Sugar content is a critical factor in evaluating the quality of fresh peaches. This paper aims to develop a rapid and accurate prediction method for the sugar content of fresh peaches using Deep Learning combined with near-infrared spectroscopy (NIRS). The proposed model consists of three main steps. Firstly, the Multivariate Scattering Correction (MSC) is employed as a preprocessing technique to remove noise and redundant information from the raw NIR images of peaches which ensures the reliability of the subsequent analysis. Secondly, the Competitive Adaptive Reweighted Sampling (CARS) is utilized for bands selection which can effectively eliminate redundant information from the NIR spectral data and reduces computational complexity. Finally, a novel Linear Deep Belief Network (LDBN) model is constructed to predict the sugar content of fresh peaches. To validate the performance of the proposed method, a Fresh Peaches Near-infrared spectroscopy dataset (FPNIRS) containing sugar content information is constructed. The maximum value for the sugar content of fresh peaches was 13.4 and the minimum value was 7.5 in the collection of 180 fresh peach samples. The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed LDBN achieves the best prediction performance, with the determination coefficient of prediction set ( R P 2 ) value of 0.9346 and the root mean square error of prediction set (RMSEP) value of 0.4409. This study suggests that the combination of Near-infrared spectroscopy technology and the LDBN provides an effective method for accurately predicting the sugar content of fresh peaches. Background: Massage is widely used in exercise-induced skeletal muscle damage (EIMD). It has been proven that massage can improve the morphology and function of damaged skeletal muscle in multiple ways. However, whether massage can protect skeletal muscles from injury during long-term heavy-duty exercise has not yet been determined. Methods: In this study, a rat model of overuse injury was established by eccentric running for 4 weeks, and pressing at constant pressure and frequency and massage were used as intervention methods to explore whether massage could protect skeletal muscle from injury through upregulating integrin and the basement membrane laminin. Results: The results showed that compared with the model group, the ultrastructure of skeletal muscle in the massage group was relatively complete and clear, and the maximum isotonic and tetanic contraction forces were significantly increased (P < 0.01). In addition, in the massage group, β1 integrin expression was significantly increased, p-FAK protein expression was decreased, and the co-localization of β1 integrin and the basement membrane laminin 2 was significantly increased (P < 0.01). Conclusion: Our study shows that during long-term heavy-duty exercise, massage can enhance the cell adhesion function mediated by integrin β1 and laminin 2 to protect skeletal muscle from injury and prevent the occurrence of overuse injury. Making the financial industry a solider mainstay of the real economy is of great concern for China in the midst of economic reform. For China, leveraging venture capital (VC) to enhance a firm's technological innovation capability (TIC) is an important means of actualising its innovation and development strategy, as well as a must-do to realise sustainable development. In this study, firms that went public from 2010 to 2020 on the A-stock market were used as samples to study the effects of VC on TIC and the relevant mechanism based on the difference-in-differences (DID) method. As research findings show, VC can improve TIC through the medium of the internal incentive and external constraint easing effects. The contributory role of VC in TIC varies with firm size, ownership, and industry type. A range of robustness tests, including the PSM, variable substitution, and instrumental variable methods, further strengthened the reliability of the conclusions. This study can enlighten policymakers on how to implement comprehensive resource factor market reform to build a favourable innovation environment that materialises the role of marketisation. Polyoxometalates substituted by noble metal cations (PdII, RuIII, IrIV) of general formula (Bu4N)n[P2W17M(OH2)O61] are prepared by refilling the vacant site of the lacunary precursor α2-K10P2W17O61. Both 31P- and 183W-n.m.r. studies provide convincing evidence for the above structural assignment. The u.v.-vis and i.r. spectra are consistent with the first row transition metal substituted homologues. Electrochemical investigations by cyclic voltammetry in MeCN revealed four reversible one-electron redox couples, which are ascribed to the tungsten(VI→V) process of the tungsten-oxo framework.
