With the development of the photovoltaic industry; there will be an increasing demand for efficient, high-power density, and low-cost grid interface converters. Compared with two-level inverters, multilevel inverters have the following advantages: (1) lower device voltage ratings; (2) better output filtering spectrum; (3) lower electromagnetic interference (EMI) noise; and (4) higher switching speed capability. However, the complex switching circuit of the multilevel inverter will bring more parasitic inductance, resulting in severe switching overvoltage (ringing). Especially in order to reduce the cost of the inverter, using the long-loop modulation mode, the commutation loop will introduce more parasitic inductance, which will make the overvoltage more serious. Consider that commonly used overvoltage absorption schemes are effective only for overvoltage or suppression of oscillations. Therefore, a new overvoltage absorption circuit is proposed in this paper, which can not only alleviate the overvoltage and ringing phenomena but also suppress the effect of voltage jumps during low-frequency switching on high-frequency input voltage. This overvoltage absorption circuit is characterized by low overvoltage, fast ringing damping, and minimum capacitance. Experiments and simulations are conducted to verify the effectiveness of this overvoltage absorption circuit using a three-level ANPC inverter as a prototype. The results show that the proposed overvoltage absorption circuit can significantly reduce the overvoltage level, shorten the oscillation time, and reduce the voltage difference between the upper and lower DC bus capacitors. As science and technology continue to advance, the use of flow cytometry is becoming more widespread. It can provide important information about cells in the body by detecting and analysing them, thereby providing a reliable basis for disease diagnosis. In the diagnosis of bovine epidemic diseases, flow cytometry can be used to detect bovine viral diarrhoea, bovine leukaemia, bovine brucellosis, bovine tuberculosis, and other diseases. This paper describes the structure of a flow cytometer (liquid flow system, optical detection system, data storage and analysis system) and its working principles for rapid quantitative analysis and sorting of single cells or biological particles. Additionally, the research progress of flow cytometry in the diagnosis of bovine epidemic diseases was reviewed in order to provide a reference for future research and application of flow cytometry in the diagnosis of bovine epidemic diseases. Neurofilaments(NFs) are the most abundant intermediate filaments that make up the inner volume of axon, with possible phosphorylation on their side arms, and their slow axonal transport by molecular motors along microtubule tracks in a "stop-and-go" manner with rapid, intermittent and bidirectional motion. The kinetics of NFs and morphology of axon are dramatically different between myelinate internode and unmyelinated node of Ranvier. The NFs in the node transport as 7.6 times faster as in the internode, and the distribution of NFs population in the internode is 7.6 folds as much as in the node of Ranvier. We hypothesize that the phosphorylation of NFs could reduce the on-track rate and slow down their transport velocity in the internode. By modifying the '6-state' model with (a) an extra phosphorylation kinetics to each six state and (b) construction a new '8-state' model in which NFs at off-track can be phosphorylated and have smaller on-track rate, our model and simulation demonstrate that the phosphorylation-induced decrease of on-track rate could slow down the NFs average velocity and increase the axonal caliber. The degree of phosphorylation may indicate the extent of velocity reduction. The Continuity equation used in our paper predicts that the ratio of NFs population is inverse proportional to the ratios of average velocity of NFs between node of Ranvier and internode. We speculate that the myelination of axon could increase the level of phosphorylation of NF side arms, and decrease the possibility of NFs to get on-track of microtubules, therefore slow down their transport velocity. In summary, our work provides a potential mechanism for understanding the phosphorylation kinetics of NFs in regulating their transport and morphology of axon in myelinated axons, and the different kinetics of NFs between node and internode. With the fast evolution of e-commerce, it is getting harder for traditional credit management systems to service online businesses with diversified needs in dynamic scenarios. This paper studies the nature of cyber credit from the perspective of social capital. We propose the credit assessment model using social capital variables extracted from the reputation system of an e-commerce platform and the associated online social network. In addition, we consider the dynamic and diversified effects of online reputation on sellers' cyber credit, and we verify the rationality of the credit assessment model through analyzing the relationship between cyber credit and social network variables. We take Alibaba C2C e-commerce market as our experimental study platform and use the social networking information from Sina's microblogging services. We find that social capital variables can be used to effectively measure the cyber credit of online sellers in C2C businesses. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
