DSE) have been studied. However, in the existing DSE schemes, the delegated users can make keyword search over the encrypted data without any restrictions. In some systems such as E-health record system in which the data are sensitive, it is desired that the delegated users can only make search with some specified keywords designated by the data owners. In this work, we present an efficient solution to this problem and give a concrete construction. In order to further optimize the performance of PMMA (Polymethyl Methacrylate) repair mortar. In this paper, fly ash, talcum powder and wollastonite powder are used as fillers to modify the PMMA repair mortar. The effects of these three fillers on the working performance, mechanical performance and durability of PMMA repair mortar were explored. The study shows that the three fillers have good effect on the bond strength of the repair mortar, in which the fly ash has the best effect on the mechanical performance. The mechanical properties of PMMA repair mortar were best when the amount of fly ash was 60 phr (parts per hundred, representing the amount of the material added per hundred parts of PMMA). At this time, the 28 d compressive strength was 71.26 MPa and the 28 d flexural strength was 28.09 MPa, which increased by 13.31% and 15.33%, respectively. Wollastonite powder had the least negative effect on the setting time of the PMMA repair mortar. When the dosage of wollastonite powder was increased to 100 phr, the setting time was only extended from 65 min to 94 min. When the talc dosage was 60 phr, the best improvement in salt freezing resistance was achieved. After 100 cycles of salt freezing, the mass loss rate and strength loss rate decreased to 0.159% and 4.97%, respectively, which were 75.1% and 37.7% higher than that of the control group. The addition of all three fillers reduced the porosity and the proportion of harmful pores in the mortar. This study contributes to a comprehensive understanding how different types of fillers affect PMMA repair mortars, and it also provides theoretical support for the further development of low-temperature rapid repair mortars. Microorganisms in the soil that have been contaminated with heavy metals for a long-time exhibited resistance to heavy metals. In recent years, the use of resistant microbes and heavy metal-tolerant plants to repair heavy metal-contaminated soil has become an increasingly hot subject. In this study, heavy metal-tolerant bacteria ZG7 was isolated from the mining soils and injected into Bidens pilosa L. and Medicago sativa L.. The results revealed that: (1) Compared to the non-inoculated group, inoculation with ZG7 notably increased the dry weight and chlorophyll content in plants under heavy metal stress, as well as promoted the content of several types of antioxidant chemicals; (2) Combined remediation improved soil enzyme activities, with soil catalase, sucrase, and phosphatase activities remarkably increased by 136.06%, 124.17% and 180.14% in the ZG7- Bidens pilosa L.; And soil catalase, urease, and sucrase activities promoted by 68.07%, 130.08% and 239.79% in the ZG7- Medicago sativa L.; (3) The content of Pb and Zn in the ZG7- Medicago sativa L. combination soil were considerably lower (9.28% and 6.2%, respectively) than no strain group, but there was no substantial change in soil heavy metal content when combined with the Bidens pilosa L. remediation when compared to no strain group. In summary, the combination of strain ZG7 and plants had a good effect on the remediation of heavy metal contaminated soils, and ZG7- Medicago sativa L. had the best effect, which is a reliable technique for effective control of heavy metal pollution. Precisely estimating factor scores is challenging, especially when models are mis-specified. Stemming from network analysis, centrality measures offer an alternative approach to estimating the scores. Using a two-fold simulation design with varying availability of a priori theoretical knowledge, this study implemented hybrid centrality to estimate factor scores and compared the performance with traditional methods, where both proper and improper specifications were considered. In supervised scenarios, network scores using hybrid centrality performed similarly to CFA scores for correctly specified models. The network scores were more accurate when sample sizes were small or test reliability was low, and also demonstrated higher robustness under misspecification. In the second fold, network scores performed better than EFA scores when structure knowledge was unavailable, as the LoGo algorithm of network analysis demonstrated the best performance in retaining the correct factor structure. Laminin, a major component of the basal lamina in the CNS, is also expressed in oligodendrocytes (OLs). However, the function of OL-derived laminin remains largely unknown. Here, we performed loss-of-function studies using two OL-specific laminin-α5 conditional knockout mouse lines. Both mutants were grossly normal and displayed intact blood-brain barrier (BBB) integrity. In a mouse model of intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH), control mice and both mutants exhibited comparable hematoma size and neurological dysfunction. In addition, similar levels of hemoglobin and IgG leakage were detected in the mutant brains compared to the controls, indicating comparable BBB damage. Consistent with this finding, subsequent studies revealed no differences in tight junction protein (TJP) and caveolin-1 expression among control and knockout mice, suggesting that neither paracellular nor transcellular mechanism was affected in the mutants. Furthermore, compared to the controls, both mutant lines showed comparable oligodendrocyte number, oligodendrocyte proliferation rate, MBP/MAG levels, and SMI-32 expression, highlighting a minimal role of OL-derived laminin-α5 in OL biology. Saliva has emerged as a promising noninvasive biofluid for the diagnosis of oral and systemic diseases, including viral infections. During the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic, a growing number of studies focused on saliva-based detection of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus-2 (SARS-CoV-2). Taking advantage of the WoS core collection (WoSCC) and CiteSpace, we retrieved 1021 articles related to saliva-based detection of SARS-CoV-2 and conducted a comprehensive bibliometric analysis. We analyzed countries, institutions, authors, cited authors, and cited journals to summarize their contribution and influence and analyzed keywords to explore research hotspots and trends. From 2020 to 2021, research focused on viral transmission via saliva and verification of saliva as a reliable specimen, whereas from 2021 to the present, the focus of research has switched to saliva-based biosensors for SARS-CoV-2 detection. By far, saliva has been verified as a reliable specimen for SARS-CoV-2 detection, although a standardized procedure for saliva sampling and processing is needed. Studies on saliva-based detection of SARS-CoV-2 will promote the development of saliva-based diagnostics and biosensors for viral detection. Collectively, our findings could provide valuable information to help scientists perceive the basic knowledge landscapes on saliva-based detection of SARS-CoV-2, the past and current research hotspots, and future opportunities. With the fast development of the cold chain transportation industry, the traditional refrigeration method results in significant energy consumption. To address the national call for energy saving and emission reduction, the search for a new type of energy storage material has already become a future development trend. According to the national standard GB/T28577 for the classification and basic requirements of cold chain logistics, the temperature in frozen logistics is typically below −18 °C. In this study, n-undecane with a phase change temperature of −26 °C is chosen as the core material of microcapsules. Poly(methyl methacrylate) is applied as the shell material, with n-undecane microcapsules being prepared through suspension polymerization for phase change cold storage materials (MEPCM). Using characterization techniques including SEM, DSC, FTIR, and laser particle size analysis, the effects of three types of emulsifiers (SMA, Tween-80, Tween-80/span-80 (70/30)), SMA emulsifier dosage, core–shell ratio, and emulsification rate on the thermal performance and micro-surface morphology of n-undecane/PMMA microcapsules were studied. The results indicate that when comparing SMA, Tween-80, and Tween-80/span-80 (70/30) as emulsifiers, the dodecane/PMMA microcapsules prepared with SMA emulsifier exhibit superior thermal performance and micro-surface morphology, possessing a complete core–shell structure. The optimal microstructure and the highest enthalpy of phase change, measuring 120.3 kJ/kg, are achieved when SMA is used as the emulsifier with a quantity of 7%, a core-to-wall ratio of 2.5:1, and an emulsification speed of 2000 rpm. After 200 hot and cold cycles, the enthalpy of phase change decreased by only 18.6 kJ/kg, indicating the MEPCM thermal performance and cycle life. In addition, these optimized microcapsules exhibit favorable microstructure, uniform particle size, and efficient energy storage, making them an excellent choice for the refrigeration and freezing sectors. Introduction: Frailty has become a worldwide health burden that has a large influence on public health and clinical practice. The incidence of frailty is anticipated to increase as the ageing population increases. Myocardial injury after noncardiac surgery (MINS) is associated with short-term and long-term mortality. However, the incidence of MINS in frail geriatric patients is unknown. Methods and analysis: This prospective, multicentre, real-world observational cohort study will be conducted at 18 designated centres in China from January 2023 to December 2024, with an anticipated sample size of 856 patients aged 65 years and older who are scheduled to undergo noncardiac surgery. The primary outcome will be the incidence of MINS. MINS is defined as a fourth-generation plasma cardiac troponin T (cTnT) concentration ≥ 0.03 ng/mL exhibited at least once within 30 days after surgery, with or without symptoms of myocardial ischaemia. All data will be collected via electronic data acquisition. Discussion: This study will explore the incidence of MINS in frail patients. The characteristics, predictive factors and 30-day outcomes of MINS in frail patients will be further investigated to lay the foundation for identifying clinical interventions. Gastric cancer is a common malignant tumor, and due to its insidious onset and limited screening methods, most patients are diagnosed with advanced disease and have a poor prognosis. The circRNA in exosomes has an essential role in cancer diagnosis and treatment. However, the part of hsa_circ_0014606 within exosomes in gastric cancer progression is unclear. Firstly, we extracted exosomes from the serum of gastric cancer patients and healthy individuals by ultracentrifugation and analyzed the expression of hsa_circ_0014606 in both exosomes; then knocked down hsa_circ_0014606 in vivo and in vitro, respectively, to observe its effect on the physiological function of gastric cancer cells; finally, we used bioinformatics to screen hsa_circ_0014606 targeting miRNAs and mRNAs, and experiments were performed to verify the interrelationship between the three. The results showed that the level of hsa_circ_0014606 in the serum exosomes of gastric cancer patients was significantly higher than that of the healthy population. The knockdown of hsa_circ_0014606 slowed the proliferation of gastric cancer cells, significantly reduced migration and invasion ability, accelerated apoptosis, and reduced tumor size in mice. In addition, the expression of hsa_circ_0014606 was negatively correlated with the expression of miR-514b-3p and positively correlated with the expression of heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein C (HNRNPC). In conclusion, hsa_circ_0014606 exerted a pro-cancer effect indirectly through miR-514b-3p targeting gene HNRNPC, and this study provides a new potential target for treating gastric cancer. Surface‐enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) spectroscopy is an ultrasensitive detection technique for molecular identification in both biology and chemistry. 2D materials have displayed increasing potentials as SERS substrates based on chemical enhancement, where optimization of the band structure to promote the charge transfer is exceptionally important. Here, the regulation of band structure of 2D metal phosphorus trichalcogenides (MPCh3) via entropy engineering is demonstrated. The optimized high‐entropy MnFeCuAgInPS3 nanosheets (NSs) with narrowed bandgap (Eg) show significant SERS performance with a low detection limit with 10−9m for both rhodamine 6G and crystal violet. Combined spectral characterizations and density functional theory (DFT) calculations reveal that the combination of multiple hetero‐element provides continuous d orbitals and endows high‐entropy MPCh3 NSs with high population of electrons at the energies near Fermi level (EF), which allows highly efficient photo‐induced charge transfer (PICT) between the SERS substrates and target molecules. The conversion of biomass energy sources is a crucial direction in the transformation of energy resources, such as cellulose to high-value chemicals. As an important platform compound, 5-hydroxymethylfurfural (HMF) is one of the worthwhile products from biomass. Previously, the use of Hf/ZSM-5 catalyst demonstrated excellent catalytic performance, with the yield of HMF reaching 67.50% under optimal reaction conditions (120 min, 190 °C, H2O(NaCl)/THF). Based on the previous work, the effect of a series of metal salts on the preparation of HMF from cellulose catalyzed by Hf/ZSM-5 catalyst was investigated in this paper. This result demonstrates the addition of AlCl3 promoted the production of HMF yield and AlCl3 completed with excellent performance among five metal salts. Aims: To evaluate the impact of a dual glucose‐dependent insulinotropic peptide (GIP) and glucagon‐like peptide‐1 (GLP‐1) receptor agonist tirzepatide (TZP), and its potential dose‐response effect, on heart rate. Methods: Articles were searched from PubMed, Web of Science, Embase, Cochrane Library, and clinical trials registries (ClinicalTrials.gov) databases. Randomized controlled trials (RCTs) comparing TZP at doses of 5, 10 and 15 mg in adults with type 2 diabetes were included. Six study arms were summarized from original research (TZP 5, 10 and 15 mg, GLP‐1 receptor agonists [GLP‐1RAs], insulin, placebo). The GLP‐1RA and non‐GLP‐1RA groups were combined to form a control group. Two reviewers independently extracted data and assessed the quality of each study. Mean differences (MDs) were calculated as effect estimates for continuous outcomes. Pairwise meta‐analyses and network meta‐analyses were conducted. The study protocol was prospectively registered (PROSPERO ID: CRD42023418551). Results: Eight articles were included in this systematic review and meta‐analysis. The mean baseline heart rate ranged from 65.2 to 75.7 beats per minute. Pairwise meta‐analysis showed that, compared with combined the control group, there were significantly greater increases in heart rates in the TZP group (MD 1.82, 95% confidence interval [CI] 0.75, 2.89). Similar significant rises were identified when comparing TZP with GLP‐1RAs and non‐GLP‐1RAs (GLP‐1 RAs: MD 2.29, 95% CI 1.00, 3.59; non‐GLP‐1RAs: MD 1.58, 95% CI 0.26, 2.91). TZP 5 mg was associated with smaller increases in heart rates compared to TZP 10 mg and TZP 15 mg (TZP 10 mg: MD −0.97, 95% CI −1.79, −0.14; TZP 15 mg: MD −2.57, 95% CI −3.79, −1.35). TZP 10 mg increased heart rate less than TZP 15 mg (MD −1.5, 95% CI −2.38, −0.82). Network meta‐analysis indicated that TZP 15 mg was associated with significant increases in heart rate compared with TZP 5 mg (MD 2.53, 95% CI 1.43, 3.62), TZP 10 mg (MD 1.44, 95% CI 0.35, 2.53), GLP‐1RAs (MD 3.46, 95% CI 1.67, 5.25), insulin (MD 2.86, 95% CI 1.32, 4.41) and placebo (MD 2.96, 95% CI 1.36, 4.57). Conclusions: Our study showed not only that there was a greater increase in heart rate in the TZP group than in the control, GLP‐1RA and non‐GLP‐1RA groups, but also that the 15‐mg dose of TZP had the strongest impact on increasing heart rates compared with the other five inventions, with a TZP dose‐response impact on heart rate. Chronic diabetic wounds are at lifelong risk of developing diabetic foot ulcers owing to severe hypoxia, excessive reactive oxygen species (ROS), a complex inflammatory microenvironment, and the potential for bacterial infection. Here we develop a programmed treatment strategy employing live Haematococcus (HEA). By modulating light intensity, HEA can be programmed to perform a variety of functions, such as antibacterial activity, oxygen supply, ROS scavenging, and immune regulation, suggesting its potential for use in programmed therapy. Under high light intensity (658 nm, 0.5 W/cm2), green HEA (GHEA) with efficient photothermal conversion mediate wound surface disinfection. By decreasing the light intensity (658 nm, 0.1 W/cm2), the photosynthetic system of GHEA can continuously produce oxygen, effectively resolving the problems of hypoxia and promoting vascular regeneration. Continuous light irradiation induces astaxanthin (AST) accumulation in HEA cells, resulting in a gradual transformation from a green to red hue (RHEA). RHEA effectively scavenges excess ROS, enhances the expression of intracellular antioxidant enzymes, and directs polarization to M2 macrophages by secreting AST vesicles via exosomes. The living HEA hydrogel can sterilize and enhance cell proliferation and migration and promote neoangiogenesis, which could improve infected diabetic wound healing in female mice. The treatment of infected diabetic wounds faces obstacles of bacterial infection, hypoxia, hyperexpression of reactive oxygen species, and inflammation. Background: Non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) is a major pathological type of lung cancer. However, its pathogenesis remains largely unclear. MRPL35 is a regulatory subunit of the mitoribosome, which can regulate the assembly of cytochrome c oxidases and plays an important role in the occurrence of NSCLC. Methods: The expression of MRPL35 in NSCLC was detected by tissue microarray and immunohistochemistry. H1299 cells were infected with lentivirus to knockdown MRPL35, and the cells were subjected to crystal violet staining to assess the results of colony formation assays. A549 cells were infected by lentiviral particles-expressing shMRPL35 or shControl, and then subcutaneously injected into nude mice. Tumorigenesis in mice was detected by in vivo imaging. The potential pathway of MRPL35 in NSCLC was assessed by Western blotting. Results: MRPL35 was over-expressed in NSCLC tissue compared to para-cancerous and normal tissues. Knockdown of MRPL35 suppressed cell proliferation and decreased NSCLC progression both in vitro and in vivo. The possible molecular mechanisms were also clarified, which indicated that MRPL35 could be involved in cell apoptosis and proliferation by modulating the expression levels of CDK1, BIRC5, CHEK1, STMN1 and MCM2. Knockdown of MRPL35 activated p53 signaling pathway and inhibited cell cycle regulation. Conclusions: The oncogenic role of MRPL35 in NSCLC was potentially mediated through the cell cycle regulatory genes such as BIRC5, STMN1, CDK1, CHEK1 and MCM2, as well as activation of P53 signaling pathway. The conventional electrolytic water‐splitting process for hydrogen production is plagued by high energy consumption, low efficiency, and the requirement of expensive catalysts. Therefore, finding effective, affordable, and stable catalysts to drive this reaction is urgently needed. We report a nanosheet catalyst composed of carbon nanotubes encapsulated with MoC/Mo2C, the Ni@MoC‐700 nanosheet showcases low overpotentials of 275 mV for the oxygen evolution reaction and 173 mV for the hydrogen evolution reaction at a current density of 10 mA ⋅ cm−2. Particularly noteworthy is its outstanding performance in a two‐electrode system, where a cell potential of merely 1.64 V is sufficient to achieve the desired current density of 10 mA ⋅ cm−2. Furthermore, the catalyst demonstrates exceptional durability, maintaining its activity over a continuous operation of 40 hours with only minimal attenuation in overpotential. These outstanding activity levels and long‐term stability unequivocally highlight the promising potential of the Ni@MoC‐700 catalyst for large‐scale water‐splitting applications. Previous studies have established a link between fluctuations in climate and increased mortality due to coronary artery disease (CAD). However, there remains a need to explore and clarify the evidence for associations between meteorological changes and hospitalization incidences related to CAD and its subtypes, especially in cold regions. This study aimed to systematically investigate the relationship between exposure to meteorological changes, air pollutants, and hospitalization for CAD in cold regions. We conducted a cross-sectional study using hospitalization records of 86,483 CAD patients between January 1, 2009, and December 31, 2019. Poisson regression analysis, based on generalized additive models, was applied to estimating the influence of hospitalization for CAD. Significant associations were found between low ambient temperature [-10°C, RR = 1.65; 95% CI: (1.28–2.13)] and the incidence of hospitalization for CAD within a lag of 0–14 days. Furthermore, O3 [95.50 μg/m3, RR = 12; 95% CI: (1.03–1.21)] and NO2 [48.70 μg/m3, RR = 1.0895% CI: (1.01–1.15)] levels were identified as primary air pollutants affecting the incidence of CAD, ST-segment-elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI), and non-STEMI (NSTEMI) within the same lag period. Furthermore, O3 [95.50 μg/m3, RR = 1.12; 95% CI: (1.03–1.21)] and NO2 [48.70 μg/m3, RR = 1.0895% CI: (1.01–1.15)] levels were identified as primary air pollutants affecting the incidence of CAD, ST-segment-elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI), and non-STEMI (NSTEMI) within the same lag period. The effect curve of CAD hospitalization incidence significantly increased at lag days 2 and 4 when NO2 and O3 concentrations were higher, with a pronounced effect at 7 days, dissipating by lag 14 days. No significant associations were observed between exposure to PM, SO2, air pressure, humidity, or wind speed and hospitalization incidences due to CAD and its subtypes. Our findings suggest a positive correlation between short-term exposure to low ambient temperatures or air pollutants (O3 and NO2) and hospitalizations for CAD, STEMI, and NSTEMI. These results could aid the development of effective preparedness strategies for frequent extreme weather events and support clinical and public health practices aimed at reducing the disease burden associated with current and future abnormal weather events. Atopic dermatitis (AD) is a common skin disease involving important immune mechanisms. There is an unmet need for a treatment for this condition. Herein, we focused on elucidating the role of Bi2-xMnxO3 nanospheres (BM) in alleviating skin inflammation in AD-like C57BL/6 mice. The BM was fabricated via sacrificial templates and its biosafety was systematically evaluated. The BM was applied topically to skin lesions of AD-like C57BL/6 mice. The phenotypic and histological changes in the skin were examined carefully. The responses of barrier proteins, inflammatory cytokines and cells to BM were evaluated in HaCaT cells and AD mouse models. The data demonstrated that BM treatment alleviated the AD phenotypes and decreased the level of inflammatory factors, while increasing the expression of the barrier proteins filaggrin/involucrin in the skin. BM effectively reduced the expression of phosphorylated STAT6, which in turn reduced the expression of GATA3, and further decreased the differentiation ratio of Th2 cells, thereby reducing the expression of IL-4. In conclusion, topical drug therapy with BM provides a safe and effective treatment modality for AD by reducing IL-4 and increasing barrier proteins. Highlights: This study was the first to explore the feasibility of Bi2-xMnxO3 nanospheres (BM) in agar gel as STAT phosphorylation regulators to improve the clinical manifestations in MC903-induced atopic dermatitis (AD)—like C57BL/6 mice, and to evaluate their immunomodulatory effects in vitro and in vivo. BM showed good skin penetration and system safety. BM reduced the expression of IL-4, IL-13 and p-STAT6 in TNF-α/IFN-γ-induced HaCaT inflammatory cells and in the MC903-induced mouse AD model, thereby effectively improving the expression of the barrier protein FLG/IVL and promoting the recovery of damaged skin. Moreover, the ratio of Th2 cells in the skin and spleen was considerably decreased after BM administration in MC903-induced AD mice, indicating that the as-prepared BM inhibits the Th2 cells response in the AD mouse model. In this paper, we study a class of nonconvex and nonsmooth optimization problems, whose objective function can be split into two separable terms and one coupling term. Alternating proximal gradient methods combining with extrapolation are proposed to solve such problems. Under some assumptions, we prove that every cluster point of the sequence generated by our algorithms is a critical point. Furthermore, if the objective function satisfies Kurdyka–Łojasiewicz property, the generated sequence is globally convergent to a critical point. In order to make the algorithm more effective and flexible, we also use some strategies to update the extrapolation parameter and solve the problems with unknown Lipschitz constant. Atmospheric mercury and water-soluble inorganic ions (WSIIs) are commonly observable airborne pollutants in the atmosphere that may have similar emission sources. In this study, the interrelated pollution characteristics of atmospheric speciated mercury and WSIIs were studied using a Piper diagram, correlation analysis, pollution episode analysis and potential source contribution function (PSCF) techniques. Also, an empirical regression equation for predicting the temporal variation in gaseous elemental mercury (GEM) was constructed. The results showed that the concentrations of GEM and particle-bound mercury (PBM) roughly increased with the increasing percentage values of NH4+ in cationic normality, and exponentially increased with the decreasing percentage values of Na+ + Mg2+ in cationic normality. Correlation analysis revealed that the atmospheric speciated mercury was positively (p < 0.01) correlated with most water-soluble inorganic ions, especially for GEM, which was closely correlated with NO2, NOx, CO, PM2.5, NO3− SO42−, NH4+ and K+ (r > 0.5, p < 0.01), indicating that the emission sources of GEM were related to fossil fuel and biomass combustion, industrial activities, and traffic exhausts. Pollution episode analysis showed that PM2.5, WSIIs (including SO42−, NO3−, NH4+, K+ and Cl−), SO2 and NO2 generally exhibited synchronous variations with GEM and PBM, and positive correlations were observed between GEM and PM2.5, SO42−, NO3−, NH4+, K+, Cl−, SO2 and NO2 (r = 0.35–0.74, p-value < 0.01). In addition, the potential source region of GEM was similar to that of PM2.5, SO42−, NO3−, NH4+, K+ and Ca2+. Based on the above findings, a satisfactory empirical regression equation, with PM2.5, NOx, CO and the percentage value of Na+ + Mg2+ in cationic normality as independent variables for GEM simulation, was constructed. The result showed that the variation in GEM concentrations could be predicted well by these variables. This model could serve as a potential substitute tool for GEM measurement in the future. Introduction and hypothesis: Given the younger age of cervical cancer patients and improved postoperative survival, postoperative quality of life should be a reason for concern, particularly given the prevalence of pelvic floor dysfunction. High uterosacral ligament suspension (HUS) has been deemed the more consistently successful surgery for the treatment of mid-pelvic abnormalities. HUS intraoperatively prevents pelvic floor dysfunction effectively. Methods: We demonstrate the steps of surgery using surgical video and photographs. The uterosacral ligament is fan shaped and connected to the fascial and extraosseous membranes on the surface of the anterior sacral foramen of the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th sacral vertebrae. Given that the uterosacral ligament was fan-shaped, the fan-shaped suture with three stitches was more compatible with the original anatomy. Results: Thirty patients with HUS who underwent thorough hysterectomy had no complications, operation time 230.82 ± 43.61 min, and blood loss 62.32 ± 37.25 ml. The urinary catheter was successfully removed 1 week after the operation, and no pelvic organ prolapse, including vaginal anterior and posterior wall prolapse, or rectocele, occurred after 3 years of follow-up. Conclusion: The uterosacral ligament fulfills the role of supporting, pulling, and suspending the uterus. We should exploit the advantage of fully exposing the uterosacral ligament in radical hysterectomy. We previously identified a unique nucleus, the cerebrospinal fluid (CSF)-contacting nucleus. This study aims to understand its gene architecture and preliminarily suggest its functions. The results showed that there were about 19,666 genes in this nucleus, of which 913 were distinct from the dorsal raphe nucleus (non-CSF contacting). The top 40 highly-expressed genes are mainly related to energy metabolism, protein synthesis, transport, secretion, and hydrolysis. The main neurotransmitter is 5-HT. The receptors of 5-HT and GABA are abundant. The channels for Cl–, Na+, K+, and Ca2+ are routinely expressed. The signaling molecules associated with the CaMK, JAK, and MAPK pathways were identified accurately. In particular, the channels of transient receptor potential associated with nociceptors and the solute carrier superfamily members associated with cell membrane transport were significantly expressed. Microneedles (MNs) have been widely applied in transdermal drug delivery owing to their minimal invasiveness, safety, stability, and ease of administration, which is a promising tool to transport large molecules such as DNA, proteins, and other drugs into the skin. In recent years, many researchers employ it to treat various diseases including cancer because MNs ensure the targeted release of the loaded drugs at a predetermined place and time. More importantly, MNs have been used for tumor prevention or accurate diagnosis at the early stages of the tumor by combining vaccines or sensor. In addition, they can greatly improve the antitumor effect when loaded with various therapeutic agents to achieve combination therapy. In this review, the latest progress of MNs used for application in cancer treatment is highlighted, especially in the design of multifunctional MNs for cancer prevention, diagnosis, and treatment. The part of responses that is absent in the nonequivalent groups with anchor test (NEAT) design can be managed to a planned missing scenario. In the context of small sample sizes, we present a machine learning (ML)-based imputation technique called chaining random forests (CRF) to perform equating tasks within the NEAT design. Specifically, seven CRF-based imputation equating methods are proposed based on different data augmentation methods. The equating performance of the proposed methods is examined through a simulation study. Five factors are considered: (a) test length (20, 30, 40, 50), (b) sample size per test form (50 versus 100), (c) ratio of common/anchor items (0.2 versus 0.3), and (d) equivalent versus nonequivalent groups taking the two forms (no mean difference versus a mean difference of 0.5), and (e) three different types of anchors (random, easy, and hard), resulting in 96 conditions. In addition, five traditional equating methods, (1) Tucker method; (2) Levine observed score method; (3) equipercentile equating method; (4) circle-arc method; and (5) concurrent calibration based on Rasch model, were also considered, plus seven CRF-based imputation equating methods for a total of 12 methods in this study. The findings suggest that benefiting from the advantages of ML techniques, CRF-based methods that incorporate the equating result of the Tucker method, such as IMP_total_Tucker, IMP_pair_Tucker, and IMP_Tucker_cirlce methods, can yield more robust and trustable estimates for the "missingness" in an equating task and therefore result in more accurate equated scores than other counterparts in short-length tests with small samples. Psychological dependence is the most important factor leading to relapse, few studies have examined whether in-group stereotypes exist in drug abusers, while it's helpful for drug abusers in getting rid of psychological dependence. To investigate the presence of in-group stereotypes and the neural mechanisms in drug abusers, two experiments were designed in this study. Experiment 1 used a classification–verification paradigm and Experiment 2 used The Extrinsic Affect Simon Task (EAST), simultaneous collection of EEG data from China. 18 and 17 males were analyzed respectively in Experiment 1 and 2. The results in Experiment 1 showed that (1) there was no significant difference in reaction times or N400 amplitude between the condition "Drug abusers-Negative words" and the condition "Drug abusers-Positive words". In Experiment 2, we found that (2) participants in the condition "Drug abusers-Negative words" scored higher in accuracy rates than in the condition "Drug abusers-Positive words". (3) Participants in the condition "Drug abusers-Negative words" were shorter than "Drug abusers-Positive words" in reaction times (RTs). (4) Participants in the condition "Drug abusers-Negative words" were lower than "Drug abusers-Positive words" in the peak of N400. The conclusion is that there are significant negative implicit in-group stereotypes among Chinese male drug abusers. Objective: The aim of this study was to evaluate the impact of peer role-playing on the clinical skills performance of pediatric trainees. Methods: Seventy-eight clinical medicine trainees were randomly divided into a role-playing group and a traditional teaching group, with 39 students in each group. The role-playing group alternated between the roles of clinicians and patients, while the traditional teaching group received the bedside teaching mode of verbal instruction. After two weeks traineeship, mini-Clinical Evaluation Exercise(Mini-CEX) was used to evaluate the trainees' competence in physician-patient communication and clinical practice. A questionnaire was given to the role-playing group to assess their satisfaction with the method. Results: The Mini-CEX scores showed that the role-playing group had superior clinical skills (p < 0.05), including communication, history taking, professionalism, organization, clinical skills, and physical examination, compared to the traditional teaching group. Furthermore, trainee satisfaction was high with the role-playing method,and the satisfaction were more than 95%. Conclusion: The role-playing method effectively improved the clinical skills of pediatric trainees, developed clinical communication skills, and enhanced the application of medical knowledge in a simulated medical environment. Via guest‐host recognition, Cip‐CBT‐Ada is decorated with a β‐cyclodextrin‐heptamannoside (CD‐M) derivative to yield Cip‐CBT‐Ada/CD‐M, which is able to target mannose receptor‐overexpressing macrophages via multivalent ligand‐receptor recognition. After uptake, Cip‐CBT‐Ada/CD‐M undergoes caspase‐1 (an overexpressed enzyme during S. aureus infection)‐initiated CBT‐Cys click reaction to self‐assemble into ciprofloxacin nanoparticle Nano‐Cip. In vitro and in vivo experiments demonstrate that, compared with ciprofloxacin or Cip‐CBT‐Ada, Cip‐CBT‐Ada/CD‐M shows superior intracellular bacteria elimination and inflammation alleviation efficiency in S. aureus‐infected RAW264.7 cells and mouse infection models, respectively. Designing an excellent OER catalyst in an alkaline environment is severe yet essential for industrial H2 application under the electrochemical technique. This study has achieved multiple modifications on CoN nanowires, the classic OER catalyst, via a facile room-temperature NaBH4 spontaneous hydrolysis. This facile process simultaneously generates oxygen vacancies and robust BN species. It wraps hydrophilic BOx motifs on the OER response CoN nanowires, producing OER active Co–N–B species, increasing active numbers and guaranteeing structural stability. It suggests that a low NaBH4 concentration (0.1 mol L−1) treatment endows CoNNWAs/CC with excellent OER performance and robust structure, which can drive a current density of 50 mA cm−2 with only 325 mV overpotentials with more than 24 hours' durability. Surface ozone (O3) pollution under global climate change has become one of the top environmental issues. In this study, we focused on the coastal region in Southeast China with relatively low O3 precursor's emissions and complicated synoptic conditions, where the O3 trends and meteorological contributions remain unclear. An increasing trend of O3 concentrations in the cities (0.3–4.6 μg m−3 yr−1) from 2015 to 2020 was observed. Twenty‐three synoptic patterns were clustered based on weather typing method, in which cyclone‐related types and southwesterly type were generally associated with low O3 concentrations, and high O3 levels occurred with anticyclone‐related types. Considering both frequency and intensity of synoptic patterns, reconstructed O3 series captured 46.0%–58.3% of the observed variability. Using Kolmogorov‐Zurbenko filter, an increasing trend of long‐term O3 was found. By implementing the multiple linear regression model between O3 concentrations and meteorological factors, the meteorological contributions to O3 variabilities (44.7%–66.1%) were quantified. The results indicated the meteorological conditions were particularly important in O3 pollution with the reductions of O3 precursor's emissions, among which relative humidity, boundary layer height, solar radiation along with low cloud cover were proved to play important roles. The weakening southwest winds along with more anti‐cyclone systems under climate change could increase surface O3. This study elucidated the crucial meteorological drivers on the O3 variability in relatively clean areas and implied the challenges for local governments to mitigate O3 pollution under global climate change. In this study, we focus on the coast area of Southeast China with relatively low O3 precursors emissions and influenced by the East Asia monsoon. Temporal and spatial variations of O3 concentrations along with the meteorological impacts on O3 variabilities from 2015 to 2020 were analyzed. The results show that the relative meteorological contributions on O3 trends were 44.7%–66.1%. The higher temperature, lower relative humidity, more solar radiation, weakening southwest winds along with more anti‐cyclone systems under climate change could increase surface O3. This study is beneficial to understand different mechanisms of meteorological impacts on O3 variations in the relatively clean areas, and find out the key drivers to cause O3 pollution with the decrease of O3 precursors emissions and climate change. The development of noble-metal-free electrocatalysts with high catalytic efficiency, low cost, and high durability in pH-universal media is encountering a bottleneck in practical applications. In this paper, Ni@MoN-700 coral hybrids were prepared using hydrogen evolution reaction (HER) catalysts, which were synthesized by a high-temperature reduction of NiMoO4 nanorods with urea. It was found that the annealing temperature seriously affects the surface morphology and chemical composition of the catalysts. Besides, structural reorganization occurred during the HER, which involved the joining of pyrrolic N, metal nitrogen, Mo3+, and Mo6+, governing the HER performance. Also, during the HER, Ni and Mo could synergistically improve the overall catalytic activity of the catalysts, via electronic interactions. These advantages endow Ni@MoN-700 with exceptional endurance and great HER activity, with a low overpotential of 30 mV and 76 mV at 10 mA cm−2 in alkaline and acidic media. These characteristics are similar to those of Pt under alkaline conditions. NiMoN catalysts show unusual activity and long-term stability, indicating a wide range of potential applications. In contrast to the widely used sequence stratigraphic models for passive continental margins, the stacking patterns of strata within epeiric seas, which are influenced by regional tectonic activity, may display opposing characteristics during the same geological period. These variations serve as a record of basin evolution and also affect the accumulation of hydrocarbons within the strata. Our study investigated the development potential of the deep Longmaxi Shale in the southern Sichuan Basin by examining the sequence stratigraphy and sedimentary fill patterns. Using a combination of core observation, well-logging data analysis, and 3D seismic profile interpretation, we aimed to gain an understanding of the sedimentary fill history of the Longmaxi Shale during the Early Silurian. Our analysis revealed that deglaciation and regional tectonic events affected the sequence stratigraphy, resulting in unconformities that were identifiable using seismic data and wireline logs. Through an analysis of thirty wireline logs and two seismic profiles, we identified two third-order sequences suggested in the Lower Longmaxi Formation. Within the two third-order sequences were five systems tracts, with the first exhibiting a complete cycle of sea-level change and the second cycle being incomplete due to regional tectonic events. The graptolite succession on the upper Yangtze Platform provided a temporal view of the sequence stratigraphy and sedimentation rates of the Longmaxi Shale. The thickness trends of the systems tracts reflected the interplay of short-term eustasy fluctuations, subsidence, and uplift. Our analysis suggests that regional subsidence played a significant role in the deposition of the second transgressive systems tract (TST) in the Weiyuan and Luzhou areas, which represents a promising target for shale gas exploration, in addition to the first TST. However, the Changning area experienced a relative sea-level decrease due to the intense uplift of the Qianzhogn Paleo-uplift and the increased supply of sediment and is interpreted as a highstand systems tract (HST); it is not considered to have shale gas exploration potential. Shale pore systems are the result of the geological evolution of different matrix assemblages, and the composition of gas shale is considered to affect the pore systems in shale reservoirs. This study aimed to investigate the impact of both organic and inorganic constituents on the shale pore system, including specific surface area (SSA) and pore volume in Wufeng–Longmaxi Shale. Multiple linear regression (MLR) was employed to examine the contributions of different components to shale pore structure. The pore structure parameters, including pore SSA and pore volume, were obtained by gas adsorption experiments in 32 Wufeng–Longmaxi Shale (Late Ordovician–Early Silurian) samples. Both pore SSA and pore volume were calculated by the density functional theory (DFT) model on shale samples, and the pore types were determined by high-resolution field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM). The results of the X-ray diffractometer (XRD) analysis indicate that the Wufeng–Longmaxi Shale is dominated by quartz, clays, carbonates, feldspar, pyrite, and organic matter. Four models were made using SPSS software, all of which showed significant correlation between shale pore size and organic matter (OM) and clays. The content of organic matter played the biggest role in determining the size and structure of the pores. Although the content of quartz is the highest and serves as a rigid skeleton in shale reservoirs, it has complicated effects on the pore structure. In this study, most of the quartz is biogenetic and part of it is transformed from clays in deep shale. Therefore, these two parts of quartz are, respectively, related to organic matter and clays. CO2 + O2 is a relatively mature, neutral, in situ leaching process that has been widely used. However, the decrease in uranium concentration in the leaching solution during production has become a serious problem in the western section of the south ore belt of the Shihongtan deposit in Xinjiang, China. In order to solve this problem, mineralogy and batch tests were carried out to explore the reason for the low uranium resource leaching efficiency and determine better leaching process parameters. A total of 16 tests were carried out under different conditions of CO2/O2 ratios and HCO3− concentrations. The results show that: (1) The uranium minerals in the ore were mainly pitchblende and titanium-bearing uranium mineral. Part of the uranium resources were mixed in quartz, which were difficult to activate and recover. The high content of calcium carbonate and clay minerals in ore and the high TDS (total dissolved solid) content in groundwater would cause a reduction in porosity. (2) According to the uranium concentration and uranium leaching rate, a better leaching efficiency was obtained when the pH was lower than 6.6, and the HCO3− concentration was 800 mg/L. Objectives. Neuroimaging studies have confirmed that acupuncture can promote static functional reorganization in poststroke patients with motor dysfunction. But its effect on dynamic brain networks remains unclear. This study is aimed at investigating how acupuncture affected the brain's dynamic functional network connectivity (dFNC) after ischemic stroke. Methods. We conducted a single-center, randomised controlled neuroimaging study in ischemic stroke patients. A total of 53 patients were randomly divided into the true acupoint treatment group (TATG) and the sham acupoint treatment group (SATG) at a ratio of 2 : 1. Clinical assessments and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scans were performed on subjects before and after treatment. We used dFNC analysis to estimate distinct dynamic connectivity states. Then, the temporal properties and strength of functional connectivity (FC) matrix were compared within and between the two groups. The correlation analysis between dynamic characteristics and clinical scales was also calculated. Results. All functional network connectivity (FNC) matrices were clustered into 3 connectivity states. After treatment, the TATG group showed a reduced mean dwell time and found attenuated FC between the sensorimotor network (SMN) and the frontoparietal network (FPN) in state 3, which was a sparsely connected state. The FC between the dorsal attention network (DAN) and the default mode network (DMN) was higher after treatment in the TATG group in state 1, which was a relative segregated state. The SATG group preferred to increase the mean dwell time and FC within FPN in state 2, which displayed a local tightly connected state. In addition, we found that the FC value increased between DAN and right frontoparietal network (RFPN) in state 1 in the TATG group after treatment compared to the SATG group. Correlation analyses before treatment showed that the Fugl-Meyer Assessment (FMA) lower score was negatively correlated with the mean dwell time in state 3. FMA score showed positive correlation with FC in RFPN-SMN in state 3. FMA-lower score was positively correlated with FC in DAN-DMN and DAN-RFPN in state 1. Conclusions. Acupuncture has the potential to modulate abnormal temporal properties and promote the balance of separation and integration of brain function. True acupoint stimulation may have a more positive effect on regulating the brain's dynamic function. Clinical Trial Registration. Poly(l‐lactic acid) (PLLA) films have excellent piezoelectric properties, but the strong hydrophobicity of the surface makes it difficult for cells to attach there. PLLA nanofibers have good biocompatibility, but the weak piezoelectric coefficient limits the ability of the nanofibers to stimulate cell growth. Therefore, the PLLA piezoelectric film is combined with the PLLA nanofibers to make a multilayer film. In our tests, the piezoelectric output of the multilayer film ≈260 mV. In the biological experiments section, without piezoelectric stimulation, the cell length on the nanofibers is approximately twice that of the cells in the blank control group. The length of cells cultured on piezoelectric‐based stimulated nanofibers is more than twice that of cells cultured on nanofibers without piezoelectric stimulation. Therefore, it is confirmed that under the dual action of nanofiber guidance and piezoelectric stimulation, the growth rate of cells is four times faster than that in ordinary Petri dishes. Intracellular calcium imaging experiments confirmed that the concentration of Ca2+ in electrically stimulated cells is approximately twice that of ordinary cells.
