The occurrence and development of a landslide is a gradual process of destruction, causing huge losses to people's lives and property. The shear strength of the shear zone gradually decreases to the residual state during the sliding process but it can recover to a certain extent during a relatively stable period. In a landslide, more than one slide usually occurs; however, after the first slide stops, it can enter a dormant period. The sliding surface can then experience a self-healing strength recovery phenomenon; this self-healing phenomenon has a significant impact on the reactivation of the landslide. Relevant studies have shown that the strength of the sliding surface is slightly greater than the residual strength when a landslide is reactivated; however, the explanations provided by these studies have not been sufficiently systematic. In this study, focusing on the undisturbed slide zone soil of the Huaipa landslide in Sanmenxia City, the "shear–pause–shear–pause–shear" test scheme is adopted. The soil is subjected to 3 h, 6 h, 12 h, 24 h, and 72 h healing shear tests, and combined with the SEM microstructure characteristics of the shear surface, to explore the internal mechanism of self-healing. The results show that the landslide soil exhibits strong self-healing strength recovery characteristics; however, these strength recovery characteristics decrease rapidly after experiencing a very small displacement. The strength recovery was strongly correlated with the vertical stress and healing time. With increasing vertical stress, the strength recovery value of the soil increases. Under low pressure, the strength recovery is small, and under high pressure, the strength recovery is obvious. With increasing healing time, the strength recovery increases; however, the increase in the amplitude diminishes and ultimately approaches zero with increasing healing time. A "healing phenomenon" occurs in the shear surface of slide zone soil after a short period of time. High temperature requirement A1 (HTRA1) is a member of the serine protease family, comprising four structural domains: IGFBP domain, Kazal domain, protease domain and PDZ domain. HTRA1 encodes a serine protease, a secreted protein that is widely expressed in the vasculature. HTRA1 regulates a wide range of physiological processes through its proteolytic activity, and is also involved in a variety of vascular abnormalities-related diseases. This article reviews the role of HTRA1 in the development of vascular abnormalities-related hereditary cerebral small vessel disease (CSVD), age-related macular degeneration (AMD), tumors and other diseases. Through relevant research advances to understand the role of HTRA1 in regulating signaling pathways or refolding, translocation, degradation of extracellular matrix (ECM) proteins, thus directly or indirectly regulating angiogenesis, vascular remodeling, and playing an important role in vascular homeostasis, further understanding the mechanism of HTRA1's role in vascular abnormality-related diseases is important for HTRA1 to be used as a therapeutic target in related diseases. Large-scale applications of fuel-cell vehicles (FCVs) are of vital importance to reduce emissions of greenhouse gases in the transportation sector, especially in the heavy-duty and long-distance scenarios. Efficient fuelling for the on-board gaseous hydrogen cylinders of an FCV is essential to achieve a fuelling experience that is comparable to that of traditional fossil-fuel-powered vehicles. However, the heating effect during refuelling leads to potential safety issues when the hydrogen temperature in the cylinder exceeds 85°C. Therefore, fuelling protocols are critical to ensure the efficiency and safety of the hydrogen mobility infrastructure. In this paper, the fuelling protocols for FCV vans and buses with type III cylinders were developed and the pre-cooling temperatures were optimized to minimize the energy consumption. Their performance was demonstrated with a 35-MPa hydrogen fuelling station. We found that FCV vans and buses can be safely refuelled in 3 or 5 minutes at a minimum, respectively, demonstrating a fuelling experience that is similar to that of traditional vehicles. This study investigates the degradation of nifedipine (NIF) by using a novel and highly efficient ultraviolet light combined with hydrogen peroxide (UV/H2O2). The degradation rate and degradation kinetics of NIF first increased and then remained constant as the H2O2 dose increased, and the quasi-percolation threshold was an H2O2 dose of 0.378 mmol/L. An increase in the initial pH and divalent anions (SO42- and CO32-) resulted in a linear decrease of NIF (the R2 of the initial pH, SO42- and CO32- was 0.6884, 0.9939 and 0.8589, respectively). The effect of monovalent anions was complex; Cl- and NO3- had opposite effects: low Cl- or high NO3- promoted degradation, and high Cl- or low NO3- inhibited the degradation of NIF. The degradation rate and kinetics constant of NIF via UV/H2O2 were 99.94% and 1.45569 min-1, respectively, and the NIF concentration = 5 mg/L, pH = 7, the H2O2 dose = 0.52 mmol/L, T = 20 ℃ and the reaction time = 5 min. The ·OH was the primary key reactive oxygen species (ROS) and ·O2- was the secondary key ROS. There were 11 intermediate products (P345, P329, P329-2, P315, P301, P274, P271, P241, P200, P181 and P158) and 2 degradation pathways (dehydrogenation of NIF → P345 → P274 and dehydration of NIF → P329 → P315). Twenty antibiotics were investigated to evaluate the degree of antibiotic pollution, the temporal and spatial antibiotic distribution and the ecological risks in the Xiaoqing River basin (main stream). The total antibiotic concentrations in surface water and sediment were 0.99 to 832.4 ng L−1 and 9.71 to 7841.61 ng g−1, respectively, and that ofloxacin was the dominant antibiotic. However, ofloxacin, erythromycin, clarithromycin and sulfamethoxazole posed high risks to algae, among which clarithromycin presented the highest risk quotients (23.8). In addition, there were spatial and temporal differences in the antibiotic concentration distribution. Temporally, the following trend was detected: dry season > normal season > wet season; spatially, the following trend was detected: Jinan > Dongying > Binzhou > Zibo > Weifang. Meanwhile, we used the PCA-MLR model to quantify the contribution rate of the four sewage treatment plants A, B, C and D. Factor 1 (co-sources A, B, C, D) contributed 64.1% of the total antibiotic concentration in the Xiaoqing River. According to the estimated flux into the sea, approximately 972.31 kg of antibiotics were discharged into Bohai Bay in 2017, posing a potential threat to the marine ecosystem. As a comprehensive river channel used for flood control, waterlogging, irrigation and shipping, its water quality safety is of great significance to the surrounding residents and ecological safety. The poly-o-phenylenediamine (PoPD)/TiO2 nanocomposite was successfully synthesized via ‘in situ’ oxidative polymerization method. The modified photocatalysts were characterized by BET, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier-transform infrarad spectra (FT-IR), thermogravimrtic analysis (TGA), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), Ultraviolet-visible diffuse reflectance spectrum (UV-Vis DRS) and Photocurrent Test. The results showed that the PoPD exists on the surface of TiO2, the presence of PoPD does not impact on the lattice structure and grain size of TiO2, and the presence of PoPD enhances the visible response and photoelectric property. The photocatalytic degradation of methylene blue (MB) was chosen as a model reaction to evaluate the photocatalytic activities of TiO2 and PoPD/TiO2. The optimal preparation condition was the molar ratio of oPD to TiO2 = 3:1, HCl concentration = 1.2 mol/L, the molar ratio of APS to oPD = 1:1. The apparent first-order rate constant kapp of PoPD/TiO2 nanocomposite was 0.0098 min-1, which is 6 times higher than TiO2 (0.0016 min-1). Meanwhile, the PoPD/TiO2 nanocomposites showed excellent photocatalytic stability, and the photocatalytic stability was depended on the stability of structure. Based on the data analysis of economic development and the water environmental quality from 2002 to 2012 in the Nansi Lake Basin in China, the correlation between economic development and the water environmental quality was researched. Analysis shows that the GDP of the Nansi Lake Basin had an average annual growth of 7.3% in 2012, and the COD and CODMn had the average annual decrease of 7.69% and 6.79%, respectively, compared to 2002. Basin water environmental quality overall improved, reaching Class III of the “Environmental quality standards for surface water (GB3838-2002).” The pollution of the water environment was analyzed from three aspects: agricultural fertilizers and pesticides, livestock, and aquaculture. Results indicated that the water pollution of the Nansi Lake Basin mainly came from nonpoint source pollution, accounting for more than 80% of the overall pollution. The contributions of both agricultural fertilizers and pesticides account for more than 85% of the overall nonpoint source, followed by livestock and aquaculture. According to the water pollution characteristics of the Nansi Lake Basin, the basin pollution treatment strategy and prevention and treatment system were dissected, to solve the pollution problem of the Nansi Lake Basin.
