The state of Uttarakhand, India is plagued by the unique situation of "ghost villages", where not a single resident remains in the village. Number of reasons and solutions have been ascribed to this situation. Community-based tourism (CBT) has been promoted as an option to prevent outbound migration. Thus, preventing the emergence of new ghost villages. The success of community-based tourism is predicated on its acceptance by the host village community. The present qualitative research identifies the acceptance and inhibiting factors of the host community towards the CBT. While the host community has granted cognitive & pragmatic legitimacy to the CBT phenomena and accepted the evolving social norms, the moral legitimacy for CBT is still lacking from the community elders. The concept of luxury is archaic, but it is only recently that luxury marketing (LM) has caught academic attention. The result is a growth in global publications. This study examines 34 years of scientific research on LM through bibliometric and content analysis of Scopus data consisting of 893 articles from 271 journals. Results reveal that though the field is still developing, it has been approached from multiple disciplines and methodologies. A structured bibliometric and content analysis enabled an in-depth study of the field's evolution. Further, the results of bibliographic coupling indicate clusters of emerging themes in LM scholarship such as sustainability, social media marketing, counterfeiting, among others. India is more challenged than developed nations in reducing the Covid-19 cases and lowering death rates due to the huge population and unprepared health care system. As intention to vaccinate is contextual and its availability does not translate into their de facto adoption., this paper examines the factors that determine intention to vaccinate against COVID-19 in India. A research model was tested using 222 responses was tested using structural equation modeling. Findings suggested that credibility and awareness positively impacted whereas vaccine hesitancy and perceived risk negatively influenced intention to vaccinate. Purpose: This paper aims to assess the factors favoring the adoption of the challenges faced and support mechanism, which will lead to the proliferation of glass fiber-reinforced gypsum (GFRG) technology in India. Design/methodology/approach: Semi-structured interviews with 35 experts, including construction developers, architects, contractors, government officials and design consultants, were conducted. This qualitative data was analyzed using thematic analysis and matrix analysis. Findings: GFRG-based buildings produce much less carbon footprints as compared to traditional ones and can be safely recommended as a promising, environmentally sensitive technology of the future. The major drivers in its adoption are its efficient construction capability, energy and soil conservation and significant waste reduction. Some of the challenges in implementation are long planning time, lack of skilled labor, lack of awareness about green building technologies and myopic perception of high cost incurred in green building adoption in people's minds. Practical implications: This study establishes that the construction industry has the potential to contribute toward creating a sustainable and green planet. It does so by evaluating and then positively positioning GFRG as an environmentally friendly building system. Originality/value: The harmful effects of continuous environmental manipulation by humans leading to its degradation is a critical discussion agenda for most nations of the world. The issue has been taken up seriously by developing countries, and now, developing countries are also becoming sensitised to it. Several policies toward the attainment of this goal have been formulated and are being implemented by government and private bodies. Although some authors have studied the issues and challenges related to the adoption of green buildings, their attempts mostly focused on developed countries. The risk‐seeking propensity of total early‐stage entrepreneurial activities paves the way for further business‐related activities as risk plunging attitude leads to the creation of innovative business models, whereas risk aversion hampers new explorations. Skill, operational social entrepreneurial activities, and family size are the crucial factors influencing the risk‐seeking abilities of the total early‐stage entrepreneurs in India. Entrepreneurs involved in operational social entrepreneurial activities are likely to be more risk plungers as compared to commercial entrepreneurs. The promotion of social entrepreneurship by incentivizing and equipping the youth with the requisite skills and knowledge is the need of the hour for raising the risk‐seeking propensity. This case study research presents the entrepreneurial journey of three sisters who created 'Burger-E-KellaFote', a fast food business in Bangladesh. The case focuses on how the entrepreneurs achieved success by overcoming many socio-cultural challenges. It explores women entrepreneurs in a country where customary practices, traditions and religious beliefs curtail its women's ability to enjoy their economic and socio-cultural rights. From the beginning, the three sisters have had to defy social expectations, struggle to be taken seriously, cope with the fear of being evicted by neighbourhood business owners, and overcome other complications preventing them from achieving their goal of successfully establishing their new business. The case study ends by addressing the challenges and success of the three women founders and some implications for other women entrepreneurs in starting businesses. The role of the androgen receptor (AR) as an immunomarker for diagnosis of salivary gland duct carcinoma (SDC) is well known. Other non-squamous cell head and neck cancers (NSCC-HN), including a small subset of salivary gland cancers (SGCs), can also express AR. With the increase in effective and powerful new generation of anti-androgen agents and drugs administered orally, more targetable AR-driven NSCC-HN, such as subsets of SGCs, should be investigated for possible expression of AR.
