The Keggin‐type P‐Mo‐W polyoxometalate‐based ionic liquids ([VimAm]Br‐POM, POM is PMo6W6O40) were facilely supported on the green fiber (CA) to obtain a kind of bar‐shaped catalyst. The [VimAm]Br‐POM@CA showed an outstanding oxidative desulfurization performance for model oil and real oils with H2O2 as oxidant, mainly due to the dual role of the [VimAm]Br‐POM with the high activity and its excellent dispersion on CA. The dibenzothiophene (DBT) in model oil could be almost completely removed with [VimAm]Br‐POM@CA‐2 in 60 min at 60 °C without adding other extractants, in which [VimAm]Br acts as this role. Meanwhile, the influences of reaction temperature, molar ratio of H2O2/S, catalyst dosage, and different sulfur‐containing compounds were also investigated. Interestingly, the pretty low activation energy (0.1875 kJ/mol) has been achieved, and no significant loss of activity even after being reused for 5 cycles. The combination of IL‐POM and CA is an efficient strategy to obtain a newly kind desulfurization catalyst, with remarkable results on catalytic efficiency and reuse ability at the same time. This study attempts to explore the macroeconomic development factors that determine countries' decisions to implement CBDCs. The study uses data regarding CBDC adoption and macroeconomic variables from 85 countries spanning the 2013–2021 period. The results of the probit regression analysis show that higher levels of financial inclusion, net foreign assets, remittances, and income are associated with a higher probability of CBDC adoption. In contrast, higher values for the Human Development Index, manufacturing value added, and population growth rate are inversely correlated with the probability of CBDC adoption. Protein synthesis in response to neuronal activity, known as activity-dependent translation, is critical for synaptic plasticity and memory formation. However, the signaling cascades that couple neuronal activity to the translational events remain elusive. In this study, we identified the role of calmodulin (CaM), a conserved Ca2+-binding protein, in ribosomal RNA (rRNA) biogenesis in neurons. We found the CaM-regulated rRNA synthesis is Ca2+-dependent and necessary for nascent protein synthesis and axon growth in hippocampal neurons. Mechanistically, CaM interacts with nucleolar DEAD (Asp–Glu–Ala–Asp) box RNA helicase (DDX21) in a Ca2+-dependent manner to regulate nascent rRNA transcription within nucleoli. We further found CaM alters the conformation of DDX21 to liberate the DDX21- sequestered RPA194, the catalytic subunit of RNA polymerase I, to facilitate transcription of ribosomal DNA. Using high-throughput screening, we identified the small molecules batefenterol and indacaterol that attenuate the CaM-DDX21 interaction and suppress nascent rRNA synthesis and axon growth in hippocampal neurons. These results unveiled the previously unrecognized role of CaM as a messenger to link the activity-induced Ca2+ influx to the nucleolar events essential for protein synthesis. The unprecedented growth in population and swift industrial advancements exert considerable strains on the ecosystem, particularly within medium-sized and large urban landscapes. The critical investigation into the intricate links between current and prospective land utilization, as well as the ecosystem service value (ESV), holds considerable empirical relevance for the calibration of land usage frameworks, thereby contributing to the sustainable evolution of extensive urban zones. Utilizing GlobeLand 30 data, the present research probes into the pattern of land transformation and the spatial-temporal dispersal of ESV in Henan's Yellow River vicinity over a span from 2000 to 2020. For the enhancement of land usage alignment, a Markov-PLUS fusion model was devised to gauge three disparate ESV transition scenarios slated for 2030, namely, natural development scenario (NDS), cropland protection scenario (CPS), and ecological protection scenario (EPS). The principal determinants of land transformation within the 2000-2020 period were recognized as elevation, populace concentration, and atmospheric temperature. Amid the rapid accretion of construction land engulfing substantial cropland and grassland areas, there was an ESV diminution to the tune of 1.432 billion RMB between 2000 and 2020. The ESV's high-value regions were discerned within relatively undisturbed ecosystem zones, with the lower-value sections identified in cropland and constructed areas, where human interventions exerted pronounced effects on the ecosystem. In accordance with the 2030 land usage simulations and analyses, in contrast to alternative scenarios, the EPS exhibited the least fluctuation in land type alterations in 2030, demonstrated the most pronounced escalation in cold spot concentration, and reached a peak agglomeration level. Hot water flooding is an effective way to develop heavy oil reservoirs. However, local channeling channels may form, possibly leading to a low thermal utilization efficiency and high water cut in the reservoir. The pore structure heterogeneity is an important factor in forming these channels. This study proposes a method that mixes quartz sand with different particle sizes to prepare weakly heterogeneous and strongly heterogeneous models through which hot water flooding experiments are conducted. During the experiments, computer tomography (CT) scanning identifies the pore structure and micro remaining oil saturation distribution to analyze the influence of the pore structure heterogeneity on the channeling channels. The oil saturation reduction and average pore size are divided into three levels to quantitatively describe the relationship between the channeling channel distribution and pore structure heterogeneity. The zone where oil saturation reduction exceeds 20% is defined as a channeling channel. The scanning area is divided into 180 equally sized zones based on the CT scanning images, and threedimensional (3D) distributions of the channeling channels are developed. Four micro remaining oil distribution patterns are proposed, and the morphology characteristics of micro remaining oil inside and outside the channeling channels are analyzed. The results show that hot water flooding is more balanced in the weakly heterogeneous model, and the oil saturation decreases by more than 20% in most zones without narrow channeling channels forming. In the strongly heterogeneous model, hot water flooding is unbalanced, and three narrow channeling channels of different lengths form. In the weakly heterogeneous model, the oil saturation reduction is greater in zones with larger pores. The distribution range of the average pore size is larger in the strongly heterogeneous model. The network remaining oil inside the channeling channels is less than outside the channeling channels, and the hot water converts the network remaining oil into cluster, film, and droplet remaining oil. Introduction: Lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD) is one of the major histopathological types of non‐small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), including solid, acinar, lepidic, papillary and micropapillary subtypes. Increasing evidence has shown that micropapillary LUAD is positively associated with a higher percentage of driver gene mutations, a higher incidence of metastasis and a poorer prognosis, while lepidic LUAD has a relatively better prognosis. However, the novel genetic change and its underlying mechanism in the progression of micropapillary LUAD have not been exactly determined. Methods: A total of 181 patients with LUAD who underwent surgery at the First Affiliated Hospital of Huzhou University from January 2020 to December 2022 were enrolled. Three predominant lepidic and three predominant micropapillary LUAD tissue samples were carried out using whole‐exome sequencing. Comprehensive analysis of genomic variations and the difference between lepidic and micropapillary LUAD was performed. In addition, the TMEM229A Q200del mutation was verified using our cohort and TCGA‐LUAD datasets. The correlations between the TMEM229A Q200del mutation and the clinicopathological characteristics of patients with LUAD were further analyzed. The functions and mechanisms of TMEM229A Q200del on NSCLC cell proliferation and migration were also determined. Results: The frequency of genomic changes in patients with micropapillary LUAD was higher than that in patients with lepidic LUAD. Mutations in EGFR, ATXN2, C14orf180, MUC12, NOTCH1, and PKD1L2 were concomitantly detected in three predominant micropapillary and three predominant lepidic LUAD cases. The TMEM229A Q200del mutation was only mutated in lepidic LUAD. Additionally, the TMEM229A Q200del mutation had occurred in 16 (8.8%) patients, and not found TMEM229A R76H and M346T mutations in our cohort, while TMEM229A mutations (R76H, M346T, and Q200del) occurred only in 1.0% of the TCGA‐LUAD cohort. Further correlation analysis between the TMEM229A Q200del mutation and clinicopathological characteristics suggested that a lower frequency of the Q200del mutation was significantly associated with positive lymph node metastasis, advanced TNM stage, positive cancer thrombus, and pathological features. Finally, overexpression of TMEM229A Q200del suppressed NSCLC cell proliferation and migration in vitro. Mechanistically, overexpression of TMEM229A and TMEM229A Q200del both reduced the expression level of phosphorylated (p)‐ERK and p‐AKT (Ser473), and the reduced protein level of p‐ERK in the TMEM229A Q200del group was more pronounced compared to the TMEM229A group. Conclusion: Our results demonstrated that the TMEM229A Q200del mutant may play a protective role in the progression of LUAD via inactivating ERK pathway, providing a potential therapeutic target in LUAD. Background and Aim: The purpose of the current study was to investigate the predictive value of hepatitis B core‐related antigen (HBcrAg) on the occurrence and recurrence of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) in patients with chronic hepatitis B (CHB). Methods: We searched PubMed, Embase, Scopus, and Web of Science from database inception to April 6, 2023. Pooled hazard ratio (HR) or odds ratio (OR) with 95% confidence interval (CI) was calculated for the occurrence and recurrence of HCC. Results: Of the 464 articles considered, 18 articles recruiting 10 320 patients were included. The pooled results showed that high serum HBcrAg level was an independent risk factor for the occurrence of HCC in CHB patients (adjusted HR = 3.12, 95% CI: 2.40–4.06, P < 0.001, I2 = 43.2%, P = 0.043; OR = 5.65, 95% CI: 3.44–5.82, P < 0.001, I2 = 0.00%, P = 0.42). Further subgroup analysis demonstrated that the predictive ability of HBcrAg for the occurrence of HCC is not influenced by the hepatitis B e antigen (HBeAg) status or the use of nucleoside/nucleotide analogs (NAs). In addition, our meta‐analysis also suggests that HBcrAg is a predictor of HCC recurrence (adjusted HR = 1.71, 95% CI: 1.26–2.32, P < 0.001, I2 = 7.89%, P = 0.031). Conclusions: For patients with CHB, serum HBcrAg may be a potential predictive factor for the occurrence of HCC, regardless of HBeAg status or NA treatment. The oxygen evolution reaction (OER) is central to energy conversion technologies, but the high cost and scarcity of commercial noble metal catalysts limit their widespread application. Natural products exhibit great potential in preparing high‐performance electrocatalysts due to their cost‐effectiveness and sustainability. Here, a kind of 1D polymers [M‐EA (M═Co, Cu, Ni)] for oxygen evolution reaction via the complexation of ellagic acid (EA) with metal ions are reported. It is found that Ni‐EA displays a low overpotential (190 mV at 10 mA cm−2) and an ultralow Tafel slope (28 mV dec−1), with a production cost of only 3.6 × 10−2% of IrO2. Density functional theory investigations reveal the electrocatalytic mechanism of the OER. A rechargeable Zn‐Air battery using Ni‐EA+Pt/C as the air electrode shows a lower charging potential and better cycling stability than the IrO2+Pt/C‐based battery. Green buildings are more effective in saving energy and reducing carbon dioxide emissions than conventional buildings. However, the long-term development of green buildings depends heavily on the resilience of their supply chain. This study examines how capability factors (readiness, response, and recovery) and risk factors (technological, organizational, and environmental) interact to influence the resilience of the green building supply chain, using a third-order partial least squares structural equation model. The results indicate that response capability and technological risk significantly impact resilience, while readiness capability mitigates organizational and environmental risks. The study suggests three strategies to enhance supply chain resilience: strengthening readiness capabilities and increasing resistance to organizational or environmental risks. Considering the components produced by high pressure die casting (HPDC) process usually with ultra-large sizes and complex morphologies, high temperature solid solution treatment is not a suitable method to further improve their mechanical properties. In this study, two-stage aging treatment with different pre-aging times was designed and employed to further improve the mechanical properties of HPDC Al8SiMgCuZn alloy. The characteristics of precipitates were evaluated by a transmission electron microscope (TEM), and the precipitation strengthening mechanism was discussed. The results reveal that the strengthening is mainly contributed by the precipitation of ß? phase after two-stage aging, and the number density and size of the precipitates are significantly depended on the pre-aging time. The number density of precipitates is increased with the pre-aging time prolonged from 0 h to 4 h, and then decreases with the further increase of pre-aging time from 4 h to 6 h. The precipitates with the highest density and smallest size are observed after pre-aging for 4 h. After pre-aged at 100 °C for 4 h and then artificial aged at 200 °C for 30 min, the yield strength of 207 MPa, ultimate tensile strength of 325 MPa and elongation of 7.6% are achieved. Dysfunction of the mesocorticolimbic dopamine system in medication overuse headache (MOH) is unknown. This study aimed to determine dopamine transporter (DAT) availability, which is sensitive to dopamine levels, in the mesocorticolimbic dopamine system in MOH patients. This case–control study investigated eligible MOH patients admitted to the International Headache Centre in the neurological department of Chinese PLA General Hospital between July 2018 and August 2019. All subjects underwent an integrated positron emission tomography (PET)/magnetic resonance (MR) brain scans with 11CFT, a radioligand that binds to DAT. Standardised uptake value ratio (SUVr) images were compared voxelwise between MOH patients and healthy controls (HCs). SUVr values from significantly changed regions were extracted, and partial correlation analyses with clinical measures were conducted. We examined 17 MOH patients and 16 HCs. MOH patients had lower SUVr levels in the medial rather than lateral orbitofrontal cortex (OFC) than HCs (T = −5.0317, PGRF < 0.01), which showed no correlation with clinical features. MOH is characterised by decreased DAT availability in the medial OFC, which might reflect compensatory downregulation due to low dopamine signalling within the mesocorticolimbic dopamine system and provide a new perspective to understand the pathogenesis of MOH. The evaluation of potential helium source rocks' effectiveness is a core issue in the field of helium resource exploration and development. However, previous studies predominantly rely on uranium (U) and thorium (T) contents and the age of the rock for evaluating the effectiveness of potential helium source rocks, which fails to fully characterize the key factors affecting their effectiveness. Therefore, this paper takes four typical potential helium source rocks--granite, mud shale, gneisses, and bauxite, as the research object. Through the establishment of a calculation model for accumulated dissolved helium in pore water, combined with gas reservoir examples, a quantitative analysis of dissolved helium accumulation and exsolution in the pores of each potential helium source rock is carried out. This analysis aims to discuss and summarize the effectiveness of each potential helium source rock and the evaluation method for identifying effective helium source rocks. It is believed that: (1) The exsolution of dissolved helium accumulated in the pores of potential helium source rocks into free helium on a large scale under suitable conditions is the key prerequisite for identifying their effectiveness; (2) In addition to the content of U and Th elements, parameters such as large volume, suitable porosity, and water saturation, the good matching relationship of "sedimentary and burial history, gas accumulation history and tectonic evolution history", and relatively specific helium generation ability are also the key parameters for judging the effectiveness of potential helium source rocks; (3) By establishing the calculation method of dissolved helium enrichment efficiency (ηHe), it is concluded that under similar conditions, free helium enrichment is most easily achieved in granite, followed by mud shale and bauxite, while gneiss poses the greatest difficulty. In this article, we consider 3D stochastic primitive equations (PEs) driven by affine-linear multiplicative white noise, with random initial condition. Our main objective is to obtain the global well-posedness of the stochastic equations under the sufficient Malliavin regularity of the initial condition. Background: Recent animal and clinical findings consistently highlight the critical role of calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) in chronic migraine (CM) and related emotional responses. CGRP antibodies and receptor antagonists have been approved for CM treatment. However, the underlying CGRP-related signaling pathways in the pain-related cortex remain poorly understood. Methods: The SD rats were used to establish the CM model by dural infusions of inflammatory soup. Periorbital mechanical thresholds were assessed using von-Frey filaments, and anxiety-like behaviors were observed via open field and elevated plus maze tests. Expression of c-Fos, CGRP and NMDA GluN2B receptors was detected using immunofluorescence and western blotting analyses. The excitatory synaptic transmission was detected by whole-cell patch-clamp recording. A human-used adenylate cyclase 1 (AC1) inhibitor, hNB001, was applied via insula stereotaxic and intraperitoneal injections in CM rats. Results: The insular cortex (IC) was activated in the migraine model rats. Glutamate-mediated excitatory transmission and NMDA GluN2B receptors in the IC were potentiated. CGRP levels in the IC significantly increased during nociceptive and anxiety-like activities. Locally applied hNB001 in the IC or intraperitoneally alleviated periorbital mechanical thresholds and anxiety behaviors in migraine rats. Furthermore, CGRP expression in the IC decreased after the hNB001 application. Large buried depths, extensive tunnel lines, and challenging geological conditions are characteristics of tunnel construction. There is a rising need for high-quality disaster source prospecting in advance, particularly for water-bearing structures. Due to its high sensitivity to aquatic conditions, the electrical resistivity method is frequently utilized in forward tunnel prospecting. However, the configurations of the electrical resistivity method commonly used in tunnels are limited by the narrow space of the tunnel. Their capacity for depth sounding is constrained, and precise detection is challenging. In light of the requirements of fine detection and the limits of existing methods, as well as the advantages of the borehole resistivity detection method in detection accuracy and depth, we conducted research on three distinct types of borehole resistivity configurations in tunnels. We calculated and analyzed the potential characteristic curves of three different types of borehole configurations, as well as quantitatively evaluated their depth. The model test is made to invert and contrast the information gathered by various gadgets. The advantages and disadvantages of various borehole resistivity settings for tunnels are thus demonstrated. Background: Several risk factors have been identified that compromise the treatment outcome in patients with early-to-mid-stage cervical cancer (CC) who are primarily treated with radical surgery. However, there is no report on the impact of intraoperative frozen pathology examination of vaginal margins on the prognosis of patients with CC. This study aimed to conduct a randomized controlled trial (RCT) to determine whether selective vaginal resection can reduce the incidence of operative complications and the risk of postoperative radiotherapy. The impact of the length of the vagina removed in radical hysterectomy (RH) on prognosis and quality of life (QoL) for IB2-IIA2 CC patients will be investigated. Methods: A multicenter, non-inferiority, RCT at 7 institutions in China is designed to investigate the effect of intraoperative frozen pathology exam of vaginal margin in RH on the survival outcomes for patients with IB2-IIA2 CC. Eligible patients aged 18-70 years will be randomly assigned online by one-to-one random allocation to receive intraoperative frozen pathology exam of vaginal margin or not. If frozen pathology indicates positive margin, continue resection of 1 centimeter of vaginal tissue until negative margin is achieved. The primary end point is 2-year disease-free survival (DFS). Adverse events (AEs) caused by further vagina resection, 5-year DFS, 2-year overall survival (OS), 5-year OS and AEs caused by radiotherapy and QoL are secondary end points. The effect of age, sex, and eastern cooperative oncology group performance status (ECOG PS) on the efficacy and safety of immune checkpoint inhibitor (ICI) therapy among hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) patients remains elusive. Thus, a meta-analysis was conducted to evaluate whether such effects exist. Eligible studies in PubMed, Embase, and Cochrane Library databases were retrieved. One-hundred-and-eleven studies involving 14,768 HCC patients were included. The findings indicated that the ECOG PS didn't have a significant effect on the ORR and PFS in ICI-treated HCC patients (higher ECOG PS vs. lower ECOG PS: ORR: OR = 0.78, 95%CI = 0.55–1.10; PFS: HR = 1.15, 95%CI = 0.97–1.35), while those patients with a higher ECOG PS may have a worse OS (HR = 1.52, 95% CI = 1.26–1.84). There is no significant evidence of the effect of age (older vs. younger) or sex (males vs. females) on the efficacy of ICI therapy in HCC. ICI therapy in HCC should not be restricted strictly to certain patients in age or sex categories, while HCC patients with higher ECOG PS may require closer medication or follow-up strategy during ICI therapy. Background and Aims: This study is aimed at investigating the potential correlation of thyroid hormone sensitivity with visceral fat area (VFA), subcutaneous fat area (SFA), and body mass index (BMI) among euthyroid type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) subjects. Methods: Thyroid hormone sensitivity indices were calculated by thyroid feedback quantile-based index (TFQI), TSH index (TSHI), thyrotropin thyroxine resistance index (TT4RI), and free thyroxine (fT4)/free triiodothyronine (fT3) ratio. These indices were then categorized into quartiles for analysis. The outcomes were the change rates in VFA, SFA, and BMI among the participants. Result: The present study included 921 patients, with a median follow-up of 2.2 years. In multivariate linear regression, when compared to the first quartile, SFA demonstrated a notable decline in the fourth quartile of TFQI, TSHI, and TT4RI (β coefficient = -5 78, -7 83, and - 6 84 cm2 per year), while it significantly increased in the fourth quartile of fT4/fT3 ratio (β coefficient = 6 13 cm2 per year). Similarly, in the fourth quartile of TFQI, TSHI, and TT4RI, VFA decreased significantly, evidenced by β coefficients of -5.14, -4.80, and -4.08 cm2 per year. Yet, among the quartiles of the fT4/fT3 ratio, no discernible trend in VFA was observed. There was no significant association between indices of thyroid hormone sensitivity and change in BMI. Conclusion: Impaired central sensitivity to thyroid hormones was significantly associated with the reduction of VFA and SFA, while impaired peripheral sensitivity was associated with an increase of SFA in euthyroid individuals with T2DM. Background: Migraine stands as a prevalent primary headache disorder, with prior research highlighting the significant involvement of oxidative stress and inflammatory pathways in its pathogenesis and chronicity. Existing evidence indicates the capacity of Dl-3-n-butylphthalide (NBP) to mitigate oxidative stress and inflammation, thereby conferring neuroprotective benefits in many central nervous system diseases. However, the specific therapeutic implications of NBP in the context of migraine remain to be elucidated. Methods: We established a C57BL/6 mouse model of chronic migraine (CM) using recurrent intraperitoneal injections of nitroglycerin (NTG, 10 mg/kg), and prophylactic treatment was simulated by administering NBP (30 mg/kg, 60 mg/kg, 120 mg/kg) by gavage prior to each NTG injection. Mechanical threshold was assessed using von Frey fibers, and photophobia and anxious behaviours were assessed using a light/dark box and elevated plus maze. Expression of c-Fos, calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP), Nucleus factor erythroid 2-related factor 2 (Nrf2) and related pathway proteins in the spinal trigeminal nucleus caudalis (SP5C) were detected by Western blotting (WB) or immunofluorescence (IF). The expression of IL-1β, IL-6, TNF-α, Superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malondialdehyde (MDA) in SP5C and CGRP in plasma were detected by ELISA. A reactive oxygen species (ROS) probe was used to detect the expression of ROS in the SP5C. Results: At the end of the modelling period, chronic migraine mice showed significantly reduced mechanical nociceptive thresholds, as well as photophobic and anxious behaviours. Pretreatment with NBP attenuated nociceptive sensitization, photophobia, and anxiety in the model mice, reduced expression levels of c-Fos and CGRP in the SP5C and activated Nrf2 and its downstream proteins HO-1 and NQO-1. By measuring the associated cytokines, we also found that NBP reduced levels of oxidative stress and inflammation. Most importantly, the therapeutic effect of NBP was significantly reduced after the administration of ML385 to inhibit Nrf2. Conclusions: Our data suggest that NBP may alleviate migraine by activating the Nrf2 pathway to reduce oxidative stress and inflammation in migraine mouse models, confirming that it may be a potential drug for the treatment of migraine. Background: Medical progress has often been hindered by the inherent limitations of human ability to process large volumes of data. The application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) can help overcome this constraint, particularly in the field of trauma. Purpose and Objectives: This study aims to analyze the application of artificial intelligence in the field of trauma through visualization tools, predict future research hotspots, and explore the potential applications of related technologies in the field of trauma, especially traumatic brain injury (TBI). Materials and Methods: Based on the Web of Science database, this study utilized visualization tools such as CiteSpace, VOSviewer, and SciMAT to create a knowledge map of AI applications in trauma from 1979 to 2022. Results: The analysis indicates that traumatic brain injury (TBI) will be a focal point for future research on the use of AI in trauma. Additionally, terms related to machine learning, including Artificial Neural Network and Convolutional Neural Network, are expected to be extensively employed in trauma detection and prediction. These targeted algorithms hold significant potential for groundbreaking applications in TBI. Aims: The purpose of this study was to detect potential cytokines markers involved in the Graves' orbitopathy (GO). Materials and Methods: We measured 25 plasma cytokines using label-free quantitative proteomic analysis in the pilot cohort. In validation cohort, NORCH3, TBP, α-enolase (ENO1), GPX3, ORM1, extracellular matrix protein-1 (ECM1), SERPINE, IGF1, IGKV1, and SPARC were validated using ELISA kits. We used label-free liquid chromatography--mass spectrometry/MS (LC--MS/MS) quantitative proteomic to analyze plasma cytokines content of Graves' disease and GO patients. Results: The validation cohort showed that the concentrations of ECM1, ENO1, and GPX3, (244.4276 pg/ml, 4.361807 ng/ml, and 17.72794 pmol/ml, respectively) were significantly lower in GO patients samples than those in Graves' patients (257.3197 pg/ml, 4.601592 ng/ml, and 21.33118 pmol/ml, respectively). Both univariate and multivariate logistic analyses indicated that GPX3, ECM1, and ENO might be predictors of Graves' ophthalmopathy. A receiver-operating characteristic curve with an area under the curve of 0.938, a sensitivity of 84.4%, and a specificity of 90.5% underscored the applicability of this method. The deepening integration of distributed energy resources in smart grids catalyzes the development of distributed energy management methods owing to their superiorities in flexibility, scalability, and robustness against single-point failures. Nevertheless, the reliance on localized implementation of distributed methods increases the susceptibility to malicious attacks. This paper focuses on the economic dispatch of smart grids under deception attacks which can artificially tamper with the information among the communication network. We investigate and reveal how such attacks deteriorate the results of optimal power generation schedule. Then, an easy-to-implement defense strategy based on the extreme values discarding technique is developed to realize resilient energy management. It is shown that under a 2 R + 1 -robustness assumption on communication networks, the proposed method is resilient to R-local deception attacks. Compared with existing works, the benefits of the defense strategy include no restricted form of deception attacks and no isolation of attacked nodes. BACKGROUND: Recent studies reveal that dietary fiber (DF) might play a critical role in the metabolism and bioactivity of flavonoids by regulating gut microbiota. We previously found that Shatianyu (Citrus grandis L. Osbeck) pulp was rich in flavonoids and DF, and Shatianyu pulp flavonoid extracts (SPFEs) were dominated by melitidin, obviously different from other citrus flavonoids dominated by naringin. The effects of Shatianyu pulp DF (SPDF) on the microbial metabolism and bioactivity of SPFEs is unknown. RESULTS: An in vitro colonic fermentation model was used to explore the effects of SPDF on the microbial metabolism and antioxidant activity of SPFEs in the present study. At the beginning of fermentation, SPDF promoted the microbial degradation of SPFEs. After 24 h-fermentation, the supplemented SPFEs were almost all degraded in SPFEs group, and the main metabolites detected were the dehydrogenation, hydroxylation and acetylation products of naringenin, the aglycone of the major SPFEs components. However, when SPFEs fermented with SPDF for 24 h, 60.7% of flavonoid compounds were retained, and SPFEs were mainly transformed to the ring fission metabolites, such as 3-(4-hydroxyphenyl) propionic acid, 3-phenylpropionic acid and 3-(3-hydroxy-phenyl) propionic acid. The fermentation metabolites of SPFEs showed stronger antioxidant activity than the original ones, with a further increase in SPDF supplemented group. Furthermore, SPFEs enriched microbiota participating in the deglycosylation and dehydrogenation of flavonoids, while co-supplementation of SPDF and SPFEs witnessed the bloom of Lactobacillaceae and Lactobacillus, contributing to the deglycosylation and ring fission of flavonoids. Mechanically interlocked polymers (MIPs) are promising candidates for the construction of elastomeric materials with desirable mechanical performance on account of their abilities to undergo inherent rotational and translational mechanical movements at the molecular level. However, the investigations on their mechanical properties are lagging far behind their structural fabrication, especially for linear polyrotaxanes in bulk. Herein, we report stretchable poly[2]rotaxane elastomers (PREs) which integrate numerous mechanical bonds in the polymeric backbone to boost macroscopic mechanical properties. Specifically, we have synthesized a hydroxyfunctionalized [2]rotaxane that subsequently participates in the condensation polymerization with diisocyanate to form PREs. Benefitting from the peculiar structural and dynamic characteristics of the poly[2]rotaxane, the representative PRE exhibits favorable mechanical performance in terms of stretchability (∼1200%), Young's modulus (24.6 MPa), and toughness (49.5 MJ/m3). Moreover, we present our poly[2]rotaxanes as model systems to understand the relationship between mechanical bonds and macroscopic mechanical properties. It is concluded that the mechanical properties of our PREs are mainly determined by the unique topological architectures which possess a consecutive energy dissipation pathway including the dissociation of host-guest interaction and consequential sliding motion of the wheel along the axle in the [2]rotaxane motif. Objective To investigate the cognitive function of the elderly with different exercise frequencies, and to analyze the effect of exercise frequency on the cognitive function of the elderly. Methods By using the method of stratified propor¬tional sampling, 4 414 people aged 60 and above were selected from the streets of Yinzhou district of Ningbo. Mini-mental state examination (MMSE) was used to screen the cognitive function of the elderly in the community, and the generalized linear model was used to analyze the influence of exercise frequency and other factors on the cognitive function of the elder¬ly. Results The average MMSE score of 4 414 elderly people was 27.05±3.25. The MMSE scores of the elderly who never ex¬ercised, rarely exercised, and exercised regularly were 26.03±3.82, 27.04±3.19, and 27.53±2.88, respectively, and the differ¬ence was statistically significant (F=72.596, P < 0.001). There were significant differences in cognitive function among the elderly with different exercise frequencies in the fields of orientation, memory, attention and calculation, recall, and language ability (F=13.120, F=13.309, F=33.508, F=32.575, and F=65.312, P<0.01). The results of generalized linear model analysis showed that after controlling other factors, compared with never exercise, the MMSE scores of rare exercise and regular exer¬cise were 2.291 times (95%CI: 1.808-2.904) and 2.470 times (95%CI: 1.973-3.094), respectively. Conclusion Exercise fre-quency is closely related to the cognitive function of the elderly aged 60 and above in the community. Exercise can alleviate the cognitive dysfunction of the elderly in the community and actively mobilize the whole body to prevent Alzheimer' s dis¬ease. To explore the potential role of microRNA miR-221-5p on the angiopoietin-1 (Ang-1)/Ang-2/Tie-2 signaling axis after subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) in a rat model. Aspects of the rat's behavior were measured using the Kaoutzanis scoring system to test neurological responses. This included feeding behavior, body contraction, motor, and eye-opening responses. Brain sections were studied using transmission electron microscopy and Evans blue extravasation. Levels of Ang-1, Ang-2, and Tie-2 were determined by Western blot, while miR-221-5p was quantified using stem-loop real-time quantitative PCR (RT-qPCR). The SAH group responded worse to the neurological response test than the sham-operated group. The intercellular space was widened in the SAH group, but not in the sham-operated group. Evans blue dye leaked significantly more into brain tissue cells of the SAH group. Stem-loop qRT-PCR showed elevated miR-221-5p levels. Additionally, Ang-1 and Tie-2 were reduced but Ang-2 expression was increased after SAH. This led to a significant reduction of the Ang-1/Ang-2 ratio in the brain tissue, which was associated with the destruction of the blood-brain barrier. The data indicate that miR-221-5p might regulate blood-brain barrier dysfunction through the Ang-1/Ang-2/Tie-2 signaling axis, suggesting that it should be further investigated as a potential novel biomarker. Caddisworms (Trichoptera) spin adhesive silks to construct a variety of underwater composite structures. Many studies have focused on the fibroin heavy chain of caddisworm silk and found that it contains heavy phosphorylation to maintain a stable secondary structure. Besides fibroins, recent studies have also identified some new silk proteins within caddisworm silk. To better understand the silk composition and its secretion process, this study reports the silk gland proteome of a retreat‐building caddisworm, Stenopsyche angustata Martynov (Trichoptera, Stenopsychidae). Using liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (LC‐MS/MS), 2389 proteins were identified in the silk gland of S. angustata, among which 192 were predicted as secreted silk proteins. Twenty‐nine proteins were found to be enriched in the front silk gland, whereas 109 proteins were enriched in the caudal silk gland. The fibroin heavy chain and nine uncharacterized silk proteins were identified as phosphorylated proteins. By analysing the sequence of the fibroin heavy chain, we found that it contains 13 Gly/Thr/Pro‐rich regions, 12 Val/Ser/Arg‐rich regions and a Gly/Arg/Thr‐rich region. Three uncharacterized proteins were identified as sericin‐like proteins due to their larger molecular weights, signal peptides and repetitive motifs rich in serine. The construction of extensive tunnels in regions characterized by high geothermal activity presents significant challenges and inherent risks that affect both the safety and operational efficiency of construction personnel. This study investigated the factors influencing geothermal fields in shallow crustal rock formations through a comprehensive examination of existing literature and a detailed analysis of case studies. In addition, this study categorizes the geogenetic models of high-temperature heat hazards into three major classifications. Research findings indicate that several key factors significantly influence the geothermal fields. These factors, which include the deep geothermal background, heat transfer conditions, and localized additional heat sources, are paramount in shaping the geothermal field. Notably, it is observed that among these factors, the presence of additional heat sources, particularly the circulation of underground hot water, poses the most considerable threat to safety and operational efficiency. Moreover, this study utilizes a representative high geothermal tunnel in Southwest China to conduct a field investigation. This investigation assesses the potential for high-temperature thermal hazards within the tunnels, evaluates the geological conditions, verifies the factors governing the geothermal field, and outlines specific measures for the prevention and control of high geothermal tunnels. In conclusion, this study provides a structured analysis of lessons learned from these experiences, along with practical countermeasures for addressing high-temperature thermal hazards during the various stages of tunnel construction. The findings of this research serve as a valuable reference for those investigating the mechanisms behind geothermal disasters in tunnel construction. Nuclear protein of the testis (NUT) midline carcinoma (NMC) is a rare tumor, with particularly low incidence in the lungs, and a correspondingly poor prognosis. To determine the clinicopathological characteristics, outcomes, and prognostic factors of primary pulmonary NMC, a case was reported and a systematic review was performed. Twenty-nine records, including ours, involving 62 cases, were finally included. The median age at diagnosis was 29.5 years. At presentation, the most common symptoms at presentation were cough (47.50%) and chest/back pain (37.50%). In terms of diagnosis, 32.14% of NMC cases were identified through immunohistochemistry (IHC); However, a greater number of cases may be misdiagnosed initially, and ultimately, the diagnosis of NMC was confirmed through a combination of IHC and fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH). Despite the clinical application of various chemotherapy-based treatments, the actual effectiveness remains unsatisfactory. Furthermore, Cox regression analysis of multiple factors identified male gender and concurrent presence of pleural effusion as indicators of shorter survival time in patients. These results emphasize the importance of increased diagnostic awareness among clinical and pathology practitioners concerning NMC. While there is currently no established standard for treating NMC, a treatment approach combining multiple methods shows promise for future research. Concurrently, clinical and foundational investigations addressing variables such as gender and the presence of pleural effusion may yield valuable insights into the diagnosis and treatment of NMC. Background: Schizophrenia is a kind of intractable brain disorder. Electroconvulsive therapy (ECT) has been used to rapidly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with schizophrenia, but the effect of ECT on topological attributes of brain functional network in patients with schizophrenia has not been clear. The purpose of this study was to investigate the brain functional network mechanism of ECT against schizophrenia. Methods: Thirty-one patients with schizophrenia and fifty healthy controls matching age, gender, and years of education were included. All participants underwent general data collection and magnetic resonance imaging scanning before ECT, and clinical symptoms were assessed using the Positive And Negative Syndrome Scale (PANSS). MRI and clinical symptoms were collected again after the first and eighth ECT application. The functional brain network was constructed on the basis of magnetic resonance imaging, and the global and node topological properties were analyzed. Repeated measure variance analysis was used to explore the changes of the topological attribute values and clinical symptom scores before and after ECT, and Bonferroni post hoc analysis was performed. The independent sample t-test was used to compare the differences in the topological attribute values between patients and healthy controls at three time points before and after ECT. Partial correlation analysis was performed for topological attribute values and clinical symptom scores of abnormal brain regions in the patient groups and their changes during ECT. A general linear regression model was used to predict the outcome after the final eighth ECT using the patient's response to the first ECT. Results: (1) One ECT can restore the gamma(γ), lamuda(λ), sigma(σ), nodal global efficiency (Ne) of right insular gyrus ventral agranular insula (INS_R_vIa) and nodal local efficiency (NLe) of bilateral fusiform gyrus medioventral area37 (FuG_A37mv). Eight ECT can also restore the NLe of cortex rostral lingual gyrus (MVOcC _R_rLinG). Eight ECT did not improve the Ne of right superior parietal lobule rostral area 7 (SPL_R_A7r) and NLe of left superior frontal gyrus medial area 6 (SFG_L_A6m). (2) Even after only the first use of ECT, total PANSS scores began to decrease (mean ΔPANSSECT1 was 11.7%; Range, 2%-32.8%), decreased significantly after the eighth application (mean ΔPANSSECT8 was 86.0%; Range,72.5% to 97.9%). Five patients met the response criteria after ECT1 (20% reduction in PANSS total score), and all patients met the response criteria after ECT8. (3) Linear regression analysis showed that ΔPANSSECT1 was a significant predictor of ΔPANSSECT8 (F=5.387, P=0.028), and ΔPANSSECT1 explained 15.7% of the variance of ΔPANSSECT8 (R2=0.157). Conclusions: ECT was able to normalize γ, λ, σ, Ne of INS_R_vIa, NLe of bilateral FuG_A37mv in SZ patients after the first treatment, and NLe of MVOcC_R_rLinG after the eighth ECT. ECT significantly alleviates psychotic symptoms in patients with SZ, and its efficacy after eight sessions can be predicted by the patient's response to the first session of ECT. Diarrhea in piglets is one of the most important diseases and a significant cause of death in piglets. Preliminary studies have confirmed that taurine reduces the rate and index of diarrhea in piglets induced by LPS. However, there is still a lack of relevant information on the specific target and mechanism of action of taurine. Therefore, we investigated the effects of taurine on the growth and barrier functions of the intestine, microbiota composition, and metabolite composition of piglets induced by LPS. Eighteen male weaned piglets were randomly divided into the CON group (basal diet + standard saline injection), LPS group (basal diet + LPS-intraperitoneal injection), and TAU + LPS group (basal diet + 0.3% taurine + LPS-intraperitoneal injection). The results show that taurine significantly increased the ADG and decreased the F/G (p < 0.05) compared with the group of CON. The group of TAU + LPS significantly improved colonic villous damage (p < 0.05). The expression of ZO-1, Occludin and Claudin-1 genes and proteins were markedly upregulated (p < 0.05). Based on 16s rRNA sequencing analysis, the relative abundance of Lactobacilluscae and Firmicutes in the colon was significantly higher in the LPS + TAU group compared to the LPS group (p < 0.05). Four metabolites were significantly higher and one metabolite was significantly lower in the TAU + LPS group compared to the LPS group (p < 0.01). The above results show that LPS disrupts intestinal microorganisms and metabolites in weaned piglets and affects intestinal barrier function. Preventive addition of taurine enhances beneficial microbiota, modulates intestinal metabolites, and strengthens the intestinal mechanical barrier. Emissions of nitrous oxide (N2O), a potent greenhouse gas, from farmland have been recognized to be affected by soil pH and nitrogen (N) fertilizer application. However, the interactive effects of soil pH and N fertilizer type on N2O emissions and their influencing mechanism are poorly understood. A field experiment was conducted to elucidate the impacts of synthetic fertilizer and manure on soil properties and N2O fluxes along a soil acidity gradient (soil pH = 6.8, 6.1, 5.2, and 4.2) in the Huai River Basin, and a lab incubation experiment was performed to understand the underlying mechanisms of changed N2O flux. Low soil pH inhibited the ammonia-oxidizing bacteria abundance and thereby reduced the N2O production by nitrification under both synthetic fertilizer and manure application. The N2O production by denitrification was also reduced with declining soil pH, likely due to the decreased nirS and nirK abundances, and lower NO3−. However, low soil pH reduced the nosZ abundance and increased (nirS + nirK)/nosZ ratio, resulting in the increased N2O/(N2O + N2) ratio. Finally, with the decreased nitrification and denitrification, soil N2O emission was significantly reduced with declining soil pH regardless of fertilizer types. Compared with synthetic fertilizer, manure application increased soil nutrients (total N, dissolved organic C, and NO3−), nirK abundance, and (nirS + nirK)/nosZ ratio in the soils with pH of 5.2 and 4.2, thereby promoting N2O production by denitrification and N2O/(N2O + N2) product ratio in acidic soils. Consequently, soil N2O emission was increased with manure application in acidic soils. This study provides novel insight and improves our understanding of how soil pH regulates nitrification, denitrification, and N2O emissions from soils amended with chemical fertilizer and manure, which gives guidance on developing N management strategies for sustainable production and N2O mitigation in acid soils. In this work, an improved neutron spectrum unfolding code "Artificial Neural Network Iterative" (ANN_Iter), which utilizes the iterative method combined with artificial neural networks, is proposed for Bonner sphere spectrometer. 201 neutron energy spectra and the corresponding measured responses of Bonner spheres with 15 polyethylene shells of different diameter were provided by an IAEA report. In the process of unfolding, the pre-trained artificial neural network provides a guess spectrum according to the "knowledge" it has learned. The guess spectrum was used as the default initial spectrum in the iterative method, which unfolds the spectrum by the response function and the measured counts. The results show that the ANN_Iter's unfolded spectra have a good agreement with the desired spectra. In addition, their accuracy has improved compared with ANN's guess spectra. Neural network pruning provides significant performance in reducing the resource requirements for deploying deep convolutional models. Recent pruning techniques concentrate on eliminating less important or redundant channels from the network. However, these well-designed methods conflict in some situations. For example, some filters are important in importance-based methods but may be regarded as redundant in similarity-based methods. So, the correctness of some existing methods is questionable. In this paper, a novel pruning approach, entitled weight-adaptive channel pruning (WACP), is presented to address the problem. Our approach takes full advantage of the feature similarity information instead of simply categorizing the similarity feature as redundant. Specifically, we first reveal that there is a stable similarity relationship between different output features, independent of the batch size of input images. Then, based on the similarity information, we propose a weight-adaptive compensation strategy to minimize the performance loss caused by pruning. Moreover, we design a novel channel pruning algorithm that determines which features should be retained from a set of similar features by introducing the closeness centrality of graph theory. Extensive and targeted experiments have demonstrated the validity of our proposed WACP for compressing networks. The comparison results demonstrate that the WACP achieves state-of-the-art performance on several benchmark networks and datasets, even for a very high compression rate. For example, WACP improves accuracy by 0.46% while reducing FLOPs by 52.2% and parameters by 43.5% with ResNet-56 on CIFAR-10. Based on ABAQUS mechanical simulation software and different types of falling ball test jigs, this paper analyzes in detail the influence of different falling ball test jig on test results from the factor of the stress size of the display layer and the distribution of falling ball energy.
